  @JioCare #JioFibre Jio is the new MTNL of Mumbai. Same indifference to complaints of poor service. My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.

  @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia Sir, please direct BSNL board to review the signal issue in Mumbai. I have to visit MTNL office to get the connectivity but it fails there also.

  @piyush_trades @SatanAtWink They did BSNL MTNL are being run by govt even though they make losses Nothing else is possible from govt side If you are concerned switch your connections onto BSNL MTNL I did and don’t feel the difference in calls and network Infact it works in remote parts of the country

  The condition of state departments is deplorable, most MTNL numbers operated by state govts are not in service anymore, the websites are not updated with the correct numbers either, there’s no way to reach them. One example is the labour dept of haryana, phone number 0124-2301138

  @BSNLCorporate Facing so much issues on connectivity at Delhi airport T1, T3 and Railway station. Even not able to provide OTP to lounge. Every time connectivity issues over frequent interchanges MTNL and BSNL at Gurugram

We have received revert from the concerned department that currently, BSNL 4G services are compatible with a limited range of handset models. Customers are advised to verify their device compatibility before use. The updated handset compatibility list can be checked on the official MTNL/BSNL website for reference.   @SAMIR_MUSCAT We regret the inconvenience. Network services were disrupted due to a cut in MTNL’s fiber wire. We have addressed the issue with MTNL, and services are now restored. We kindly request the public to utilize postal services.
