    Sometimes unable to load paytm bank, it just opens and a blank white screen will appear @Paytm , facing issue from so long, app is upto date, tried every know way. Is it a know issue?

    @Paytm Cashback is getting credited in wallet instead of bank account. Some days prior it was getting credited to bank. How to fix this problem?

    @Paytmcare I buy the 2pair of shoes but after i received the paytm was decreased price. So want to return it and also one shoes has colour mismatch issue... I already purchased many items from paytm but I will never purchase product from paytm if yu are selling free.... Really. Poor.

    @Paytm. Once we register bill pay you dont allow to cancel. You should as prepaid can become postpaid. We might change Telco. I am facing issue. After porting i cant recharge. Now i dont do it on paytm but outside of it. Pls allow deletion.

    Dear @Paytmcare if my issue is not listed in your IVR menu how can I contact customer care where I can have a In person call in order to explain the issue properly? Your In app help support is not able to solve/understand my issue.
