    @shilpitewari Ya..that was the time, when assembled Personal Computers business also hit the market. So for most of India, PC and Internet came together. MTNL internet, slow as hell.

    @DoT_India MTNL no. 022-27461174 at my home, Panvel Navi Mumbai, not working for few days. Complained twice. Technician called, said that line can't be repaired & I need to transfer my landline to mobile. Want to retain landline for my sr. citizen mom as she cannot handle mobile.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India my brodband landline bearing number 23366787 ADSL down..complaint try to logged on MTNL site but failed..frequent failing of ADSL..its instrument is also faulty earlier time your man said for replacement but till date no action.

    @CMD_MTNL Hi Sir I am retired DOT employee I am 84 years old My landline number 022-27653350 is not working since two months Reported to MTNL Navi Mumbai Officers but sorry no results and my landline 022-27653350 still not working.Please order to ensure landline works URGENTLY

    @VishalBhargava5 Agree. Have tried almost all MSPs over the years: Airtel, Orange/Vodafone, Idea, Aircel, BPL, MTNL. All were pathetic in some sense or other- either network or pricing. Thanks to Jio, mobile experience has been better. Heard bad reviews of Jio Fiber though.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial worst customer support ever last 4 days we are facing internet issues yet no one from mtnl is bothered to resolve it.
