    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 My landline number 022-27546466 is not working for the last 10 months. No senior officer of BSNL and MTNL Navi Mumbai is interested to work and ensure that the landline is working

    @bsnl_care Yet the problem is solved. I dont think so BSNL/MTNL is capable to handle network issue, if you would then you it cant take so much time.

    Best Voice Quality: Jio (MOS 4.51) & Vi (MOS 4.47) delivered "Excellent" voice clarity, followed by Airtel (MOS 3.9). MTNL recorded very poor, with only 21% call setup success & a staggering 45% call drop. MTNL users experienced "Ltd Service" highlighting severe coverage gaps 2/2

    @mtnl It's virtually a IMPOSSIBLE task to contact MTNL,Delhi &for lodging complaint its virtually a hell because of NO REPONSE ALWAYS & EVER.I REQUEST Hon’ble @PMOIndia to shut down this defunct organization & save public exchequer from wastage. NO USE TO RUN MOST WORTHLESS UNIT.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My MTNL landline in Nerul, Navi Mumbai has not been working for over 2 weeks despite lodging a complaint. Docket No: 8231 Kindly resolve this issue urgently.

    @TelecomTalk First please try to provide proper coverage and signal strength. All this useless hi-fi talk later. By leaving BSNL to die and wasting tax payer money on Vodafone, trying to fool people. What is the status of MTNL/BSNL in Mumbai? Even airports are not covered. Shame Telecom.

    @CovidEraCaveman @HathwayBrdband @Starlink In Mumbai, non-fiber broadband options (DSL/cable/wireless) with relatively good customer service and strong reliability include: - MTNL: Government DSL, stable backbone, physical support centers; plans up to 50Mbps. - BSNL: DSL/copper, reliable in coverage areas; mixed reviews but quick resolutions via app/offices. - Tikona: Wireless, praised for uptime and responsive support in 2026 buzz. - You Broadband (Vodafone): Cable, decent speeds, improving service per recent reviews. Check availability on their sites. Starlink wait continues till mid-2026.

    @JM_Scindia @CMDBSNL From this last week No 4G network, No Volte and No 4G data on any MTNL tower at Avantika Extn.sector-2 also in Delhi-NCR. 4G network is totally failed on Android 16 devices. It's so sad to us.Bsnl/MTNL totally failed to resolve this issue from a week. Who's responsible for it's?
