@AshwiniVaishnaw My MTNL LL attached to Darpan Xchange in Mumbai is out of order since 1year. No clarity on its restoration. So deprived of proper Internet facility. Have to depend on expensive mobile network or be at the mercy of unorganized sector local cable. Disgusting state.

@MTNLMbiOfficial given complaint to Ghatkopar office regarding MTNL broadband. Official replies no workman as it's given on contract basis. It will take couple of days more to resolve the issue if contractual labourers return to work. So shameful.

@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial I use MTNL sim card for my mobile. My mobile was stolen 2 months ago. No sim card available at any MTNL officers. Please fix the issue since all Banking and government job updates are linked to the mtnl number.

@MTNLMbiOfficial landline is dead from a week and still noone came to check the problem and i have complained by phone so many times and visited also to kalbadevi mtnl exchange. Inside jewel world building opposite to surti hotel. Mumbai - 400002. Such a poor service. 👎🏾
