@MTNLMbiOfficial i am Sr Citizen. My landline is dead from April 29. Made 3 complaints (Nos.3879, 6552 &2373) so far. On 1st 2 complaints got msg of it resolved, but phone still dead. 3rd complaint made on 3/94/22 still pending. Horrible service MTNL.

@rohand23 Inconvenience caused is regretted. Matter has been taken up with MTNL authority to resolve the network related issues in Mumbai Post Offices at the earliest.

@MTNLMbiOfficial Finally the line fault was resolved. Got a call from MTNL on 2nd May. But now ADSL broadband doesn't work. It sometimes connects for maybe half hour and then again disconnects. Have called mtnl and filed complaint on 3rd May, but still internet doesn't work.
