This is very funny that my telephone is already dead. In spite of resolving my problem I am threatened of disconnection of my telephone IS THERE ANY OFFICER IN MTNL WHO BELEIVE IN OFFERING SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER WHO IS SINCE 1992 WITH MTNL

@MTNLMbiOfficial After restoring service for a week MTNL decides to play the stale game again , no response complaint has been lodged docket no 132 but MTNL is busy doing nothing.

The next morning she went with all docs- society , electricity, MTNL bills, birth certificate, Aadhar, school leaving certificate, and she was sent home to get marriage certificate. I did not understand the logic, why are common people like us given such pain. Please help
