  Loved my MTNL sim, but post Covid they have practically given Jio and Airtel a clear monopoly. No towers, no signal. I have to go to the Ghatkopar MTNL office just to get an otp. Had to switch to Jio unfortunately. And have an SIP of 350-500 every month now in Jio.

  @MTNLOfficial @jagograhakjago Is this how service is provided? Landline not working properly numerous complaints raised unresolved. Want to disconnect emailed cgmonlinembi & they say visit the csc? No online process or details on website on requirements why waste time? #MTNL

  @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.   @pramodkmr73 @MTNLOfficial Thank you Sir, apparently this is a problem with MTNL Mumbai sim even after coming back to Pune. Its really irritating when mobile phones have become part of our lives like Oxygen.

  @zerodhamarkets Maharatna label amplifies DNA, doesn't change it. NTPC was profitable before autonomy. MTNL had Navratna since '97 and still cratered. I think the harder question: does CIL's 82% market share represent earned dominance or just a legal monopoly that never had to compete?

  The condition of state departments is deplorable, most MTNL numbers operated by state govts are not in service anymore, the websites are not updated with the correct numbers either, there’s no way to reach them. One example is the labour dept of haryana, phone number 0124-2301138

  @talk2anuradha Resonate your feelings @Airtel_Presence is pathetic so is @JioCare. Network issues, expensive plans. It's a task to go thru IVR to reach real Human being in Customer Care just to find untrained staff. It's duopoly as voda is non existent and MTNL and Bsnl have been sacrificed.
