  @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing.   @BalakrishnanR But the GoM headed by Amit Shah, the "Man Friday" of the Supreme Leader, had decided way back in Oct 2019 that GoI will provide 4G spectrum, tech n other resources to #BSNL & #MTNL but it remains in cold storage. Amit Shah hasn't handled a single issue entrusted to him as HM yet

  @DoT_India Repeated complaints not yielding results. Mr Mahesh from MTNL called to say that phone number 23724054 is a case of 'DNP' and to check with Mr Pradeep Kumar, an account functionary. When contacted he contradicted, and payment is no issue. No B band service
