    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My Sisters MTNL landline (Tel No 26771294) is dead for over 6 months. Even today I have logged in a complaint (No 2268). Can someone pls help. Both my Sis and her husband are Senior Citizens. Wait to hear from you

    @CMD_MTNL Broadband MTNL connection no. 23214026 installed in INSA staff quarter at Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg New Delhi is not working from last around 20 days. Nobody is attending the complaint despite of my frequently follow up with Area Manager, SDO and Lineman. Please help.

    It is very disgusting that no one is taking responsibility for improving service of MTNL. I am suffering from last 1 month, raised many complaints but no one took care for the same. The landline and broadband both are not working for no. 011-24648718 @MTNLOfficial @rsprasad

    @mtnl @MTNLOfficial Worst cstmer srvce ever.wrongly charged us for broadband on no 26709094 since Jun20.4 writen cmplaints n 3 meetings wth *** Engnr O.H.Tripathi of MTNL Lallubhai Park Andheri west faling on deaf ears since 1 year of false promises of reversal.
