@AshwiniVaishnaw MTNL app is not even fit to pay their bills Dont receive OTP, Held MTNL for 3 years without using and still they don't want to better the services. If they plan to reduce the Offices Fine, better the app and web services where atleast the customer will stay on

@MTNLMbiOfficial I have raised a request regarding my landline not working since 01-Mar-23. There is no update on it. When I called to check the status I got an update that there is a cable break & will take time. Why is MTNL charging me when my line is dead.
