    @Prabhat_100 Reply from TSP- Customer replied as follows via twitter: "One of the nearest serving site to the customer location is down leading to poor coverage at customer location. The MTNL team is trying hard to restore the site. The mobile network shall improve after restoration of site."

    @SanjayDhotreMP @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial The signals of MTNL mobile services were available in Anushakti Nagar Mumbai until many towers were set up recently. Now MTNL signals are poor and private telcos signals are good.

    @shenoyn I agree it's a horrid experience to surrender the MTNL landline. They made me go to the exchange to return the splitter (for broadband) & router, where I was told that a cable is missing... I was using my own instrument anyway. But they deducted good amount for a non-wkg line.

    @BSNLwarriors123 Really I feel very bad for this telecos - AIRCEL, TATA DOCOMO, MTS, UNINOR, !DEA, BSNL, VODAFONE, MTNL & VIDEOCON ETC HOW JIO HAD DESTROYED THE ENTIRE TELECOM SECTOR FOR ITS OWN SELFISHNESS. SHAME ON JIO 😡

    Something wrong. Suddenly from past 4 days the broadband speed is down from 10-12mbps to in kbps. And then they call for bills. MTNL please take care of this. We are still WFH. @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial

    @pariktank We used to hv a telephone directory to find telephone numbers... And every area had a fix prefix number from mtnl

    @shenoyn Haha. When we surrendered the MTNL broadband service in 2020, the 'concerned officer' said only broadband? Not the landline connection? Every day 10 people come to surrender the landline! (well after Cashmere,not surrendering that, will 'work' on the transfer)
