  @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

The company will shut down sooner or later due to incapable people in decision making process as business and profitability will be impacted. Look at MTNL and many other companies.   @gauravsabnis the config looks like the mtnl plugs of the late 90s early 2000s. If it wasn’t screwed into the junction box, they used to issue plugs w this kinda config.

  @streetfighthard In 80's there were no cameras anywhere but teachers used to be extremely strict. MTNL phones also had problems in 80's.

  @NCIBHQ A and C Competition was never the real problem. MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

  @raghav_chadha! You're bringing to LS floor many relevant issues e.g. on IT, 28 days validity in telecom etc 👏 A relevant issue - BSNL prepaid sim doesn't work in Mumbai, Delhi where MTNL provide the service. Brought to notice of all concerned as attached. No solution yet

  @Jeetuburdak Private telecom companies gained popularity over MTNL and BSNL largely due to the latter’s inefficiency and poor service standards. If they now begin to follow the same path, it would certainly be a matter of concern.
