    @MTNLMbiOfficial My line is dead since 28.05.2020. Despite several complaints MTNL gives a deaf ear and raises invoices arbitrarily,without providing any service or resolve. After making my life miserable and giving mental trauma, MTNL has the audacity to wish happy and peaceful New year.

    @gurvind37283494 Please don't blame Jio for everything.. The cheapest internet service we are enjoying today is because of them only. Talking about the telecom.. We had just MTNL and BSNL during 2002, why did not people protest against corporate entry then? Today we have at least 4.

    @MTNLOfficial issue of broadband modem since 18 months not resolved, inspite of repeaated complaints on 1130& visiting mtnl offices at nehru place. Ph 011-29241999

    @rsprasad I am not sure if @MTNLMbiOfficial will fix the dead phoneline in 2021. Every month, I have to keep telling them to not charge me for the non existent service. Is it time to sell MTNL like Air India?

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Have some shame... Landline not working in my complex since July 4th. Several complaints. Goes on deaf ears. MTNL was not so shameless earlier. This new ED has brought MTNL to the bottomline in all terms.

    @HemantGaulechha @CestMoiz This was another one with it's own issues MTNL dial up the timing of MTNL servers was suspect since post midnight it used to be free surfing, Subscribers ended up paying for what they thought was free surfing time.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Dear MTNL, My landline was down for 3 months and has just been started in December, why should I be charged for the period when it was not functional that too during a pandemic, when we needed services to function the most.

    @whoketan @alamimam273 @PTI_News The Chai paani culture of BSNL and MTNL is responsible. Babu culture of employees naukari fix no responsibility no accountibility etc... And last no customer service.. Getting bsnl Sim was like 6 month waiting

    @DoT_India @TRAI pls help us! We are being harrassed by pathetic service provided by MTNL. We are paying bills regularly despite of which they aren't providing proper service. We pay for 6 MBps speed. But when their net works which is rarely it has hardly 1 Mbps speed. Pls help.
