Inappropriateconstruction of footpath between shimpoli metro station and shimpoli mtnl exchange. Instead of widening road the footpath has narrowed the road leading to traffic jams at signal. Also the footpaths will give opportunity to illegal hawkers and slums @abpmajhatv

@MTNLMbiOfficial Seems cstmr satsfctn dnt mtr to #MTNL? Snce lst 1 yr I m escltng frqnt discnctn reltd issue (on brdbnd). Called 1500, sent mltpl emls to DM & othrs bt no respnse. Ur lineman confrmd tht thrs issue in line whch is infrmd to Sr. Offr 2. Bt stl no actn. Wht to do?
