    @alva_margaret This message from MTNL is fake and that is not any customer number. It is just a scam to collect the KYC information. She would have lost the money if she had called the person It is common for public and she may not be aware about such fraud messages

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My MTNL landline is dead since 20th July 2022. Landline/broadband complaints registered on 21st July 2022 with docket number 986 and 987 are not resolved so far. How many days will it take to resolve the issues?

    @AlkaJacob1 @alva_margaret BJP is winning anyway, it dies not need to resort to such lows, this is evidently a spam message that Ms Alwa is trying to use to garner sympathy. MTNL will never send such message

    @nmhegde75 Just a glance and we know it is worst form of fakery When did MTNL or any govt body give phone number of someone like relationship manager Plus word alignment after yours truly, even an 8th STD kid won't do

    @loveubhaarat MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc. ,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud , hence you are requested to ignore such E-KYC messages.

    @Madhuri40366321 MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc. ,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud , hence you are requested to ignore such E-KYC messages.

    @gganeshhh Utter waste of money reviving these parasitic organisations MTNL/BSNL. We have enough competition in telecom, these useless organisations should be allowed to die! Better to pay the employees severance than throw money down a sinkhole in the name of reviving these orgs!

    @pallavict We don't give a fck abt what happens to your Phone - Go resolve your issues with MTNL like a common man Does. You will see what company you have created & how you have managed it during your Rule - Ditto for Postal Services.

    @alva_margaret mam we r also leaving in Delhi mtnl network is very poor in our area complaint registered many times but no improvement
