@DoT_India I am not received Landline bill of Tel No. 022-25779770 either by hard copy or by email for Nov 20. When I approached Powai Tel Exchange I was told to go to Ghatkopar then I was told to go to Marol. Shamful service by MTNL as usual.

Our staff visited MTNL (MHADA-Versova) last week and today but there was no one available to take a complaint. Atrocious service. Please close down if you can’t manage.

@sanjeev_goyal Privatisation has forced the babus sitting in MTNL, Air India and all of the other EXTREMELY lazy PSUs to up their game. State owned monopolies are the worst of all kinds, because they always have the backing of the taxpayer, and the people at the mercy of their lethargy.

@bankofbaroda bob bawana branch as usual down with internet connectivity since today morning,all customers going back as simply told that net is not working,it happens often ,hail to mtnl internet connection.bob should use better ISP.
