@rsprasad @MTNLOfficial Has the Customer Service Center(CSC)of MTNL at Mankhurd, Mumbai been shut down? As per the telephonic contact centre of MTNL all CSCs are open. MTNL has no staff to man the centre says an employee I saw at the centre this afternoon

@rsprasad Is MTNL ew it's way out of Mumbai? Customer Service Center in Mankhurd, Mumbai has shut down. The department has no staff to man the centre as per one of the employees.

@MTNLOfficial Very SAD to say MTNL services has been very bad . We have complained of our 4 faulty lines since months , we have mailed to DHMHQ & edonline then also no response Our location Kandivali (W) We have changed to Local Cable for Internet because of MTNL bad service

@MTNLOfficial Has the Customer Service Center at Mankhurd, Mumbai shut down? As per contact centre it is functional. Where do find the address of other Customer Service Centres? MTNL Mumbai website has no details?

@OfficeofUT @MTNLMbiOfficial Honorable Chief Minister sir you need to intervene in this matter urgent as suburbans areas khar bandra are facing severe problems with their telephone landlines , actually they are dead since months . mtnl mumbai is least bothered to help us
