    @MTNLOfficial absolute third class services and rude and uncouth staff. Wonder what they are paid for. Had given ecs mandate 2 months ago. But no updation done on your end and my mtnl bills have not been paid. Who is responsible for penalties levied for no fault of ours. @TRAI

    @CMD_MTNL @MTNLOfficial You should check and confirm from sarita vihar mtnl office what is the problem with them.every month atleast 3 or 4 days fttp is not working. contact number remains unanswered.I had DM you also that Saturday onwards net is not working. No reply,no solution
