@boxervijender BSNL and MTNL both are kachra company's. They don't even respond on customers problem. Workers are more than 50+ ages they don't want to work only they want salary and benefits.

@MTNLOfficial complaint are not followed up by MTNL. I had lodged complaint on 7th Dec 2020 but there was no follow up. complaint no 365456. Local office does not answer calls. Online complaints are not responded to. Awful service. @rsprasad #MTNLDelhi

@kaushikcbasu Explain how .? When in Telecom same thing was done same voice opposed it. BSNL/ MTNL did not do well because ITS did not join organization. But customers benefit. If anything negative amend it but infrastructure has to be developed with help of corporate.

Can you believe this? I am having @BSNLCorporate number for which @MTNLOfficial is service provider in #delhincr.There is no network of MTNL in Delhi and NCR at majority of places. Roaming like madman searching for network to get OTP to make an urgent payment. @TRAI
