  .@reliancejio #JioFibre Jio is the new MTNL of Mumbai. Same indifference to complaints of poor service. My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.

  @raghav_chadha! You're bringing to LS floor many relevant issues e.g. on IT, 28 days validity in telecom etc 👏 A relevant issue - BSNL prepaid sim doesn't work in Mumbai, Delhi where MTNL provide the service. Brought to notice of all concerned as attached. No solution yet

  @stockifiabhijit Not true. It may also indicate serious lack of choice. By your definition, because my dad waited 6 years for an MTNL line and i get pissed at Airtel for delaying service by a day, MTNL has greater brand value

The company will shut down sooner or later due to incapable people in decision making process as business and profitability will be impacted. Look at MTNL and many other companies.   @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial @CMOMaharashtra Since i have experience that when Mumbai MTNL has been migrated to BSNL service is getting worst first toll free help line is not working properly when we speak with customer care they dont have attics to speak with the customers.
