@ragarwal @iam_manishk @rohitnig I also gave up MTNL Broadband service as the down time was more than 75%! It would never work! The MTNL staff were always hand in glove with Pvt players and allowed them to damage mtnl fibre networks by digging up streets

@airtelindia lousy customer support. We are struggling to port our mtnl post paid no. to Airtel for past 2days. The airtel executive is not coming to deliver sim despite assurance. Porting code valid upto 01 Apr 21 only. No option for port in customers in IVRS menu.

@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India - Mumbai MTNL Number 2513****4 has been dead for 1 year. A complaint was raised in 2020 but that has been closed without being attended. A new complaint has been put - docket numbe 7217. Please look in to it with urgent effect.

Government shud NEVER be in the Business of Doing Business That’s why Air India, MTNL, BSNL, United, Oriental, National, PSU Banks & Railways loosing money It shud ONLY be in the business of Controlling & Regulations through IRDA, TRAI, DGCA & RBI Why waste Tax Payer’s Money?
