Early 80s I used to send Telegrams from here to my parents. Climbing up those circular stairs made me emotional.Lots of history embedded in those spiralling stairs ! Preserve.

You're bringing to LS floor many relevant issues e.g. on IT, 28 days validity in telecom etc ๐ A relevant issue - BSNL prepaid sim doesn't work in Mumbai, Delhi where MTNL provide the service. Brought to notice of all concerned as attached. No solution yet
