    @DoT_India @DoT_India @PMOIndia your Haat at Houz khas MTNL exchange is a very very poor joke, its shameful that in today's day n age u should have the Haat on the 3rd floor of the dilapidated unattended building without a lift , to pick up a Sim card, learn from corporates, learn to serve

    @bsnl_care I am not talking about 5G. I am talking about 4G. Check the DM and tell me how many BSNL 4G networks are available in the MTNL service area.

    @AjeetBhartii Old guards BSNL / MTNL couldn’t do much. Hope that incidental govt investment in Vodafone works out something soon to become an alternative to poor service giants Jio / Airtel. Govt must truly revive BSNL to competitive level and let Vodafone give some jitters to duopolistic companies.

    @bsnl_care The status of this docket is showing as closed !. IT is saying "MTNL team examined the issue and confirmed that all existing nearby 3G and 4G sites are working satisfactorily." even when there is no network in my area.

As per the latest update received from the concerned MTNL team, all nearby 3G and 4G sites have been examined and are currently functioning satisfactorily. To further improve network coverage in the area, additional sites will be planned under the ongoing 4G expansion programme.     @my_musings_ind Waiting for 6 months.? 6 months is too short We patiently waited for our MTNL connection for 2 years after submitting all required documents. Still did not get the landline. We only got a transfer & left the place.! Never got that connection
