@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @rsprasad @mtnl as per earlier tweet, kindly help in getting the network issue resolved at palava phase -2, taloja bypass road, dombivli east, dist. thane. No steps have been taken for resolving the network problem.

@CMD_MTNL My MTNL Delhi broadband complaint no. 360836 dt. 09.11.2020 & 36 dt. 12.11.2020 not resolving last one month. Also raised matter to GM(TY) & Area Manager(Shahdara) through telephonic and email but all afforts are vain.

@rsprasad Sir, Digital India??? My MTNL Internet 20886566 is not working since 1 pm 19/12/20. Immediately inform to related officer but no help. All online classes, exams etc are missed. Why not 24X7 services by MTNL? This is the reason to choose pvt services.

@MTNLOfficial My landline hasn't been working since 6 months. I still keep getting bills. I have already made a written complaint to the mtnl office for both my issues. It's been 2 weeks. Nothings changed. Still getting a bill. Landlines still down. What's next??!

MTNL FTTH 011-20852636 unserviceable. Pathetic customer care 1507 not responding. Area Manager Hari Nagar 25467500 not responding . While working is online these days and need uninterrupted broadband, MTNL is offline. @MTNLOfficial @CMD_MTNL @DoT_India Kindly look into.

@MTNLOfficial An 80 year old widow Sarla Chhaya is living alone, dependent on her mtnl landline, she cannot move. The line is not functioning ovr 8 months, nobody takes complaints. I hv written 2 Vinit Karve, Swapna Mathure, Sanjay Khare No action Pls help @rsprasad @AUThackeray

@MTNLOfficial I was told that in order to get your dead line repaired I need to pay for wire and services. No MTNL official came to my help. My no. 27672770 remained dead for one month. Lazy and carless work culture of MTNL Delhi staff forced me to apply for disconnection.

@MTNLOfficial @rsprasad @TRAI my mtnl landline 01123613714 in delhi is dead from march 2020. Multiple complaints and visits to exchange have not resolved the problem. Bill keeps coming. Please resolve this issue.
