They mainly wanted to know if there was a fund for debtors in their area or if they took PayPal. But even so, the website explains it without character limits

@fresaboba I use a website called Square, it’s like PayPal, but without the big fees attached I think. You can send invoices to emails to be paid easily enough. I haven’t had trouble from it yet.

@BigOnAnime I had an issue with a Code Geass disc and some My Hero Academia pops and it took close to a year to get a response to my email and they said they couldn't help me as it had been too long... I just had Paypal refund it like 8 months prior to that since I hadn't heard back.

Artists making a business/living from this shouldn't even be using Friends and Family payment because they are avoiding paying Paypal fees for a job and that can cause them to have their PayPal account suspended, or even get in legal trouble depending on country.

@PunishedR @AdmiralAegis Kickstarter has nothing to do with it, at least this time. They approved the campaign just fine and sent us the funds in time and form. Problem is PayPal, who kicked us out of the platform while keeping our funds frozen without any warning
