    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India It’s been more than 10 days since I have even complained on Twitter and more than 3 weeks since my complain to MTNL. Still no resolution or even a response. Just one call asking ‘chal raha hai kya?’ - arre Bhai nahi chal raha isi liye toh complain kiya hai !!

    @MTNLOfficial absolute third class services and rude and uncouth staff. Wonder what they are paid for. Had given ecs mandate 2 months ago. But no updation done on your end and my mtnl bills have not been paid. Who is responsible for penalties levied for no fault of ours. @TRAI

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial So we should continue to pay bills and late penalty for line which is dead for a year. How come mtnl billing system is working uninterrupted but the telephone lines don't. How can you take customers money and not provide service.

    The DoT has permitted telecom service providers, including Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio, Vodafone Idea,& MTNL, to conduct 5G trials, but none of them will b using technologies of Chinese entities. Huawei & other Chinese Tech not included for trials. Thanks to d @narendramodi govt.

    @MTNLOfficial @hrmtnl @TRAI Now when I mentioned that we are escalating they gave a complaint number and acknowledge the email. Is this the type of service you provide to your customers? Even calling on MTNL numbers they tell a senior citizen to visit the office.
