    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been trying to get a complaint for my WiFi resolved since last few months , still not done despite repeated calls to Customer care . MTNL does faster processing of complaints , very surprising. #unprofessional #CustomerSupport

    @Indianinfoguide Believe NDA Government has invested in Vodafone which is under some tax problem but their services comparatively better and is value for money. They may be given some boost to compete well with Jio and Airtel. BSNL/MTNL would need to upgrade their infra in line with 5G.

    @Officejmscindia @JM_Scindia @MTNLOfficial . Holding MTNL delhi mobile number but is dead and no way to contact custumer care at all possible contact details on web. Thought that under your leadership, atleast communication with service provider will improve . Kindly look into

    I’ve completely given up hope of ever getting my refund from MTNL. Two years have passed, and despite filing a complaint with DOT — who called four months ago and said the refund was “in process” — there’s been no movement.
