    @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

    Revival plan of MTNL &BSNL needs cultural changes in its work with dynamic &progressive ideas.They have to provide better competitive & prompt services.They should't be hand in hand with private service providers and causing loss to govt once again.

    And now past two days getting disconnections for Broadband as well every 10-15 mins. This is really disappointing that even after raising complaints nobody has turned up to address those. If this is the way MTNL is going to give service then soon it will have to shutdown

    @Howzzda_Josh @Rabipandacug Wonder how and why Govt take decision after decision to damage already reeling BSNL & MTNL with backup and thought process. Every telcos in India is China dependent expect Jio. Think to note Jio inked their deal with Qualcomm recently only. Mota bhai roxx

    @MTNLOfficial @rsprasad @TRAI my mtnl landline 01123613714 in delhi is dead from march 2020. Multiple complaints and visits to exchange have not resolved the problem. Bill keeps coming. Please resolve this issue.

    @rsprasad Sir, Digital India??? My MTNL Internet 20886566 is not working since 1 pm 19/12/20. Immediately inform to related officer but no help. All online classes, exams etc are missed. Why not 24X7 services by MTNL? This is the reason to choose pvt services.

    @Jaggitaunque @navikamboz @ChandrakantAke2 The government has made it clear that telecom companies BSNL and MTNL will not be sold. It has instead suggested a four-way revival plan and Voluntary Resignation Solution (VRS) to cut cost. The companies will not get privatised says Sanjay Dhotre, MoS for communications. Hmmm

    Dear @CMD_MTNL are you shutting down MTNL? I heard from your staff you have ourtsourced works and the department can no more tackle basic problems. At Tis Hazari, your PRO is on holidays till Dec 31. Rest of the building seems ghost house, with barely 1-2 staff.
