    @JioCare @jyotiranjan_lj Bro no one cares sab public ko attract Karne k liye tha... But still I thanks to jio cause they made other service providers plans cheaper, so now I am using a higher speed at low cost network. So now u can also switch to Airtel, Voda or BSNL/MTNL/Dolfine

    @MTNLOfficial @sadabala @DoT_India These MTNL people no longer run this establishment for the services of the people. It has become a BJP govt owned company that works for their party and the government. No more a "Service Provider".

    @deespeak @MTNLOfficial @MumbaiPolice I m facing same problem.. They dont reply They keep billing you... Their exchange dont take your complaint and acknowledge You dont have email address where to complain..whatever ID printed on bill is never replied .. I am going through this hell from months . MTNL is miserable

    @excitel_rocks Local Team: intelligent Team, they have made even MTNL phones not reachable. Customer Care : Database not running so can't help. Should I send my office work to your Team as I don't have enough mobile data to run my Laptop. P.S. - using mobile data to post

    @MTNLMbiOfficial what is the update to my query? The bill amount paid via net banking on MTNL self-care portal was deducted from my bank account but why have I not got an sms/e-receipt that payment was received? How am I as a customer supposed to know the status of my payment?

    @deespeak @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Dear MTNL you hv DM’d this eve asking me to pay up my pending bills before you terminate the landline. out of last 10 months my landline was live only for 4. Why should I pay rentals for additional 6 months? DM Implies,if I don’t pay, you won’t terminate landline, threat?
