Prasad Satya (@PrasadSatya10) reported@SachinDPatange @w_karve Waited for more than 5 Y to get a fixed line telephone when there was state monopoly. Customer services were poor. Had to bribe to fix the connection. Services were costly. Monopoly public or private is not good. MTNL / BSNL are continuously draining out tax payers money.
