    my residence telephone number 22093051, installed at E-15/19 Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051 has been out of order for around 10 days now. Even not able to lodge complaint on 22092198. Request MTNL to restore it.

    @MTNLOfficial Dear Mtnl, are you alive ? You’ve been sending me a bill for a connection which has been dead for a month. @rsprasad What a shame MtNL is. Customer care doesn’t exist, offices are empty. Phones are dead. But the bill comes ?

    MTNL Mumbai services are in doldrums. Most Mumbai suffers with their landline remaining dead more than live. However their monthly bill come promptly. You get complaint number online but no news then. Govt. Should put MTNL on block.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Residents of Malad east facing FTTH outage for last4 day but MTNL call centre denies any outage. Students, office everything suffering badly. Please help
