    @MTNLMbiOfficial My No- 28728295, CA-2081368295, after some road work near Chincholi Bunder Junction, Malad (west), I launch complaint through MTNL SITE, lineman saying some fault in between main dp to my house distance is approx.-300 mtr.. And cable can't be replace, kindly help

    @MTNLOfficial the landlines in Goregaon east Dindoshi are not working since last three days.We tried contacting MTNL on field employees and were informed 10m wire has been stolen thus it would take time to start the landlines. It's been 3 days now and our business is affected.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial This is to officially let you know that we will stop paying the MTNL bill now since the phone is not working since 6 months and all attempts to contact MTNL to get it fixed have led nowhere

    @MTNLOfficial @CMD_MTNL MTNL has become a joke. I had registered the complaint for my landline & internet. Today NP Singh area manager called & said they had rectified the error,insead our repeatedly saying that our internet still not working properly had disconnected our call.

    @npueu I was saving up to buy a Titan watch then but spent that whole money (Rs 1200) for the annual internet membership. I told my mum but didn't dare to tell to my father initially. She was v encouraging. We could never afford a comp at home. We got a mtnl connectn only in 2000.

    @rsprasad is the government making way for your acquaintance to buy MTNL and BSNL and in the process you are harassing existing customers so that they them self opt for other service providers

    @DoT_India worst service that MTNL landline and broadband no.22831148 hasn't been working since 9jan 2021, besides my several complaints. I was told that it'll be repaired within 60 days, but after around 125 days and no action has been taken till now.@PMOIndi
