@pravin_punj Sir, require your intervention with mtnl mumbai south, its been 15 months since our mtnl landline is not working, am complaining regularly every month and the bills keep coming, my mother who is a super senior citizen is being greatly inconvenienced.

@Airtel_Presence R SOCIETY IS FED UP WITH THE PATHETIC NETWORK COVERAGE INSPITE OF TOWERS IN OUR PREMISES. EITHER RECTIFY ASAP OR WE SHALL DISMANTLE UR TOWERS N SCRAP IT AND BAN & BLACKLIST ALL THE AIRTEL SERVICES FOREVER.!!!! SURPRISINGLY, MTNL NETWORK IS MUCH BETTER THAN AIRTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sir, I use mtnl service but the service is extremely bad . On 50% days service is not available. Neither the the line men nor mtnl officer respond to my request to restore services. My internet doesn't work .what use is optic fiber if it doesn't serve users.

@MTNLOfficial @CMOMaharashtra @PMOIndia THE WORST SERVICE EVER. We had disconnected our internet in December itself and till date the bill has not been corrected. After so many visits and all mtnl officers say “isko bolo usko” multiple times still no change in our bill.

@pldontbeupset New India Assurance. Very poor staff quality. Deposited papers for new agency in Delhi branch. The person who received the documents lost them, and she is asking the documents again. The company in this time of competition is likely to see a future like MTNL.

Post Office Server down from last 4 days (Delhi - Pitampura- RP Market, & other post offices in other location) due to MTNL Internet (that does not work as we all know ) why do not update to private player (things are not centralised till now) @aajtak @nsitharaman @airtelindia

@MTNLMbiOfficial I had raised docket 176 on 14th June, 2021 as broadband is not at all working. But MTNL has assigned docket to employee who is on leave. I am calling daily but the customer care is not doing anything. Is there anyone at MTNL to solve problem ? Pathetic experience

@MTNLOfficial Can anyone respond to my complaint? My Land Line connection has been dead since November 2020. I have registered numerous complaints on the 198 helpline. I have even visited the MTNL personally to complain about this but there has been no resolution to the problem.
