    @KalingaGajapati I mean company name. I too used to face the same problem with respect to internet when we were taking the service from MTNL, but after changing it to Jio fibre, the service is quite good.

    From past one month I am facing issue of deadline on my @MTNLOfficial landline number when I enquired with the officer he told me to pay ₹1400 for the damage of external wiring The point is why I should pay for external wiring? #mtnl #communication @MIB_India

    @bsnl_care What is the update on this complaint ? I had informed you about being unable to use the BSNL network in mumbai. Your customer care informed me to use MTNL Network. They don't even know about the new 4G service arrangement by launching 4G as a service in mumbai.

    @imYadav31 Yeah....when I saw their ad for the first time in Dwarka, I switched from MTNL to them. But later,i faced some issues, so I moved to ACT, Jio, and Airtel.

    @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial @CMOMaharashtra Since i have experience that when Mumbai MTNL has been migrated to BSNL service is getting worst first toll free help line is not working properly when we speak with customer care they dont have attics to speak with the customers.

    @bsnl_care Three dockets raised Docket 1 : D181137960183 Docket 2 : D2110139687430 Docket 3 : D2510141184892 with nodal remark "the issue is related to the MTNL area. Still no resolution has been provided yet. When I will be able to use the services, it is showing Emergency Calls Only.

    @MTPHereToHelp attn. needed Surve Chock(Kurla LBS/Bkc MTNL junction).Taking right turn becomes a trap for motorist to jump signal while coming from Shri Krishna Chock on LBS marg &turning towards Kurla Depot,as no Right turn &straight signal lights on Right side of the BKC road.

    @mohanlal149 Please activate additional roaming by sending ACT ROAM to 53333. Then select MTNL /VI network manually to get connected

    @NCIBHQ A and C Competition was never the real problem. MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.
