@DoT_India First restore the service. My line is dead since 28 May 2020. MTNL only sends messages that complaint forwarded to concerned department. Irony is that online complaints are repeatedly deleted to raise bills, without providing any service.

My landline no.28813178 is not working by 8 months. 3 months back, your wireman visited site & said there was wire broken & same informed to main office to change. But still no action taken by mtnl. Also give me full refund of 8 months of phone dead. Call me - 9324425348

@MTNLOfficial Landline number was faulty from Mar'20 to Dec'20. the officer is closing the grievance of PGPORTAL citing to visit the MTNL office. Could you intervene and help as to why can't the PGPORTAL grievance is not considered? @DoT_India

@png404notfound Difficult for BSNL and MTNL to survive in such dynamic and competitive environment..But if they can do some quick infra or spectrum sharing agreement with V! then they could be back in game..But survival of BSNL is bad news for Jio..V! and Airtel has their own loyal customers..

@MTNLMbiOfficial I have been using MTNL landline services for many years now and have never faced any problems. But from last two months my line is dead and I've raised multiple service requests online and once through the IVR but no action has been taken 1/2
