@AskPayPal - Message # 3 - I would very much appreciate a much more immediate response. Although this is a nominal sum, it reflects poorly that PayPal is suggesting that even a simple issue will take months to resolve.

@AskPayPal @PayPal As for the initial issue in question, hopefully I can reverse that with the merchant, after I warn them that, apparently, #Paypal sometimes double-charge their users and then refuses to even pick up the phone about it.

@AskPayPal fix your support system. Customers shouldn't have to wait months on months to get the money they are owed through your app. When an issue occurs with your system, take responsibility. So far all you have done is ignore my attempts to get answers and blamed my bank.
