@mikyuuchuu I'd say its circumstantial. Talk to said artist first? I had this issue earlier this year. It took like 6 months to get a commission that was supposed to be a few weeks... if it comes down to it and you paid through PayPal then file a claim and get your money back.

I keep sending screenshots of the PayPal transaction and they keep doubling down and closing the case. If there is a charge with the exact refund amount at the exact time you claimed to have sent a refund, is it not clear you f'd up? @Uber_Support @UberEats

Mad I was hacked. I changed my password I wrote to @PayPal so hopefully they will fix this. Why do people like to hurt other people. I’m not rich shirt I’m more poor then anything. I see a penny I pick it up n put it in my change jar. I can’t just waste my money. I’m so broken

2/3 @AskPayPal As part of the PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication regulation, we need additional information to confirm it's really you when you log in. I can't change the password because I need to login. I can't contact customer services because I need to log in.

@merkinmingewig @Jdasboy68 @BootsUK If only Boots answered their phone lines. One number is busy, the other is unable to connect me due to an unspecified problem. I've opened a paypal dispute, just wished I'd skipped paypal and used my credit card directly as they guarantee a refund when a company rips you off.

@domain_org I've been given 4 numbers for PayPal by their message centre and 3 of them fail. The last says in a message use the message centre! It's such a terrible setup when you need to get hold of someone. Let's chip in for Pay*com or I'll even Pay*Horse or PAY*WTF at this stage.

3/3 @AskPayPal Just called the Unhelp line who couldn't help. I can't change my phone number because I need to login. There is no mitigation for an old phone number which is ridiculous. I know the username and password but you're blocking access to my account???? HELP!!!!!

@RobAnderson2018 I didn't think my name was that common (Carrie Kline) but there a bunch of us out there. I have received plenty of emails meant for other Carries. Collection calls, kid's school problems, dog's vet records, and one time I was receiving money to my PayPal acct, & it wasn't for me

@WaterAbsorbant open a trouble ticket/case w/ the payment? or have you done that already? (if the email address doesnt exist check your email, it'll let you get the money back by cancelling the transaction.... just if the email you sent to doesn't exist as a paypal account)
