    @MTNLOfficial Mtnl landline down for almost 10 days . Repeated calls and complaints but no result. Very poor customer service .

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate i live in delhi and use bsnl sim in my area signal is not coming properly tower also not working properly since 6 months i used to call customer care then mtnl staff pick up the phone and plainly refuse to help and says bsnl ko call lagao sir

    @AshwiniVaishnaw sir, my mtnl phone numbers at mumbai 28629999,28628888,28633888 and 28633999 are not working since more than one year, i am paying bills regularly but nobody is doing anything about it. Please help.

    MTNL landline No. 29917127 installed since last more than 20 years perennially out of order or humming sound/similar issues. Complaints almost every month online or on cust care since last > 5 yrs, but are closed without redressal. Fed up. Broadband also surrendered same reasons.
