    @MTNLOfficial Your Prepaid Dolphin network really sucks during cloudy days and during rains. Even normal calls will get dropped here and then. I am loyal MTNL customer since 2012 but this is how they treat their prepaid customers @DoT_India

    @misthi2012 Nearest serving site to the customer location is down leading to poor mobile network coverage at customer location. The MTNL team is trying hard to restore the down site.After restoration of the down site,the mobile network shall improve at customer location.
