@MTNLMbiOfficial I have written multiple mails but haven't received any response. I have not been using MTNL internet for 10 months but continue to pay bills. Is there no way to put connection in safe custody. No response from customer care. I am not in Mumbai.

@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Pls check mtnl website self care portal. Not able to login with my credentials. For bill payment, my CA number and phone number is accepted. Bt 4 selfcare portal, same credentials r invalid. No one attends to customer care. Dgital India!!

@Ch_Upendra @ppradumn77 @ANI 90% of the people couldn't afford air tickets, mobile data etc till private companies came State run entities like MTNL, electricity board, JAL board were pathetic in Delhi If the capital was in such a bad state I can't imagine what villages suffered 🙏

@BSNLCorporate my landline number 011-29212849 in H-14 GK-2, Masjid Moth, New Delhi -48 is not working for more than 2 months now. We have given a written complaint to MTNL@Office but no response . Kindly do@look into this and help us rectify the same at the earliest . Thanks

@MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice this can happen only in Mumbai! When calling 100 it says the mtnl number you're trying to call is busy! Seriously? An emergency helpline has this response for 10mins continuously?

@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial I want to close this broadband line at home from last one year internet not working I have several email to DGM gm but no service every month you charge 900 will take it further so other people won’t waste money with Mtnl
