  @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial @CMOMaharashtra Since i have experience that when Mumbai MTNL has been migrated to BSNL service is getting worst first toll free help line is not working properly when we speak with customer care they dont have attics to speak with the customers.

  @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial I have ported two MTNL numbers to bsnl. Unable to do tele verification through 1507. The customer care is not able to hear me. Please check your records for verifying how many times I have attempted this. How am I supposed to use the bsnl sims?

  @BSNL_MH Ported from MTNL Mumbai to BSNL 4G on 6th April. From yesterday, network connects to Vi 4G OR Dishnet 4G but not showing VOLTE symbol. No calls, no SMS. How to resolve?

  How ? How you will keep BSNL Running, I have a BSNL Card and no network is available because somehow MTNL is on way to closure of business. And chances are BSNL will follow the suit despite assurances from government. This companies are deliberately side-lined, kept them behind to benefit private companies like Jio, VI, Airtel. And it's not a secret, when BSNL still do not have 5G network.

  @JM_Scindia Sir, MTNL customer care does not work. Nor I am able to port my number to other service provider. I have Rs 1800 in my prepaid balance despite that I am recharging monthly. I get this message. ur account balance you only have Rs.0.05 valid until 21-06-2026.recharge.

  @SAMIR_MUSCAT We regret the inconvenience. Network services were disrupted due to a cut in MTNL’s fiber wire. We have addressed the issue with MTNL, and services are now restored. We kindly request the public to utilize postal services.

  @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @MTNLOfficial @jagograhakjago Is this how service is provided? Landline not working properly numerous complaints raised unresolved. Want to disconnect emailed cgmonlinembi & they say visit the csc? No online process or details on website on requirements why waste time? #MTNL
