The merchant, however, saw that one of both transactions was rolled back. Initially, I didn't see that in my PayPal dashboard. Only later (not sure by how much, a day) my PayPal dashboard showed that "there is a problem with your account". 2/

@Gelatin_Cyborg A lot of fraud in my opinion and until the likes of paypal declared they would allow holdings of it, then it really became a mess. Of course PayPal would need to buy basically every piece of it so just causing a massive demand shock, not a supply shock. This causes a problem

What is wrong with @paypal these days? My account was locked down on Dec 14 without prior notice. Used it for 8+ years. Weekly activity. I was ordering Christmas presents. Two orders, same merchant. Two payments. Both confirmed by PayPal, from my point of view. 1/

@Neo15_RSA Right, so no technical issue, seems to be an accounting issues. According to the Accounting Foxes, Paypal informed us that we reached the financial regulatory limit. Documentation were submitted this morning and will take 2-3 business days to verify.
