  @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

  @IndiaPostOffice Amazing job done by psm colony post office. 4 days department is not working due to mtnl internet is down. Secondary line money went into corruption. No accountability. Can someone take action?

  A general theme of Government owned service - Infinite job security, regular increments with cost of living, zero performance accountability or motivation to keep business sustainable. I kicked out MTNL the day Reliance infocom started landline. (2000-s)

You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @MTPHereToHelp attn. needed Surve Chock(Kurla LBS/Bkc MTNL junction).Taking right turn becomes a trap for motorist to jump signal while coming from Shri Krishna Chock on LBS marg &turning towards Kurla Depot,as no Right turn &straight signal lights on Right side of the BKC road.

  @Indian_Analyzer Problem is they have no outlets like the other mobile operators, and no easy access offices. I would have transferred my MTNL number to BSNL when I moved out of Mumbai, but absolutely no outlets to go to @BSNLCorporate

  @gauravsabnis the config looks like the mtnl plugs of the late 90s early 2000s. If it wasn’t screwed into the junction box, they used to issue plugs w this kinda config.
