@AGSawant @OfficeofUT @AUThackeray Mtnl should be shut down! Land bank sold and then employees can be given VRS. Government will still make a lot of extra money!

SOS @MTNLOfficial been 6 months since my office mtnl lines r not working. Noone at xchange is able to sort out the problem. We r paying the bills. It's ridiculous that in a city like Mumbai mtnl is not fixing the landlines and happy taking rent. Imagine loss of biz due to this.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Why can’t MTNL and BSNL use Vodafone Idea’s 4G network, govt being majority shareholder. It will save cost for 4G setup of BSNL. Synergy required b/w VI and BSNL for network sharing.

@sandeep_PT It has been destroyed by the attitude of the employee who think consumers are crap and should be ignored. We had bill coming for 1 year while phone being non operational. No customer service and bad attitude is what u get from most govt firms. SBI and MTNL are no diff.

@iamharmeetK @SupriyaShrinate MTNL's people wouldn't even come home to fix faults! They asked me to come to the exchange and take a new device when in actuality they are supposed to come home, test the line, and then ascertain whether the device is indeed faulty. (1/2)

@vssnathupur I think sir, the kind of your lot is responsible for the failure of such organisation, only enjoy the tax payers money and don't provide the service. So stop this, we knew the service MTNL or BSNL provides.

@iamharmeetK @SupriyaShrinate So I cancelled my connection and as you may have imagined, there was no love lost. MTNL didn't even bother to persuade me to stay on. On the contrary, that line cancellation was the swiftest service I have ever received from them!
