@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @rsprasad @mtnl as per earlier tweet, kindly help in getting the network issue resolved at palava phase -2, taloja bypass road, dombivli east, dist. thane. No steps have been taken for resolving the network problem.

@CMD_MTNL sir we are senior citizens 780yearsof age. Our MTNL landline 29212749 has been deadfor the last 8 days. Complaints have been lodged with MTNL complaint centre and have been sending message to GM nehru place as well as other offices involved. Please restore the fault.

@DoT_India Thanks for forwarding but this is really a serious concern. I can assume from my self how good service is running by MTNL. I am facing such issue since August 2021. MTNL phone and Internet is up 7 days hardly in a month. When i sumitt a complaint, MTNL resolve it without action.

On 30.04.2022, i had complained as - My MTNL tel is dead since past one month. It comes under Versova tel. exchange. Complaint docket No.6447. Till date my telephone continues to be dead. Why it is not being restored ? @mtnl @MTNLOfficial

@DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw @devusinh Despite reminders no response phone still not working for several months No indication when problem will be solved or continue indefinately. Its not only inconvenince to customers but also huge revenue loss to MTNL. We expect definite & early response.
