  @Paytmcare @Paytm Regarding KYC it’s been already 2 weeks since my wallet was frozen. I have rectified the mismatch in my name from my side. The problem still not solved from your side. Without intimating a customer You guys simply freeze the wallet. Worst!!!!! Service.

  @Paytm where should one reach to get query resolved… there is no grievance redressal no. In paytm App? How you guys are running the Bank man ? I paid Ra 750 for paytm first membership but there is no customer assistance ?
