I inquired to @PayPal rep what they did to verify their merchants and he said they don’t and that everybody can use PayPal. Pot and Kettle maybe? The rep indicated that the only way they validate is if people submit issues for claim resolution. 11/

@NNChick That stinks. I had a problem like this could not figure it out. I got tired of getting new cards so I locked my card and unlocked it when I needed to. I also make sure to unlink my card from cash app PayPal and Venmo immediately after I send or receive money

@HSugarCookie I had the exact same issue. Shown as delivered by courier so seller wasn’t interested. I NEVER deal with eBay, always go straight to PayPal, open a dispute and then escalate it straight away. Got me money back 👍
