I have contacted PayPal politely through email, and the response pretty much steered clear of any substantial information that would help me understand what I did wrong, or how to fix the problem. This happened completely randomly, too. I haven't had client work to do in MONTHS.

@virtuallylewd But on the subject of Paypal, I'm convinced that some of them are money launderers. Considering I made an account with them back when they were fairly new, someone hacked it and they won't let me into my account to try and fix it. Every method I tried says 'Not supported'.
