  @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing.   @MTNLOfficial want to complain against official Mr.Sunil and Mr.Taneja. Finance official from MTNL ofice Janpath, Delhi. After payment clerance phone is still dead. 01123346317. Lineman said I don't have orders from them to start the service. concerned official may please see.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial Regret to to inform you that MTNL service is pathetic. Since from 18th September 2021 my broadband and landline is dead but no one is bothered to resolve my issue.

  @DelhiMTNL My landline is not working for last 1.5 years. No MTNL customer care phone is working. Registered complaint through app around 2 months back but to no avail. Hopeless service.
