@MTNLMbiOfficial Poorest service of MTNL. Hundreds of complaints to rectify Landline. MTNL helo desk will just call but no action. Their staff will not bother to even visit you. High time, to sell off this company. Their senior management wasting government money

@shailesh44302 @DoT_India MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

Though MTNL recover telephone bill periodically from me , land line connection provided by the MTNL is of no use since Covid Period . Despite the fact Complaint made to MTNL of no use as the expert could not resolve the issue.
