MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

When I sent a mail to MTNL they say you have BSNL sim and as BSNL has taken over MTNL they will not be able to help. Please let me know the service provider and center for complain in mumbai. It's so sad to us.Bsnl/MTNL totally failed to resolve this issue from a week. Who's responsible for it's?
