    @MTNLOfficial Broadband MTNL connection no. 23214026 installed in INSA staff quarter at Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg New Delhi is not working from last around 20 days. Nobody is attending the complaint despite of my frequently follow up with Area Manager, SDO and Lineman. Please help.

    @rsprasad I would humbly request you to please enforce landline number portability so that I can port out of MTNL as their service is in TOTAL DISARRAY - Dead lines for months, no response on complaints, poor customer service. Or please fast-track its privatization.

    MTNL Telephone lines of Ranjit nagar, patel nagar, pandav nagar are dead for 1 week due to exchange fault and DET Tejveer is inefficient to handle it .. he is not interested in solving the problem as he is just concentrating on his real estate business. @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial

    @rsprasad @narendramodi Sorry to inform but issue not resolved of my complaint of MTNL-Gamdevi Exchange Mumbai...linesman least concerned..no wonder customer r deserting MTNL & ministers r more interested in pushing the hidden agenda & playing the British game of divide & rule.

    @MTNLOfficial I have been complaining for last two months for a mtnl number 27346200 but there is no response at all this number belong to a old lady living alone she is facing problem to contact anyone. In this corona pandemic please help her

    @rsprasad Respected Sir, we are customer of MTNL Mumbai of Lease Line number 320014143, from last 2 months we are continuously facing problem of line failure we kindly request your honour to please appoint someone to solve our issue daily we face some or the other issue

    One heavy shower and MTNL Broadband is down. Nobody knows as to when BSNL & MTNL are going to work like commercial organizations. Does the Telecom minister know it? I doubt it.@rsprasad

MTNL should be ashamed of charging us without giving any service. My address is 202, La Serena, Opp Rajkumar hotel, Andheri West Mumbai 400058
