    3 Landline Numbers of Diagnostic Centre are not working since almost 3 months. Will somebody from MTNL can look into the problem and give a solution for this. Numbers are:- 23770108, 23712216, 23700064 Bills are generated every month regularly & Paid @MTNLMbiOfficial @DoT_India

    @DoT_India Dear @PMOIndia Please look how @BSNLCorporate harasses it's customer. For 3 weeks I am not getting internet on my BSNL number in Mumbai where BSNL uses MTNL network but they have not even contacted me to help. What's the use of being 5th big GDP if I don't get internet in Mumbai?

    @AshiwiniVaishnaw;. @PMOIndia Respected sir, Yours faithfully is an user of MTNL POSTPAID PROJECT TARANG. Mobile No. 9969298338, which has been stolen. I am going piller to post for replacement of SIM, but no solution. My whole family's AADHAR and bank a/c linked to this number.

    I have old parents at home and I need to check on them while m in office. Mobile network in my flat is poor. How do I reach them? If MTNL cannot provide good service then please shut shop.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Hon. Sir, MTNL is in a pathetic mess. Customer going to Versova Exchange Mumbai for bill payment is directed to Goregaon exchange. There he is sent back to Versova. Versova directs to Andheri West and they send to Vile Parle.1/2

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw This is to highlight my disappointment and frustration on the MTNL for total disregard towards it's customer probably they define customer as " जो कष्ट से मरे "since five months despite various online complaints my landline is not serviceable

    @TRAI I had given a request for porting my number 1.5 months ago at mtnl Sanchar Haat Shakti Nagar but till now my number has not been ported. 1st time upc code was expired then i gave upc code again but still no progress. There is no help from the mtnl customer care, Sanchar
