    @MTPHereToHelp The main BKC road from MTNL junction on the north to NSE on the south have either signals removed due to the ongoing metro work or are not operational. This is causing issues at most junctions as traffic is not regulated. Need this to be resolved at the earliest.

    Started receiving reminders. Why the phone was disconnected in spite paying bill and no dues pending. This bill may be cancelled. Also help me discontinue MTNL connection. Kindly close it by 24.04.2023. Ensure penalty not charged for no fault of mine (2 / 2)

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Around the Santacruz West station area, MTNL network is very poor, inside the building no network coverage & outside having network. Pls fix the issue bcoz of it I m not getting a call

    @MTNLOfficial I took connection of broadband of MTNL in Delhi in near about 2010.Due to slow speed and frequent disconnection of internet automatically,I surrendered the Broadband in near about 2014. I installed pvt operator's broadband. Still I continued MTNL Landline telefone

    @mavani_urmil @MTNLOfficial mtnl is dead company better cancel line and use some good service , as mtnl staff also fight with customers at csc , full dadagiri that government officers so that know no one can do any thing on them,

    You guys have the worst customer service I have ever seen and I have used MTNL! The only resolution that the "jio team" could come up with was that I can wait for the technician to "show up" which is as per his wishes apparently.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MIB_India landline/broadband dead for 3 months now. Docket number 5993. There is no single update on the issue till now from MTNL but are sending bills regularly. How can you charge for a dead line?
