    @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

    @OfficeOfRSP It seems MTNL Delhi has stopped attending to complaints. Complaint No. 53 of 19th Feb. still not resolved. Nobody seems to be bothered in MTNL. Will request you to kindly get this resolved at the earliest. Thanks

    @MTNLOfficial Disappointed service from mtnl. my phone is lying dead since oct 2020.I have mailed to the DGM and got no replies.The bills keep on coming.Visited khar telephone exchange also but there is no one to attend to my complaint .Don’t know where to lodge my complaint

    @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial my BSNL prepaid number is temporarily out of service, called on 198, female CCE started shouting, "if no. is out of service, why r u calling to me, it's MTNL office, not BSNL", and hung up the phone. This is the reason you both don't have customers!

    @Mediahoax @Aze_et @prafullchaube Privatisation is necessary as an extreme action. Govt selling 100 psu s performing like BPCL,LIC some and non performing assets like BSNL ,MTNL to generate 2.2 lakh crores is like selling the family jewel. It will create monopoly, job losses, hurt customer choices(ie everyone)
