    @shirasulla MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

    @MTNLOfficial It is the 3rd time in a span of 10 days , that a complaint for a dead phone lodged on the mobile app has been shown as Resolved after 2 days , even though the phone remains as Dead. Why is MTNL resorting to such tricks. I have sent DM also

    My Mumbai MTNL Landline telephone no. 28264768( Jogeshwari East) is defective since more than a month. Docket No. 5623. Please help for its restoration. Ive regularly paid all the MTNL bills and nothing is outstanding against this number.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial i have an MTNL landline Number is 022-24960395,022-24960396. Boths line not working from last 10 days.all dues are cleared. No service yet after regular complaints. Please look into it and restore my service soon.
