@MTNLOfficial Mtnl never works. It's one big hoax. Bill's come every month but line is dead and broadband does not work. You lodge a complaint, in 5 days you get a message saying problem is solved ...but it never is

@MTNLOfficial - Dear sir I have a big concern regarding MTNL service and way of attending complaints. I am paying just monthly bill for a frequently intrrupted internet and phobe connection from 25th Dec. onward. My PH is 27722907 exchange BKP. Mtnl not attending complaints.

@PritishNandy Yes, after suffering MTNL's monopoly for decades, it will be terrible if we are arm-twisted again by duopolies of a few service providers.

@MTNLMbiOfficial My land-line is not working since 1 week loosing out on business as there is no service from MTNL tried to launch a complain many times still no solution. Complain no -4581. Please look into this and provide service.

As on 30th April 2021, the private access service providers held 89.80% market share of the wireless subscribers whereas #BSNL and #MTNL, the two PSU access service providers, had a market share of only 10.20%
