    @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. Congress motto "We're made for M'slims only" Scams??

    @vijayshelar ok. i somehow thought pune, blr, etc. have already c ome under mtnl as mahanagar so you are getting uninterrupted QoS n support from bsnl fiber conn. good to know

    @DoT_India @PMOIndia sir why BSNL or MTNL retail mobile sim outlet is not shown in market as compared to other networks providers too much retail outlets is there. It should be better if workout on this for easily available and best service for customers.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My no is 25064334 I have repeated given letter of closer This no was not working in April & I complained 2-3 times & no action was taken so I closed the no but mtnl don't forget to send me bills time and again even when the line is disconnected. #mtnl

    @DeepakSEditor Will you be paying the cost of Airport ? have u any idea how MTNL and BSNL were looting us in past before private operators ? Hope u are aware of monthly losses of Air India ? You have bad habit of finding problems in every solution.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial Everyday MTNL is losing it's 100s of customers first try to do something for that my billing complaint is pending for last 3 months.

    At MTNL Mumbai, no one picks up phone. Staff at customer care center doesn't respond properly or provide escalation numbers or names. Absolutely rubbish service and attitude of MTNL staff. It seems they don't want new customers.
