@amazonIN @PMOIndia can you please make mobile phone as essential? My mother-in-law's phone has conked off and she is unable to remain connected since even mtnl landline is not working. Lives alone. We are trying to buy a phone for her but unable to do so.

this same procedure successfully done with mtnl and all other service providers, finally v r left with no alternate but to port out and change service provider, its sad that we had no other issues with airtel service and were quite happy with the same

Shall wait for a few more days...and if we dont get response we shall move to Jio or airtel...This is how MTNL is loosing customers due to poor management...

@JioCare Spent 10 k to shift my entire house electronics in house including cctv and all tv on jio fibre trusting the name of reliance known for quality and service. Entire house electronics are down. I disconnected my mtnl thinking I have the best. But now feeling disappointed..
