@ANI The major issue of Mumbai's bad road quality is no one is being held for poor quality work. Besides this no coordination between the civic bodies. MTNL, Electricity Department, sewerage department, MMRDA, everyone comes and digs road as per their convenience..

The government wants at least 3 private service providers in the telecom sector. The government of India is already managing loss-making telecom firms #BSNL and #MTNL which are yet to post profit after a relief package of around Rs 69,000 cr was granted to them in October 2019.

@pib_comm Extremely pathetic service provided by MTNL in Sukhdev Vihar, South Delhi. I have registered several complaints on Computerised number- 22722198 over last 3 months for my 2 MTNL landline numbers. None of the complaints have been attended to till now.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Telecommunications Ministry comes under U Sir but u know that MTNL Landline complaints not attented since 11 months. I tried every official for Concerned exchange but no response. Can I expect tht MTNL condition can get better & customers will get good service's

@uddhavthackeray Our MTNL lines 24156162/24156163 not working from March 2020, started getting bills on dead lines from April 2021. Tired of doing online complains & also personal visits. Differnet reasons everytime, main is BMC not giving cable work permission

Everytime they want all personnal details like jio no registered mobile no, but the end result a "BIG ZERO". Even though they are a optical fiber connection service wise they are pathetic as compared to AIRTEL OR A LOCAL INTERNET PROVIDER OR EVEN MTNL....3 @jiocare @DoT_India
