@SaraswatBank Glad to inform that few branches from Goregaon to Borivali are non-operative due to failure of MTNL Cable issues and hence the branches are not able to work. The branch is unaware of how to resolve the issues. The Branch Manager is not in branch, the staff are clueless.

Authorities are just hand-in-gloves with these private service providers. We blame MTNL but all things are under ground which is as per to law. All citizens should file what are permission given by BMC, BEST etc to providing services by hanging wires by private agencies.

@MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial @DoT_India No action from MTNLs end yet. Not expected from MTNLs end. MTNL Mumbai continue to cheat customer by providing zero coverage in many parts of Thane. The Ghodbundar road is in complete zero range area.

Loyal customers of MTNL and BSNL, who are government officers, are facing great problems. In this painful situation, most of the customers may have no option, than to port their mobile connections to private companies. Shockingly, MTNL is still sleeping.

@wastemangmnt Option is we must use atleast one sim in a family of bsnl , if number of User not reduce less then 10cr by bsnl/mtnl then also gov has to support and due to this any pvt company not increase price !

@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India I am still facing frequent disconnection issues from past 25-30 days, lower download speed than my 6Mbps plan, and disturbance in the landline. Till date, no one has visited my place to check. I have no contact number of Mtnl person.

@MTNLOfficial our landline has not been working for last 3 days. Yesterday my father went to the mtnl office in Kalina and saw there was no staff in the office, so he had to write down his complaint in a register. Kindly look into it, I'll be happy to help you with any details.
