As per the update received against your previous complaint, the MTNL team has examined the issue and confirmed that all nearby 3G and 4G sites are currently functioning satisfactorily. To further improve mobile network coverage and service quality in the area, additional sites are planned under the ongoing 4G expansion programme. The planned network expansion is expected to provide better coverage and connectivity in the area. We request you to kindly bear with us while the network improvement work progresses.
