    @AnasShareef93 @MTNLOfficial MTNL down since many months and i have followed escalation matrix and reported the fault to all concern dept from top to bottom, but no difference, they are least bothered about it due to confusion within department.

    @ViCustomerCare I have done porting of my number 9757022559 from MTNL to Vi. Today is the fourth day. Not yet activated. Ads are coming non-stop and cannot contact customer care. Very bad & highly irresponsible service. Good for Reliance-Jio. No wonder they are growing fast.

    @MTNLOfficial from 1week mtnl line is dead due to some internal fault in paschim vihar. Will MTNL debit it charges from the monthly rental. Because no action have been taken after the complaint. (25256155) Its time to upgrade MTNL @rsprasad

    @MTNLMbiOfficial ..@MTNLOfficial ..No Network for last two days on MTNL provided telephone...nor on Broadband internet...online registered complaint not attended so far..Complaint Number: 6986.
