@Prabhat_100 @DoT_India One of the nearest serving site to the customer location is down leading to poor coverage at customer location. The MTNL team is trying hard to restore the site. The mobile network shall improve after restoration of site.

@MohamedHashirP1 @BSNLCorporate 2/3. Once it is done, wait for 15-30 minutes next you have to manually select the Vodafone or VI network and set your phone to 2G only mode for seamless connectivity and you can choose MTNL network too (if available).
