    PB printer is down or Network failure. Is it the job of Manager or counter staff to go to MTNL office everyday?At this rate how do u expect PSU banks to do business?? And u expect BMs to do business?? At this rate u have only 1 option loose business.

    @rsprasad @MTNLOfficial sir people in MTNL Mumbai ghatkopar are not attending my repeated compliant of phone line which has been dead past one week. No one attending phone also. Person named Mr.Virendra kumar and Mr. Santosh Kadu never answers phone.

    @pratapse @YusufDFI Congress is NOT the problem, it the Employees Union & Votes in Election. BSNL & MTNL are in loss for last 10+ years - what could Modi do? Nothing. Railways tracks privatisation NOT done by Modi for last - 6 years.. only few trains privatisation plans are there.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Your service won't let us to live peacefully! We have Faulty telephone wire since March 2020. We are paying 800₹ bill for 0 service! Applied for fiber optic cable. No one reverted.Ppl are interested to use your service, but your staff behaviour is making people to leave mtnl.

    Also pls note MTNL DAHISAR east exchange now is not rendering prompt services as they don't have staff to attend to network problems.From my personal experience I say their Cust cell nos are nonexistent. As an ex PSU banker very irritable situation.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Dear concerned, My broadband connection is pending even after repeated requests and procuring modem by self. There was some issue with last connection. Nobody from MTNL Ghatkopar has done the necessary action rather than saying it will be done!
