    @DoT_India Sir nobody is bother about this in mtnl and nor they are disconnecting my line and neither they are saying they are unable to provide any solution. Please help I am suffering from last 1 year.

    Raised issue,got a docket# from MTNL. Rcvd auto voice call telling docket is closed and if issue persists, raise another issue. Did that and got new docket#. Got message that this docket# is also closed. Guess what, phone line is still dead.@MTNLMbiOfficial is this some game?

    @HDFCBank_Cares I have just checked, MTNL has received the payment. Got the payment receipt as well. Thank you for your assistance. Issue resolved.

    @rk9158 @abhishekrajaram Jab tak public unko ye dar nahi batayegi ki by purchasing where available bsnl/mtnl tab tak this 3 three always cry and keep increase price all 110cr Sim not want calling and data service at minimum 79₹ for 28 days !

    @MTNLOfficial Mtnl never works. It's one big hoax. Bill's come every month but line is dead and broadband does not work. You lodge a complaint, in 5 days you get a message saying problem is solved ...but it never is

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India MTNL delhi landline and broadband connections 29523399, 29522758, 29522007 & 29523263 are dead for more then 1 year . Mr C L MEENA area manager Hauz khas is clearing complaints repeatedly and is not getting the problem rectified for proper working.
