  @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. Congress motto "We're made for M'slims only" Scams??

  @MTNLOfficial an hour ago broadband stopped working. Called cust care n was told mtnl doesn’t restore WiFi till 2-3 days, unless it resumes on its own. I’ve urgent work to do but m told I can forget it for today. Such callous attitude n service. Is it time to leave mtnl?

  @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL delhi landline and broadband connections 29523399, 29522758, 29522007 & 29523263 are dead for more then 1 year . Mr C L MEENA area manager Hauz khas is clearing complaints repeatedly and is not getting the problem rectified for proper working.

  As on 30th April 2021, the private access service providers held 89.80% market share of the wireless subscribers whereas #BSNL and #MTNL, the two PSU access service providers, had a market share of only 10.20%
