    I request @rbi to advise / order @paytm to refund the amount immediately as there is no mention of charges non refundable in the agreement. Further they have also issued the receipt as "deposit" as well their website also assures refund on cancellation. Pl help @nsitharamanoffc

    @Paytmcare So I decided to pay the bill and close this #fraud account. But wait.. The payment fails always. SO again I was forced to reach out to their help section. Please see below what happens (sorry for poor quality. The @paytm app doesn't allow screenshots)
