  @MTNLOfficial I am surprised by the service of MTNL . For last 7 days mtnl mumbai unable to rectify my complaint . Phone dead and no broadband. Why ? No staff. Have given out to outside company on contract. So customer suffers and pays !!

  @MTNLOfficial I have mtnl landline at my residence in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. Last complaint no. is 156 dated 11th Oct 2021 and 105 on 8th Oct. We are putting complaints from more than 6 month and everytime new complaint no. is given but no mtnl person come to attend complaint.

  @MTNLOfficial our office telephone lines closed for over six months. It seems someone stole the underground cables of our area and #MTNL Thane has no stock of cables. Who is responsible for this mess? @DoT_India please help as we have been charged without service

  @MTNLOfficial Our mtnl no 011-24648601 has been dead from 9-10-21 i COMPLAINT on 1130 & comp. no is 105 11oct2021 .I also made comp. to area manager on 15th Oct 21 . Please make effort to correct the problem.our mobile no is 9811420222 address 1810/8 giani bazar kotlamubarakpur

  @MTNLMbiOfficial My no is 25064334 I have repeated given letter of closer This no was not working in April & I complained 2-3 times & no action was taken so I closed the no but mtnl don't forget to send me bills time and again even when the line is disconnected. #mtnl

  @AshwiniVaishnaw @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India It's been 3 days but no response from mtnl and now they are taking calls on 1130 to book complaint. Is that way to build a new digital india? Not sure if telecom minister really gives a damn to this kind of problem faced by Indians.

  @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear Sir MTNL unable to resolve complaint of dead phone and no broadband last seven days. It seems servicing contracted to outside company due shortage of staff at mtnl. Can you please intervene ! Regards Prakash Munshi
