@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

@OmronIndia . Horrible situation regarding after sales service. Repeatedly tried calling customer support number which keeps ringing and no one answers. Reminds me of the dark ages when we used to try and reach mtnl.

@MTNLOfficial @DoT_India My mtnl sim was lost...when I went to reissue from mtnl office from mumbai I have been told no sim card is available.this is the basic service expected from mobile service provider which mtnl failed to do so. My mtnl no is 9969208781. No reply is received from mtnl till now

@MTNLOfficial My number mtnl 24712278 is dead since last 3 months . docket numbe ris 6296 ....NO one came to fix it . yet every month bill is comming for dead mtnl. what to do should i surrender or you coming to fix ? my alternate number is 9004844990
