@defimattyy It’s a PayPal issue and not a fold issue. They don’t control anything Paypal does, and I’m pretty sure PayPal isn’t calling them to say “we’re trying to shut this down.”

@kooclaws Take ss of everything and record you transferring the tickets, when you do PayPal G&S people sometimes scam you by telling PayPal you scammed them and they get their money back, but if you take proofs of anything there won’t be any problems ! 🥺

@Peque917 This specifically is not just a paypal issue, fyi. The $20 fee indicates this is a chargeback, and those are issued by credit card holders. It doesn't matter what service you use, paypal, stripe, ect. if a CC holder issues a chargeback they will get their money.

@bulbadork If your buyer has been refunded we return your Depop selling fees, no issues. Did the transaction go via PayPal, or Depop Payments. On Depop Payments the funds are automatically returned.

I get upset whenever I need to make a new login somewhere. Had to do it again today for a retail website, but made sure not to give them credit card info - Paypal authorization was a good option, as it can't be stolen, and can be revoked at Paypal's website.

@nycabcde @ProfitsTaken In case you haven't gotten a response. Go to his website. There's a customer service email there. I've had a few issues with that due to PayPal and they solve it pretty quickly.
