@dylan_thyme Yeah. My first name is not the one I go by or have my orders sent to, but it is the one PayPal uses, so I frequently get emails addressed to that name. I guess they pull it from billing details rather than shipping to avoid problems with gift orders, but it's lazy script.

@depop would you be able to cancel an order on my page? I’ve had a consistent issue as a seller where Depop says my PayPal isn’t verified when it is. I’m unable to refund a buyer and would like to. Can you,, verify my acc or just override the order?

Help me out @cineworld I can't login to my account but email/password definitely correct (have reset more than once). And can't pay by bank card or PayPal, neither going through. This is on both of your sites. Calls to customer service haven't helped. Aaarrrgghhh.

I have been gone since I was having many issues with PayPal and kofi. Apparently if people send on kofi, they can call PayPal and get their money refunded. I have had to pay many off and still owe a bit. Send on cashapp to fix this problem. $anonymousta

I then watch as I get an automated reply almost immediately telling me some "helpful tips" for resolving this issue. None of them apply to me, as I have already been explicitly told that I cannot resolve this through my own means. I tweet the support line, @AskPayPal

@AshNicholsArt This may look like a PayPal email and at least it doesn’t have typos but whenever I get an email or text that is super vague about what it’s talking about I’m like what the nah ***** u lyin. “Login and proceed through the steps” is a big red flag.

Canadians that haven't logged into your (valid, active) PayPal account in a while should see a free 5$ voucher in your account to claim. Seems good. All It did was take me to re-login and it went to pending deposit with the 5. Inactive paypal accounts will be charged a fee now?
