    @ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

    There is no MTNL mobile network (Dolphin) in Haji Ali Government Colony, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai for the last eight days. MTNL failed to restore the network, for the reasons best known to it. Loyal customers of MTNL and BSNL, who are government officers, are facing great problems.

    @SaraswatBank Glad to inform that few branches from Goregaon to Borivali are non-operative due to failure of MTNL Cable issues and hence the branches are not able to work. The branch is unaware of how to resolve the issues. The Branch Manager is not in branch, the staff are clueless.

    @MTNLOfficial ,why so lazy mtnl official ? I have complaints so many times on tweeter that mtnl network at new ushmanpur delhi pahla pusta-110053 are very very very very poor but no action taken still. What's reason of laziness.

    Our landline is not working from last 3 months. Have made a complaint since then with a docket # 7567. Not a single technician has called and we are sent a bill every month. Ghatkopar MTNL staff is useless. Kindly help @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @mtnl

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Our telephone is not working since March'21. Complained at MTNL Ghatkopar, Mumbai to the DGM and Mr. Ayan yet no response in 2 months. We are billed every month and I'm not going to pay. Docket # 7567 @TRAI

    @rsprasad Serious MTNL Complaint First ,Why does MTNL send PAPER BILL , 2 pages and is Wasting Money. Second , The Customer care No 9869012345 is Not working since last 100 Times I have tried. Why is Tax payers money bein wasted on such a LAZY PEOPLE COMPANY.

    @ArvindKejriwal its been a week rning arnd fr gtng a domicile. I hv applied 4 times online to no avail. Ofline ws much btr. Pathetic service. Now they r saying their @MTNLOfficial internet at SDM office saraswati vihar is not working for 3 days. No wonder mtnl is shutting down.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial mtnl has now very smart without clearance, complaint docket vanishes as cleared. Docket was 2855 for 24151335 landline & broadband not working but yesterday at night i got auto announcing call from 28782476 stating you complaint is cleared though not cleared
