    Terrible Experience From @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial No Network on my 3 Phone Nos Since 16 SEPT 21, Can't even Connect to your Customer Care from other Network Provider. While trying to Raise Network Related Complaint IVRS Says "This Service is Available only for MTNL Users"

    @MTNLOfficial customer care number is as pathetic as their network and employees. I'm asked to enter my email ID while trying to connect with the so called customer care executives. Can anyone ask NCB to raid MTNL offices, please?

    @narendramodi Mtnl is a government organisation but is no help to the public. The employees work as if they are doing us a favour, bill comes every month without fail but if there is a compliant, it is not resolved, I have been begging them for months now and no reply!

    @HingeNivrutti BSNL was everything , yes I'm not denying that. Instead of giving these kind of statements, why not answer questions? Pls compare number of employees vs customer base. How do you justify the variance? What are your plans? MTNL is a listed entity, any plans for BSNL? #BSNL

    @AshwiniVaishnaw! Dear Sir My MTNL Dolphin JeevanSathi number valid till 25.09.2025 9868030910 (R) 9868030910 despite recharges of Rs 141/16.09.2021 & Rs 52/18.09.2021 Has no out going call facility. Am in Punjab. MTNL complaint numbers don't respond. BSNL 1503 can't resolve.

    My number(26024044) & broadband is not working from 13/109/2021 and already registered the complaints. In fact I visited Nehru Place Mtnl 3 times but not fruitful. When I calling to Mtnl office Nehru Place then no one picking the phone. Please resolve @MTNLMbiOfficial

    @abhishekrajaram All are now want limited regular cash paying customer only ! Its high time people as early as take 1 sim of bsnl/mtnl in family and take yearly validity around 400₹ only ! This new sms rule restrict now bank account and upi creation for some user !
