@SukhdeoPrasad3 Reply from TSP-In view of the recent tweet made by the customer , MTNL mumbai unit talked to the customer. The number is working. As per the customer, there is some disturbance in the line. Yesterday MTNL staff visited the premises, but the customer requested to come next day.

@MTNLMbiOfficial , again 28957820 not working, weird sounds heard on ear piece, dialled from another MTNL landline or mobile, gets engaged tone. Phone line getting affected again and again. According to linesman, the underground wiring is old, needs change.

@mahanagargas @PetroleumMin And the number you keep throwing at customers is never attended by anyone. The behaviour reminds me of days when MTNL AND BSNL used to harass customers when there was no private telecom operator.

@Rishikesh_ADX Support and all get valid in normal counters.. what if MTNL was locked in lower circuit and support had broken.. how would a retailer exit.. what strategy is to be followed in that case of technical analysis ?
