My father who is aged 67 (senior citizen) hs made 3 trips to Mira Road MTNL office to cancel the service which we haven't had since April 2020 - everytime new excuse of officer is on holiday,not well etc. We want the work done ASAP! I need to know how? @MTNLOfficial

Since when has MTNL started advertising for Airtel? My granny's landline is not working since 4 months. They closed the online complaint saying it has been attended. And when my dad visited Kandivali office, they are telling my dad, better shift to Airtel broadband !!! WTH
