There is no resolution to the problem by MTNL. Only they keep asking for bills to be paid everymonth with our fail. Is this what they expect.

Request to all the people opting for Airtel Fibre, MTNL chalu to he. I had given society NOC in 12th April. The router got installed on 17th May. But yet the service hs not started.

On 1st 2 complaints got msg of it resolved, but phone still dead. 3rd complaint made on 3/94/22 still pending. Horrible service MTNL.

Never know what their thinking is…and some things are imp for national infra. Infor gallore. (@Anxious_Indian) reported@ANI This is basically the norm in BSNL/ MTNL. Even when GM/ PGM visits officers were instructed to arrange snacks, water, taking them for lunch. And the Engineer who was supposed to manage the network is send to manage itinerary. After this fiasco all these instructions will be oral.

It couldn’t put funds into a special escrow account for the next interest payment on its bonds due to not having enough cash.
