@TRAI @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia I am not at all surprised to see BSNL being merged with MTNL. The level of customer service they are providing is so disgusting. It's been more than 2 months I have been waiting for a refund and still they are not concerned.

@shilpitewari Ya..that was the time, when assembled Personal Computers business also hit the market. So for most of India, PC and Internet came together. MTNL internet, slow as hell.

@prasannavishy Nothing has been related to school education. Neither have school fees come down, nor RTE been addressed nor the curriculum Govt busy dealing with bsnl mtnl air india sail etc

@ArjunM1412 @MukulAgarwal66 Yes technically it's not a good thing but what auto is going thru today, telecom has been going thru from 10 yrs.. it surely needs a fillip n boost up.. not sure if pumping money into bsnl mtnl is solution but other players surely need a pep up from govt.. they r sinking

@MTNLMbiOfficial ..No Broadband internet connectivity for last 45 days. I have already placed several requests but you didn’t take any appropriate actions..I am disappointed with MTNL lacklustre attitude. Complaint Number 6986 still pending. Please act upon ASAP..regards

@rsprasad Respected sir, my father is senior citizen, since September 2020 his landline number is not working, I have complaint online, off line in mtnl office, but no response, but yes I get call on my mobile to pay bills for deadline, do you think it's fair.
