The level of customer service they are providing is so disgusting. It's been more than 2 months I have been waiting for a refund and still they are not concerned.

Preetha Salil (@Preethdjangs) reportedIt’s not so simple these days. Think they don’t have enough personnel, cutting costs. Had a similar experience with MTNL, they all went incommunicado. One person gave a hint , it was a big issue, the cable was cut and they had not been able to identify the spot. ( curious that such injuries happen only to MTNL cables). There was no connection for a week or so and then it was restored.
