    @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My landline 022 27563460 was surrendered in Feb 2023 after being inactive for almost 4 years before that. Now suddenly I hv recvd the bill asking for payment. Someone in MtNL please help

    @volklub @dakuwithchaku Look at the intelligent support provided by BSNL. If you contact their customer care, whether through social media or their helpline number, they simply say, 'Sir, please visit your nearest MTNL and BSNL office to get this information. 1 of 2 .....

    @raghav_chadha! You're bringing to LS floor many relevant issues e.g. on IT, 28 days validity in telecom etc ๐Ÿ‘ A relevant issue - BSNL prepaid sim doesn't work in Mumbai, Delhi where MTNL provide the service. Brought to notice of all concerned as attached. No solution yet

    TRAI Delhi April 2026 official drive test results: Jio 243.98 Mbps | Airtel 169.80 Mbps | Vi 26.26 Mbps | MTNL 4.43 Mbps. But plot twist - Airtel has WORST latency at 43.76ms vs Jio's 20.33ms.     @twittosmj We regret the inconvenience. Heavy rain disrupted MTNL lines, causing a network issue at the Post Office and interrupting postal services. The network is now restored and all postal services are working properly. Members of the public are requested to avail postal services.

    @BSNL_MH Ported from MTNL Mumbai to BSNL 4G on 6th April. From yesterday, network connects to Vi 4G OR Dishnet 4G but not showing VOLTE symbol. No calls, no SMS. How to resolve?

    @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia Sir, please direct BSNL board to review the signal issue in Mumbai. I have to visit MTNL office to get the connectivity but it fails there also.
