MTNL Landline not working. Filed complain since 3 months with follow ups, however still our office landline is not working! I guess if PM @narendramodi is thinking to privatise, such PSU who are wasting Taxpayers money should be in priority list

@rsprasad @MTNLOfficial my father a senior citizen was facing issues wit mtnl line for 4 months line was nt working but was billed continuously. finally he disconnected the line. He is awaiting refund of deposit since 3 months will u ever pay? Or shall we writeoff ?

@MTNLOfficial Disappointed service from mtnl. my phone is lying dead since oct 2020.I have mailed to the DGM and got no replies.The bills keep on coming.Visited khar telephone exchange also but there is no one to attend to my complaint .Don’t know where to lodge my complaint

@sofeghar1 @RahulGandhi What's ethical about air india or MTNL? Have you seen the kind of customer service that public sector firms have? They treat customers as if they're doing a favor to the customers for keeping them.
