Needed to add another user to my PayPal for administrative purposes and their process was broken. The admin assistant called into support to fix and PayPal literally CHANGED MY PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD ON *MY* ACCOUNT to her. How can you be THAT bad at support?

@JoostDevBlog Definitely. And for Europe it is so weird that we allow these big tech companies to operate here without any accountability (try getting someone in a decision making role from PayPal, Amazon, Facebook or Alibaba on the phone for example if you have an issue).
