Again my complain doc no. 3974 closed without fixing it. Almost all my previous various complaints raised also closed same way without fixing it. Really pathetic service from MTNL..they just want to raise monthly bill and extort money from customers without giving any service.

@MTNLMbiOfficial My mother's mtnl line is not working from last 8 months, repititive online complaints have fallen on deaf ears, in fact all the complaints were closed as resolved, an to top it all the monthly payment is still being deducted without any phone line service or broadband.

@AnantRangaswami @TataSky I dont dare to check. Cos today Airtel, Hathway, Tikona and MTNL are all down together. If Tata Sky is gone too, then all I can do to relax is read a book. Not a bad idea maybe!

@ANI Both BSNL & MTNL are hugely ovesrstaffed at top. Compare man to customer ratio of all telecom service providers. BSNL has a separate GM/AGM for everything - Pole, Cable, Switching, Server, Billing, Customer Care & so on...all fat asses doing very little. Shut down ASAP.

@ANI There was a time, we waited for a month to get a connection and all bsnl employees were NALLA, just casual attitude now look at this. Karma is real MTNL in 2015 took 60 days just to connect the 2 broken wires and we were out of internet whole time

@MTNLOfficial I want to pay my Mtnl landline bill via Amazon Pay using Amazon pay bal. But Amazon shows inability to fetch my Mtnl bill, saying “MTNL Delhi is facing intermittent issues”. Others like mobikwik, payzapp also fail to show bill. Pls rectify the issue.
