There is no network of MTNL in our area since 2 yrs.Employees in MTNL knows about it but they are not interested. Since thee is no network e can't port our no to other service provider. It's a task to go thru IVR to reach real Human being in Customer Care just to find untrained staff. It's duopoly as voda is non existent and MTNL and Bsnl have been sacrificed.

The poor employees are struggling to send and receive SMS even for recharge and porting. Telecom dept and TRAI are in the payrolls of govt or private telecoms?
