@MTNLOfficial MTNL is one of the worst and useless companies...they don't listen to any complaints, no procedure to resolve the issues, and their employees are full of laziness and filled with rudeness and nonsense behaviour....I request GOI to please dissolve & privatise MTNL 🙏🏼

Twitter- Case 236742 dtd 28/4. & MTNL ED Online Case 234081 dtd 21/3. Please help @rsprasad ji, this is humble request from senior citizen. My MTNL Mumbai landline phone is dead since 2 months this is happening since April 2021 as everytime phone dead for 2-3 months.
