@againstgrmrs I'm trying to close my PayPal after 10 years of using, but they won't let me do it online. They give a link to chat and a phone number. The link is broken, and the phone number puts you on endless hold. Total BS! I'll keep trying.

@digitalocean No, that's OK. I don't have 48 hours for the ticket to be responded to. I made a PayPal account since that was the only way of updating my billing information. Server's back. How can DO forget to add options to add payment methods to accounts suspended for non-payment?

@SojiroKoi Unfortunately in order for PayPal to function properly it needs your accurate ID or they will find out and will shut down your account so it's nonfunctional - at least, that's been my experience. In the art/art commission world, we have to leave it up to trust :(

@TheTOCca @toadmeister No it's your logic that fails, if you reported the organisation that you say is a problem to PayPal they would at least have to look into it. If you aren't a customer they'll ignore you. Be careful with your short puts, the market is unstable at the moment.
