    @rsprasad @DoT_India @PMOIndia @narendramodi @BJP4India @BJP4Bihar Hope to see better connectivity. I had a long request with MTNL for a landline and internet connection to my home at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. At last I have to go with private service providers.. Hope to see better service from our national organisation.

    @MTNLOfficial @rsprasad @SanjayDhotreMP Very Very worst service's of MTNL staff at Sahayog MTNL exchange, Manpada,Thane West, Mumbai Please look into issues. Land line dead last one month,This service is also given by paying all the bills on time every month ?? What's this???????

    @mihirkotecha need your help sir to get a response from mtnl with regards to the non working of my parents landline telephone. Nobody from mtnl Mumbai or Mulund West is responding to calls on phone or twitter. Complaint number is 6030. @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @CMD_MTNL

    @rsprasad Sir meed your intervention. A simple request internet slow and disconnecting is unattended for days and i get feom mtnl is we are working. If i call complaint 1500 they refer to officials

    @MTNLOfficial hello... my MTNL line is out of order and my Wi-Fi is not working since many days,since a few months I have been facing frequent disconnection issues... calling your toll free customer care number from mobile is very tedious as it is more than 10mins hold.

    @MTNLOfficial service by the MTNL staff is very poor. I never expected they will bahave like this at this time where online classes are running

    👉This was when I opted to port in MTNL network way back in 2016 👉Plan was probably unlimited Rs 899 👉Disconnected on basis of unbilled usage 👉Paid Rs 5000 but service wasn’t restored - Ported Out - Port request sanctioned without a call to consumer #BSNLMTNLMerger

    @OfficeOfRSP my mtnl mumbai broadband phone 25411673 though online payment is made on 18th Jan not working as I have been informed on 20th Jan that payment not received.

    @DoctorBirdy @nsitharaman @TheOfficialSBI All these govt organisations are most lazy, loss making with zero customer service. Today I received a call from MTNL for outstanding bill of Rs 4600 in 2005 -2006.i don't have landlines for last 4 years. they wake up now and expect to pay . Told them not going to pay.

    @MTNLOfficial Hi I been waiting for two months to switch my ADSL connection in to fibre optical connection, escalated to the officials in MTNL at Marol,Mumbai more than 10 times.I am going to switch to the private provider due to the excellent service provided by MTNL

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial MTNL FTH Broadband not working for a fortnight or so.. Complaint Docket No. 9465, 7338 on different dates. Connection under CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai) Exchange. Strange nobody called even (Landline working, Alternate number working).

    @ndtv Good morning sir please help Mtnl for its revival it’s very difficult to survive we have not yet received June salary now almost July is over majority staff is ready to take vrs please implement asap otherwise it will be too late we are not getting our GPF money also

    Again my complain doc no. 3974 closed without fixing it. Almost all my previous various complaints raised also closed same way without fixing it. Really pathetic service from MTNL..they just want to raise monthly bill and extort money from customers without giving any service.

    Please pay attention towards working of Mumbai University's Thane Sub campus IDOL office as employees over there are not support students properly for book collection .there MTNL phone numbers are not working from last 6 months due to that for any updates students have to visit

    @PMOIndia MTNL Internet 20886566 is not working. Children have missed online classes & exams.On Saturday they didn't do. Being Sunday all ground staffs are on leave. Monday also classes will missed because start at 7:45 am. Seriously thinking, shift to private service provider.

    Dear @CMD_MTNL are you shutting down MTNL? I heard from your staff you have ourtsourced works and the department can no more tackle basic problems. At Tis Hazari, your PRO is on holidays till Dec 31. Rest of the building seems ghost house, with barely 1-2 staff.

    @gopi_nadar Hi, with regard to your query on transaction dispute, we would like to inform you that merchants like Petrol stations, Indian Railways, or any Utility Payments such as Electricity, BSNL/MTNL etc, do not pay any network /merchant service fee towards network/infrastructure (1/3)

    @MTNLOfficial An 80 year old widow Sarla Chhaya is living alone, dependent on her mtnl landline, she cannot move. The line is not functioning ovr 8 months, nobody takes complaints. I hv written 2 Vinit Karve, Swapna Mathure, Sanjay Khare No action Pls help @rsprasad @AUThackeray
