    @SukhdeoPrasad3 Reply from TSP-In view of the recent tweet made by the customer , MTNL mumbai unit talked to the customer. The number is working. As per the customer, there is some disturbance in the line. Yesterday MTNL staff visited the premises, but the customer requested to come next day.

    @BSNLwarriors123 It was from BSNL BBNL was created and there is no surprise it is again merged with Parent company. If MTNL had merged..then things would be different..Consolidation will really help all the stake holders...

    There are many people in Dombivli-Kalyan, who are trying to switch telecom services due to rising prices & monopolistic approach by tele sectors. MTNL network coverage is bad in our area; otherwise we would love to switch to MTNL/BSNL. @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @MumbaiMTNL

    @MTNLOfficial : There is no option to disconnect broadband and MTNL lines online. During pandemic times customer is asked to visit nearest location. Best part is that the nearest location is closed and so now the hunt starts for another location. Pathetic services.

    @ducans Reply from TSP:- In the shared screen by the customer MTNL mumbai unit already replied to the customer that " The building is not fiber enable at present ,our team are trying to make it feasible. FTTH migration of the existing line may take time.
