You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @Ajaykumaarji @bsnl_care Tried myself sometimes back was getting cellone and mtnl signal for calling at random times, no internet. This situation is in Tikri, Gurgaon. Thankfully the test paid off as I didn't want to take chances on my main number with porting.

    @bsnl_care Very sadly inform to you government of India company BSNL MTNL mobile service unavailable but just opposite private company network available in all over Mumbai think and decide this is directly revenue loss of Indian government and Indian people

    @credofly Well, I beg to disagree. ICICI Bank and Credit Cards are good starting point but as a bank the strategy is very apparent that they want to go the volume route than value. They would offer Sapphiro branded as premium as LTF to everyone but there isn’t anything premium there. EPM which is premium is frequently facing operation issues with vouchers taking as long as 48 hours at times. Not that there is anything wrong with it but in my mind they are getting closer to being a MTNL to BSNL (BSNL here being SBI and the reference because MTNL used to be a lesser evil of the two when compared to BSNL)!

    @bsnl_care Latest update when I went to mtnl office they told me they don't have any idea about the online sim booking so i buyed a new sim from them worth rs157 but it's been more then 4 hours but sim isn't showing any network. Rebooted phone and reinstalled the sim multiple time no use.
