    @anujkumar7239 @DoT_India MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc. ,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud , hence you are requested to ignore such E-KYC messages.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Is mobile network services of mtnl in thane city operational? There seems to be no services or signal available. Signal strength for alother service providers are strong enough except for mtnl for last couple of weeks

    Very pathetic network services in IHBAS,Dilshad Garden,Delhi.Defect happens minimum thrice/month.This is the prime reason why MTNL is loosing customers.@MTNLOfficial Kindly solve the network failure issue permanently.

    Why MTNL and BSNL not provide 5G , why we go for private company for use 5g services . If government provide us good service 4g/5g network we take by him and increase the recharge fund to government. @MTNLOfficial @BSNLCorporate

    @GoI_MeitY None of the complaint registration systems of MTNL are working - 198, 1130 or app nothing is working. Why are you wasting tax payers money by investing money in an organisation where nothing works.

    @KartiPC @BSNLCorporate @AdaniOnline Before the Modi government took over in February 2014, the UPA government was asked to help BSNL and MTNL financially every year, but they didn't do it. The decision about financial aid was put off, and the UPA government instead took Rs 11,000 crore from them.
