@puffin_pipe @malhar_pandey Wich city are you talking about? I have used MTNL in Mumbai for 16 years at home and office without difficulties. Now in Pune, against using BSNL Fiber without problems. If you consider problem once a year is BIG than No Company in world is up to mark.

@SukhdeoPrasad3 Reply from TSP-In view of the recent tweet made by the customer , MTNL mumbai unit talked to the customer. The number is working. As per the customer, there is some disturbance in the line. Yesterday MTNL staff visited the premises, but the customer requested to come next day.

@TechnoRanveer @DoT_India Nearest serving site is down and due to that no outdoor or indoor coverage is there. MTNL team is trying hard to restore it. After restoring the site both outdoor and indoor coverage will improve.

@MTNLOfficial Very disappointed with The MTNL landline service, not able to use the service for 3 months and not being helped by MTNL mumbai services, Looks the MTNL is not bothered about their customers, I Do expect a response over here atleast @MTNLOfficial

@MTNLOfficial : There is no option to disconnect broadband and MTNL lines online. During pandemic times customer is asked to visit nearest location. Best part is that the nearest location is closed and so now the hunt starts for another location. Pathetic services.
