@shilpitewari Ya..that was the time, when assembled Personal Computers business also hit the market. So for most of India, PC and Internet came together. MTNL internet, slow as hell.

@prasannavishy Nothing has been related to school education. Neither have school fees come down, nor RTE been addressed nor the curriculum Govt busy dealing with bsnl mtnl air india sail etc

@TRAI @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia I am not at all surprised to see BSNL being merged with MTNL. The level of customer service they are providing is so disgusting. It's been more than 2 months I have been waiting for a refund and still they are not concerned.

@200journeys @MTNLOfficial Ditch MTNL. Their customer service is pathetic. Better to go for Jio Fibre

@airtelindia Switched over from MTNL to Airtel, as was frustrated with their customer unfriendly approach but sorry to state that you too are following their steps, only difference is that your customer unfriendliness is not that loud but results in same degree of suffering.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir please look into MTNL Mumbai landline services in Malad West, where for nearly 8 months landline is not working since few years. This year since last 2months landline is not functioning; no response after umpteen complaints, request to privatise/sell NPA!
