LINE FAULT REQUIRE REVERSAL OF BILL FROM MTNL SIDE ITSELF.

ALL infrastructure belongs to bsnl but govt has no interest to revive BSNL. Many a times employees go for strikes but who cares. Kindly support Bsnl.
