I called @Airtel 121 from my mobile phone as I was unable to connect with landline numbers. @Airtel has promised to fix it in 8 days! MTNL is far superior!

@resilient_sham @CholoCrypto people fed up with employees of govt. bank SBI/PNB. etc and using smartphone with JIO/VI/Airtel network but not MTNL/BSNL are suddenly complaining about privatisation which was happening since 1991 perfect example of Irony and Ignorance

Land line is dead since more than month. Lineman comes, inspects and tell customer tht line has been damaged. Wire needs replacement. It's surprised to see MTNL doesn't have wires? Lineman asks money from customer. @MTNLMbiOfficial @TRAI @MTNLOfficial

@JioCare your network and quality of service is degrading every passing minute. 1.5 Kbps is the best performance 99% of the day. Mota bhai can buy the media but not the consumer. Horrendous service quality - worse than MTNL in 2001. @TRAI

@MTNLMbiOfficial my mtnl sim card does not have network and I was told that the sim validity had expired and was told to make a recharge of 75rs. Recharge was done but simcard is still not working and the officials in borivali branch are of no help. Please look into this asap
