Really pathetic service from MTNL..they just want to raise monthly bill and extort money from customers without giving any service.

We had applied for an MTNL connection in 2003. They flat out refused for some frivolous reason. Got Tata instead. Never looked back.

Never know what their thinking is…and some things are imp for national infra. Local cable network fiber internet is much more efficient in MMRDA area than these 2 companies & cheaper too.
