    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @DeepikaSukhwani I have DM you planty of times but you respond very few times not even read that improve your service. I am one of your mobile service subscriber. What is current BSNL & MTNL merger status? Will this both goinvg to merged if yes then when ? If not then why?

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @Rajeev_GoI MTNL is going from bad to worse. Service down for hours and no human available to complain to. Only an IVR complaint. It will save the taxpayer money if you shut this abomination down. As a customer, even the surrender process is painful.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial, @manojsinhabjp, Honourable Minister requested to please improve efficiency of MTNL Mumbai, My docket no 9121 of 21 March 22 is still pending, Please do the repairs earliest, land line and internet down

    We have stopped the.paymsnts of your consistent bills hence forth as your customer service does not respond and we have no services or working landlines.Please find a solution to the problem. #we will not pay MTNL bills.28749795.

    @RNTata2000 For a stalwart as Ratan Tata, his team lags behind. Still waiting for a call back from Tata EV Customer Service since 2 days! Even MTNL provides better service.

    @DelhiMTNL Please remove the mtnl pole which is in outside the gate of residential building RZ616B, Sai temple lane, RajNagar-1, Palam Colony, New Delhi-77. This is causing a lot of problems in our lane. There is no active connection on this pole.

    @MTNLOfficial From last 6months in our area mamletdar wadi Malad West Mumbai line is not working after complaints they are saying that here sca cable fault but how many days we are suffering for it it's a mtnl duty to restore the line & newcable instead of broken cable hope ur

    @sanjayp_1 Sir, Maasive illegal prking from Bndra Reclm MTNL till Rangsharda hotel, multiple complaints to local DCP, but no action till date. Need help to remove these as 4 lane is compromised to barely a single lane on the main arterial rd to Bandra from Mahim
