    @p_nikumar No pay revision for BSNL and MTNL working staff and their pensioners since 2017. Pension is paying by central government but no pension revision done by Sri Modi government . Fist solve our issue then talk about other employees. Keep your house in order then talk about others

    @BSNLCorporate your Haat at Houz khas MTNL exchange is a very very poor joke, its shameful that in today's day n age u should have the Haat on the 3rd floor of the dilapidated unattended building without a lift , to pick up a Sim card, learn from corporates, learn to serve

As per the latest update received from the concerned MTNL team, all nearby 3G and 4G sites have been examined and are currently functioning satisfactorily. To further improve network coverage in the area, additional sites will be planned under the ongoing 4G expansion programme.     @Vidyut Affordable - yes, service reliability (at least for BSNL, never experienced MTNL) was not so reliable. If one faced issues, they were at the mercy of babus.

    They have taken over mtnl and are working to deliver pan india 5G services for their users in the next 1 year. It will be cheapest 5G but their coverage will be a problem in urban area. Rural areas they are way more efficient than any private player

    @my_musings_ind We got MTNL phone after bribing yet waited for 2 years. LPG had to be booked 2 months for refills. My dad got a priya scooter after waiting for 4 years in lottery and maruti 800 never came. It was an era of waiting & patience. Linemen used to be VIPs

    @Squeal MTNL ki story hi alag hai MTNL has not been sending paper bills for 2 yrs now. They expect uses to themselves Login online and download. And Local branches have stopped accepting cheques forcing to make Online payments. How will we give Address proofs of a telephone if needed
