@AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. Congress motto "We're made for M'slims only" Scams??

@MTNLOfficial Is MTNL shutting down? One cannot access any officials nor get any issue redolved in over teo weeks. The only communication we get is a monthly bill for a phone and broadband service that is not functioning

@MTNLOfficial I have lost my sim card.And tried to get the new sim card with the same number which I have lost. But for the last 2 week the mtnl official at poisar, kandivali west, mumbai 400067, maharashtra says the same thing that server is down all over mumbai. Pls do smthng

@MTNLOfficial my mother is retired from mtnl and we have been trying to raise a complaint for our landline since last two weeks but the IVr services never worked. My connection is working but there is a lot of disturbance the moment we pick the headset. Can anyone help?

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir MTNL, Goregaon West, Mumbai seems to be in Hibernation. Our Business Landline nos 28764151, 28760000, 28777777, etc are working as per their whims. Problem persists for more than a year. Complaining doens't yeild any results. Kindly Order to Look into.Regards
