@shailaditya @MTNLOfficial @PMOIndia Shame on all the erring staff I request modi ji pls close this psu as it can never show u profit. Staff has no interest in improving it they only getting free ka salary. Who will keep mtnl Sim. How many govt staff is using mtnl network I think no 1 Shakti ngr staff be suspended.

@ViCustomerCare VI does not understand English & also do not show respect-they call a 90 year old by his first name..they ask the same questions again and again . All VI mobiles in the city can not call MTNL landlines in my exchange and they keep on asking if problem is from partciular number
