@richimedhurst @PayPal You're not the only one having problems with Paypal. I guess another fundraiser would be better. A French woman had the same problem while it was a fundraising in order to help pay the veterinary for her pet as she didn't expect the (really bad) event at all.

@AskPayPal You do realize I've been down this Avenue ? I've sat with chat support I've sat on the phones 4 times already. This is nothing an automated voice is going to fix. This needs a real solution. Which once again I will be calling tomorrow about.

When I tried to purchase something off the Asset Store I got an oblique error message. "Try using a different card, or calling your bank." They had the option to use paypal, so I tried that. Same result.

@becauseivy This might be a limiter for some others aswell :) Its easy to shoot some bucks via paypal - a bit uncomfortable to login via "sofortüberweisung" or searching for a creditcard.. you know.. Easy to use is the key.

@PoemJosh He wouldn't have this issue if he stopped transfering the tip money into a different account and his Paypal account should have been locked by now if his account constantly ended up in the negative, which appears to be what happened with his Streamlabs account.

@diIucer i mean i was doing it through both paypal and logging in but now it’s just paypal 🥸i did go onto some of my moots accounts to buy them BPs and welkins but i deleted their login info and and sent ss of it being gone. besides, i like my account so there’s no reason for me to steal

@Gopoto1 @JoeBiden That's because of RBZ compliance issues. That same issue is affecting PayPal as well. It is false to say that it's because of sanctions. RBZ is 100% at fault and sanctions 0%.

@richimedhurst @PayPal Also, @KevorkAlmassian had exactly the same problem as you, if I'm not wrong. Someone wrote "Syria" and suddenly all was blocked. In your cases, this means that Paypal is actively participating to the unlawful american sanctions. You'd better warn your followers about this.

@soureh_design @richimedhurst @PayPal Yep. Paypal got in HUGE trouble for violating sanctions a few years ago and had to pay a $7.7 million fine. Paypal sucks but this particular issue is 100% the US government's fault.
