    @MumbaiMTNL @MTNLOfficial I had filed Complaints regarding telephone device not working telphne dead line frm last 3-4 mnths even mailed regarding the d same still haven't received any update bt getting telephone bills regularly without fail. Disgusting service by MTNL

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Since your Department has not resolved the issue in 20 days, I have suffered a lot besides mental agony. I have now decided not to continue with such an inhuman organisation ie MTNL. I therefore request you take out your instruments & refund my money. Be happy in your world..bye!

    @MTNLOfficial why don't MTNL taking action against corrupt and non working staff. my phone 011-23952010 not working from last 7 months did several complaints no action. shame on department @CMDBSNL

    @DoT_India sir my MTNL line is dead since the past 10 days and have raised several complaints but no one is bothered to rectify it, not only me the entire building lines are dead. Request you to help on this
