@DoT_India Repeated complaints not yielding results. Mr Mahesh from MTNL called to say that phone number 23724054 is a case of 'DNP' and to check with Mr Pradeep Kumar, an account functionary. When contacted he contradicted, and payment is no issue. No B band service

@akshatdhingra @JioCare @reliancejio When they were launching within Jiofibre 2 yrs back they used to come n look into d problem within few hours but now they're not bothered! Even MTNL was giving a better service! Shame in you Jio. Never expected this from a Mukesh Ambani coy!

Amazing Jio Fibre. My internet is down for the past 3 days now and still not restored. Calling the customer care they say 24 hours every 24 hours. Its been 72 hours already. Even MTNL had better support than this!! @JioCare @reliancejio
