    @PIB_India @JM_Scindia Total mess after the merger especially in billing. You guys are really making it hard for anyone to hold on to their MTNL landline. Bovine incompetence meets PSU shrug. A peer group comparison between consumer portals will reveal what Communism does to sarkari damaad Cos! Fail.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I am having a MTNL broadband connection since long now the BSNL taken over this in Delhi. Since the BSNL conversion, the service is become worst. No support received from your app or helpline. Since last 7 days no internet is available. No one is responding. If possible plz help

    Our MTNL lines have stopped working for the past 6 months. We asked them to cancel the connections, but they want us to clear the bills before doing so. They have threatened they will continue billing us for providing zero services ! @mtnl @MTNLOfficial

    But while the debts of companies like @BSNLCorporate and @MTNLOfficial are being paid in full with the tax money of the people, BSNL and MTNL, both these companies have never performed well in their lives, yet their debts are being paid with the money of the taxpayers of India.
