My primary currency on PayPal is USD but recently it randomly sends payments in my local currency. It's a problem because this way I can't choose when to convert. Does anyone else have this problem? Is that a bug?

It's really 2021 and @PayPal doesn't have a means through their call center OR online pages to change or remove 2FA phone numbers with relevant account information. Having to make completely new accounts is so backwards. Why hasn't this become a PRIORITY fix.
