Poor management, arrogent people, pathatic services, inappropriate charges and many more..Have to take legal action and esclate this to Telecom minister of india

@JioCare jio seems to be going the MTNL internet down since last 2 days have been facing speed issues since June first week no one to solve and more over customer care lines dead GOD BLESS entire society internet down I guess we should try Airtel

@DoT_India Sir My MTNL landline has been Dead from 1.5 years . had filled Many complaints . but problem not resolved . all the due are paid on time . please Take a look into it . Landline No : 22127398

@BS_Prasad @BlueBir69506346 4/4 -Governance & Policy decision should be for common people not for corporate and already we had seen the near collapse of BSNL & MTNL..BSNL has network all over India but now its given to corporate companies which are running into profits but BSNL is in final stage of closure.

@MTNLMbiOfficial Your team has diligently tried to address this issue through communication but the ground of field employees just are not doing what they should, I've subscribed for the internet service as per my plan and that was the issue to begin with, but MTNL just can't replace router
