  @DoT_India your Haat at Houz khas MTNL exchange is a very very poor joke, its shameful that in today's day n age u should have the Haat on the 3rd floor of the dilapidated unattended building without a lift , to pick up a Sim card, learn from corporates, learn to serve

  @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @AjeetBhartii Old guards BSNL / MTNL couldn’t do much. Hope that incidental govt investment in Vodafone works out something soon to become an alternative to poor service giants Jio / Airtel. Govt must truly revive BSNL to competitive level and let Vodafone give some jitters to duopolistic companies.

  @TRAI Yes, GOI forces institutions to lease internet line only from MTNL , and MTNL provides third class service. Incubator, institutes everywhere internet goes down every other day.
