@MTNLOfficial : There is no option to disconnect broadband and MTNL lines online. During pandemic times customer is asked to visit nearest location. Best part is that the nearest location is closed and so now the hunt starts for another location. Pathetic services.

@DoT_India Have provided all details and got a reply that my area is not yet Fiber Enabled and the work is alloted to a contractor but cannot assure by when i might get the service. This is the reply i got via telephone from Mumbai MTNL-Andheri-Darpan.

@MTNLMbiOfficial W Wish MTNL Mumbai New Year 2022. Landline No 26491603 is not working from past 20 days complaint have booked, but no action taken address is 1/1 Vij White House 260 Station Road Santacruz west Mumbai 400054. Thanks Mobile 73037 77721.

@MTNLOfficial Very disappointed with The MTNL landline service, not able to use the service for 3 months and not being helped by MTNL mumbai services, Looks the MTNL is not bothered about their customers, I Do expect a response over here atleast @MTNLOfficial
