The Indian telecom sector went from a heavily crowded market to a high-stakes survival game in just one decade. The cost of data went down, but the cost of survival went through the roof. 📉

Infor gallore. (@Anxious_Indian) reported@ANI This is basically the norm in BSNL/ MTNL. Even when GM/ PGM visits officers were instructed to arrange snacks, water, taking them for lunch. And the Engineer who was supposed to manage the network is send to manage itinerary. After this fiasco all these instructions will be oral.

amishmm (@amishmm) reported@BSNLCorporate I ported from MTNL Mumbai to BSNL 4G on 6th April. It shows network signal but no VOLTE. Complained many times but not resolved. Internet and SMS sometimes works but no incoming and outgoing calls. Please resolve.

ajit (@ajit_k1) reported@JM_Scindia Sir No network service/tower available mtnl mobile in pitampura delhi area for last 15 days. On contacting it has been told that bijli has been cut due to non payment of dues of bijli vibhag. Sir Kindly direct thile concerned officer to resolve the issue.
