@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

@MTNLOfficial My mtnl sim was lost...when I went to reissue from mtnl office from mumbai I have been told no sim card is available.this is the basic service expected from mobile service provider which mtnl failed to do so.

@DoT_India Thanks. Expecting favourable action from Dolphin network , MTNL, Delhi. Will some one guide whether I have to change my Dolphin SIM to get a better connectivity ??? What is the procedure to get the Dolphin SIM changed?? We changed the Dolphin SIM approximately 8 years ago.
