    I have a post paid MTNL mobile connection. I am not able to make online payment as their site is not opening for bill payment, can't reach their customer service despite several days of efforts. Wonder why should it not be privatized ASAP. @Anurag_Office @Murugan_MoS @PMOIndia

    Inappropriateconstruction of footpath between shimpoli metro station and shimpoli mtnl exchange. Instead of widening road the footpath has narrowed the road leading to traffic jams at signal. Also the footpaths will give opportunity to illegal hawkers and slums @news_lokshahi

    @MTNLOfficial For MTNL Postpaid bill twice in last few months online payment has failed. On 4th Oct paid using your Website using Amazon Pay UPI but MTNL did not receive it. Earlier also same happened using Paytm. How to pay Postpaid Bills online without such issues in future?

    @MTNLOfficial absolutely frustrated and tweeting to you as the last resort, before I cancel my 4 mtnl landlines. For a good 3 years, one or all of the 4 mtnl numbers used in my business don't work properly. The lineman is unable to fix it. Please reply
