@TSBBCare raised an complaint, no response, issue was closed unilaterally.called help line put on hold for 10 min and than disconnected...MTNL was way more cheaper and not this bad.I think being thick skinned is an Habit.

@shiv1966 current tariffs are NOT viable to run a business which needs periodic capex more than any other businesses. The tariffs were low since jio disrupted the market to gain subscribers. Without tariff hike service would become like bsnl/mtnl

pathetic services provided by MTNL.. providing number on contact us when we call they are giving reply we cant help call another number...staff is also very rude.. no help from them

Respected S/M, please resolve my problem regarding dead MTNL landline number since 17 Feb, 2021 having complaint docket number 332 karkardooma exchange. I have emailed to GM & other higher authorities but no response till yet.

@BMTheEquityDesk 1/2 Sir these PSUs' have no future. Govt could not privatize BSNL & MTNL, so it killed them by not allowing them to expand their services. Result no one even counts BSNL as a telecom company today. The whole idea was to help private players. The same law applies to all govt PSUs.
