@rsprasad @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India my tel in Mumbai has been down 4 nearly 4 mths!! Repeated complaints even to the ED's office has yielded 0 results! Docket no 1453 & 1464!! V sad to c this uncaring attitude no wonder MTNL is in a mess!!

To, @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial we are associated with the LIC of India, Bhandup Branch, having 2 landlines, 25955115 & 5335. Since April 2021, our landlines are not working, MTNL Bhandup office is closed. Mulund's office does not provide service. Whom to contact ????

@FinMinIndia Jio Fiber issues invoices with GST, but credit for such GST charged is not available to the customer. Similar services available from MTNL, Airtel and Vodafone allows GST credit. Why is Jio cheating??

@BSNLCorporate Please do not teach me what to do .Why should I give extra money You direct MTNL to provide mobile signals From last 10 years mobile signal are not coming Even in BSNL office of sector 6 signal are not there.Can you do this or not?

@MTNLOfficial My complain number is 1779. My landline has not been working since 5 months now. Registered a complaint earlier nd received a call stating that the line is working fine now, but that's not the case. When asked at the MTNL office they said they are short staffed HELP
