    @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial @DoT_India Did that as well but of no use,ultimately used personal contact to fix the issue. Was without net for two weeks- unimaginable in today’s context. Such miserable is the MTNL service !!!

    @MTNLOfficial Trying cancel MTNL landline. Submitted telephone equipment in Vasant kunj, New Delhi. Now got to submit the request form in Hauz Khas, New Delhi. Why????? Fine reached MTNL Hauz Khas at 10:00AM. Still waiting to submit the cancellation request form.

    With closing down of BSNL, MTNL and now DD, i really don't know how the generation of new employment in the govt sector will increase. Still, very hard to believe how even the safest places can have uncertainties as well. [5/7]

    @MTNLMbiOfficial It been almost 3-4 days their is a lot of issues with broadband connection, the speed it provides is also very low due to this it creates a lot of inconvenience for us . I have already registered my complaint but their is no response from Mtnl side .

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Dear Team last 2 days trying to log call on mtnl self care portla for landline issue. The call is getting logged and automatically closed without any action being taken.please check for today's docket no 4063.

    Issue is specific to calls made from Vi numbers to TIS board line. Calling from jio is fine. Spoke to admin, issue is known and likely to get fixed soon with mtnl service provider.
