    @rsprasad Sir I have been continuously trying to connect from last 1 year, TEAM MTNL for my land line phone complaint . Till date it has not been resolved . My Phone no is 011-2621-1111 @MTNLOfficial . Please help . My partner are senior citizen and have been facing issue

    @rsprasad dear sir since 3 months our MTNL line is not working, several complaints but no response, my father is 80 years old who uses this telephone, 21st century but still india is struggling to provide proper government telephone connections, we're really surprised.

    @BankiMistry @mybmc @mybmcWardKE They never care.. in my area.. it looks like spider man was practicing... i am sure half the wires arent even connected anymr.. i had MTNL line n Hathway.. v had to remove n throw the wires.. they dnt bother... guess no money is made after disconnection so y bother...

    @MTNLMbiOfficial we have been using Mtnl landline and broadband in mumbai since more then 20 years for sure,our line is not working since last 4 months (been told cable fault for full area)and again bill has been raised for the same ,which is totally wrong and unacceptable

    @narendramodi Honorable PM pushing hard for digitisation using wifi without any support of sleeping MTNL for activating restoring connectivity causing hardship for all electronic transaction viz filing Returns making tax payment etc. PMO s intervention is very much desired.

    @BSNLCorporate Why MTNL Mumbai and MTNL Delhi plans are different?I believe both are same which comes underyou(BSNL)Ihavedropped so many emails to both support team but still no response.Have seen on MTNL Delhi website there is a plan JS 225.which is not available for mumbai

    @HCI_PortLouis @MTNLOfficial One of the leading, one of the joke company, since 3 months dead line, they're sending bills on time, on alternate number they send you reminders to pay, but service is nill, mtnl should be ashamed of themselves, they want salaries and pension for what.

    @MTNLOfficial Mtnl not working from last 8 months...... Have complained about 8-10 times & visited Bandra (Mumbai)mtnl 15-20 times but nobody has visited or repair done....plz help as it’s very urgent

    @chandrachud04 @sonaliranade I have MTNL connection at home. Haven't used landline in ages. Haven't had the need to use net at home much either. Was paying 1000+ every month. During lockdown, had to use it. Turned out the connectivity sucked. Got another network now. Less cost better connectivity.
