But if Vodafon or Birla group decide to shut down VI services who will continue their business? After merging PSU banks into private did their employees lost their jobs?

Mangalam Singh (@DrMangalamSingh) reported@harishanker2008 hii you got IN-Dolphin network in your mobile or not? Try manual searching for MTNL network because BSNL is using MTNLs network in Delhi Circle. Additionally send sms ACTROAM to 53333 for using VI roaming services (Charges Apply).
