@CMD_MTNL Dear sir, The landline no 25277233 working for Sushmsa Madan at B-5/138 upper ground floor, Paschim Vihar Delhi is not working since last many months. The complaint no 124 is pending since last 43 days.the fault is pending due to faulty wire not available in mtnl store.

Mtnl disconnects Internet service even before due date, says payment not made. Try to contact DGM Malad and no answer. Why is Mtnl still existing. @PMOIndia @MTNLMbiOfficial

@MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial have registered complaint on 15 November through MTNL website that landline and broadband not working. Even tried calling MTNL but no one is responding. Still after many days landline and broadband is still not working. Docket number is 7788
