    A friend sent me a gift and gave my MTNL number, which doesn’t get network in my apartment. The delivery guy needed an OTP to hand it over, so I went with him on his bike while he completed another delivery, and I finally got network there and received the OTP lol.

    In the era of 5G, @BSNLCorporate can't even Deliver normal 4G speed. @MTNLOfficial denies any possibility and network connectivity. Loses signal out of the blue, and you are in no man's land. What a pathetic show of work by BSNL and MTNL.

    I want to publicly raise an issue regarding MTNL I have a MTNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@MTNLOfficial @MTNL @narendramodi

    @jiocare WORST SERVICE for Jio, I have requested to relocate my Jio Fiber on 29th Mar till date it has not happened. Customer care giving different reasons. The most irrelevant and unacceptable msg ‘engineer didn’t get access to my location’ I feel attest MTNL lineman were good.

    @bsnl_care I dont have MTNL SIM. I have BSNL 4G SIM. Handset is Realme Narzo 90x 5G, launched just recently. Jio and Airtel VOLTE is working fine in same handset. Why is BSNL VOLTE not working?

    @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.     @bsnl_care Is MTNL 4G available in Mumbai? I used to get signal earlier and then no signal from past 6 months. I was told that it is due to tower upgradation to 4G. Six months passed still no signal!
