@MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Dear concerned, My broadband connection is pending even after repeated requests and procuring modem by self. There was some issue with last connection. Nobody from MTNL Ghatkopar has done the necessary action rather than saying it will be done!

@MTNLMbiOfficial Please improve your services. Phone numbers of officials of mtnl Fort Mumbai area are not working. Online complaints are not being taken care of. Please fix it otherwise will escalate this issue to the telecom minister.

@bankofbaroda bob bawana branch as usual down with internet connectivity since today morning,all customers going back as simply told that net is not working,it happens often ,hail to mtnl internet connection.bob should use better ISP.
