By forcing BSNL to rely on MTNL network in Delhi/NCR and Mumbai circles (and MTNL didn't give a damn about servicing BSNL customers, who got completely screwed in the process). BSNL has LOTS of very valuable Land Banks.

Voda being a giant in telecom n international presence Must provide best seamless service. .. My 1st Sim was mtnl n then Voda n still have one Sim active of Voda but don't use.. Only using #Jio which is best in Data & unlimited Voice calls
