While we have always aspired for high-end and advanced smart phones, eagerly waiting for new updates. None of us ever bothered about the advancement or upgradation of state owned operators like BSNL/MTNL. Dying a slow death!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Dear sir my wifi and landline isn’t working since last 5 days, even after continuous complaints, your executive says 24hours, so they means 24 hours or 24days or 2months? Your company is becoming new mtnl. No solution after complaints.
