J (@JNazirS) reported@kayezad @MTNLOfficial Everyone was given VRS. Same und. cable issue, we paid bills for 2-3 months and then stopped. It was an old no. MTNL shamefully sent bills for 6 mnths more. Complaints online, offline, nothing happened.They took us to Lok adalat twice. Paperwork was strong, judge blasted them.

I'm unable 2 make/receive calls, communicate with anyone, or evn complete digital payments. This is causing serious inconvenience. Kindly intervene and ensure immediate restoration of services

India Post (@IndiaPostOffice) reported@CycleIndia_ As per response received from concerned po it is submitted that on date mentioned, there was a technical issue due to server down at Delhi circle level. The issue was affecting all post offices under the circle. A ticket was immediately raised with DC mumbai MTNL Vide Ticket No-TIC5847550 and the matter was escalated to higher authorities. The server issue has now been resolved and all counters at Vikaspuri Sub Post Office are functioning normally w.e.f All public transaction including POSB, PLI , Speed Post etc are being attended to. The inconvenience caused to the public due to this technical glitch is regretted Normal services have been restored.

Karan G ๐ฎ๐ณ (@carlessguy) reported@bsnl_care Latest update when I went to mtnl office they told me they don't have any idea about the online sim booking so i buyed a new sim from them worth rs157 but it's been more then 4 hours but sim isn't showing any network. Rebooted phone and reinstalled the sim multiple time no use.
