We have recently booked new MTNL landline connection 3 weeks ago. Till date no technician has visited our office for connection. We went to MTNL Ghatkopar office 6 times but in vain. Noboday wants to resolve our issue. India needs privatisation. @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial

@MTNLMbiOfficial I planned to opt for MTNL mobile sim because, I thought I should support govt backed org. From past 4-5 days, my sim hasn't been activated yet. I even visited your office at Gandhi Nagar, half of the time, the person concerned is not available. I am fed up now.
