    @sandipsabharwal I keep MTNL as a backup. Haven’t disconnected. But their charges are too high. Speed is bad. But last monsoon MTNL saved the day. For me. As we get more dependent on networks a backup is important.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence unable to call on mtnl landline. Apparently the problem is quite common and yet no resolution. Raised complaint 15 days ago but no response. Why this enmity with @MTNLOfficial
