amishmm (@amishmm) reported@BSNLCorporate I ported from MTNL Mumbai to BSNL 4G on 6th April. It shows network signal but no VOLTE. Complained many times but not resolved. Internet and SMS sometimes works but no incoming and outgoing calls. Please resolve.

MTNL retains its legal entity solely for asset monetization (prime land, towers, e.g., BKC sale) to service debts. MTNL staff bridge both during transition, creating overlap and unclear reporting until DoT finalizes absorption/redeployment.
