@sssingh21 I also surrendered my MTNL phone some months ago. Starting 2021, much if their staff resigned, hardly any linemans to fix the issues. They even didn't come for collection of the instrument plus wirings, instead asked to come with the phone/wifi router & submit it at the office.

@neerajarora91 100cr+ customer base industry with good cash flow , hope at-least 15cr user by bsnl/mtnl provide service otherwise in rural area not reach this so called digitalindia benefit !

@BSNLCorporate I have purchased the 4G Sim from Punjab 9478964686 and when I moved to Noida, I am not getting any network. I tried choosing Vi/MTNL as operator but that didn't work,I also tried messaging ACT ROAM to 53333 but that didn't work as there is no network. Please help.

Something wrong. Suddenly from past 4 days the broadband speed is down from 10-12mbps to in kbps. And then they call for bills. MTNL please take care of this. We are still WFH. @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial
