As per the update received against your previous complaint, the MTNL team has examined the issue and confirmed that all nearby 3G and 4G sites are currently functioning satisfactorily. To further improve mobile network coverage and service quality in the area, additional sites are planned under the ongoing 4G expansion programme. Rahul Raj (@rahulrajsahay) reported@cb_doge @Starlink Suggestion : Instead of pitching it as a D2C thing, offer it as an uplink for BSNL/MTNL, the state owned operator who is the sole ISP attempting to connect these villages. Let them handle customer KYC etc + the last mile connectivity. Best of both worlds.
