  @yehlog @rupagulab May be they want to give the railway to Adani with less liability. More employees more problem. By not filling the vacancies, no job reservations. See how they screwed BSNL, MTNL now it's ready to be gifted to Cronies. 70 years of nation building wiped out in just 7.

  @shenoyn Last week , staff at hauz khas MTNL office had send lineman to repair on same day of complaint.private lineman spent 30 min to repair, also returned next day to put it right, it is working well now. It is 30 yrs old connection

  Today I surrendered my @MTNLOfficial phone. I was forced to. It was dead for months, no one came to fix it and I was paying the minimum charges unnecessarily. There was a time when efficiency of MTNL could have taught a lesson or wo even to private sector.

  @shenoyn I agree it's a horrid experience to surrender the MTNL landline. They made me go to the exchange to return the splitter (for broadband) & router, where I was told that a cable is missing... I was using my own instrument anyway. But they deducted good amount for a non-wkg line.

  @neerajarora91 100cr+ customer base industry with good cash flow , hope at-least 15cr user by bsnl/mtnl provide service otherwise in rural area not reach this so called digitalindia benefit !

  @SanjayDhotreMP @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial The signals of MTNL mobile services were available in Anushakti Nagar Mumbai until many towers were set up recently. Now MTNL signals are poor and private telcos signals are good.

  @whydiya2 Reply from TSP- complaint resolved kindly refer the customer tweet which mentioned that "As on 5:35pm today 20Jan22 the dolphin postpaid view-bill option on the mtnl website is working. Obviously someone somewhere has finally fixed the problem. Thank you."
