@MTNLMbiOfficial Are MTNL lines in Breach Candy, Warden Road area not working? I am trying complaint number 23642198 since 2 weeks to register a complaint but even that says 'This number does not exist'. What is the issue ?

@rsprasad @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India my tel in Mumbai has been down 4 nearly 4 mths!! Repeated complaints even to the ED's office has yielded 0 results! Docket no 1453 & 1464!! V sad to c this uncaring attitude no wonder MTNL is in a mess!!

Barely thirty years ago, there was one domestic airline, two telephone service providers (BSNL & MTNL), three cars and numerous waiting lists for a telephone, gas connection, scooter etc. There were many scarce articles and commodities, the scarcest being foreign exchange. (2/5)

@MTNLMbiOfficial Today I surrendered my MTNL landline n Broadband.When I asked when will my deposit amount lying will be refunded,was shocked to hear in 7 to 8 months,also no interest will be given.@rsprasad Sir,this is a serious issue n needs to be expedited

@MTNLOfficial both landlines in my office are down nos 26419865 and 26438298 & area incharge at exchange says there is no staff to rectify and we may look to disconnect. Can someone responsible take this up or do we take that MTNL is shutting down

To, @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial we are associated with the LIC of India, Bhandup Branch, having 2 landlines, 25955115 & 5335. Since April 2021, our landlines are not working, MTNL Bhandup office is closed. Mulund's office does not provide service. Whom to contact ????
