@MTNLMbiOfficial @CMD_MTNL Since last 10 days i.e.from 03rd April morning my landline telephone & broadband are not working. On 5th Apr I met Sub Divisional Engineer Mr. Gupta at MTNL Malad West, Mumbai and he registered my complaint online and gave me docket no.2943. (1/2)

@ViCustomerCare I have done porting of my number 9757022559 from MTNL to Vi. Today is the fourth day. Not yet activated. Ads are coming non-stop and cannot contact customer care. Very bad & highly irresponsible service. Good for Reliance-Jio.

@mtnl Will MTNL ever care its customers. When you call customer care they put you on hold saying our representative will come soon. You hold for 10 minutes and nobody comes. Disgusted.
