@DoT_India Thank you. I hope that it gets resolved soon. We are having to pay extra money for phone internet throughout monsoons because of this MTNL issue, especially since we work from home.

@mtnl From long time disturbing... Service BSNL at KAPASHERA mew delhi. 110037 . After cut off light... Not coming network.. 2- 4days...plz solv... Other wise we port can port our BSNL SIM Card any other Company...

@shailesh44302 @DoT_India MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

Though MTNL recover telephone bill periodically from me , land line connection provided by the MTNL is of no use since Covid Period . Despite the fact Complaint made to MTNL of no use as the expert could not resolve the issue.

MTNL Delhi clears landline complaints of 93 yr old Sr citizen within 24 hrs without even fixing the phone or attending the complaint. Complaint no. 21 Dt 23/9 107 Dt 24/9 167 Dt 26/9 Too much harassment. Pls look into it. South Delhi @MTNLDEL @MTNLOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw
