  @airtelindia My complaint number is 11032318198. No action since morning. When i contacted Khanpur, Delhi Airtel service store, they said our line man will come tomorrow. Such poor service. Kindly help. Even Mtnl's service was better than this.

  @miprathu Dear Customer, BSNL SIM cards and porting services are available at MTNL offices and authorized retail outlets in Mumbai and Thane. You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @my_musings_ind Waiting for 6 months.? 6 months is too short We patiently waited for our MTNL connection for 2 years after submitting all required documents. Still did not get the landline. We only got a transfer & left the place.! Never got that connection
