    This so called No.1 telecom company @airtelindia is going to find the same fate of TATA DOCOMO, VODAFONE, BSNL, MTNL, HUTCH, their every service is so called online, they simply register complaint, close & no action, at my place Airtel signal is almost dead! Shame on you buggërs

    @bsnl_care What is the update on this complaint ? I had informed you about being unable to use the BSNL network in mumbai. Your customer care informed me to use MTNL Network. They don't even know about the new 4G service arrangement by launching 4G as a service in mumbai.

    @ramprasad_c Air India is like BSNL or MTNL The employees don’t pride their own product Till it gets those new planes, I somehow feel things will remain the same Air India in my opinion also needs to hire the customer service manager from Chic fila

    @bsnl_care sir my no of delhi circle but my address of ghaziabad but sanchar haat refuse to port it from mtnl to bsnl 4g in delhi circle as there is no system there to accept address of Ghaziabad plz provide solution regarding the solution

We have received revert from the concerned department that currently, BSNL 4G services are compatible with a limited range of handset models. Customers are advised to verify their device compatibility before use. The updated handset compatibility list can be checked on the official MTNL/BSNL website for reference.     @MTNLOfficial Hello team what is the point of issing sim if company is just not able to provide network coverage like always from previous many days couldn't understand what happens with mtnl always especially in delhi very sad to see customer just have to complain again and again and nothing

    Idea for @RahulGandhi election promises - revive BSNL and MTNL properly. Easy bookings, good coverage. If the private companies need to make a profit, limit it to 2g/3g, but keep their low budget phone plans alive. You can simply stand on stage and read out their recharge plan prices to get all the votes. Right now the public can't use them widely due to coverage issues. And this is not just for the poor. You can keep a phone no you mostly need for OTPs alive for a year in Rs. 321. Loads of people who use separate numbers for banking and social media would vote for this.

    The street lights on the GMLR road from Inorbit Mall through the Vasari hill to MTNL junction on SV Road Goregaon are not working for past 3 days causing much trouble to the pedestrian and 2W users especially in these rains . This can cause serious accidents.@mybmc
