@mybmcWardT One of the major concerns is cables running across building. While MSEB MTNL has assured underground cable network. Miles of cables still run across buildings.

Again my complain doc no. 3974 closed without fixing it. Almost all my previous various complaints raised also closed same way without fixing it. Really pathetic service from MTNL..they just want to raise monthly bill and extort money from customers without giving any service.

@AnantRangaswami @TataSky I dont dare to check. Cos today Airtel, Hathway, Tikona and MTNL are all down together. If Tata Sky is gone too, then all I can do to relax is read a book. Not a bad idea maybe!

@MTNLMbiOfficial My mother's mtnl line is not working from last 8 months, repititive online complaints have fallen on deaf ears, in fact all the complaints were closed as resolved, an to top it all the monthly payment is still being deducted without any phone line service or broadband.

@TheOfficialSBI I tried to make payment mtnl for the month of feb through @UPI_NPCI..Twice it failed but amt got deducted..Online complaint raised on 15th march..Already been over 2 months...still it is not resolved... As per ur msg resolution expected time was 45 days...
