@mtnldelhi this is my last reminder to fix the fiber broadband at Capiral apartment Mayur Vihar-3 mtnl area, down for past 10 days, else I would surrender this connection though i want to continue.

I recently went to MTNL to surrender my phone line and wifi which was the best in service at one point of time but from last few years the service has dwindled and they don't have staff to serve their customers.

Online docket No was 7972 when I registered. Now this has got changed to 9182. How??. My LL ‘26844472’ continues to be shown as under CF. Unable to access MTNL mail. Email tab on Website gone. Is MTNL mail service suspended? Pl clarify.
