The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

When I sent a mail to MTNL they say you have BSNL sim and as BSNL has taken over MTNL they will not be able to help. Please let me know the service provider and center for complain in mumbai.
