@billdesk Kindly provide contact numbers for Mumbai customer support. I tried calling on 02240920001 and 02261060600. Both numbers are unresponsive. My BEST and MTNL bills have still not been scheduled for payment. Last time the same thing happened and I had to pay late fees!

@MTNLOfficial Every month I cannot make any calls. However MTNL takes the full service fees every month. This is unbelievable.

On ground there are no line men to repair, no SPOC to contact... There were days when MTNL personnel's availability and execution had no comparison and today it's sad

@rsprasad I have requested to discontinue my landline no three times in last 8 months......phone is not working for last 15 months...I don’t want to continue sir...still they are sending the bills. MTNL Mumbai offices at Goregaon is closed. No one replies. Where to go ????
