@MTNLOfficial It’s been more than 2 months since 25257892 phone and broadband both are down and no action is being taken. I was forced to go for @airtelindia Xstream . Must say @AshwiniKChoubey Saab that #MTNL is in tatters and is on the brink of extinction. Please do something.

@SBICard_Connect Your call centre services are atrocious! The connections are like old time MTNL landlines and the staff is also equally untrained! Also, for premium customers, please launch another contact line! Your distribution network and ability to service aren't in sync!

@sandeep_PT Dunno about BSNL but can recall an incident related to MTNL .Took us 6 months and 700( "abhi dekhte hai ,Pata karte hai ki Kitna time lagega tranafer mein ") in bribe in 97 To get our telephone line transferred. We jumped at the opportunity when Tatas launched their service .

@shadez I still remember a story of someone I know calling MTNL to complain about some network issue on their Dolphin SIM, asking when it will be fixed. The aunty at the call centre said 'Arre humko kya malum??' and hung up.

@MTNLMbiOfficial our hospital telephones are not working since a month. If MTNL is not capable of keeping even the essential phones functioning ,I think the end of the organisation is not a distant future.
