BSNL / MTNL need 4G spectrum for operations. Similarly Voda Idea needs OFC network of BBNL & BSNL. If Govt allows BSNL / MTNL and Voda Idea to use each other spectrum & OFC, it will be win win situation for both companies.

@vishal_mega I am very disappointed to see that since 10 days my issue is not resolved and case forcefully closed without taken any action. VMM seems like a BSNL-MTNL. How can customer staye tuned with VMM?

@JioCare @jyotiranjan_lj Bro no one cares sab public ko attract Karne k liye tha... But still I thanks to jio cause they made other service providers plans cheaper, so now I am using a higher speed at low cost network. So now u can also switch to Airtel, Voda or BSNL/MTNL/Dolfine

Barely thirty years ago, there was one domestic airline, two telephone service providers (BSNL & MTNL), three cars and numerous waiting lists for a telephone, gas connection, scooter etc. There were many scarce articles and commodities, the scarcest being foreign exchange. (2/5)

On ground there are no line men to repair, no SPOC to contact... There were days when MTNL personnel's availability and execution had no comparison and today it's sad

As might warn SBI nt to make NPAs as its also shown d RBI Gov Quality or it b imposed on Other RBI Officials due to some online services running on Millitery Tele communications as Universities or Institutions never permit to use of MTNL/BSNL or Commercial Telelinks/Lines... @RBI

@rsprasad we never shy away from paying bills even when the phones are out of order for 2 months, we have never skipped payments but why this kind of service ? Is MTNL supposed to shut down ? Then pls do or pls take some action, coz it's performance is deteriorating day by day

Being a loyal user from last 18 years, MTNL is incompetent to understand their customer requirements. I had registered my grievances in June 2020 about line disturbance, till Dec 2020 there was no action plan but I was paying my dues on time without fail.
