@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @rsprasad @mtnl as per earlier tweet, kindly help in getting the network issue resolved at palava phase -2, taloja bypass road, dombivli east, dist. thane. No steps have been taken for resolving the network problem.

@TRAI @MTNLMbiOfficial last 4 months the Landline service has been disrupted in the building & charging rentals. mtnl giving wiered reasons like mtnl is in loss, no funds to maintain etc. people sitting in the office have a laid back attitute with no solution. Tel no 28798469

@rsprasad Namaskar sir. The MTNL services have gone from bad to worse, even worse than those dreadful times Mr Sukhram. So many lines in Chandni chowk are dead, and at least 40 phones are not working in Dariba Kalan. Registering a complaint is a hassle.

@MTNLOfficial @GWesttwo mtnl mumbai south, its been 15 months since our mtnl landline is not working, am complaining regularly every month and the bills keep coming, my mother who is a super senior citizen is being greatly inconvenienced. Am told all have taken vrs and there is no one available. TIA

@MTNLMbiOfficial I had raised docket 176 on 13th June, 2021 as broadband is not atall working. But MTNL has assigned docket to employee who is on leave. I am calling daily but the customer care is not doing anything. Is there anyone at MTNL to solve problem ? Please help

@MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial @rsprasad No MTNL network in swpnapoorti bldg; sector 36 kharghar NAVi Mumbai Maharashtra While the valley shilp bldg is having full network of MTNL, while both buildings are belongs to CIDCO. It's difficult to understand what's the issue.

Sir, I use mtnl service but the service is extremely bad . On 50% days service is not available. Neither the the line men nor mtnl officer respond to my request to restore services. My internet doesn't work .what use is optic fiber if it doesn't serve users.
