My docket number is 4228 (MTNL Internet). My internet is not working since 15 January 2022. The person who is supposed to do our repairs has been deployed to another location. He said to inform MTNL to send another person to do the repairs. @MTNLOfficial

@airtelindia plz avoid airtel fiber connection it is now 4 days that static ip is not allotted and zero connect between what field engineers says and customer service says. Mtnl can be better.
