@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

For the purpose of address proof. When my line was dead, I tried to lodge an online complaint, but couldn’t succeed. Then, I tried to call the number provided in the bill for my area. No one bothered to answer the call. With option left, I went to the MTNL office at Hauz Khas

@TRAI @DoT_India my MTNL#022-28481399FromMar2020-18feb2021 my line was dead due 2 cable cut & I wasbilled instead of no service, I hv submitted the application for cancellation of bill generated during dat time but no action taken till today. Anshul 4rm MTNL is playing ego game

Why should customer pay for landline which was not working? kindly revert so I can start clearing the other bills. Also, how do i terminate the landline contract?

@MTNLMbiOfficial Our landline phone is not working since last 8 months. We have complained many time but still not working.MTNL employee Mr Akshay had come and checked and he had said that it is cable fault from MTNL end. We gave the application but still not working. Reply asap

@BSNLCorporate Thanks for forwarding but #MTNL is not resolving issue and always creating delay. So please check and build some action against defaulter staff not resorting service on time.
