  @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing.   Most irritating about the Supreme Court despite whatever technological advancements might have been made is that the phone lines are still running on MTNL! They never work!!

  @NCIBHQ A and C Competition was never the real problem. MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

  @MTNLOfficial What wrong is happening at your office. We have five Landline Numbers which are for commercial purposes. None of the number is working for past many days despite regular complaint. @JM_Scindia Kindly have a look, what technolgy MTNL is using in today's AI scenario.
