    @MTNLOfficial Can anyone respond to my complaint? My Land Line connection has been dead since November 2020. I have registered numerous complaints on the 198 helpline. I have even visited the MTNL personally to complain about this but there has been no resolution to the problem.

    @rsprasad Namaskar sir. The MTNL services have gone from bad to worse, even worse than those dreadful times Mr Sukhram. So many lines in Chandni chowk are dead, and at least 40 phones are not working in Dariba Kalan. Registering a complaint is a hassle.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Dear mtnl, i am Facing frequent broadband disconnection on my Landline no 28896069 ( Malad Telephone exchange ) From past 10 days, already have filed a complain for the same, it a regular process & Last time it was restored after 6 months. pls do help

    @MTNLMbiOfficial I had raised docket 176 on 13th June, 2021 as broadband is not atall working. But MTNL has assigned docket to employee who is on leave. I am calling daily but the customer care is not doing anything. Is there anyone at MTNL to solve problem ? Please help

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Dear Mtnl, I am having frequent disconnect of Broadband ( Telphone no - 28896069) from last 10 days, complaint (Docket) no 3886, not yet responded, it was earlier too for almost 6 months & I paid full rent for none usage of services. Pls do help @Malad exchange

    Sir, I use mtnl service but the service is extremely bad . On 50% days service is not available. Neither the the line men nor mtnl officer respond to my request to restore services. My internet doesn't work .what use is optic fiber if it doesn't serve users.

    @rsprasad Sir all our office MTNL lines 24829900 are non functional since ten days and repeated requests to MTNL GM and other staff has not resulted in any resolution. Please help Sir , we are suffering huge losses .
