    @DoT_India sir my issue is still not sorted even after giving all the details. Looks like mtnl is not interested in retaining old customers. If they cannot start the line pls ask them to refund the rent .

    @PadmakarTillu @ragiing_bull I think OYT was scraped from 2001. I remember when Mumbai was founded and all mobile services were down, our MTNL was working and helped many to call and get info.

    @BikramS84775633 @DoT_India MTNL nearby sites in this locality are working satisfactorily. More sites in this area are needed to improve the coverage at customer premises. In the next phase of mobile expansion more sites shall be planned in this area.

    Worst thing is happening in Registration office in Jogeshwari MTNL,server is slow since 2'oclock,waiting to register document since 3 hours,with old Mother,no one is there to reply
