@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

@MTNLOfficial MTNL has not attended complaint for landline no 26420536. Complaint no. 204 dated 25.02.2021 still pending. I am a senior citizen not able to run from pillar to post. Kindly help.

@rud_ras And this is exactly why we need privatisation- cut throat competition. Pre 2010 you had only one option: BSNL/MTNL (horrendous speeds, trash service). Then came along Airtel. Decent service but overpriced. And now we have hundreds of ISPs offering excellent services for so less₹
