@eevblog Had similar problem back in the day, when I lived in Latvia. PayPal wanted to confirm if I'm who I say I am. Latvian bank statements don't have adresses on them. Lived in rural area, so electricity was only utility and not in my name. Mobile phone bills not accepted.

@DarkDotFail Like PayPal locking accounts & refunding scammers. No phone number to call, waiting weeks to unlock your account. Also, companies used to subscribe to blacklists blocking junkmail. Near impossible to contact & you had to pay them to retest your email server to receive email again
