  @pramodkmr73 @MTNLOfficial Thank you Sir, apparently this is a problem with MTNL Mumbai sim even after coming back to Pune. Its really irritating when mobile phones have become part of our lives like Oxygen.

  These days, in the name of service, many companies have become completely careless. People buy products simply because they trust a reputed name like Godrej. However, by outsourcing service contracts to external agencies, these companies are damaging their own reputation. @GodrejAppliance, it’s time to fix this while you still can—otherwise it won’t take long to end up like MTNL or BSNL.

  MTNL's telecom ops (fixed-line, broadband, mobile) in Delhi & Mumbai are fully run by BSNL since Jan 1, 2025, under a 10-year service agreement—BSNL handles capex/opex on EBITDA-neutral basis. MTNL now focuses on assets like prime land/towers in these cities, monetizing via sales (e.g., ₹350 Cr Mumbai BKC property approved Dec 2025). It reports heavy losses (₹897 Cr net loss Q3 FY26, revenue down 24% YoY) & debt over ₹23k Cr. BSNL is vital: Pan-India leader in rural/strategic areas (where privates lag), BharatNet broadband, defense SATCOM, & secure networks for govt depts/police.   @bsnl_care So, aren't you aware the link provided is not having any option to apply for BSNL mobile connection. Provide me a location in Powai, Mumbai from where I can buy the SIM. And plz don't tell goto to MTNL exchange as there is no service provider there.

  @JM_Scindia sir my ftth number 21403534 ftth number not working . I have tried to complain about MTNL websites and landline number 1130 but both are not working. Kindly direct to the concerned person to solve the problem.
