@MagicalMysticVA I think the main problem is that, SubStar doesn't use paypal or any of the more common payment processors, which makes sense, but it's a huge inconvenience to deal with.

@UPS website and app are not working. It gives error “the payment card information can’t be processed” even tried PayPal. Super frustrating it takes ages to fill out all the info to get to the payment section, I don’t want to do it over and over. Not working on my phone or laptop

@uvas23 @ShervinD @Pledditor Buying tops and selling bottoms was easy. Bitcoin was heavily advertised in June 2011. Hex has no ads on mainstream. Bitcoin went down in its first bear with PayPal fees not on chain 96.3%. So to be fair. It did worst.

@OfficialMr_Tib @GenshinImpact @PlayStation That's basically what's going to happen to me. Any and every time I've ever had issues with fraudulent charges, it's always been through PayPal. I just hope it won't be an IP ban so I can make another account. I refuse to pay for something I didn't authorize.

My first draft was complete in September, so I was done with BeenVerified by August but was unable to sign in. They said they didn't see any cancel requests. Lol right, cuz I wasn't able sign in! Tried to stop payments thru paypal at my bank but been charged 6 mos./$160.

PSA: if you own a small business do not use @paypal!!! Get a CC or debit card at a real bank where if you need to dispute problems you can talk to a real person. I just lost $800 being charged multiple times by for the same service and @AskPayPal was no help

@AskeBay Yes, but the issue is that this is a non-delivery item and apparently not covered. The seller took payment using paypal, is sending abusive messages and accusing me of fraud, and trying to get me to send additional money outside Ebay. The message transcript is astonishing.

@irritated_nick They updated it so that you have to go through Google Play and subscribe that way. It still takes paypal through there. The issue I was having seems to be with some old files still in the app. It worked after uninstalling, clearing the cache, etc etc

@the_transit_guy PayPal. exists only because it was difficult to use credit cards online in the 90s. we fixed that problem and now its main purpose is being an easy attack vector for scams and identity theft
