Sir please look into this matte r urgently This is addressed to the telecom. My Mtnl connection is not working since 2016 but my ECS of 400/ goes to them every mth. Inspite of writing letters & pleading too there is no one to take action so I am tweeting.

Then MTNL did something amazing. They owned the telephone infrastructure which was being monetized by the ISPs. They themselves became an ISP providing simple 56.6k dialup service for free.... well almost.

@PMOIndia sir there is need to privatise MTNL and BSNL. Both are unable to compete with private service providers.

@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial November December 2021 landline was dead ,it worked just 10days in Jan 22, and once again it's dead. And You people generate bill for no service.Such a Shame..MTNL Delhi wakeup .Check DM for details

@MTNLMbiOfficial Pl refer Docket no 5472 (status resolved without attending) & 6990 ,for last 15 days daily contacting MTNL customer care,on line complaint lodged twice no response,O/G barred for no reason I/C and data ok.Take some action & start O/G call service

@AshwiniVaishnaw I am from Mumbai. My MTNL landline is not working for many months but I am billed as some calls are made. Who is misusing my number? It’s a serious matter, which needs investigation. Please do the needful and confirm.
