    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

    @_sabanaqvi @MTNLOfficial Thought only those who had no option would opt for MTNL or BSNL providers. Very poor service and frequent connection interrupts.

    Complaint is hereby logged against MTNL of not giving signal to BSNL customers in Delhi and Mumbai Circle. Those who are working and are in roaming have to run from pillar to post for getting mobile signal. Only one Tower shows in Mobile. This does not work.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial My Mumbai MTNL landline is not working for more than a year...Broadband not working for over 6 months...No action taken despite repeated complaints and follow ups.. Still MTNL is sending bill and reminding for bill payment...Is this fair ?

    @chhavi 💯 my mom after 28 years in MTNL had an option to opt for VRS & money OR continue service but salaries might never be on time. Many including her chose VRS & Money 💰 This MTNL was getting sold out early years of last decade.

    @narendramodi dear sir mtnl mumbai not working properly My telephone line not working from since 10 months. After many complaints at present my telephone not working. They doesn't want to work why goverment give SALARY ?? My opinion please give to private company.

    @TRAI TRAI must take immediate action against MTNL of not giving signal to BSNL consumers who are in roaming and using BSNL SIM. It is compulsory to provide services by any operator to consumers. Only one signal tower shows in mobile in Delhi and Mumbai circle. Mobile does not work.

    @MumbaiMTNL @MTNLOfficial I had filed Complaints regarding telephone device not working telphne dead line frm last 3-4 mnths even mailed regarding the d same still haven't received any update bt getting telephone bills regularly without fail. Disgusting service by MTNL

    Still received no response from MTN L Mumbai. My landline is not working from February, 2020. However MTNL is sending bills from february till date. Why should custimer pay if landline is not working for around a year now. Please address the complaint filed in february 2020
