  @Squeal MTNL ki story hi alag hai MTNL has not been sending paper bills for 2 yrs now. They expect uses to themselves Login online and download. And Local branches have stopped accepting cheques forcing to make Online payments. How will we give Address proofs of a telephone if needed

  I want to publicly raise an issue regarding MTNL I have a MTNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@MTNLOfficial @MTNL @narendramodi

  @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @MTNLMbiOfficial don't know why you guys switched off your network towers for Mobile in Thane?? Earlier there was no connectivity issue but oflate, the issue is consistent.. #mtnl Is it that #jio is paying to switch off the network?? @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial

  @mid_day Both BSNL & MTNL are now stopping copper lines & their linemen telling, rather forcing people to buy their sub standard fiber internet connections. Local cable network fiber internet is much more efficient in MMRDA area than these 2 companies & cheaper too.
