Sushant Parmar (@sushantparmar) reported@MTNLMbiOfficial since more than three months the landline is not working. No one is responding at the MTNL office. But you are sending bills every month and expecting us to pay the same. We have paid also. Poor service. No one is responding.

A K Agrawal (@AravindMowr) reported@MTNLOfficial My landline phone was laid to rest ( deactivated and surrendered) back in Oct'24. Poor handset was given a dignified farewell at the MTNL office and NoC was obtained. Now even after a year the bills are alive. BSNL/MTNL land, phones die but billing is eternal.

Your mtnl tower is not working before 2 months if you show this message so please activate this tower other wise , i will complaint mtnl office.
