    @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. Congress motto "We're made for M'slims only" Scams??

    The condition of state departments is deplorable, most MTNL numbers operated by state govts are not in service anymore, the websites are not updated with the correct numbers either, there’s no way to reach them. One example is the labour dept of haryana, phone number 0124-2301138

    @bsnl_care What is the update on this complaint ? I had informed you about being unable to use the BSNL network in mumbai. Your customer care informed me to use MTNL Network. They don't even know about the new 4G service arrangement by launching 4G as a service in mumbai.

    @SAMIR_MUSCAT We regret the inconvenience. Network services were disrupted due to a cut in MTNL’s fiber wire. We have addressed the issue with MTNL, and services are now restored. We kindly request the public to utilize postal services.

    @mungekar_PM Thanks for the location update! Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now.     @mehtamihir786 @rishibagree MTNL, the state-owned telecom for Mumbai and Delhi, launched its GSM mobile service "Dolphin" in February 2000 in Delhi and March 2000 in Mumbai—just months before BSNL's October 2000 rollout. Prior to that, MTNL focused on fixed lines, with mobile initially licensed to private players.

    @mymtnldelhi I am one of very few MTNL Landline customer who is being paying his bill for last 4 months dispute my no 25910057 is not working and lots of complaints are done. My humble request to top boss of MTNL can you register your complaint by darling Any Mtnl number?
