    @Amitkum37728169 @alva_margaret The number mentioned in her screenshot as MTNL customer care number is a Jio number from WB. Most spam numbers originate from WB & Assam border districts.

    @gganeshhh Utter waste of money reviving these parasitic organisations MTNL/BSNL. We have enough competition in telecom, these useless organisations should be allowed to die! Better to pay the employees severance than throw money down a sinkhole in the name of reviving these orgs!

    @AjayRaj6163 @DoT_India MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc. ,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud , hence you are requested to ignore such E-KYC messages.

    @alva_margaret The MTNL message seems like a phishing attempt some hacker sent from a non English speaking country. It's loaded with grammatical errors.
