    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

You can visit the nearest MTNL office with a valid ID proof and UPC code (for porting) to get a new SIM or complete the port-in process.     @diveshkumar786 1) BSNL sim should be 5G Ready as tower conversion to 4G is ongoing 2) You will still receive MTNL signal as In-Dolphin (3G) or 40439 (4G) 3) Signals will show as Roaming 4) Reception varies at large depending upon the area, location (indoor/outdoor)

    @poulasrion2dot0 No Sir In my opinion.. BSNL has good coverage even in valleys and hills, remote villages where no other network is available. I switched from BSNL to Airtel (with the same number) just because BSNL doesn't have their own network in Mumbai & Delhi and I have to depend on MTNL

    @piyush_trades Bsnl, mtnl has been vleeded by pvt cos only. Tk example of docomo in japan ,its a govt co & running healthy bcoz they r gvng genuine service to its ppl & ppl are using &supporting it.

    Visited MTNL Kandivali W & BSNL Borivali W for SIM required during Agatti visit. Shockingly informed that BSNL SIM may not work on OnePlus phone and no option except to buy pvt SIM. Why should citizens face compatibility issues using Govt services? @JM_Scindia @DoT_India
