Mtnl GM even doesnt answr mobile n office calls leave asided d senior delhi officers. But bills r always on time. Useless n shameless dept never wrkng properly.

Why can't the owner get a new sim by producing aadhaar card? Why the unnecessary burden of Police Complaint for a Rs 26 sim? No other ntwrk asks PC for new sim.

Danish (@DanishKh4n) reported@DrDeepakKrishn1 We had MTNL - it used to take more than a week to get the line workout after rains and when they started offering broadband (Rs 800 for 250 MB), every second day was an outage and ten resolution was to restart router and PC.
