    @DoT_India I got a call yesterday that my phone no. Is stopped due to none payment of bills, however the Mtnl has stopped my phone more than 2years when I was paying the bills, I have ask for itemized bill for last 2years to prove that phone is not working, which mtnl is not providing.

    Where is MTNL? For the past one month MTNL cables are damaged by the utility department digging/concretising the drainage systems at MHB Colony Borivali due to this MTNL landline and internet service are disrupted..Inspite of several complaints to the department as well as the GM

    @ArunKum33372292 @DoT_India MTNL nearby sites in this locality are working satisfactorily. More sites in this area are needed to improve the indoor coverage at customer premises. In next phase of mobile expansion more sites shall be planned in this area.

    How nice would it be if Elon Musk bought MTNL ? Have endured years of pathetic service , faulty lines , terrible online payment portals , and zero accountability for the same . Even their office buildings are held together by ropes and duct tapes ! Utter crap !

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Our office Landline is dead since March 6, no one is coming to start it. If it is not done then many of us who are having same problem in the area will be force to take a Morcha to Borivali MTNL with the help of our area Representative

    @MTNLMbiOfficial , Broadband connection is not working on 28956822 since last 15 days. Inspite of complaining from landline and website, no action is taken. Something is drastically wrong with BORIVALI WEST MTNL telephone exchange.

    @gmsouthmtnlmum sir, the MTNL phone 022-25342155 is not working for more then 30 days. The occupants are a lady of 75+ years staying with physically handicap daughter of 55+. I tried every source, but no progress. Can you please help? Kanti Faria Mob 09821374444

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, sorry to say, but MTNL should be wind up, My wifi at 21420653 is not working for few days, no one picking phone, hard time to face during children exam time, no option left with us other than disconnetion...
