    @zerodhamarkets Maharatna label amplifies DNA, doesn't change it. NTPC was profitable before autonomy. MTNL had Navratna since '97 and still cratered. I think the harder question: does CIL's 82% market share represent earned dominance or just a legal monopoly that never had to compete?

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @JM_Scindia MTNL signals are Pathetic in Mumbai. Went to Vashi MTNL office for porting to BSNL-4G. The poor employees are struggling to send and receive SMS even for recharge and porting. Telecom dept and TRAI are in the payrolls of govt or private telecoms?

    @bsnl_care I ported my sim to BSNL pospaid. I am unable to make and receive calls even after porting is successful. MTNL Vashi office is not receiving my calls. They do not receive the landline phone. I am helpless. Please register my complaint.

    The condition of state departments is deplorable, most MTNL numbers operated by state govts are not in service anymore, the websites are not updated with the correct numbers either, there’s no way to reach them. One example is the labour dept of haryana, phone number 0124-2301138

    @TheSincereDude It’s not only scam but a private cartel jio/ airtel and to some extent Vodafone’s fleecing the subscribers helped ruling government in power presiding over the choking of BSNL and MTNL to help the private telecom monopoly to exploit the hapless citizens.

    A friend sent me a gift and gave my MTNL number, which doesn’t get network in my apartment. The delivery guy needed an OTP to hand it over, so I went with him on his bike while he completed another delivery, and I finally got network there and received the OTP lol.

    @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.     @Jeetuburdak Private telecom companies gained popularity over MTNL and BSNL largely due to the latter’s inefficiency and poor service standards. If they now begin to follow the same path, it would certainly be a matter of concern.

    @pramodkmr73 @MTNLOfficial Thank you Sir, apparently this is a problem with MTNL Mumbai sim even after coming back to Pune. Its really irritating when mobile phones have become part of our lives like Oxygen.
