I think the harder question: does CIL's 82% market share represent earned dominance or just a legal monopoly that never had to compete?

I have to go to the Ghatkopar MTNL office just to get an otp. Had to switch to Jio unfortunately. And have an SIP of 350-500 every month now in Jio.

Saurin Tana (@saurint) reported@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I have taken Sim card of BSNL but the service provider is MTNL and the network is very bad. In Mumbai i will never recommend anyone to by BSNL sim card. And BSNL team is not helping with a proper service.

Rαjdeep (@Rajspeaking) reportedA friend sent me a gift and gave my MTNL number, which doesn’t get network in my apartment. The delivery guy needed an OTP to hand it over, so I went with him on his bike while he completed another delivery, and I finally got network there and received the OTP lol.
