I don't know why Power backup is not there at MTNL as it is at the proper city when the power goes down it impacts many subscribers or customer service/ work & business power backup should be implemented at all MTNL MSC

@MTNLMbiOfficial more than 2 months of no service. Ignored tweets and DMs...are we ever going to ever get any respite...whole building has no service.. people visiting the local MTNL exchange office have also been given no answer.. @AshwiniVaishnaw @CMOMaharashtra

I am now in roaming in west Bengal and my mtnl no.9004399739. Last three days I am not getting any bsnl network in my area. Our postal pin code is 713335, po anchra,dist bardhaman. My alternate no 8850853384.

@KumarPr14606405 @DoT_India The nearest serving site to the location is down leading to poor mobile network. MTNL Team is trying hard to restore it. After restoration of it mobile network shall improve at the customer location.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In city like Mumbai. Airtel gives best of WORST network now a days. No network in South Mumbai. No network in Mumbai Locals. Might you on the line of MTNL.
