@deespeak @MTNLOfficial @MumbaiPolice I m facing same problem.. They dont reply They keep billing you... Their exchange dont take your complaint and acknowledge You dont have email address where to complain..whatever ID printed on bill is never replied .. I am going through this hell from months . MTNL is miserable

@deespeak @MTNLOfficial @MumbaiPolice You don’t tag Mumbai police in such petty issues. You may switch to some other service provider, it’s damn easy. MTNL is the worst when it comes to telecom. You may switch to Tata, Airtel or Vodafone. They provide landline sets with sim cards (they never fail) thank me later :)

@deespeak @MTNLOfficial @MumbaiPolice Problem is that in Dadar specific area apart from MTNL there is no strong broadband player. No JioFiber, No Airtel, No Hathaway. Just cablewala network. Seems like a monopoly. Other players also should be allowed

@MTNLMbiOfficial Refer to our MTNL ED Online Complaint NO. 218222.We lodged complaint for 25900006 and 25900008 at NS Road, Hetal Apt, Mulund West- 400080. AFter two days, two persons came and said that wire had been cut. Hence, it needed to be replaced. He demanded Rs.800/-
