I had a long request with MTNL for a landline and internet connection to my home at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. At last I have to go with private service providers.. Hope to see better service from our national organisation.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial MTNL FTH Broadband not working for a fortnight or so.. Complaint Docket No. 9465, 7338 on different dates. Connection under CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai) Exchange. Strange nobody called even (Landline working, Alternate number working).

You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.   @BSNL_MH Ported from MTNL Mumbai to BSNL 4G on 6th April. From yesterday, network connects to Vi 4G OR Dishnet 4G but not showing VOLTE symbol. No calls, no SMS. How to resolve?
