  @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing.   @my_musings_ind I don't know which world you live in but this service improvement PSP, PSKs was initiated and implemented from UPA I to UPA II. While Tatkaal scheme was launched under NDA I, Yr 2000, Vajpayee govt. Even MTNL landline activation was quite fast back then. You are talking about 80s
