    @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

    @MTNLMbiOfficial I have surrendered my phone (022 - 25893812) in March 2021. I have now received a bill for Rs. 4700+ for August 2021. In fact I should have got my deposit back. Instead I got a demand from MTNL. Can any one help to resolve this?

    @samikm_2003 @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Do some research on what Telecom sector & its employees go thru in last 7 years & will understand. What bad do u see? Why should government be in business of running business like BSNL/MTNL. There are much qualified people than the govt. Babu's to run those loss making behemoths.

    @mybmc Our MTNL lines 24156162/24156163 not working from March 20, started getting bills on dead lines from April 21. Tired of doing online complains & also personal visits. Differnet reasons everytime, main is BMC not giving cable work permission

    @shahid_siddiqui If we go by that logic, we must be still using MTNL and BSNL land lines! And the those days purposefully used to cut wire, when you complaint without cash bribe they never used to repair the line!

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial tickets have been nonchalantly resolved. What is this going on!!! I had installed a local internet broadband service since the 2 years due to the mtnl not working and now to see her paying for services that were never rendered is upsetting.

    @iHopefulCynic @_ghostcookies Ultimately I would always prefer VI, Airtel and if possible even BSNL/MTNL surviving at the end of the day. A monopoly of Jio (or any other company) would never be beneficial to the consumers.

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is an airtel no +918138863522 which belongs to some fraudster in Kerala. He calls up senior citizens and poses as MTNL cutomer care employee, on pretext of resolving their issue takes undue advantage of their innocence. 1/2

    Are we recommending GoI to bend backwards to provide saps to accomodate inefficient & incompetent companies in telecom to maintain competitive environment.Then why not PSUs MTNL & BSNL? The remaining two private Telecom operators also support because they are beneficiaries .
