  @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing.   @bsnl_care Shared the details via DM, but let me tell you that I have also been wasting my time doing this exercise, as for the last three years, both BSNL and MTNL have failed to restore even basic 2G network services, let alone 4G or 5G

  @bsnl_care Latest update when I went to mtnl office they told me they don't have any idea about the online sim booking so i buyed a new sim from them worth rs157 but it's been more then 4 hours but sim isn't showing any network. Rebooted phone and reinstalled the sim multiple time no use.
