    @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

    @BSNLCorporate no network at all at my native place. Worst network service by bsnl to mtnl users. Getting 2g network but still worst service. Improve the service so that customers get satisfied. Look into it asap.

    @imbevda @MTNLMbiOfficial Their offices are completely empty , they have no staff to work. This days it has become a ritual for me to wake , tweet to mtnl about broadband not working , sleep then repeat.

    @ikaveri Depends where it is being used. When I travel, network availability of MTNL / BSNL is very good. The same MTNL has zero signal at my place of work.

    @MTNLOfficial landline (022-26832067) not working since 2 years but am still paying bills. MTNL staff is not even accepting my application to disconnect the landline. Hv visited Marol exch. Lallubhai park exch…..but they are not accepting.@MTNLMbiOfficial

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial What about the complaint .... No one from mtnl has visited and i think that no one from mtnl is going to come too....its MTNL....NO staff ..no lineman on duty to repair

    @MTNLOfficial My telephone instrument is not working. I lodged complaint for my telephone. Dock no 4952. Someone called me from mtnl , I asked him to replace instrument, he argued and closed my complaint without solving problem. Charkop Kandivali W Mumbai exchange. Pl do needful
