    @MTNLMbiOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw my res mtnl landline is again not working since last one month and my complaint docket no. Is 1633, I am tired of escalating it since nobody gives damn, any u keep on sending bill and demand payment, pls advise if It will start working or not ?

    Today it is about Rs 25, tomorrow it is going to be for Rs 2500/-. I see there is zero customer care by MTNL Delhi. There is not even an email id to write to. Website is hopeless and not even updated. I tried to complain in the online form but that didn’t let me describe issue.
