At MTNL Mumbai, no one picks up phone. Staff at customer care center doesn't respond properly or provide escalation numbers or names. Absolutely rubbish service and attitude of MTNL staff. It seems they don't want new customers.

@IndiaPostOffice Rani sati marg post office malad east. So much of network issues in this post office as a part of india post you should upgrade your network from MTNL to other ISP. Please be present for acc holders for their needs, resolve network issue permanently.
