@mehtamihir786 @rishibagree MTNL, the state-owned telecom for Mumbai and Delhi, launched its GSM mobile service "Dolphin" in February 2000 in Delhi and March 2000 in Mumbai—just months before BSNL's October 2000 rollout. Prior to that, MTNL focused on fixed lines, with mobile initially licensed to private players.

@FinMinIndia HDFC Bank mobile app has been designed in such a way so that BSNL / MTNL sim users don’t get switched over to new app. Branch officials encourage to switch over to other mobile service provider. stop cartel of HDFC & PVT mobile se. @HDFC_Bank

@JM_Scindia Sir No network service/tower available mtnl mobile in pitampura delhi area for last 15 days. On contacting it has been told that bijli has been cut due to non payment of dues of bijli vibhag. Sir Kindly direct thile concerned officer to resolve the issue.
