    I want to publicly raise an issue regarding MTNL I have a MTNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@MTNLOfficial @MTNL @narendramodi

    .@JioCare #JioFibre Jio is the new MTNL of Mumbai. Same indifference to complaints of poor service. My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.

    @rishav_sharma1 @Broufus True story I was 15, my home landline was down for almost a month, after getting fed-up with MTNL, I called Information & Broadcasting ministry to demand the phone be repaired. Within 24hrs my phone was working and MTNL zonal manager called to inquire if phone was working fine.

    @jiocare WORST SERVICE for Jio, I have requested to relocate my Jio Fiber on 29th Mar till date it has not happened. Customer care giving different reasons. The most irrelevant and unacceptable msg ‘engineer didn’t get access to my location’ I feel attest MTNL lineman were good.

We have received revert from the concerned department that currently, BSNL 4G services are compatible with a limited range of handset models. Customers are advised to verify their device compatibility before use. The updated handset compatibility list can be checked on the official MTNL/BSNL website for reference.     This so called No.1 telecom company @airtelindia is going to find the same fate of TATA DOCOMO, VODAFONE, BSNL, MTNL, HUTCH, their every service is so called online, they simply register complaint, close & no action, at my place Airtel signal is almost dead! Shame on you buggërs

    @Indian_Analyzer Problem is they have no outlets like the other mobile operators, and no easy access offices. I would have transferred my MTNL number to BSNL when I moved out of Mumbai, but absolutely no outlets to go to @BSNLCorporate
