@MTNLMbiOfficial do you want to do this business? I hope someone in mtnl is ethical enough to hear, read and help in resolving these issues. If you guys cannot handle one customer atleast be honest enough in letting us know, will try to find some other efficient service.

@airtelindia trust me, this app is just a scam. Customers like me have been crying for months, app doesn’t work, 121 and 198 numbers are a farce, email support, appellate and nodal officers are just NAUTANKI, this brand, Airtel, will soon meet the fate of BSNL and MTNL.

@abhinavkansal @DoT_India one of the nearest serving sites is down leading to poor indoor coverage. The MTNL Team is trying hard to restore it. The network coverage shall improve once it will radiate properly.
