In past many such tenders were bought down by private operators with help of top officials including Minsiters. Coz of which the PSUs were not able to upgrade services

Anonymous (@Fly_Hightweeto) reported@timesofindia So I’d both mtnl broadband n private internet. Trust me even though mtnl was cheaper and we were paying for it but we had hardly used mtnl because of its poor service. So, it died long back. Govt is v late in taking action..
