@AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India MTNL delhi landline and broadband connections 29523399, 29522758, 29522007 & 29523263 are dead for more then 1 year . Mr C L MEENA area manager Hauz khas is clearing complaints repeatedly and is not getting the problem rectified for proper working.

@MTNLOfficial Mtnl never works. It's one big hoax. Bill's come every month but line is dead and broadband does not work. You lodge a complaint, in 5 days you get a message saying problem is solved ...but it never is

Knowing MTNL for SO many years One would like to take their Fiber Internet service .But Seeing their Customer service response in Landline One would not dare to take chances :(

Raised issue,got a docket# from MTNL. Rcvd auto voice call telling docket is closed and if issue persists, raise another issue. Did that and got new docket#. Got message that this docket# is also closed. Guess what, phone line is still dead.@MTNLMbiOfficial is this some game?

@airtelnews U cheated by removing te 45 & 49 recharge. Y shud v pay so much when usage is less?? Will b porting to #mtnl/ #bsnl soon! Secondly they dont require customer to recharge every month to keep sim active!

The biggest damage modi govt did was terribly destroying psus especially mtnl and bsnl . Mtnl in landline telephone was doing tremendously well before bjp . Hope banking sector is not touched by private players or else india will be in big financial mess .

@MTNLOfficial Dont you guys have any businesses ethics to reply me on email or twitter?? Nobody picking up my call as well. This is the main reason behind destruction of MTNL very poor services. @TRAI please can you help to get my security deposit.
