    @MTNLMbiOfficial MTNL landline connections and ADSL broadband internet for everyone in the area is down due to line outage, not just me. All landline phones are dead. Almost every MTNL subscriber in the are has lodged a complaint. The area is A.V Nagwekar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400025

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India it's been 2 years waiting for refund of security of Rs.2500. Every 3 month, we visit MTNL regional office at Bikaji cama place, they say No money for refund. It's my 62 yrs father hard earned honest money, who is harassed, please HELP for Refund immediate

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @narendramodi Landline is not working since last 4 months, MTNL continuously sending bill. Grievance is raised which is closed by GM mentioning it will take another 1 month to restore & bill will not be generated further with reversal of last paid one.

    This incident is of MTNL employees who fell into sewer while working under unsafe conditions and without saftey gear. Why such incident occured? what is the issue with our agencies and companies?

    @MTNLOfficial Telephone Complaints Telephone No:27386366 Docket No:229 Complaint date :2/24/2022 19:36:2 Exchange :TN3 Complaint Type :DEAD PHONE PENDING AT :Outdoor Just see your Service level, no wonder why MTNL is burning exchequer's money..

    @ParikhHiten @MTNLMbiOfficial Very true. I also just tweeted to MTNL. It's very frustrating. OTPs not coming. V. Imp banking transactions withheld due to no OTP. Facing tremendous problems. I am in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. MTNL shud do something asap. Pls do a thorough check of network across the city. Too bad.

    @finologyticker 25% MTNL, 75% that was with Vodafone migrated to Airtel. Would migrate the 2 MTNL nos to Jio but MTNL just doesn’t send the code to migrate. And I don’t have the time to go to Banks etc to change the number. Sasta hai, kheenchte chalenge MTNL ko. Minus the 2G? Which never works.
