    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

    Request @BSNLCorporate to look into the matter of landline at wagle Estate Thane as several members of our association are facing problems after taking over MTNL Lines It is difficult for all to reach the office .Even the Dolphin mobile network issue is there

    @LiveFromALounge Yes, even I don't understand their stance to rollout 5G services in Delhi & Mumbai first which are not its core markets. What I know is that BSNL is operating MTNL's day to day operations which includes network also, from 01st January 2025, under a 10-year service agreement.

    @CPMumbaiPolice After the closure of MTNL, no telephone work in any of the police stations. Besides the emergency number 100 isn't there a better way to call a particular police station. I suggest that every police station must be given a dedicated mobile phone number

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Your network connectivity in Delhi near pin 110042 DTU College is very bad no network showing in the house 🏠. Please improve it mtnl in Delhi is sleeping.

    As an MTNL subscriber, our service also gets disrupted for weeks due to underground cables getting cut frequently. Occasional cuts are okay, but this happens more often than it should.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial I am receiving automated calls to pay ₹500 bill amount. My MTNL landline is not working for last 3 years. I have monthly bills of ₹0 stating non-working line. Why are then harassing for some random amount? Please disconnect the line. @DoT_India STOP HARASSMENT

    @REDBOXINDIA If MTNL & BSNL Trade Unions had not protested or Govt had not bowed down to their demands to not privatize it. The combined entity with Private MGt. would have saved Indian Telecom sector from Duopoly. Tax payers are funding losses of MTNL/BSNL for so long.
