@BSNLCorporate since 20 Dec 2020 ghatkopar east mtnl office server down. Till now who is the responsible for this just for new sim for 5 times I come here still not started God really it is shameful you ppl doing

Now past one month again it is down due to some internal issue at MTNL end. Endless complaints, phone calls, pleading with the linemen bore no fruit. Today, finally visited the office. And am APPALLED at what I saw 2/5

After NO REPLY CAME from your side, we emailed this problem to your VARIOUS email ids (ALL SCREENSHOTS OF EMAILS WITH EMAIL IDS CLEARLY VISIBLE IN THEM ATTACHED WITH THIS TWEET ) . BUT TO OUR SHOCK & ASTONISHMENT NOT EVEN ONE OF THE MTNL IDS

It's been more than Two months our MTNL Landline is not working. Even after so many complaints they are not taking any action. The area manager don't pick up the call. They are sending us Bills why should we pay bill when we haven't used it. @MTNLOfficial
