The level of customer service they are providing is so disgusting. It's been more than 2 months I have been waiting for a refund and still they are not concerned.

The poor employees are struggling to send and receive SMS even for recharge and porting. Telecom dept and TRAI are in the payrolls of govt or private telecoms?

And chances are BSNL will follow the suit despite assurances from government. This companies are deliberately side-lined, kept them behind to benefit private companies like Jio, VI, Airtel. And it's not a secret, when BSNL still do not have 5G network.

It couldn’t put funds into a special escrow account for the next interest payment on its bonds due to not having enough cash. The most irrelevant and unacceptable msg ‘engineer didn’t get access to my location’ I feel attest MTNL lineman were good.
