    @BJP4India MTNL is not entertaining complaints or accepting payments at MTNL local offices as it had been uptil now. Everyone is forced into issues with MTNL. Whats the purpose

    I was looking at the active Telecom Companies in India today. Honestly, it is surprising to see the list now compared to a decade ago. đŸ¤¯ Here are the ones left standing: 1. Reliance Jio 2. Bharti Airtel 3. Vodafone Idea (Vi) 4. BSNL / MTNL ...And that is literally it for major commercial mobile operators. Remember 10 years ago when we used to have all of these? 💀 Tata Docomo 💀 Aircel 💀 Reliance Communications (RCom) 💀 Telenor / Uninor 💀 Virgin Mobile 💀 MTS 💀 Videocon We went from 10+ operators fiercely competing over our ₹10 and ₹20 recharges to a near Duopoly. The Indian telecom sector went from a heavily crowded market to a high-stakes survival game in just one decade. The cost of data went down, but the cost of survival went through the roof. 📉

    Just shifted today from Faridabad to Gurgaon and facing extremely poor connectivity on my BSNL number. Residence: Amber 067, Ground Floor, Emerald Estates, Sector 65, Gurgaon, Haryana 122101. This is a three-storey building and surrounding houses are also only three storeys. My BSNL number is currently in roaming here and should be getting connectivity through MTNL. However, the network strength is extremely weak — even in the back bedroom signals are barely usable and calls frequently drop. BSNL Service Number: 94157758957 @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw Such poor basic connectivity in the national capital region is quite concerning. Request BSNL/MTNL to kindly review the network situation in this area and improve coverage urgently.

    @MTNLOfficial The MTNL mumbai prepaid number for my father was not getting recharged initially. I had to go to BKC office from Pune for doing just that, even after that there is no network on the cell phone. What should senior citizens do for getting simple things done?
