    @volklub @dakuwithchaku Look at the intelligent support provided by BSNL. If you contact their customer care, whether through social media or their helpline number, they simply say, 'Sir, please visit your nearest MTNL and BSNL office to get this information. 1 of 2 .....

    @BSNLCorporate your Haat at Houz khas MTNL exchange is a very very poor joke, its shameful that in today's day n age u should have the Haat on the 3rd floor of the dilapidated unattended building without a lift , to pick up a Sim card, learn from corporates, learn to serve

    @DoT_India @JM_Scindia My #MTNL postpaid number has had no network for the last 2 days. I'm unable 2 make/receive calls, communicate with anyone, or evn complete digital payments. This is causing serious inconvenience. Kindly intervene and ensure immediate restoration of services

    There was a time when India had at least 7-8 operators... Idea, Airtel, hutch, aircel, Rcom, Tata, BSNL, MTNL... Everything went to **** after 2014

    @bsnl_care The status of this docket is showing as closed !. IT is saying "MTNL team examined the issue and confirmed that all existing nearby 3G and 4G sites are working satisfactorily." even when there is no network in my area.

As per the latest update received from the concerned MTNL team, all nearby 3G and 4G sites have been examined and are currently functioning satisfactorily. To further improve network coverage in the area, additional sites will be planned under the ongoing 4G expansion programme.     @DoT_India @TRAI Sir A 93 year-old retired central govt lady Doctor her MTNL Landline phone is not working for the past two month. Mine JIO fibre Broad band is not working for the past 7 day's.Both in Delhi Why don't Govt use stick to pull up these telecome companies for people
