BSNL is vital: Pan-India leader in rural/strategic areas (where privates lag), BharatNet broadband, defense SATCOM, & secure networks for govt depts/police.   These days, in the name of service, many companies have become completely careless. People buy products simply because they trust a reputed name like Godrej. However, by outsourcing service contracts to external agencies, these companies are damaging their own reputation. @GodrejAppliance, it’s time to fix this while you still can—otherwise it won’t take long to end up like MTNL or BSNL.

  @bsnl_care Three dockets raised Docket 1 : D181137960183 Docket 2 : D2110139687430 Docket 3 : D2510141184892 with nodal remark "the issue is related to the MTNL area. Still no resolution has been provided yet. When I will be able to use the services, it is showing Emergency Calls Only.

  @MowdiiSatwa @broadlineads @_KajalKushwaha Internet DTH etc were very popular and common and cheaper in 2009-2014. MTNL was very poor service but I used Den Cable service with wifi+Cable channels for just Rs 500 pm
