@vincimax @MalaSivaprasad @Airtel_Presence Never been told by any tech, airtel or otherwise to switch off the modem regularly at night. MTNL tech pax only said if you are going out of town/away for 1+ day, switch it off

@MTNLOfficial The MTNL office at Kalbadevi has taken my application for porting one month back. Followed up with them twice but it is still stuck. Worst Service. If u do not want new consumers, Please keep a board outside all your offices.

In India govt working for private and privates just spend tym on peoples needs. Don't know what is the use govt service. #postal #bsnl #StopPrivatization Govt can revive bsnl mtnl but it doesn't Bsnl 4g is yet another drama by NDA .

@vinodkkhanna @AnilSinghvi_ Mtnl doesnt seems to fly until 2022 january.. They are testing 5g in najafgarh with the help of Cdot a government organisation.. So surely it will be revived.. But its a long run

@tranquilmallard @chennaihari @thekaipullai I got my MTNL connection in 6-7 months and I was considered lucky because the exchange near my home had spare lines (how bad!!). One year after Airtel came, MTNL employees were seen visiting houses asking if they needed a connection. And people enjoyed telling them to eff off.

@HingeNivrutti And I am not defending govt, Modi sarkar and Ravi Shankar Prasad are absolutely responsible for the debacle of #BSNL and ailing telecom sector. If BSNL & MTNL had gotten 4g spectrum in 2014-15, it wouldn't be in such a bad shape, and wouldn't need such enormous packages.

@narendramodi Mtnl is a government organisation but is no help to the public. The employees work as if they are doing us a favour, bill comes every month without fail but if there is a compliant, it is not resolved, I have been begging them for months now and no reply!
