    @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

    @sandeep_PT It has been destroyed by the attitude of the employee who think consumers are crap and should be ignored. We had bill coming for 1 year while phone being non operational. No customer service and bad attitude is what u get from most govt firms. SBI and MTNL are no diff.

    Have a look at India's largest telecom operators by userbase 📶 Reliance Jio | 403.99 Mn Bharti Airtel | 360.33 Mn Vodafone Idea | 260.77 Mn BSNL | 113.74 Mn MTNL | 3.25 Mn If Vodafone loses access to Indus Towers, the disruption to service could be severe 😣

    @MTNLOfficial # our problem of MTNL internet and land line phone is still persisting without any reply or response from the dept. Both our MTNL internet and LL phone has stopped working since 1st. Oct 2022. Strange part of it no one is there in the Dept. to listen or respond. Is

    wanted and shameful of the Department concerned. If we are sometimes late in paying the bill penalty is charged and see our internet and phone is down now without any intimation but bill will come in routine as usual. This is a matter of great concern for the AUTHORITIES OF MTNL.

    not this unfortunate and callous attitude of the dept.of MTNL? What a tragedy. I have been using MTNL phone 25546579 since 1994 now. Problems have existed in this long period but we're solved within days with proper information. But this time it looks as if MTNL has closed their
