    @DoT_India @jagograhakjago Need your help as MTNL office in my area is not fixing the complaint. Giving unacceptable answer as wire is under cement road and can not get the permission. For many months I am paying the bill but no solution is given by them. @MTNLMbiOfficial

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India I had switched to ACT fibre 3 years ago since MTNL had no field support after 5 PM, plan value vs speed isn't competitive enough. Moreover the Govt employees attitude towards customer service is pathetic which makes you feel that you committed a mistake by calling customer care.

    @MTNLOfficial internet service and Mobile network in khirki extension Malviya Nagar is very poor great fan of mtnl and bsnl but poor network specially for internet forced me to use jio plz improve internet network in khirki extension Malviya Nagar new Delhi 110017

    @airtelindia Switched over from MTNL to Airtel, as was frustrated with their customer unfriendly approach but sorry to state that you too are following their steps, only difference is that your customer unfriendliness is not that loud but results in same degree of suffering.

    @ManojManojk663 @RailMinIndia PRS below the approved yardstick. Apart from this due to crunch of staff also it isnot possible to open extra counter at present. As regard server issue,matter has already been referred to MTNL and our technical team is also working on it.Sorry for the inconveniences caused.(2/2)
