    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

    So me and my family were proud owners of MTNL SIM, that was our first mobile connection. However as every good thing has to come to end, we too had to face it but circumstances are bewildering. One number/sim died suddenly one fine day without any warning or signal 1/n

    I don't know why Power backup is not there at MTNL as it is at the proper city when the power goes down it impacts many subscribers or customer service/ work & business power backup should be implemented at all MTNL MSC

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In city like Mumbai. Airtel gives best of WORST network now a days. No network in South Mumbai. No network in Mumbai Locals. Might you on the line of MTNL.

    Mention that dead line ok but Disturbance is still an issue. To my sweet surprise the guy on other end replied.."ab is se jyada kuch nahi ho sakta" What has MTNL become. @TRAI owning a Landline is a liability now. There is use but cost exceeds the benefits being offered.
