The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

Poor handset was given a dignified farewell at the MTNL office and NoC was obtained. Now even after a year the bills are alive. BSNL/MTNL land, phones die but billing is eternal.

MP Jain (@mp_jain) reported@Ravisutanjani BSNL and MTNL charge zero if one doesn't call or use data! But no signal 99% time. I do hv a MTNL sim. I don't know if that's the choice customers want. There is minimum charge on electricity too. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.
