No customer service team to address Raised a complaint almost 100 times. @BSNLCorporate guys you really now need to step in to save MTNL

They made me go to the exchange to return the splitter (for broadband) & router, where I was told that a cable is missing... I was using my own instrument anyway. But they deducted good amount for a non-wkg line.

Is it the beginning of winding PSU? Merge BSNL and MTNL, improve infrastructures and services for existence. @pib_comm The only solution.
