    @VikasKu00627201 Nearest serving site to the customer location is down and due to that customer is facing the mobile network problem. The MTNL Team is trying hard to restore the site. After restoration of the down site network shall improve in this area.@DoT_India

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir how many days you will take to provide 4g in Mumbai? . It's not you feels that you should shut down mtnl. You taking money from us 4g and giving service 2g. Just reply how many days you will provide 4g to us otherwise just announced to set down mtnl DNT thug

    @Hitesh98354039 Postmaster Borivali HO has intimated that there was network issue due to dislocation of MTNL line. Inconvenience caused to the member of public is highly regretted.

    @misthi2012 Nearest serving site to the customer location is down leading to poor mobile network coverage at customer location. The MTNL team is trying hard to restore the down site.After restoration of the down site,the mobile network shall improve at customer location.
