@MTNLOfficial Mumbai mtnl bill payment registered in online banking is not working now properly ever since lockdown as also line conjunction is very much between two mtnl exchanges even complains r attended very lately. U need to focus if u want to survive!!

@MTNLMbiOfficial lines from main junction box at SPS Marg , Bhandup is dead for past 2 months. MTNL officers at Bhandup have been telling that they are not getting Cables to fix the issue. MTNL users of Chetna Apartments and other societies are suffering . Please resolve.

@rsprasad @MTNLOfficial @PMOIndia. Gd mng sir. I m frm gtb hospital Delhi. Net not working since 15 jan. Nobody listening. I talked Mr. JAIN IN SHD MTNL OFFICE so many times. But nothing has been done. Its a govt office & handle salary for 2000 emp. Pls sir do something. PLS SIR

@Airtel_Presence Thanks Mansi, yes it's working now but it become operational as confirmed by line man a day before after 18 hours, not as per confirmation by u people or customer care. Mean to understand old traditonal mtnl line men's are back at Airtel. Hoping long found flicker problem resolve

I now see that complaint no. 2582 has been closed by MTNL but my phone is still not working. I have registered 2 new complaints 5079 and 5082 for landline and broadband.

@MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL customer service is so pathetic these days, we customers are taken on ride and heavily charged for the FTTH while speed is fairly good but customer support, billing queries addressing, fault handling and reaching out to human support is impossible.
