    @MTNLOfficial 28891329/ 28807727 number are not working still I get the bill without the number being operational for months ,either send someone to look on the issue or else close the MTNL as you guys don't want to work, I have complained so many times.

    @mtnldelhi MTNL a bloody rogue company. I am fed up with my no 011-29916751having broadband. Every Month compelled to make 3-4 complaint and takes 3-4days for repair. Behaviour of lineman Munna Kumar is also very bad. Planning to return. Suggest everyone not to go for mtnl.

    Dear Sir @rsprasad @MTNLOfficial @CMD_MTNL kindly suggest what needs to be done if the phone is non-functional for over a month despite official complaint and MTNL apology. What if the bill is sent for the service which was never rendered. Is MTNL functioning with full force?

    @zeneraalstuff @mpramodkumar I used sify and other Indian services. Problem was pop up porn ads that they wouldn't fix. There was no helpline, only an email that gave an inane, enervating response to complaints. Had to DUMP all. Was happy with MTNL, then suddenly service plunged ...

    MTNL has been rightly named "Mera Telephone Nahin Lagta". Nowhere in the world does: 1. a connection crash and remain unattended for 5 days; 2. The complaint portal doesn't work and 3. the toll-free no. is out of service. Ab bataiye!!! @MTNLOfficial

    When the world is making plans to move to 5G network and ultra fast internet, @bankofbaroda @BankofBarodaCEO is still stuck with 2000s MTNL internet. Literally waste time when I have to visit the branch (sadly all things don't happen via i-banking).
