    @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

    .@bsnl_care You have taken over MTNL in Mumbai - good for you, because I have been paying monthly bills for a line that is mostly DEAD. Unable to register a complaint on the MTNL website, and the complaint number doesn't work. WHAT TO DO? I want to CANCEL this line. Advise.

    _ @JM_Scindia Poor services by MTNL Delhi. No facility for online bill payment since last 20 days and MTNL terminates its services without any help to the customer. Is this how we will achieve Digital India where customer needs to travel 20 km to pay their bill? #worst

    Dear @mtnl @BSNLCorporate I am having a mtnl 2g sim card I want ask from where I can update your mtnl simcard in 5g simcard like bsnl fom 17 years I am your customer so help me for the sim so I can able to enjoy the 4g service from your side as you both are working together

    @JM_Scindia Sir I am srctzn 62 yrs. My MTNL cell is held up. Virtually paying for No service. Its 1 yr SMS is blocked or barred. Now calls are also barred. No response of Mail to Your Office.

    @JM_Scindia I am holding 2 MTNL Mumbai Cell nos. Paid 1 year full payment. Though MTNL & BSNL are under central government, not getting network from BSNL in rest of Maharashtra including Thane District. Please help to resolve the issue or revert payment made by us.
