One thing I hate about the world is when people just assume your problem. I have a PayPal transaction that seems to have fallen into a hole. It's just sitting at “pending” trying to take money out of an account that has no money in it. All I need it to do, is stop trying.

@Atinypresent6 Dm any of the shops listed that you would like a genie acct and unlimited pass. They will tell you how to pay them (mostly thru paypal). Then they will send you the acct login info and a code that you use to redeem the pass.

@CasPiancey We send money there to pay for things all the time - never had an issue. Odd that Xoom would be a problem given that PayPal have a substantial presence there. Have used Wise (when it was Transferwise) without trouble before.

@heysamir_ PayPal has threaded it fine for years. they issue payment cards on debit/credit rails. wholesale disintermediation / displacement is unlikely given difficulty in scaling seller network to near ubiquity. but getting some share builds each side of the network and grows margin

But it feels like I did. So I told her, it didn’t go very well. We were already having some issues, so of course this made it worse. Anyhow @hjhundo this has to stop. That means all contact has to stop. No more DM’s, pictures, no more memes. And stop sending $ to my PayPal.

Unfortunately, there are major hurdles posed by the charity platform used: it doesn't accept PayPal, and requires potential donor to create an account or login through their Facebook account. I got a lot of DMs with enquiries & realized this could have achieved so much more +

@CielDarkrose By the way credit card donos are a BIG apart of income however they take DAYS to reach creators…. I turned them off a few weeks ago. Income went down some, and PayPal can still be reversed. But it’s harder for PayPal to be reversed.
