Yr helpline asked me to go to BSNL office, Accounts officer who raised the bill mentioned mobile number not working. Other E mails sent are returned undelivered. MTNL was better in customer service and no option than opt out.

My service down for 3 days now and no light at end of tunnel. Our country is back to square one after all talk of telecom revolution. All monopolies end up behaving this way.

Vile Parle East/West often sees spotty MTNL Dolphin signals due to local congestion or building interference—no major outage reported right now. Infor gallore. (@Anxious_Indian) reported@ANI This is basically the norm in BSNL/ MTNL. Even when GM/ PGM visits officers were instructed to arrange snacks, water, taking them for lunch. And the Engineer who was supposed to manage the network is send to manage itinerary. After this fiasco all these instructions will be oral.
