@MTNLOfficial Broadband MTNL connection no. 23214026 installed in INSA staff quarter at Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg New Delhi is not working from last around 20 days. Nobody is attending the complaint despite of my frequently follow up with Area Manager, SDO and Lineman. Please help.

@narendramodi @PMOIndia Sir, all are in trouble with covid..and private job ppl like me are work from home. Without internet we can't work from home..mtnl ftth is worst service during this time. I'm supporting every step.. but worst service from mtnl.

@mtnl @MTNLOfficial MTNL what pathetic service.trying to reach the call centre self care helpline for last 2 weeks but no response. sent 2 mails on self care portal for support still no response. No wonder these organizations have zero customer loyalty. Hope for a early response.
