  @KalingaGajapati I mean company name. I too used to face the same problem with respect to internet when we were taking the service from MTNL, but after changing it to Jio fibre, the service is quite good.

  @JM_Scindia @CMDBSNL From this last week No 4G network, No Volte and No 4G data on any MTNL tower at Avantika Extn.sector-2 also in Delhi-NCR. 4G network is totally failed on Android 16 devices. It's so sad to us.Bsnl/MTNL totally failed to resolve this issue from a week. Who's responsible for it's?

  @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Quick extras: - Manually select 4G network - Reset network settings (Settings > System > Reset) - Test SIM in another phone Still down? Use MyMTNL app to report or call 1503 from alternate line.   @bsnl_care I dont have MTNL SIM. I have BSNL 4G SIM. Handset is Realme Narzo 90x 5G, launched just recently. Jio and Airtel VOLTE is working fine in same handset. Why is BSNL VOLTE not working?

  @gauravsabnis the config looks like the mtnl plugs of the late 90s early 2000s. If it wasn’t screwed into the junction box, they used to issue plugs w this kinda config.

  Visited MTNL Kandivali W & BSNL Borivali W for SIM required during Agatti visit. Shockingly informed that BSNL SIM may not work on OnePlus phone and no option except to buy pvt SIM. Why should citizens face compatibility issues using Govt services? @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

  @raghav_chadha! You're bringing to LS floor many relevant issues e.g. on IT, 28 days validity in telecom etc 👏 A relevant issue - BSNL prepaid sim doesn't work in Mumbai, Delhi where MTNL provide the service. Brought to notice of all concerned as attached. No solution yet

  Best Voice Quality: Jio (MOS 4.51) & Vi (MOS 4.47) delivered "Excellent" voice clarity, followed by Airtel (MOS 3.9). MTNL recorded very poor, with only 21% call setup success & a staggering 45% call drop. MTNL users experienced "Ltd Service" highlighting severe coverage gaps 2/2
