@MTNLMbiOfficial very poor network and very very poor 3G internet speed in chembur thakkar bappa colony area. No solution done since 1 year of complaint. Customer care 1503 never take complaints seriously. Requesting MTNL Mumbai to fix the network and internet speed ASAP

@MTNLMbiOfficial I have registered a faulty landline complaint on June 7th , docket number 4279. I have been calling up and writing emails but no one has reached out or fixed my issue , I call up local MTNL office - No answer, Multiple emails - No answer.....please help

@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Its a shame.Hav been complaining since last 2 months for faulty internet service&phone. Mtnl GM even doesnt answr mobile n office calls leave asided d senior delhi officers. But bills r always on time. Useless n shameless dept never wrkng properly.

@MTNLMbiOfficial Hi Team, For many months our MTNL connection is down and hence not able to use landline & WiFi. Raised complaints several times but of no use I used to get only docket numbers. Request your to kindly disconnect our MTNL connection ASAP.

@MTNLMbiOfficial i am getting bills from last 3 months but my mtnl is not working after paying all bills, due to some road construction work, line is not connected and after so many colplaints there is mo response yet. Please help.
