@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

Bought new prepaid sim and unable to use mobile data at all 9868313633 mtnl delhi. @TRAI @MTNLOfficial tried calling to their customer care but I believe they don't work on weekends. Although I can make and receive calls.

@dhavalkulkarni @MTNLMbiOfficial There is issue with there network and they are and will be unable to provide new sim card for next 2/3 months. Huge failure at such govt company, nor can port my number due to no network. All bank and adhaar card has mtnl number wat shall we do plz advise.

@MTNLOfficial It is the 3rd time in a span of 10 days , that a complaint for a dead phone lodged on the mobile app has been shown as Resolved after 2 days , even though the phone remains as Dead. Why is MTNL resorting to such tricks. I have sent DM also

@rohini_sgh So you want the government to sustain all the loss making PSU’s over the efficiency of private sector by pouring the tax payers money down the drain year after year? MTNL’s salary bill is 90 percent of the revenues whereas Airtel pays around 20 percent.
