    @MTNLOfficial my telephone was not working from the past 15 days went to various mtnl offices but they say office is shutdown permanently go to other office and the other is not taking complaint kindly look into. 022-28511770

    @MTNLOfficial last six days our landline is not working & went to MTNL office as well & they said will send an engineer. Last six days we r facing issues. So worst experience.

    @MTNLOfficial Our office MTNL Landlines have been out of service for almost a Year now. We have sent a number of Letters to the MTNL office, but there has been no response. Kindly look into the matter. Tel. Nos are 02225041115, 02225041694

Still some dare continue on footpaths Opp veg treat hotel and Suvarna hospital lane. Are they special. Thow them out and ensure they do not return. Police be also involved.

    @MTNLOfficial mumbai 23007906 complaint no.9003 not resolved yet. Line transferred but internet not working. Half work done for work order no.187590 dated 09.01.2020. What a pathetic service by mtnl. Disgusting.

    @MTNLOfficial now no frequent disconnection at all. Your engineer Mr. Srinath had resolved the problems in a very cleverly manner. Also he came up with a plan change idea which I was unaware of. Thanks Mtnl & Srinath for quick resolution. An asset to MTNL: Srinath

    @MTNLOfficial BKC branch have no person on the payment table . There are only 2 women’s working for entire ground floor office at 10.15AM . Is this the way MTNL works , what service will you provide to customers , I feel soon MTNL will be in DEBT .

    @MTNLOfficial the mentioned number no1 is picking up calls, i think all has become deaft like mtnl. Such horrible services. Why govt is not selling mtnl or remove such employee from job wasting taxpayers money

    The phone keeps on switching from GSM signals To UMTS there is no proper signal both indoor & outdoor. Also internet is verry slow due to coverage, but main concern is calls this lead to verry poor quality calls from MTNL Dolphin in my area.

    @MTNLOfficial the MTNL landline phones have stopped functioning due to some issues related to the cables, when we met the officer in charge at the VILE Parle East office, Mr.Karan who handles the complains,was very rude in his talks,told us not to depend on MTNL 1/2 contd..

    Request you to provide your employees better internet service providers so that they can provide better service to clients.. MTNL may not solve your problems however if the Private Players will you should seek thier assistance..

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @PMOIndia Sir, if staff is not working then start deducting salary of one day. From the next day they will start Doing their job properly. MTNL is paying salary for the work which has to be done to staff.

    @TruecallerHelp @ It is very strange of True Caller that it is labouring hard for other sectors like IGL,BSES,MTNL and others. My IGL bill was received by me last week only to be paid by 15/04/23 but this True Caller service centre is sending me messages daily 2-3 times daily !

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Our Landline 022-26614032 is not working for more than 100 days. The same way in the Santacruz west, Mumbai Area 90% landlines are not working. No one of MTNL available to answer. Is the MTNL Company going to survive ??? Kindly attend immediately and inform us.

    Is @MTNLOfficial still offering wireline internet services? My office Internet has been kaput for over a week. The service folks are trying to help but there seems to be a deeper problem. Any suggestions other than moving out of MTNL?

    BSNL asked me for all details and says, "it's MTNL area". Does it mean I must chuck my BSNL sim out and move off to other service providers 😡😡
