    @DoT_India @MTNLOfficial MTNL is not proving any solution of my problem of non working of data in roaming. I am very disappointed with this. How MTNL working towards PM digital India when they are not able to solve customers problem.

    @gurvind37283494 Please don't blame Jio for everything.. The cheapest internet service we are enjoying today is because of them only. Talking about the telecom.. We had just MTNL and BSNL during 2002, why did not people protest against corporate entry then? Today we have at least 4.

    I have complaint three times about my dead phone 011-27662214. MTNL website is falsely updating that the complaint has been cleared. The phone is dead for no 10 days. The concerned person must be punished and my telephone be rectified @MTNLOfficial @PrakashJavdekar

    @ShatruganSinha The MSP promise is quite similar to non working mtnl lines in Mumbai try getting it fixed, the service exists on paper.

    @HemantGaulechha @CestMoiz This was another one with it's own issues MTNL dial up the timing of MTNL servers was suspect since post midnight it used to be free surfing, Subscribers ended up paying for what they thought was free surfing time.

    @KuldeepSingh944 @Baliramyadav007 @ArvindKejriwal Kaam head ko nii pdta..he just need to give directions and ask for implications...kaam to employee krte h... Internet MTNL ka use krte ho ya broadband wifi fibre net wala... Similar in every aspect. A person who is getting fix salary can not and will not compete with others.

    @hifiveravi SPM & PRI(P) of office visited to MTNL exchange several times but the issue is not yet resolved. The matter has taken up with higher authority. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted.
