    @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

    Never seen @mtnl in such a bad shape. Its help line is useless, all sr officials dont take calls or solve issues, don't know why we waste our taxpayers money on them. MTNL trying to recover amounts when landline and broadband is defunct. It's shame. @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial

    @DoT_India My mtnl Delhi phone number 22246272 is not working from more than last two months and last complaints pending since 11 Nov 2020. Nobody to listen but bill is continue. Pls take NA

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My landline is dead since 7 days and i am not able to work from home. Complaint no 8751, landline no 28816780. I tried multiple followup but seems mtnl is not interested in resolving the issue.

    @bandrabuzz @BandraDataHub Most of @MumbaiMTNL phones seem to be out of order & I am hearing that nobody attends the complaints. Even banks are saying that their phone is dead. Is #mtnl dying a slow death?
