@MTNLOfficial I cannot get the customer account number for my MTNL prepaid number. I also tried to reach customer care but after long long holds they didn't pick up calls Please get me my ACCOUNT NUMBER to myself registered to the portal.

@mybmc @mybmcRoads your road & drainage repair contractors have damaged MTNL cables twice and MGL pipeline once in our area. All of this in 2022. Why can’t you chose people who know to do the work correctly without causing more damage and trouble?

@GopalBubna1 MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

@mtnl,@MTNLMbiOfficial , have made more than 50complaints to get my brother's clinic landline phone working but no luck.. the seniors number in chembur is ringing but no answer.. so what is the solution to this??
