@MTNLOfficial My landfone No. 26184823 is dead since last 4 months & the complaint # is 4925. I try to lodge new complaint, they saycomplaint already lodged MTNL has become such a WHITE ELEPHANT Public Sector company who takes no moral responsibility for the public grievance.

Hey @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial, i paid for a FTTH connection back in October 2021 but the connection was never installed duet to some reason, still waiting on my refund, its been close to 1.5 yrs now, officials at MTNL Thane denying refund saying no funds
