@MTNLMbiOfficial dear sir please let me know what’s wrong with MTNL Malad West? Is it gone for redevelopment? Nobody answering calls. Linesman too not answering. Telephone dead for 2 days. Every week telephone not working for many hours. Please fix it.

@Raminations Problem lies in Management. Now Union Government has announced at least two players in distribution soon. What happened to BSNL/MTNL will happen to TANGEDCO once competition comes. I'm worried about the banks banks who lent them!

@MTNLOfficial High speed FTTH services of MTNL Mumbai is down since today evening. Persons doing WFH and students having online classes and examinations are heavily affected. Please do something very urgently.

I had reported my internet is down since yesterday .There has been no acknowledgement nor response from MTNLMumbai. This is the sorry state of affairs of a service provider @rsprasad @TRAI .If MTNL can't provide trouble free internet it's better to close down .

@rsprasad sir mtnl mumbai no internet since yesterday evening on my contact 25633027 no call centre support after 6.30 pm today support team said server down cannot book even a compliant? so pathetic service. we r left to the mercy of private service providers? should we go?
