    @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Business landline is not working since Aug2025. Despite that we paid bills for Aug & sep2025. You are constantly generating bills for dead line. No complaints are taken at center.Cannot file online complaint as bills unpaid.Fedup with Mtnl

    📉 MTNL’s Financial Update: BSNL Takes Over Operations Amid Ongoing Challenges | MCap 1,894.41 Cr - CRISIL Ratings has continued its 'Rating Watch with Negative Implications' for MTNL's Rs.6500 crore bonds and Rs.20 crore Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). - The rating was placed on watch negative due to non-adherence to the structured payment mechanism for government-guaranteed bonds, with delays in funding the designated account beyond the T-3 date. - Subsequent interest payments have adhered to the stipulated payment mechanism, but breaches in the T-10 day funding requirement by MTNL due to liquidity challenges were noted. - MTNL's loan account with Bank of India (BOI) became a non-performing asset (NPA) on September 4, 2024, though this is not expected to impact the escrow accounts for bond servicing. - The rating is supported by an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee from the Government of India and a trustee-administered payment mechanism. - MTNL reported a revenue of Rs.956 crore in 2026, with a significant loss after tax of Rs.-3107 crore, reflecting ongoing financial challenges. - CRISIL Ratings will continue to monitor adherence to the payment mechanism; any future non-adherence may lead to a downgrade. - MTNL's operations in Delhi and Mumbai are now managed by BSNL under a 10-year service agreement effective January 1, 2025, aiming for EBITDA-neutral operations.     @airtelindia My complaint number is 11032318198. No action since morning. When i contacted Khanpur, Delhi Airtel service store, they said our line man will come tomorrow. Such poor service. Kindly help. Even Mtnl's service was better than this.

    @garvit_sethii Thsi idiot ashwini vaishnav was embroiled in 150 crore scam. He has made indian tech handicap. Is bhosdiwale se Galgotia fiasco to sambhla nahi. Someone said govt will make ISRO another MTNL , cant comment but is govt se koi umeed nahi hai

    @ArunKum61029003 @mr_mayank BSNL and MTNL are still operative in some areas but where is the customer service, very poor! Vi is there. My point is for getting these networks massive investment and infra are required, that is why no new entrants.
