@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Sorry to say but No one from MTNL visited our office or Building ,No one contacted us and tried to understand our issue.. So please stop making the same age old excuses sitting in your office .

@MTNLOfficial Also being an MTNL customer for more than 50 years now, this is how the treatment is given. This is ridiculous and one of the main reasons why the company is dying. It deserves this!

@harishanker2008 hii you got IN-Dolphin network in your mobile or not? Try manual searching for MTNL network because BSNL is using MTNLs network in Delhi Circle. Additionally send sms ACTROAM to 53333 for using VI roaming services (Charges Apply).

@MTNLOfficial It has been 6 days now, noone respond at customer care number 1504, noone respond the area sales office number 26953839. I dont know how MTNL is running its services??

@Dharma58546523 Nearest serving site to the customer location is down and due to that customer is facing the mobile network problem. The MTNL Team is trying hard to restore the site. After restoration of the down site network shall improve in this area.@DoT_India
