    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Since your Department has not resolved the issue in 20 days, I have suffered a lot besides mental agony. I have now decided not to continue with such an inhuman organisation ie MTNL. I therefore request you take out your instruments & refund my money. Be happy in your world..bye!

    @rsprasad MTNL Mumbai is becoming bad to worse. First dead line complaint took 45 days to resolve now billing dispute for dead line phone is pending for more than a month. Hope ur intervention will make a difference.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Thanks. Still not resolved. I'm not able to use MTNL BB. I will switch to another service provider in case its not important to you as I'm facing work issues because of MTNL.
