    @SUnistu @DoT_India MTNL nearby sites in this locality are working satisfactorily. More sites in this area are needed to improve the indoor coverage at customer premises. In next phase of mobile expansion more sites shall be planned in this area.

    Its just not my case, my issue. Whole transport nagar was digged up and all phone lines dead. People have been calling MTNL complaint number but nothing happened. They have reached out to me after my phone line was fixed.such a big loss to govt. @AshwiniVaishnaw @MTNLOfficial

    @JagdeepDESAI9 MTNL never ask for the e-KYC on WhatsApp/SMS/Call etc.,MTNL Alert by sending messages to all GSM customers to avoid such type of EKYC messages as it may lead to some kind of fraud, hence you are requested to ignore such messages.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial To all mtnl users do port your sim asap as from last 6 months they don't have any sim card in their gallery. If anything goes wrong with your sim then they can't help you out. Then you need to take a new number from another provider & update it all the places..

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @MTNLMbiOfficial Please read the message carefully. I am not a MTNL user . I want to become a user that means a new customer and if MTNL is not Evan having proper arrangements to have a new customer then what is the use . MTNL employees come office watch videos on mobile and go back home isn't .
