    @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. Congress motto "We're made for M'slims only" Scams??

    @deespeak @MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial Dear MTNL you hv DM’d this eve asking me to pay up my pending bills before you terminate the landline. out of last 10 months my landline was live only for 4. Why should I pay rentals for additional 6 months? DM Implies,if I don’t pay, you won’t terminate landline, threat?

    Hon @rsprasad, we applied for relocation of 2 @MTNLOfficial business tel lines of ours to our new office address in 07/2020. The relocation provisioning was finally taken up yesterday 11 months later. But MTNL refused to work until we paid the bills for the 11 months. Pl help.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial what is the update to my query? The bill amount paid via net banking on MTNL self-care portal was deducted from my bank account but why have I not got an sms/e-receipt that payment was received? How am I as a customer supposed to know the status of my payment?

    @HDFCBank_Cares I paid mtnl bill online...... the first transaction was unsuccessful....the second transaction was cleared ...and I received two deduction messages from hdfc....kindly help
