    @rsprasad @DoT_India @PMOIndia @narendramodi @BJP4India @BJP4Bihar Hope to see better connectivity. I had a long request with MTNL for a landline and internet connection to my home at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. At last I have to go with private service providers.. Hope to see better service from our national organisation.

    More than 12 hrs passed still MTNL Broadband is out of service. Complaint ticket number 2780. @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @rsprasad Really a bad service !

    The @mtnl landline service is absolutely horrible. The phone is not working for 3 weeks. Time to shut MTNL lousy service. Have a complaint put in on 26-Aug-2019 no one has bothered to attend on it. @MTNLOfficial

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial MTNL FTH Broadband not working for a fortnight or so.. Complaint Docket No. 9465, 7338 on different dates. Connection under CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai) Exchange. Strange nobody called even (Landline working, Alternate number working).

    @JM_Scindia Sir, MTNL customer care does not work. Nor I am able to port my number to other service provider. I have Rs 1800 in my prepaid balance despite that I am recharging monthly. I get this message. ur account balance you only have Rs.0.05 valid until 21-06-2026.recharge.

The company will shut down sooner or later due to incapable people in decision making process as business and profitability will be impacted. Look at MTNL and many other companies.     @jiocare WORST SERVICE for Jio, I have requested to relocate my Jio Fiber on 29th Mar till date it has not happened. Customer care giving different reasons. The most irrelevant and unacceptable msg ‘engineer didn’t get access to my location’ I feel attest MTNL lineman were good.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JIO IS BECOMING ANOTHER MTNL WHICH HAD TO CLOSE DOWN BECAUSE A LINE MAN WILL DO YOUR WORK ONLY IF HE IS TIPPED. I AM PAYING RS 800 EVERY MONTH FOR JIO FIBRE WHILE HALF DE TIME IT DOESNT WORK AS THERE IS NO INTERNET OR THERE R ERRORS.CUST CARE DONT CARE?

    @MowdiiSatwa @broadlineads @_KajalKushwaha Internet DTH etc were very popular and common and cheaper in 2009-2014. MTNL was very poor service but I used Den Cable service with wifi+Cable channels for just Rs 500 pm
