    Can things get any worse with MTNL Dolphin ? You pay bill still you dont get network in Mumbai. Customer care wants call rom the SIM which is not active. Very clever . @MTNLOfficial

    It's only in MTN where the first call will be disrupted by poor connection and you will not hear from the other side. The remedy is to kill the call and call again. At least this has been going on for many months now. #MTNMoMo, #mtnl #Airtel

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Worst service by MTNL Mumbai... My landline is not working from last 1 month...i have registered complaint with MTNL...docket no. is 7640....But they closed the docket without attending it.....also they are providing regular bills ...but no service.....

    Hi Team, After talking with MTNL customer executive, they said the money gets returned as the jio number won't be found in their system So hopefully my money will be returned within a week.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Request to MTNL again to repair landline which is dead for a month. Despite complaint & docket no, no action taken. Today there was a death in my family & they couldn't inform many senior citizens who don't have a mobile phone and were reachable only via landline

    @pib_comm I HAD A CLINIC &LANDLINE PHONE NO 23698065(MTNL DELHI)IS INSTALLED IN THE CLINIC. THIS PHONE IS NOT WORKING SINCE 01.06.2021.COMPLAINT IS REGISTERED WITH MTNL BUT SO FOR NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. MY PATIENTS ARE FACING PROBLEMS.

    I HAD A CLINIC &MY CLINIC'S LAND LINE IS NOT WORKING SINCE 1-06-21.COMPLAINT IS REGISTERED WITH MTNL BUT SO FOR NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TO CORRECT THE FAULT OF THE LANDLINE NO 23698065. COMPLAINT NO IS 05 DATED 6/6/2021.
