    @CMD_MTNL my Friday 8 Oct complaint bearing docket no 1929 has not been attended to despite me being assured that it would be done today by MTNL Mayur Vihar Phase 2 after which they have disappeared such complacent attitude very disgusting

    Due to loss mtnl don't put tower in GZB. BSNL SIM shows roaming in GZB. 3) BSNL n MTNL both using 2G/ 3G only network slow speed. So pls check with BSNL what infrastructure they are using. N speed connectivity BSNL is having fiber optic network too. Caution not opposition.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial raised a complaint more than a month back,been calling up everyday,raised escalation to SP Ghosalkar SS Shete .Even called technician no pls lan line BUT NO RESOLUTION given. Pathetic n shoddy state of affairs for MTNL. Will my problem b addressed?

    @MTNLOfficial So now we have a telephone that has an engaged dial tone and even after 15 days we can't use it. Another MTNL phone of ours continues to be dead and your website is down. What now?

    @MTNLOfficial The FTTH no. 20884502 never worked since installation 2 months ago.Your people visited many times, gave false assurance to replace the faulty modem. If this is the way to treat the customer who still believe in mtnl? Docket no.1580, 11/10/21. Pse resolve the issue.
