@BSNLCorporate @iamWahidWani Recharge be big or small the users of bsnl worried in terms of coverage, speed,ease of payment, poor website and app.I am not proving that he said right but he is in pain to say that as if bsnl,mtnl services and maintenance were privatised then its holds good. No queue faicilty.

@MTNLOfficial I feel nowadays Mtnl is not attending complaints purposely or closed without resolving it. I feel company being with great infrastructure will to to the hands of some MNC by not providing service , shame on you

Is it a deliberate attempt to keep the customers away. MTNL itself is a phone service provider and this situation cannot arise. I am NOT ABLE TO CONTACT ANY ONE for explaining problem of my INTEREST SERVICE which has gone out of order for over a Week @MTNLMbiOfficial

@billdesk Kindly provide contact numbers for Mumbai customer support. I tried calling on 02240920001 and 02261060600. Both numbers are unresponsive. My BEST and MTNL bills have still not been scheduled for payment. Last time the same thing happened and I had to pay late fees!
