    @MTNLOfficial complaint are not followed up by MTNL. I had lodged complaint on 7th Dec 2020 but there was no follow up. complaint no 365456. Local office does not answer calls. Online complaints are not responded to. Awful service. @rsprasad #MTNLDelhi

    @rsprasad Sh Ravi Shankar Prasad Sir, MTNL Delhi is totally nonfunctional. My Internet connection dead & landline phone dead for last 2 months. Paying bills regularly. Impossible to get through to complain “ you are in que” is all you get. Why have such a service?

    @DoT_India No action has been taken yet, Our PM Modisir is talking about digital India & here no one is to attain complaint after 4 days. This is d services of Atmanirbhar Bharat??? No one is available in MTNL office not on call, what to do???

    @muglikar_ Even Jio example is a trap for LWers.. these people should be asked, even after knowing the devil the Jio is, will they want to go back to times of only BSNL/MTNL with high prices, poor service and limited reach.. RW are failing big time in countering arguments.

    @MTNLOfficial MTNL Delhi my dolphin sim is showing not registered on network from Dhaula Kuan to Janakpuri from many days due to which calling is not possible. It only registers in selected areas like chankyapuri. When are u going to rectify this network problem.

    @MTNLOfficial Our landline no. 011-23845635 is dead since last 1.5 months. Complaints are being cleared without resolution. There is some problem at the wiring dp. Pls send the lineman at our address ASAP. MTNL No.:- 011-23845635 Mob No.:- 8595464965

    @safiranand @airtelindia A friend of mine who runs a general shop recently got rid of all his MTNL landlines due to utter frustration and got Airtel numbers. MTNL’s service has gotten even worse during COVID. Expect migrations to Airtel landlines and then move to an Airtel ecosystem.

    @bandrabuzz @BandraDataHub Most of @MumbaiMTNL phones seem to be out of order & I am hearing that nobody attends the complaints. Even banks are saying that their phone is dead. Is #mtnl dyeing a slow death?
