    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial It’s been more than a month am facing issues with my landline. Tired calling your customer care and speaking to our area Mtnl office. Just one reply we get “ Wiring fault “. So wanted to know, does it take months to resolve.??

    The government wants at least 3 private service providers in the telecom sector. The government of India is already managing loss-making telecom firms #BSNL and #MTNL which are yet to post profit after a relief package of around Rs 69,000 cr was granted to them in October 2019.

    @HathwayBrdband Worst internet service ever, I used this service for 10+ years due to lack of proper competition but from the past 1-2 years even our very old MTNL gives way better service and speed than this crappy HATHWAY #banhathwayinternet

    @PMOIndia Our MTNL lines 24156162/24156163 not working from March 20, started getting bills on dead lines from April 21. Tired of doing online complains & also personal visits. Differnet reasons everytime, main is BMC not giving cable work permission

    This is the problem with mtnl.. I complained this morning, got a complaint number. Nothing done for the complaint and this evening the docket was closed without even asking me if it was done. The landline remains the same.. static! This is what we pay monthly rentals for🙄

    @MTNLOfficial is mtnl shut. Our phone is not working for past 4 days even after repeated complaints no action is take please get it fixed. 01129834916

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Telecommunications Ministry comes under U Sir but u know that MTNL Landline complaints not attented since 11 months. I tried every official for Concerned exchange but no response. Can I expect tht MTNL condition can get better & customers will get good service's
