    @MTNLMbiOfficial Worst service by MTNL Mumbai... My landline is not working from last 1 month...i have registered complaint with MTNL...docket no. is 7640....But they closed the docket without attending it.....also they are providing regular bills ...but no service.....

    CASE NEEDS IMPARTIAL PROBE TO INVESTIGATE AS WHY SERVICES REMAINED COLLAPSED & AS TO WHETHER UNDUE GAIN OCCURRED TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.. DELINQUENTS NEED TO BE PUNISHED. INACTION & FAILURE OF MR. PK PURWAR CMD, MTNL WAS INTRIGUING & NOT IN SERVICE INTEREST. @DoT_India

    @DoT_India @TRAI @BSNLCorporate The bsnl and MTNL cheating their customers they gave us BSNL 4G simcard but since one year but till now yet we are getting 3G network only sometimes 2G network, but BSNL collecting money plan in the name of 4G network

    @MTNLOfficial - Can you please help in disconnection of my MTNL Delhi broadband connection. I am even ready to pay a fee for disconnection but cannot undergo the painful process of going to MTNL office. I have heard people get bills even after disconnection

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India but its been 5 days since my visit to mtnl office, still no one has visited and line is still dead. I demand full compensation in bill since June and is there any one who can take action on Mtnl for providing pathetic service

    @TelecomTalk @aswinivaishnav My sincere appeal to the new Telecom minister is to revive the BSNL as decided in Oct 2019 , Merge the MTNL with it , Prepare BSNL for 5G service rollout to compete with private telcos. Lastly ensure monthly salary payment / Wage arrears to Contract Labourers .

    @MTNLOfficial worst services i have ever seen from MTNL, we people are encouraging govt based services but MTNL peoples doesn't want to work at all.. No dail tone since around 10 days even after giving so many complaints no action has been taken from MTNL

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @MumbaiMTNL Sir many Congratulations for the new responsibilities. Sir requesting you to pls look into MTNL issue also. We are not getting proper service even after paying our bills regularly. We raise the issue they close it without solving the issue. Pls look
