@DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

@DoT_India What action? haven’t heard from MTNL after lodging several complaints (fyi 3months, check ur IVR). No one bother to discuss even at the exchange. Bills are coming without fail for deadlines. Check and learn with our dear Prime Minister sir 🙏 how to work efficiently. @PMOIndia

@rsprasad I am a MTNL Mumbai customer for last 20 years CA No. 2100069651 and phone no 25891090. I am very sorry to say that of late services deteriorated so much and during this period of Work From Home, broadband is not working for last 30 days.

@Bhavesh219 As per the report from SSPOs NorthWest Dn , it is reported by Orlem PO that NSP-1 fully down from 09.12.2020. Complaint was registered to MTNL. Now problem got solved on 10.12.2020.
