    @DoT_India # I am writing on behalf of Bank of Baoda's one branch, Chakala Mumbai. Our four telephone lines are not working since last one and half year but nobody is ready to resolve the issue. I have made various complaints to MTNL but result is zero. Pl do something.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My Sisters MTNL landline (Tel No 26771294) is dead for over 6 months. Even today I have logged in a complaint (No 2268). Can someone pls help. Both my Sis and her husband are Senior Citizens. Wait to hear from you

    @MTNLOfficial After having multiple attempts of booking the complaint I now placing this on social media. MTNL services are very poor and no one listening.
