    @BankiMistry @mybmc @mybmcWardKE They never care.. in my area.. it looks like spider man was practicing... i am sure half the wires arent even connected anymr.. i had MTNL line n Hathway.. v had to remove n throw the wires.. they dnt bother... guess no money is made after disconnection so y bother...

    @rsprasad surrendering MTNL land line which was dead since 6 mts is a pathetic job. No one @MTNLMbiOfficial Malad office. Person on the counter didn't want to listen on argument he asked watchman to down the shutter with people inside & got off the seat and went away. Free salary

    @MTNLOfficial have reached MTNL office in Sion at 10:45. It’s 11:15 am still not a single employee has come. Queue of many people with grievances. Extremely poor service. Reckless and careless. @MTNLMbiOfficial

    @JioCare It is more than 24 hours that the JioFiber connection for the area is down. This is unthinkable and unacceptable. Unfortunately we have paid for 6 months or I would have discontinued your service. Feels like I am dealing with MTNL.

    @MTNLOfficial Mtnl not working from last 8 months...... Have complained about 8-10 times & visited Bandra (Mumbai)mtnl 15-20 times but nobody has visited or repair done....plz help as it’s very urgent

    @thewolfofdalal @EconomicTimes Bro bcoz of jio ,BSNL MTNL ko 4g spectrum nahi mila other wise waha bhi achi service milti... samja..check when they got 4g or they havnt got. Waise reliance sabki bajata hain eg ongc,bsnl,mtnl.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India My landline is faulty since last 3 month,we have complained but nothing has been done so far, we have visited MTNL head office in Agripada, Mumbai but there is only 1 staff and problems is not solved till date,My dockets no is 3696

    @mansoors2972 And it's not MTNL fault it's MCGM who start digging everywhere and damages he cable and Road every other day .... besides it's best to switch to other service provider now ..

    @MTNLOfficial hello... my MTNL line is out of order and my Wi-Fi is not working since many days,since a few months I have been facing frequent disconnection issues... calling your toll free customer care number from mobile is very tedious as it is more than 10mins hold.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Congratulations... But Sir can you improve the network coverage of telecom operators. While MTNL & BSNL having worst network coverage. And now you are the head of this deparment also. So anything you would like to say on network coverage of MTNL & BSNL.

    @MTNLOfficial landline is dead since 5th may. Already made a complaint . My complaint no is 56. Don't know how many days more need to your staff just to enquire about the complaint. Most lazy staff hired by MTNL.
