    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial Dear sir/madam, the issue has not yet been resolved….. I have not faced such issue in the past….. it’s sad to see such a pathetic treatment even after raising the issue to a public platform. It seems no one in MTNL is bothered.

    This is called careless lehargic attitude of lazy Staff top to bottom of MTNL Mumbai.Shoving responsibility on cable fault due to MMRDA, Mum Metro project, & BMC. In past cable faults were rectified within a day or two. It seems ths MTNL needed to closed down permanently. PG..5..

    @RNTata2000 For a stalwart as Ratan Tata, his team lags behind. Still waiting for a call back from Tata EV Customer Service since 2 days! Even MTNL provides better service.

What is current BSNL & MTNL merger status? Will this both goinvg to merged if yes then when ? If not then why?

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India MTNL No. 22051642. Other details you can find with it only. Need resolution on priority. I will not pay single penny as no service since last 4 months. Also refund my 3 months rental as phone was not working.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @Rajeev_GoI MTNL is going from bad to worse. Service down for hours and no human available to complain to. Only an IVR complaint. It will save the taxpayer money if you shut this abomination down. As a customer, even the surrender process is painful.

    @BSNLCorporate From day1 of new connection internet is not at all working raised multiple complaint but no response only getting replies your issue pretend to mtnl....worst service
