@shilpitewari Ya..that was the time, when assembled Personal Computers business also hit the market. So for most of India, PC and Internet came together. MTNL internet, slow as hell.

@TRAI @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia I am not at all surprised to see BSNL being merged with MTNL. The level of customer service they are providing is so disgusting. It's been more than 2 months I have been waiting for a refund and still they are not concerned.

@ARanganathan72 Well said. In 1992, we had a company Zeta Automation Ltd at Bengaluru by an ex ISRO employee G Vinaya Babu. Super excellent X.25 network data switch, even MTNL will testify to this. Could have given fight to Cisco in IP over X.25 cloud product, if it was suported.

How many of your remember this "आप की कॉल कतार में है". If you forgotten pl call MTNL Help Line. Uff. I waited for 10-12 minutes and then had to disconnect. MTNL is great.
