    @sanjayp_1 Suggest that Proof of Address to include a) aadhar card ; b) registered leave and license agreement (some agencies discriminate by saying it's not "rent agreement"; c) telephone / landline bill of any service provider ( not just MTNL)..

    @timesofindia Suggestions for #mtnl and #bsnl remove goverment style working and adapt pvt company style. Such as good service, customer care, reduce breakfix time, internal infra, speed etc... This can happen if ur employee don't do TP... All govt firm do TP till date & ignore customer.

    @ecpuneetsharmao @DoT_India "Faridabad Sanchar haat is non functional. For change of sim customer may visit nearest MTNL point of sale/sanchar haat located in nearby area/Delhi , as MTNL and BSNL system is not integrated. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted."

    My MTNL Delhi landline 2627XXXX is lying dead for more than a month now. MTNL has closed all complaint reporting channels e.g. 198, 26272198, 22221507, online contact form etc. Kindly someone take notice and take corrective measures. @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw

    BSNL ,BBNL & MTNL will merged by Central govt.But MTNL has kept loan 26 thousant million rupees, MTNL is allready in ICU..Goal's Govt. Want to invest 1.6 trillion However Govt will help 36260 thousand million of BSNL, MTNL every three-year upto.

    @PadmakarTillu @ragiing_bull I had paid Rs. 15 K & I had to do so many requests at MTNL, linemen were so arrogant. There was an alternate office no given but they will not contact before coming & will visit ur home uniformed. Put up a chit threatening to cancel the line. I took a leave to get the phone.

    Worst thing is happening in Registration office in Jogeshwari MTNL,server is slow since 2'oclock,waiting to register document since 3 hours,with old Mother,no one is there to reply

    @ANI MTNL purposefully downplayed in highly productive metro markets even though they had upper hand right from start...They still have chance but there has to be a decisions taken. But don't know if merger would really help.

    @sanjayp_1 @Anilagain4u Sir, instead of MTNL, can tele bill from other service provider suffice. It's very rare anyone using MTNL these days. Can't other documents help to prove the address such as DL, old PP, aadhar, all issued by Govt Authority. Neighbours aadhar as Witness.
