    @SBICard_Connect Your call centre services are atrocious! The connections are like old time MTNL landlines and the staff is also equally untrained! Also, for premium customers, please launch another contact line! Your distribution network and ability to service aren't in sync!

    @vssnathupur I think sir, the kind of your lot is responsible for the failure of such organisation, only enjoy the tax payers money and don't provide the service. So stop this, we knew the service MTNL or BSNL provides.

    SOS @MTNLOfficial been 6 months since my office mtnl lines r not working. Noone at xchange is able to sort out the problem. We r paying the bills. It's ridiculous that in a city like Mumbai mtnl is not fixing the landlines and happy taking rent. Imagine loss of biz due to this.

    @iamharmeetK @SupriyaShrinate MTNL's people wouldn't even come home to fix faults! They asked me to come to the exchange and take a new device when in actuality they are supposed to come home, test the line, and then ascertain whether the device is indeed faulty. (1/2)
