The company will shut down sooner or later due to incapable people in decision making process as business and profitability will be impacted. Look at MTNL and many other companies.   @zerodhamarkets Maharatna label amplifies DNA, doesn't change it. NTPC was profitable before autonomy. MTNL had Navratna since '97 and still cratered. I think the harder question: does CIL's 82% market share represent earned dominance or just a legal monopoly that never had to compete?

  These days, in the name of service, many companies have become completely careless. People buy products simply because they trust a reputed name like Godrej. However, by outsourcing service contracts to external agencies, these companies are damaging their own reputation. @GodrejAppliance, it’s time to fix this while you still can—otherwise it won’t take long to end up like MTNL or BSNL.

  Is this fair treatment for customers? Jio has become so big that no one listens. We moved from MTNL to tata to Jio thinking we will have great service! Down the hill! @_MukeshAmbani

  @diveshkumar786 1) BSNL sim should be 5G Ready as tower conversion to 4G is ongoing 2) You will still receive MTNL signal as In-Dolphin (3G) or 40439 (4G) 3) Signals will show as Roaming 4) Reception varies at large depending upon the area, location (indoor/outdoor)

  @NCIBHQ A and C Competition was never the real problem. MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.
