Also, for premium customers, please launch another contact line! Your distribution network and ability to service aren't in sync!

We had bill coming for 1 year while phone being non operational. No customer service and bad attitude is what u get from most govt firms. SBI and MTNL are no diff.

I was forced to go for @airtelindia Xstream . Must say @AshwiniKChoubey Saab that #MTNL is in tatters and is on the brink of extinction. Please do something.
