    @MTNLMbiOfficial Team, We are facing non operational Telephone line 3rd time in this year. Everytime it's taking more than a month to sort. We get Payment reminders and Invoices on time. Please don't charge us for non operational service. Pathetic service from MTNL

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @rsprasad Sir either shut these dinosaurs OR get them to work. Loyal MTNL customer with 5 landlines since 1987 and paying for 27782461 (mahape) and 26113930 ( vile parle east) without service since over 3 months. Pls shut these down.

    @billdesk Kindly provide contact numbers for Mumbai customer support. I tried calling on 02240920001 and 02261060600. Both numbers are unresponsive. My BEST and MTNL bills have still not been scheduled for payment. Last time the same thing happened and I had to pay late fees!
