@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

@MumbaiPolice BKC traffic signal at MTNL, Diamond mkt have no cameras. Rampant signal jumping, bikers without helmet, wrong side driving etc. All traffic offences right in front of traffic constable. Still no action is taken. Why? @nitin_gadkari

Finally with lots of trouble, surrendered MTNL non working lines. They still sent a balance bill for non- working period. Horrible experience. Received an email reminding that, it is a govt organization. @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial

@MTNLOfficial Biggest problem with MTNL is service. I think it much worst govt body from other govt body department. They don't care what customer asking for. They didn't on time. Office started after 11:30 am and leave before 5pm

On the same. So, I received a message from a number +91-9837094615 with a PDF attached. The name of the PDF's name was Customer Care Happy0.pdf The Display picture of the contact number is of MTNL India and the contents of PDF stated that I need to update KYC of my MTNL sim card

@MTNLOfficial am writing this mail in regards to the complaint we've been lodging to our nearby MTNL center for fixing our landline phone and the only answer we get from them is 'We will send someone' but that someone never comes. It has been more than 6months. It is annoying.
