@ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

@AshwiniVaishnaw the mtnl service is going from bad to worse. It makes us feel that this is happening purposely so that private companies get undue advantage. My mtnl phone is dead is 15 days. 02226103888. And this happens regularly.

@DoT_India Now, without rectifying the fault, docket no 1560 is closed as per an sms received by me from MTNL. So I have to again register a complaint with docket no. 4073.
