    @MTNLMbiOfficial Broadband down since 1 month. Complaint no 8717. Calls on customer care line don't connect. Visit to the MTNL office also doesn't help. Hopefully twitter can give some relief .

    @CMOMaharashtra Our MTNL lines 24156162/24156163 not working from March 20, started getting bills on dead lines from April 21. Tired of doing online complains & also personal visits. Differnet reasons everytime, main is BMC not giving cable work permission

    @uddhavthackeray Our MTNL lines 24156162/24156163 not working from March 2020, started getting bills on dead lines from April 2021. Tired of doing online complains & also personal visits. Differnet reasons everytime, main is BMC not giving cable work permission

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial It’s been more than a month am facing issues with my landline. Tired calling your customer care and speaking to our area Mtnl office. Just one reply we get “ Wiring fault “. So wanted to know, does it take months to resolve.??

    @kumar_u85002 @AskAnshul Tell me which farm is not in condition? MTNL & BSNL has the vast network which needed to be upgraded to Optic Fibre and do what Jio is doing, ask others to use it. We hav money to buy out companies with bad loan but want to sell AIR India, by which millions were bought home

    @MTNLOfficial Extremely pathetic service provided by MTNL in Sukhdev Vihar, South Delhi. I have registered several complaints on Computerised number- 22722198 for my 2 MTNL landline numbers. None of the complaints have been attended to.
