    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

    @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India Unfortunate. Whether you and your officials are not aware that MTNL, Dolphin net and network is not reachable in any part of Delhi. Pl mend your way. Lakhs have migrated to other Mobile companies. Despite govt giving thousands of crores of Rupees as aid ,MTNL, Dolphin has failed

    MTNL Landline number 01127181469 belonging to Delhi University's Open Learning Centre is again faulty and not working from long time. As per MTNL SDO, the line needs to be changed with new fiber based network. @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India kindly address the issue urgently.

    @MaverickShubhm @DoT_India Dear customer, the Current Outstanding amount (of MTNL no-9968297297) is 1613 due to non-payment of o/s, Hence you r requested to provide the payment details if already paid. Kindly ignore the previous msg ,the inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

    Since 2weeks my lines were dead. After visiting technician from #mtnl again lines are dead and net speed come 3mbps while my plan is 100mbps. Technician aware about this but no resolution. @AshwiniVaishnaw @MTNLMbiOfficial @narendramodi there is no proper customer service
