Anurag Kalra (@AnuragK02310957) reported@VikramKalra2 We were informed that the bills not be paid because the cable was stolen in January, 2021 by the officer incharge. MTNL's service standard have gone down drastically. Earlier also they took around 6 months to attend our complaint.
