    @PMOIndia @MTNLMbiOfficial My landline is DEAD for more than one month now. On complaining only get a automated response, that your complaint is already registered. NO ACTION is being taken. Docket no. is 6072. Is MTNL going to be functional again ??

    @mtnldelhi MTNL a bloody rogue company. I am fed up with my no 011-29916751having broadband. Every Month compelled to make 3-4 complaint and takes 3-4days for repair. Behaviour of lineman Munna Kumar is also very bad. Planning to return. Suggest everyone not to go for mtnl.

    @GeetaliTare @MTNLOfficial If you go to their office, they look at you like 'you are making me work, why you want MTNL?'. If it works then it works, but if there is issue then good help you. I think it's our mistake that we are still stuck with @MTNLOfficial. Their complaint handling is pathetic
