  @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial Even two of your accounts officers are not responding to phone calls made to them on the mobile number shared by MTNL office staff, there is literally zero customer support from mtnl,even emails are bot replied. If you donot reply i will not pay the dues !!!

  @jgopikrishnan70 I think, at least at MTNL (Mum), staff who were employees took VRS and are now doing more or less the same job (eg lines man, attending to service calls to fix dead telephone lines), as contract jobs. So in effect there may not be much reduction in no of persons working for MTNL.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial Its been more than 10 days that we have registered complaint with MTNL as our Landline is not working, but till date no one has come to rectify. Docket No : 7880
