@MTNLOfficial I have 2 lines , wire is broken from pole for last 3 months, complaint, but it automatically vanished after some time, number are 01123844216 and 01124842077, do something if MTNL is still alive

Is it useless to except response from concerned authorities regarding such deficiencies in MTNL. VERY SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS IN MTNL. I LOSE. BUYING MY OEN CABLES. LONG LIVE PRIVATE SERVICE PROVIDERS.
