    @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

    @KumarPr14606405 @DoT_India The nearest serving site to the location is down leading to poor mobile network. MTNL Team is trying hard to restore it. After restoration of it mobile network shall improve at the customer location.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Again network gone. Not a single network bar signal on phone. It looks like the network is wasting recharges of its customers. Mtnl should start increase in the validity of recharges,customers are facing network issue every 2 to 3 days. @DoT_India @TRAI

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, our MTNL telephone number 011-27832019 is out of service for last one month, we made complain several times but telephone exchange authority is not responding. Their behavior is very unsatisfactory. We are paying bill timely also.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial my office line is dead since months. Your bill comes regularly but line is dead. No reply or resolution from mtnl. My online complaint docket number is 1627. Please look into it.

    Mention that dead line ok but Disturbance is still an issue. To my sweet surprise the guy on other end replied.."ab is se jyada kuch nahi ho sakta" What has MTNL become. @TRAI owning a Landline is a liability now. There is use but cost exceeds the benefits being offered.

    @MTNLOfficial MTNL Junction Boxes and Poles situated across Delhi creating chaos in terms of movement of vehicles,  spreading of encroachment, piles of filth and garbage spreading etc. needs to remove by MTNL. Regards, Ramesh Joshi Mobile: 9810336680

    @MTNLOfficial my telephone is dead for more than s8x months, no one attend8ng the complaint, receiving monthly bill as well... is MTNL shutting down services?

    I am now in roaming in west Bengal and my mtnl no.9004399739. Last three days I am not getting any bsnl network in my area. Our postal pin code is 713335, po anchra,dist bardhaman. My alternate no 8850853384.
