@MTNLMbiOfficial I have given so many complaints at the MTNL office Charkop,Kandivali west from April,21. Telephone line is dead and there is no person to fix it till date.Even after numerous complaints, I haven’t got any response and it is really frustrating

@abhinavkansal @DoT_India MTNL nearby sites in this locality are currently working satisfactorily. More sites in this area are needed to improve the indoor coverage at customer premises. In the next phase of mobile expansion more sites shall be planned in this area.

@MTNLOfficial it's been 3 months my land line is not working. Been complaining about it from past 3 month. Have been to Mtnl office at Samta Nagar kandivali office where they said it will be sorted in a week's time but nothing has worked up.

@VikasKu00627201 Nearest serving site to the customer address is working without any issues. More sites are needed for better coverage in this area. MTNL shall plan more sites in this area in the next phase of expansion plan.@DoT_India

Do not stop only at being employed. Think & See what happend to Air India,,MTNL,BSNL,HMT. This applies to all govt enterprises.
