@DoT_India website made to get help not to misguide contact on the websites half the time dont work you call mtnl they give number to contact that person never picks up the call. this way you provide services and charge heavy taxes on the consumers shame on the govt @PMOIndia @narendramodi

@jgopikrishnan70 I think, at least at MTNL (Mum), staff who were employees took VRS and are now doing more or less the same job (eg lines man, attending to service calls to fix dead telephone lines), as contract jobs. So in effect there may not be much reduction in no of persons working for MTNL.

@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial Even two of your accounts officers are not responding to phone calls made to them on the mobile number shared by MTNL office staff, there is literally zero customer support from mtnl,even emails are bot replied. If you donot reply i will not pay the dues !!!
