    @rsprasad ji not using our office landline/broadband service mumbai MTNL due to lockdown since 24th March. Our office is closed but receiving & paying bills regularly. MTNL replied that they have no instructions for any relief in lockdown period, hope for relief from your side.

    👉This was when I opted to port in MTNL network way back in 2016 👉Plan was probably unlimited Rs 899 👉Disconnected on basis of unbilled usage 👉Paid Rs 5000 but service wasn’t restored - Ported Out - Port request sanctioned without a call to consumer #BSNLMTNLMerger

I had a long request with MTNL for a landline and internet connection to my home at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. At last I have to go with private service providers..     @MTNLOfficial My telephone is not working. I am facing this problem from past 9-10 months. I can't share my contact no. On social media but have complaint 3-4 times in mtnl office madanpura/byculla. They told they will resolve the problem with 4-5 working days yet haven't done.

    Again my complain doc no. 3974 closed without fixing it. Almost all my previous various complaints raised also closed same way without fixing it. Really pathetic service from MTNL..they just want to raise monthly bill and extort money from customers without giving any service.

    @MTNLOfficial hello... my MTNL line is out of order and my Wi-Fi is not working since many days,since a few months I have been facing frequent disconnection issues... calling your toll free customer care number from mobile is very tedious as it is more than 10mins hold.

    complaint of WiFi but without any result. It looks as if the whole dept of MTNL of Janakpuri or Rajouri Garden have gone for holiday tours. If it is so then should we close WiFi of MTNL. Then it will be unfortunate of Dept. of MTNL . Hope you will look to this problem for Dept.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @CMD_MTNL @KurlaCitizens MTNL FrAUD. No telephone / broadband connection for 6 months. Everytime I lodge complaint I get a call from mtnl officials saying some contractor has cut all wires for Kurla and that they can't do anything and close ticket. WHATS GOING ON

    @dinakholkar I have a land line. It works when the lineman wants a few rupees. I used to have internet triband but recently disabled it - it is good when it works. Internet drops from time to time, no provider is an exception - Airtel, Jio, Vodafone, MTNL - we have all but same issue

    @ITS_MoC Dear Sir, My landline Telephone line no.26147114 is not working from February 2020. Several visits to local MTNL office and written complaints have not produced results. At the same time they raise monthly maintenance bill for dead line. Please assist.
