@MTNLMbiOfficial I planned to opt for MTNL mobile sim because, I thought I should support govt backed org. From past 4-5 days, my sim hasn't been activated yet. I even visited your office at Gandhi Nagar, half of the time, the person concerned is not available. I am fed up now.

Tragedy of Broadband experience! My first was RCom net that ran well for some time before it folded up. Next was MTNL who was so elusive when it came to customer service. Now its @HathwayBrdband playing hide&seek more often. We are talking abt AI with this state of netspeed!

@MTNLMbiOfficial It was my mistake for choosing MTNL, on other operator my sim would hv been activated in 30 min and I wouldn't hv to deal with all the hassle which I am dealing with now. This is pathetic.Guess y MTNL is in loss?Bcs it's clrly the service which u guys r providing
