@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

While paying for my DTH service provider on @Paytm . Account had been deducted twice amounting to 800 in total (400 twice). But the balance hasn't reflected in the DTH a/c. Recieved text for the refund of one ticket but worried about the 2nd transaction. Kindly help @Paytmcare
