@ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

@MTNLMbiOfficial Sir my clinic telephone 23007177 is not working since august 2020. I contacted Mr. Deepesh Kumar from agripada mtnl office several times but no action was taken. It's a doctor's clinic number used for emergencies. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

@MTNLOfficial my landline not working since 4/11/2020 raised complaint on customer care and followed up with everyone in mtnl Kashmere gate but it not resolved till date.Complain number : 149 . Can you help as this is my business number.. ?????

@MTNLOfficial MTNL is not leading anymore it is the most unprofessional service provider delays the bill and then charges with late payments even after complaining. ANy other good service provider please suggest... time to switch from this fraud service. ppl reading this be careful. SHAME !!

Hon’le Communications Minister , GOI . In Sector A, Pocket A,Vasant Kunj the MTNL lines are out of order for the past 3-4 months and for deplorable and apathetic service of MTNL we are paying for rentals. What a colossal shame on the ministry . The DRO needs to be taken to task

Since when has MTNL started advertising for Airtel? My granny's landline is not working since 4 months. They closed the online complaint saying it has been attended. And when my dad visited Kandivali office, they are telling my dad, better shift to Airtel broadband !!! WTH

@MTNLOfficial My landline is not working for the last 3 month.I lost count how many times I complained,I even went to Mtnl office to complain personally. But no use. Now my WiFi has also stopped. My office work & my son’s online study are greatly affected. Please take action

@MTNLMbiOfficial It’s been3 months my landline is not working.I really lost count how many times I complained.I personally went to Mtnl Wadala to complain but no use. Now my WiFi also stopped working.We are facing lot of problem dueto this as my sons onlinestudy is also affected
