@Dhruvrajkavi MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

@MTNLMbiOfficial Yesterday got this SMS at 3.54 PM. Dear MTNL Customer, Your Complaint for Tel No ********* with Dock No 2434 is resolved. For further queries, please contact call centre. MM-MUMBFRS. When I called bck,cud hear 1/2 ring & thn IVR plays, this phone is not in service. Not correct.

@MTNLMbiOfficial Your MTNL Router lying at my home since last 1 month for what ❓its of no use as usual no internet service There is no use of kindly request you to reset my own Router and give me net , please dont bill me for what I haven used or Refund back to me

@MTNLOfficial Pls advise why MTNL keeps debiting my account month after month despite the MTNL is dead. Their is hardly anyone in Mumbai who can be approached for suitable action. I want to terminate the MTNL line due to the highly unprofessional approach. @AshwiniVaishnaw

@MTNLMbiOfficial So now as d case is closed MTNL can charge the customer right.Apart frm tat d person claimed my instrument is not working,luckily hd other so he replaced tat.Wen I came bck & checked it is perfectly fine.Seems he wud update tel not working.Wat a solution to fool who dnt hv idea
