    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Thanks. Still not resolved. I'm not able to use MTNL BB. I will switch to another service provider in case its not important to you as I'm facing work issues because of MTNL.

    @mtnldelhi my tele no 011-29916751 is out of order and computer is also not recording my complaint. My broadband is also not functional. Pathetic condition of MTNL Delhi.

    @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Since your Department has not resolved the issue in 20 days, I have suffered a lot besides mental agony. I have now decided not to continue with such an inhuman organisation ie MTNL. I therefore request you take out your instruments & refund my money. Be happy in your world..bye!
