    @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

    The entire city is dug up because of metro work. “The city is upgrading” they said, at the speed of MTNL’s internet they never said.

    @MTNLOfficial Sir, Digital India??My MTNL FTTH 20886566 is not working since 1 pm 19/12/20. Immediately inform to related officer but no help. All online classes, exams etc are missed. Why not 24X7 services by MTNL? This is reason people are choosing pvt services.

    @MTNLOfficial Broadband not working since a year, no response though complaints lodged, no one attends to pick up the calls to 1130, no response even after visits to local JT office. Looks like @PMOIndia left MTNL to slowly die out.

    @MTNLOfficial I was told that in order to get your dead line repaired I need to pay for wire and services. No MTNL official came to my help. My no. 27672770 remained dead for one month. Lazy and carless work culture of MTNL Delhi staff forced me to apply for disconnection.

    @DelhiMTNL My MTNL Delhi broadband complaint no. 360836 dt. 09.11.2020 & 36 dt. 12.11.2020 not resolving last one month. Also raised matter to GM(TY) & Area Manager(Shahdara) through telephonic and email but all afforts are vain.

    @HathwayBrdband When I started in June, 2 months I faced a lot of problems. Now they informed me that 1 month validity extended. But actually they extend only for 7 days. Please throw all your Hathway modem in garbage. And go for Exitel, MTNL or any other company.
