@ShreyasDabke MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

I want to become a user that means a new customer and if MTNL is not Evan having proper arrangements to have a new customer then what is the use . MTNL employees come office watch videos on mobile and go back home isn't .
