  @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing.   True. So True. I remember when my father died in 88, I was barely a teen. We had two LAN lines. I was trying to get one transferred from Delhi home. I was young and naive. MTNL guy was corrupted and I had no help from family. He took our one line to transfer the other one. India has come a long way looking at those days.

  @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial @CMOMaharashtra Since i have experience that when Mumbai MTNL has been migrated to BSNL service is getting worst first toll free help line is not working properly when we speak with customer care they dont have attics to speak with the customers.

  @bsnl_care Is MTNL 4G available in Mumbai? I used to get signal earlier and then no signal from past 6 months. I was told that it is due to tower upgradation to 4G. Six months passed still no signal!

  MTNL Can’t Pay Bond Interest on Time India’s state telecom company MTNL is in money trouble. It couldn’t put funds into a special escrow account for the next interest payment on its bonds due to not having enough cash. This is for the 6th half-yearly payment on 7.75% bonds, due March 24, 2026. The bonds have government backing, so if MTNL defaults, the govt might step in. #MTNL #FinanceNews
