@MTNLOfficial @timesofindia the mtnl is down since 14th Nov20, in Thakur complex-Kandivali. Reason-cable theft and delayed funding. Reduced work efficiency due to non-availability of Wi-fi. Need urgent attention.

@MTNLOfficial it's really bad and pathetic service by MTNL net is not working since 6 month after paying all bill also they are not going to solve the problem ..It's really bad we expect much better service but nobody is taking complaint seriously..Bad bad

@MTNLOfficial Dear Sir,I am having a MTNL landline &broadband connection in Mumbai (DM me for telephone no.) It is not working for a long time in spite of several complaints. Kindly intervene to resolve the problem as self is having major troubles by not getting internet.

@MTNLMbiOfficial Surrendered my landline 26665929 in Feb 2020. Deposit due still not received. numerous mails sent are not replied by MTNL. Pl help.

Problem has not been resolved for more than 4 months. Such a big issue, Should I contact @NASA to get the solution ? Either MTNL should be privatized or disassembled, It has become a burden.

@TRAI Respected Sir Inspite of having sufficient credit limit in my account ,my out going services has been stopped by MTNL. When a public sector is doing such things ,what will be the fate of private sector. Please help me.
