    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Still no follow up by Mtnl engineer. Phone wire has issue which I believe needs to be replaced. Let me know if this can't be fixed so I will proceed with disconnection now. Sorry can't bear it as its been more than 2 months and I am regularly making payment for dead phone.

    @MTNLOfficial despite repeated reminders and complaints my MTNL land line is not working for last 4 months. Why should I pay monthly rental for a line which is dead. This is extremely poor service by MTNL and the reason why consumers are shunning MTNL. @rsprasad @PMOIndia

    @RahulGandhi Who has sold ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Unit Trust of India . No one is ready to deal with Govt. Sector Bank Now, No one want to use BSNL or MTNL mobile . Pls check your mobile it may also of a pvt service provider 🤢

    @priyankac19 I am getting much better service from jio/ fibre than bsnl/ mtnl. Same way pnb vs hdfc, people should have choice the better one will come out as winer.
