@MTNLOfficial hello sir.. a huge branch of tree is hanging from a tree over my MTNL telephone wire and it may even damage telephone pole. I fear it may break my telephone wire.. Sir ,Who should i contact.

@MTNLOfficial sir, I made complaint online on 14 Dec 2020 for my PRI line is down & no. 022-26466500 (docket no. 4879).. stil line is not wrking. Loction khar west mumbai and incharge MTNL is Mr. Suryavanshi and he not tking inrest to reslove problem.plz look in to this matter.

@CMD_MTNL @MumbaiMTNL as MTNL did not provided any service during the period. Although the due date of latest bill is 01.03.2021, MTNL has suo-motu disconnected the line on 18.02.2021 well before expiry last date.

@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India our 2 MTNL Landline phones and Broadband and dead since 4/2/2021. We have registered a compliant on the same day. Still no response, no repairs done. Please help.
