@JioCare @jyotiranjan_lj Bro no one cares sab public ko attract Karne k liye tha... But still I thanks to jio cause they made other service providers plans cheaper, so now I am using a higher speed at low cost network. So now u can also switch to Airtel, Voda or BSNL/MTNL/Dolfine

@MTNLOfficial My landline hasn't been working since 6 months. I still keep getting bills. I have already made a written complaint to the mtnl office for both my issues. It's been 2 weeks. Nothings changed. Still getting a bill. Landlines still down. What's next??!

If MTNL,MUMBAI CAN NOT HANDLE ITS SUBSCRIBERS AND SERVICES, PL HANDOVER IT TO BSNL OR ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS.MTNL MUMBAI IS TORTURING ITS SUBSCRIBERS.

@DoT_India My MTNL Delhi broadband complaint no. 360836 dt. 09.11.2020 & 36 dt. 12.11.2020 not resolving last one month. Also raised matter to GM(TY) & Area Manager(Shahdara) through telephonic and email but all afforts are vain.

Respected @MTNLOfficial I am having a telephone connection at my place since last 25years since last 9 months phone is dead and i am complaining on 116 since then but issue is unresolve my no.23827831 dear @rsprasad please look into the matter as MTNL do not want to fix it
