@ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

@Buddhweiser Watched this final when I had mtnl broadband. Ofc it was horrible and **** had to restart every 2-3 mins to make sure it works properly and delay is no less then 40-45 secs. What a night. Moscow. 🫶

@AshwiniVaishnaw Congratulations... But Sir can you improve the network coverage of telecom operators. While MTNL & BSNL having worst network coverage. And now you are the head of this deparment also. So anything you would like to say on network coverage of MTNL & BSNL.

@MTNLMbiOfficial @MUETww @MTNLOfficial The guy who called up said he has to 'make arrangements for a technician to be sent to my place'. I am just a few kms from The Borivali MTNL Exchange and yet, they had nobody and no modem to send me! Pathetic service, really!

@JioCare @Airtel_Presence unable to connect to @MTNLMbiOfficial using my mobile. Not sure error is with whom but i am unable to connect any Mtnl Mumbai landline nos using my mobile be it Jio or Airtel. I kindly request you all to look into the matter & fix it asap
