Well, as you guys could see in yesterdays stream my @PayPal account got banned after a donation! They refuse to give me an exact reason why it happened and closed down my account. This is all for being a small VTuber and a donation being a "fraud & high risk" This is a joke.

@nightlocke_art @GetWhimsy @WickedLilSin “Even if this crap is true” yeah, it’s true. She in fact dealt with **** with PayPal without her knowing. Again, you can contact her or the artist itself. Even the artist posted they have resolved the issue. Quit pocket watching.

@AskPayPal Let's see, I called on Sat, and Sun, and Mon and Wed. I have talked to 4 different people - 2 of which had to get their bosses involved because they had problems. I have been told "That's the way it is" so many times. I now recommend that NOBODY use your card. TKS

@AskPayPal I changed my phone number and now it’s impossible to login... when I try to update my phone number I get the super-helpful “This type of phone number isn’t supported.” So I just can’t withdraw my $600 then? This is awful design, apparently hundreds have the same issue

Well, the TwitLonger is done and I have filed a case with PayPal. I was hoping to have the current commission detailing done tonight and sent to artists but alas, this where I'm at. Time to sleep and keep pushing this issue tomorrow. Please go look at my last post and share! 😒😭

@racheljadelamb Thanks! We're seeing this issue in cases where the customer's address on their PayPal account is different to the one they have set for their delivery. Can you please check with them that the addresses match? If not, the customer may need to update their PayPal address. -Lana

@ShopifySupport I have tested it and it seems to be only pick up from store orders, on mobile. Desktop is fine, as are orders for shipping. We’ve had a couple of customers get the same error when using their phone, picking up from store and trying to pay with PayPal. (1)
