    @BSNLwarriors123 It was from BSNL BBNL was created and there is no surprise it is again merged with Parent company. If MTNL had merged..then things would be different..Consolidation will really help all the stake holders...

    @vipwalia Reply from TSP-  customer replied via twitter DM as follows :"MTNL nearby sites in this locality are working satisfactorily without any alarm. Mobile network issues due to power back up is temporary and MTNL team is trying hard to remove such issues of power backup and it (1/2)

    @Rishikesh_ADX Support and all get valid in normal counters.. what if MTNL was locked in lower circuit and support had broken.. how would a retailer exit.. what strategy is to be followed in that case of technical analysis ?

    @MTNLOfficial : There is no option to disconnect broadband and MTNL lines online. During pandemic times customer is asked to visit nearest location. Best part is that the nearest location is closed and so now the hunt starts for another location. Pathetic services.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @mtnl Dear all still problem not resolved & when I tried to call on 444 from different. MTNL mobile that call diverted to Delhi MTNL customer care they are not able to resolve my issue. Can you tell me why mumbai MTNL mobile users call. Connect to Delhi MTNL customer notwith mumbai

    @mahanagargas @PetroleumMin And the number you keep throwing at customers is never attended by anyone. The behaviour reminds me of days when MTNL AND BSNL used to harass customers when there was no private telecom operator.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @GoI_MeitY Both the companies are screwing people. Internet access or no, their interest is only collection of money (pick pocketing). Customer is at their mercy. Government is blind. It is killing BSNL and MTNL.
