Chhavi (@Chhavi_22) reported@MTNLOfficial I want to pay my Mtnl landline bill via Amazon Pay using Amazon pay bal. But Amazon shows inability to fetch my Mtnl bill, saying “MTNL Delhi is facing intermittent issues”. Others like mobikwik, payzapp also fail to show bill. Pls rectify the issue.

MTNL (@MTNLOfficial) reported@ecpuneetsharmao @DoT_India "Faridabad Sanchar haat is non functional. For change of sim customer may visit nearest MTNL point of sale/sanchar haat located in nearby area/Delhi , as MTNL and BSNL system is not integrated. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted."
