PMO Sirs, I surrendered MTNL Mumbai, landline 228904495 in the month of Dec.2020. The deposit amount was to be refunded by 6 months. As the amount was not coming, I called up GM, Kandiwali, he gave the reason that unavailability of fund from central govt. Why customer suffer.

My Telephone number is 21420785 and my CA number is 2023190872. Since last five days is my broadband is disfunctional and down.I have reported multiple times online.The MTNL complain landline number is not responding.The grievance number is not picking. #DoT_India #mtnl

@AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Since years MTNL Delhi services are pathetic. Noone resolves the complaint mentioned on online broadband portals or customer care number. Nowadays people depend too much on Internet services. Shame on MTNL Broadband 😰😰
