    @MTNLOfficial MTNL thane landline service has gone bad to worse. Have loged complain #34 on 05-07-2022 for dead landline but still not rectified. Several times reloged the complain but No response.

    @alva_margaret (1) There is no MTNL Ltd. Its Mahanagar Telphone Nigam Ltd. (2) The English is totally broken, unlikely from a govt source, but these days you can't really say. (3) The customer care number given is "SCAM", according to Truecaller.

    @MTNLOfficial @mtnl_delhi Senior citizens( South Delhi) landline number # 26251689, dead for past 4-5 days. Online fault booking site also not working. Pls, help. Twitting again, with hope, MTNL will care and help.
