@TRAI @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia I am not at all surprised to see BSNL being merged with MTNL. The level of customer service they are providing is so disgusting. It's been more than 2 months I have been waiting for a refund and still they are not concerned.

@prasannavishy Nothing has been related to school education. Neither have school fees come down, nor RTE been addressed nor the curriculum Govt busy dealing with bsnl mtnl air india sail etc

@shilpitewari Ya..that was the time, when assembled Personal Computers business also hit the market. So for most of India, PC and Internet came together. MTNL internet, slow as hell.

@ArjunM1412 @MukulAgarwal66 Yes technically it's not a good thing but what auto is going thru today, telecom has been going thru from 10 yrs.. it surely needs a fillip n boost up.. not sure if pumping money into bsnl mtnl is solution but other players surely need a pep up from govt.. they r sinking

@vaiju7 The surrender process was a breeze. Just go to your nearest MTNL exchange with a written application & your aadhaar card. Within 5 mins, the customer service officer pulls out your ph record details - deposit, dues if any etc. & an acknowledgement. Line disconnected by EOD!

Its just not my case, my issue. Whole transport nagar was digged up and all phone lines dead. People have been calling MTNL complaint number but nothing happened. They have reached out to me after my phone line was fixed.such a big loss to govt. @AshwiniVaishnaw @MTNLOfficial

I am unable to open many sites on my MTNL fiber optic broad band. Sites lead to adware-malware sites. I have checked my computer for any threats - all clean. So it is an issue with MTNL. Anyone else facing a similar issue? @MTNLOfficial

Ok. My endless list of cribbing. Does anyone know what happened with 35kcr BSNL/MTNL revamp? The office which was an entire complex at Belapur has totally shut and for weeks MTNL has none to even attend to any complaints. What an awful mess and wasted money.

@MTNLMbiOfficial To all mtnl users do port your sim asap as from last 6 months they don't have any sim card in their gallery. If anything goes wrong with your sim then they can't help you out. Then you need to take a new number from another provider & update it all the places..
