    @BSNLCorporate Facing so much issues on connectivity at Delhi airport T1, T3 and Railway station. Even not able to provide OTP to lounge. Every time connectivity issues over frequent interchanges MTNL and BSNL at Gurugram

    @bsnl_care They are saying your call is connected to bsnl up west and we can't help with your query as it is from bsnl Delhi. Please call mtnl Delhi. And gave me a number that nobody picked up the call

    @bsnl_care Three dockets raised Docket 1 : D181137960183 Docket 2 : D2110139687430 Docket 3 : D2510141184892 with nodal remark "the issue is related to the MTNL area. Still no resolution has been provided yet. When I will be able to use the services, it is showing Emergency Calls Only.

    @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     Idea for @RahulGandhi election promises - revive BSNL and MTNL properly. Easy bookings, good coverage. If the private companies need to make a profit, limit it to 2g/3g, but keep their low budget phone plans alive. You can simply stand on stage and read out their recharge plan prices to get all the votes. Right now the public can't use them widely due to coverage issues. And this is not just for the poor. You can keep a phone no you mostly need for OTPs alive for a year in Rs. 321 if you're a Tamil Nadu police officer (as a comment below pointed out) - this could be extended to the poor! Loads of people who use separate numbers for banking and social media would vote for this.

    Is this fair treatment for customers? Jio has become so big that no one listens. We moved from MTNL to tata to Jio thinking we will have great service! Down the hill! @_MukeshAmbani

    @AadiAchint @reliancejio We were told MTNL, BSNL were public sector, so theooor service was expected, changeover to private. Now all are same in deficiency of service service. Ram Bharose. If it works, it works
