  @MTNLMbiOfficial We were MTNL subscriber since years, then there was a cable damage at LBS Rd Kirol Road Jn, all users lost connection in area, Years took to repair that, now I can see that job is completed, please restore our MTNL line, infact if I can get OFC will be glad.

  @Being_Humor @BSNLCorporate Same with MTNL and they are not even bothered if they lose a customer , zero accountability , privatisation is the way to go .

  @Mohansinha You cannot let the Telecom Company fail and result in a duopoly. BSNL/MTNL are also not in a position to compete with Airtel and Jio. Look at it like the TARP investments of the US Govt. At some point when Vodafone becomes sustainable Govt will exit.

  I have personally been to PF office but server being slow, people getting transferred and new person not joining or on leave. It saddens me that we are aiming for digital India but we cant even fix basic things. No one replies to the mail. MTNL lines do not work so no way to call

  @MTNLOfficial pathetic service by MTNL phone is dead since a month now no response to complaints even few deleted without been phone working,you have already loose ur customer base due to poor service atleast try to retain the few left who still using landline take action asap.

  @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial @DoT_India Please stop your snobbish attitude that you only provide services to MTNL nos., Whenever I complaint to BSNL they tell me to contact MTNL mumbai but your support just ignore BSNL users, If you don't want to provide support to BSNL users please tell us so that we can port out..🙏
