    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

    @stockifiabhijit Not true. It may also indicate serious lack of choice. By your definition, because my dad waited 6 years for an MTNL line and i get pissed at Airtel for delaying service by a day, MTNL has greater brand value

    @bsnl_care Latest update when I went to mtnl office they told me they don't have any idea about the online sim booking so i buyed a new sim from them worth rs157 but it's been more then 4 hours but sim isn't showing any network. Rebooted phone and reinstalled the sim multiple time no use.

    @volklub @dakuwithchaku Look at the intelligent support provided by BSNL. If you contact their customer care, whether through social media or their helpline number, they simply say, 'Sir, please visit your nearest MTNL and BSNL office to get this information. 1 of 2 .....

    @raghav_chadha! You're bringing to LS floor many relevant issues e.g. on IT, 28 days validity in telecom etc 👏 A relevant issue - BSNL prepaid sim doesn't work in Mumbai, Delhi where MTNL provide the service. Brought to notice of all concerned as attached. No solution yet

    TRAI Delhi April 2026 official drive test results: Jio 243.98 Mbps | Airtel 169.80 Mbps | Vi 26.26 Mbps | MTNL 4.43 Mbps. But plot twist - Airtel has WORST latency at 43.76ms vs Jio's 20.33ms.     @Mrsinha Enjoy privatization once we attacked air india,bsnl,mtnl for their pathetic service. Now we are hesistant to blame jio,airtel .
