It’s more than 20 days since I had registered a complaint for my dead landline under Dock No 5883 on 1/11/22 but no response! Sent many reminders directly on Twitter handle of MTNL Mumbai but no response-very callous behaviour!

@idesibanda Bulish on PSU stock only ! Reason when income reduce people try to get as much as gov affordable service :- like telecom - bsnl/mtnl , transport - rail/metro , banking - sbi& other , insurance :- lic lot more !

@BJP4India @narendramodi I know you’re extremely busy but I am forced to put few facts for your information. Inspite of many reminders, I have not received my security deposit from MTNL against my landline number 26452956 which was disconnected 3 years back. Pl issue instructions.

@PRAVEENVIKRAM01 MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.
