One example is the labour dept of haryana, phone number 0124-2301138

We had applied for an MTNL connection in 2003. They flat out refused for some frivolous reason. Got Tata instead. Never looked back.

The most irrelevant and unacceptable msg ‘engineer didn’t get access to my location’ I feel attest MTNL lineman were good.
