@AskPayPal I have gone thru the link and read all the informatn. First, this was my ownly paypal created for 1st time. I have never had a paypal account. Secondly it was limited just as i created even before email confirmatn so you can't say suspicious activity. Could it be a system issue

PayPal & its policies can be harsh sometimes and very confusing especially if you are from outside the US.they can limit your account with no reason at all. But I have to say that the folks on @AskPayPal were very helpful and very quick to solve the issues that I had. Thanks guys

@_SeriousPlay Has anybody else had problems ordering from Serious Play Scenics? A 6 week old order went missing and they refuse to provide a tracking number. PayPal are now involved and they still refuse to provide the tracking. I advise extreme caution when ordering from them.
