    Office of Janakpuri and even West Delhi. God only can has the answer for this all. I have a request to please visit personally to the office of MTNL Janakpuri to know the facts with this slow wifi or no wifi. I feel someone gives indirect help to private players for some benefits

    @JM_Scindia just a thought if all our airports can offer free ONLY BSNL or MTNL simcard at our immigration counter (offcouse with some proof of their stay ) and operational with minimum recharge of 300 ₹ just after they finish the immigration. This will for sure help our TELCOS

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw my landline no. 28792145 is dead sine a month, I have visited Goregaon MTNL office several times and always got assurance that someone is visiting today but that never happened. Registered complaint online docker no. Is 5452.

    its consumers regularly. Our Wifi has always shown loss of good service. I also am a consumer since 1995 with my MTNL phone no. 25546579. I have to book complaint every now and then that my Wifi is not working. I personally feel their something wrong going deliberately in MTNL

    @SuvenduWB TMC supporters and beneficiaries of CESC jobs wud b against this move.But we are all aware how monopoly of BSNL nd MTNL was broken by competitors resulting in better services in telecom industry. Anyone opposing this move has personal interest.

    @NamrataClicks Hmmm, thought so. Upto some villages in Upper reaches, BSNL /MTNL network allows calls on mobile, SMS as well. उसके बाद you get cut off completely.

    Now no need to Trouble the Lion for his Phone to use his Data. Today I plan to surrender my MTNL Home ADSL Wired Broadband Internet & retain just the Basic Telephone under ₹ 232.50+GST Senior Citizen Concessional Category plan. A Net Saving of ₹ 504/month.

    Utterly disappointed with @MTNLOfficial worst service levels. Complaint not resolved since many months despite paying timely bills. Landline not working. Need urgent help as my business is getting affected. #MTNL
