    @bsnl_care What is the update on this complaint ? I had informed you about being unable to use the BSNL network in mumbai. Your customer care informed me to use MTNL Network. They don't even know about the new 4G service arrangement by launching 4G as a service in mumbai.

    @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate in my area Gurgaon Dhanwapur road laxman vihar mtnl network issue, even call is not coming on phone, pls resolved. Why not resolved the network problem.

    @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia Sir, please direct BSNL board to review the signal issue in Mumbai. I have to visit MTNL office to get the connectivity but it fails there also.

    @JM_Scindia sir my ftth number 21403534 ftth number not working . I have tried to complain about MTNL websites and landline number 1130 but both are not working. Kindly direct to the concerned person to solve the problem.

    TRAI Delhi April 2026 official drive test results: Jio 243.98 Mbps | Airtel 169.80 Mbps | Vi 26.26 Mbps | MTNL 4.43 Mbps. But plot twist - Airtel has WORST latency at 43.76ms vs Jio's 20.33ms.     The street lights on the GMLR road from Inorbit Mall through the Vasari hill to MTNL junction on SV Road Goregaon are not working for past 3 days causing much trouble to the pedestrian and 2W users especially in these rains . This can cause serious accidents.@mybmc

    @jiocare WORST SERVICE for Jio, I have requested to relocate my Jio Fiber on 29th Mar till date it has not happened. Customer care giving different reasons. The most irrelevant and unacceptable msg ‘engineer didn’t get access to my location’ I feel attest MTNL lineman were good.

    @AnnuInfo Killing the business to help corporate...bsnl and mtnl have so much potential soany people trusted their service untill 2013.. All govt employees used bsnl and mtnl and network was best compared to private players.
