    @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. Congress motto "We're made for M'slims only" Scams??

    My tel number 022-26776677 is dead fr 3 months , I am a handicapped person and the staff at MTNL Jogeshwari W and Andheri W are sending me from one to another. Also Bills are keep coming . MTNL staff is intentionally pressurizing us to leave MTNL and get pvt service provider

    @MTNLMbiOfficial I had raised docket 176 on 13th June, 2021 as broadband is not atall working. But MTNL has assigned docket to employee who is on leave. I am calling daily but the customer care is not doing anything. Is there anyone at MTNL to solve problem ? Please help

    @rsprasad Namaskar sir. The MTNL services have gone from bad to worse, even worse than those dreadful times Mr Sukhram. So many lines in Chandni chowk are dead, and at least 40 phones are not working in Dariba Kalan. Registering a complaint is a hassle.

    @kushkatakia MTNL responded TODAY to the complaint we had filed 2.5 months back about our landline phone not working. Of course, response was to ask where we stay. The call was from a repairman. Glad they are at least filing returns. Wonder if they know what is happening in the company.
