@alva_margaret This message from MTNL is fake and that is not any customer number. It is just a scam to collect the KYC information. She would have lost the money if she had called the person It is common for public and she may not be aware about such fraud messages

@MTNLOfficial @MTNLDEL @cpgrams Mtnl staff is clearing the compliants falsely. My phone is dead since Saturday and they cleared the complaint, I had to lodge the complaint again. SHUTDOWN MTNL.

  • BhavGulati Bhav (@BhavGulati) reported

@mtnl_delhi @MTNLOfficial Despite repetitive Twitter complaints MTNL has closed its ears to any complaints. Neither is their landline fault booking website working and nor is there a way to get attention for a dead landline issue( #26251689) for past many days( senior citizen).

@gganeshhh Utter waste of money reviving these parasitic organisations MTNL/BSNL. We have enough competition in telecom, these useless organisations should be allowed to die! Better to pay the employees severance than throw money down a sinkhole in the name of reviving these orgs!

  • shivakumar00740 Gummadivalli Shiva Kumar (@shivakumar00740) reported

@AdeParimal And after the completion of this merger, I hope the @BJP4India government merges #BSNL with MTNL 🤞 And, roll out the #4G network soon
