    I recently went to MTNL to surrender my phone line and wifi which was the best in service at one point of time but from last few years the service has dwindled and they don't have staff to serve their customers.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial its been more than 3 months we are tired of chasing the MtNL departmnt to get our phone line started. First it was the metro works then line issue than disturbance. We have not been able to use the phone to make any phone calls in past 3 months(1/8)

    @CMD_MTNL this is my last reminder to fix the fiber broadband at Capiral apartment Mayur Vihar-3 mtnl area, down for past 10 days, else I would surrender this connection though i want to continue.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Disconnecting a mtnl landline is impossible.Made a complaint often,they told us to pay Rs 1000 for cancellation last year,last complaint no is 1898. NO SHOW! My phone was diconnected last month but am still getting the bill! SOS!! Govt babudom ki jai ho.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw worst people in MTNL mumbai. They are barring our phones just for 1 month bill payment. Bills are not coming on time. The worst part there is lots of disturbance in phone that is not solved

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India No Dolphin network on my MTNL mobile no. 9868351723 since today morning at Mohan Garden, Block - P Extn, Near Virat Surya Dev Mandir, Mohan Garden Police Chowki, Uttam Nagar, Delhi - 110059. Please look into the matter.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @MTNLOfficial Inspite of multiple bailout packages, the service quality of telcos like MTNL remains bad. MTNL has stopped servicing complaints for even their premium broadband customers who have been loyal for many years.
