@praaatiiik Not comparing or anything but my old MTNL broadband had the same issue so I switched to the Ion digital it's good with nearly no downtime 👍

And the customer care experience is so poor that it seems we have gone back 20 years back when bsnl and mtnl use to have such customer care executives

Our MTNL,Delhi phone no. 011-26104890 is not working from the past 6 months.We were informed that the cable was stolen and cable will be replaced, the bills will be waived off for the period till the cable is restored. Please help, no action is being taken. @DoT_India @CMD_MTNL

@MTNLOfficial despite repeated requests,my MTNL phone line is still not operational for months.But the Bill keeps coming every month without fail. I hope someone is listening.

@VikramKalra2 We were informed that the bills not be paid because the cable was stolen in January, 2021 by the officer incharge. MTNL's service standard have gone down drastically. Earlier also they took around 6 months to attend our complaint.

MTNL Broadband problem. I have MTNL land line connection phone no. 01123964195 which works only 4 days a week. After four days the broadband is up without complaint. Tis Hazari Exchange people do not care. Please help.
