    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @rsprasad @mtnl as per earlier tweet, kindly help in getting the network issue resolved at palava phase -2, taloja bypass road, dombivli east, dist. thane. No steps have been taken for resolving the network problem.

    @nsitharam after serving 37 yr(8 in Central govt /OCS, 13 in govt psu VSNL and 16 in TCL).My 37 total years service is curtailed to 30 years by the corrupt DOT whereas similarly places mtnl and AAI has been granted pension.kindly help us to get justice at this stage of our life.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @CMD_MTNL We are still awaiting resolution of complaint no.4302 as MTNL telephone dead since 5 Feb 2021,despite this whole amount of bill is generated without any rebate. As per MTNL policy, rebate for dead line be given.

    @CAChirag @narendramodi My MTNL landline number was also not working for many months even after lodging complain but then I contacted a landline person of mtnl personally and he solved my issue

    @MTNLOfficial Disappointed service from mtnl. my phone is lying dead since oct 2020.I have mailed to the DGM and got no replies.The bills keep on coming.Visited khar telephone exchange also but there is no one to attend to my complaint .Don’t know where to lodge my complaint

    @jehan143 As per report from SSP NorthWest Dn regarding the internet connectivity issue the matter has been taken up with MTNL and Sify service provider. Your suggestions are appreciated to provide you better service. Inconvenience caused is regretted.

    @Mediahoax @Aze_et @prafullchaube Privatisation is necessary as an extreme action. Govt selling 100 psu s performing like BPCL,LIC some and non performing assets like BSNL ,MTNL to generate 2.2 lakh crores is like selling the family jewel. It will create monopoly, job losses, hurt customer choices(ie everyone)
