    @excitel_rocks It's been a day still my issue is not resolved you people are acting like MTNL, i m very disappointed by you guys I have literally talked to 50 technicians of yours today, everytime u tranfer call to someone and nothing happens

    @MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL people told still more 10 days require to repair fault so total stopped from 2/9/2022 till date require reversal of paid bill by giving credit compliantly. ALSO MTNL SHPULD GIVE QUICK SERVICE TO MAINTAIN CUSTOMER like PVT competitors.

    @CMDBSNL Sir, DAE/DCSEM had installed mobile towers in Anushaktinagar Mumbai abt 6months ago for MTNL & other cos. Most of the time there is no data connectivity & frequent call drops on MTNL even less than 100m from tower. connectivity of other service providers is very good.

    @MTNLOfficial like other festival, mtnl has declared holiday for internet services. Customer can't make complain. So it won't be resolved. What a terrific services mtnl offers..😜 we as customer are helpless and paying for cheap services.this is made in india.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial landline no.25951804 not working since 1st week of sept and after chassing, complaint booked on 09/09 & 19/9/2022. but MTNL people told complaint booked on 19/9/22 so bill will reverse from that date. LINE FAULT REQUIRE REVERSAL OF BILL FROM MTNL SIDE ITSELF.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My LL 26844472 attached to Marol exchange is out of order since FEB 2022. WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS CABLE FAULT AND WILL BE SET RIGHT SOON. WHAT IS WRONG WITH MTNL? WHY IS THERE NO RESOLUTION EVEN AFTER SUCH INORDINATE DELAY???

    @mybmcWardPS I was at Sub Registrar office at Goregaon West MTNL..shock to learn that in today's 5G world this office is still struggling with server down for a day and waste of precious manpower.Hope Govt realise the importance of everybody times and upgrade is infrastructure.

    @sudhirmehtapune Bsnl + mtnl should be sold or atleast run by a private company with government ownership because babudom & government employees attitude & service is killing it..

    @MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL mobile connectivity in Anushaktinagar Mumbai 400094 is very poor. No data network, frequent call drops & loss of voice during voice calls. Abt 6 mnths ago towers were installed in colony. Initially the signal was good but deteriorated in last 3-4 months.
