@rutvizamre when I had MTNL broadband, the net would keep dropping so I had to keep calling customer support. except as soon as I called the net would come back. it was after this exchange happened 5 times that I realized only keeping a call running with support would make my internet work

@BSNLCorporate no network at all at my native place. Worst network service by bsnl to mtnl users. Getting 2g network but still worst service. Improve the service so that customers get satisfied. Look into it asap.

@MTNLOfficial Is MTNL shutting down? One cannot access any officials nor get any issue redolved in over teo weeks. The only communication we get is a monthly bill for a phone and broadband service that is not functioning

@SwatantraJaisw3 @rssurjewala 1986, MTNL (Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited) was established which helped in the spread of telephone network. There are numerous things which were done in 67 years post independence. Kindly mention the year, you want to know about and I can tell you about it.
