  @JioCare This is now the 5th day WITHOUT any connectivity !!!! The last I remember this never happened even with MTNL or any other service provider I know. The cherry on the cake is that there is zero empathy or concern to the issue that the customer is going through.

  @MTNLOfficial, @DoT_India I am an MTNL land line subscriber in Mumbai-Andheri-Darpan . I had requested for an FTTH service on my existing subscription last month but not getting any proper response whether i would get an FTTH service or not. Kindly help
