Hey @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial, i paid for a FTTH connection back in October 2021 but the connection was never installed duet to some reason, still waiting on my refund, its been close to 1.5 yrs now, officials at MTNL Thane denying refund saying no funds

@MTNLOfficial it's been 3 months my land line is not working. Been complaining about it from past 3 month. Have been to Mtnl office at Samta Nagar kandivali office where they said it will be sorted in a week's time but nothing has worked up.

@IndiaPostOffice @Shibatoken_ @TOIMumbai Dear all employees of India Post. Remember if IP survives. U will survive. IP will survive if IP gives better service than private operators. Do not stop only at being employed. Think & See what happend to Air India,,MTNL,BSNL,HMT. This applies to all govt enterprises.

@suchetadalal It stopped working about 3-4 years back. Done DND with 4 service providers MTNL, Airtel, Jio and Vodafone. Not helping at all. Atleast 3-4 calls everyday selling cars, properties, loans, credit cards etc. I realise the guys calling are doing so for survival and so say a polite NO

Facalitating corporates by goving cheap land and tax cuts is ok but they do nothing for common people see hospital and colleges. Have you ever seen mtnl bsnl iti business melting down because of false elignation of 2g ghotala.
