  @piyush_trades @SatanAtWink They did BSNL MTNL are being run by govt even though they make losses Nothing else is possible from govt side If you are concerned switch your connections onto BSNL MTNL I did and don’t feel the difference in calls and network Infact it works in remote parts of the country

  I want to publicly raise an issue regarding MTNL I have a MTNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@MTNLOfficial @MTNL @narendramodi

  @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia Sir, please direct BSNL board to review the signal issue in Mumbai. I have to visit MTNL office to get the connectivity but it fails there also.

  @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @diveshkumar786 1) BSNL sim should be 5G Ready as tower conversion to 4G is ongoing 2) You will still receive MTNL signal as In-Dolphin (3G) or 40439 (4G) 3) Signals will show as Roaming 4) Reception varies at large depending upon the area, location (indoor/outdoor)

  @twittosmj We regret the inconvenience. Heavy rain disrupted MTNL lines, causing a network issue at the Post Office and interrupting postal services. The network is now restored and all postal services are working properly. Members of the public are requested to avail postal services.

  @bsnl_care sir my no of delhi circle but my address of ghaziabad but sanchar haat refuse to port it from mtnl to bsnl 4g in delhi circle as there is no system there to accept address of Ghaziabad plz provide solution regarding the solution
