@hrmtnl @MTNLMbiOfficial Sir Resident of khar and bandra has lodged complaint regarding dead landlines . Mtnl mumbai is collecting payments from us but they are least bothered to help us by repairing the cables . we are having dead landlines since months and months

@rsprasad @MTNLOfficial Has the Customer Service Center(CSC)of MTNL at Mankhurd, Mumbai been shut down? As per the telephonic contact centre of MTNL all CSCs are open. MTNL has no staff to man the centre says an employee I saw at the centre this afternoon

@aloysianajit @ARanganathan72 2) Nobody cared about MTNL/ BSNL and their customer service. Coal block were given to people with no interest in Power industry. Basically GOVT HAS NO BUSINESS RUNNING BUSINESS, if they do then we taxpayer will be funding these PSUs with our blood and sweet forever.
