@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial my landline no. 28792145 is dead sine a month, I have visited Goregaon MTNL office several times and always got assurance that someone is visiting today but that never happened. Registered complaint online docker no. Is 5452. Please look at it

@gvkreddi No wonder Vodafone is blackmailing our nation, instead of restoring their network & losing customers. The govt. should on SoS basis get BSNL-MTNL back on their feet & then hit VF will everything possible.

@MTNLMbiOfficial Since last 5-6 months my phone no. 24155926 is dead. Made several complaints but the problem is still as it is. The people from MTNL releases the complaint without resolving. But MTNL very prompt in dispatching the bills. Fed up with the service

@sandesh_samant MTNL may be okay but their customer service is very bad they never respond to complaints, try Jio/TataSky Broadband/Airtel if available in your area.
