The problem here is currently no governmental company manufactures mobile phone and apart from BSNL and MTNL, there are no other govt. company which provides internet access. The others are private players, the govt. cannot ask private players to provide mobile phones and 3/n

Simply shocking service from @MTNLOfficial we have been trying for months to cancel our broadband service since it doesn’t work. 1501 won’t help, the #MTNL website doesn’t send OTP to login & Uran office has no personnel. Yet bills come on time with penalties for late payment 😡

@MTNLOfficial please intervene to stop customers harressment.Also improve ur service to be in business. Try talking to MTNL customer care on 011-22221500 or 011-22221540,if any one picks consider yourself lucky or else help customers settle their complaints.
