  @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. Congress motto "We're made for M'slims only" Scams??

  @MTNLOfficial I was told that in order to get your dead line repaired I need to pay for wire and services. No MTNL official came to my help. My no. 27672770 remained dead for one month. Lazy and carless work culture of MTNL Delhi staff forced me to apply for disconnection.

  @TRAI My MTNL Delhi broadband complaint no. 360836 dt. 09.11.2020 & 36 dt. 12.11.2020 not resolving last one month. Also raised matter to GM(TY) & Area Manager(Shahdara) through telephonic and email but all afforts are vain.

  @MTNLOfficial Broadband not working since a year, no response though complaints lodged, no one attends to pick up the calls to 1130, no response even after visits to local JT office. Looks like @PMOIndia left MTNL to slowly die out.

  @MTNLMbiOfficial my mtnl Broadband and landline telephone is not working for many day's . I complained it .No one is visited to solve the problem. Khar road mumbai

  @HathwayBrdband When I started in June, 2 months I faced a lot of problems. Now they informed me that 1 month validity extended. But actually they extend only for 7 days. Please throw all your Hathway modem in garbage. And go for Exitel, MTNL or any other company.

  @MTNLOfficial An 80 year old widow Sarla Chhaya is living alone, dependent on her mtnl landline, she cannot move. The line is not functioning ovr 8 months, nobody takes complaints. I hv written 2 Vinit Karve, Swapna Mathure, Sanjay Khare No action Pls help @rsprasad @AUThackeray
