    @CMD_MTNL sir we are senior citizens 780yearsof age. Our MTNL landline 29212749 has been deadfor the last 8 days. Complaints have been lodged with MTNL complaint centre and have been sending message to GM nehru place as well as other offices involved. Please restore the fault.

    One month ago we applied for three MTNL lines in South Mumbai. We paid premium for numbers of choice. It’s a month since we paid for them, but yet to see the connection. Things are bad with @MTNLOfficial ..

    @JioCare @reliancejio @BandBajaateRaho seems #Jio has outsourced its support/all earlier gyan of hitech control-command center gone for toss/tollfree896999 supp ppl are #WFH/no escalation matrix/no supervisor level/Jio support = MTNL support,sends linesman to check conn,router/with hitech India going back in time 🤔

    @DoT_India Thanks for forwarding but this is really a serious concern. I can assume from my self how good service is running by MTNL. I am facing such issue since August 2021. MTNL phone and Internet is up 7 days hardly in a month. When i sumitt a complaint, MTNL resolve it without action.
