  Hi @Paytmcare regarding flight cancellations done from the booking agency, you should reply fast. I have messaged you so many messages yet, you don't reply it's been more than one day. Kindly reply faster. And please reply. This is very bad customer service.

  @Paytm Dear Paytm Support, This is regarding my flight ticket booking (PNR: 14N04D). I have already received official confirmation from the airline that my ticket has been refunded from their side, and the amount is to be credited within 15 working days. However, despite this confirmation, I have still not received the refund in my account, which clearly indicates unnecessary delay from Paytm’s end. I want to make it very clear: - The airline has already processed the refund. - Any further delay is solely due to Paytm. - I have been following up for days but have received no proper resolution. If my refund is not credited immediately, I will be forced to: - File a complaint on Consumer Forum (NCH) - Escalate this issue on social media tagging Paytm - Take legal action for harassment and delay Kindly treat this as urgent and process my refund without any further excuses.   Worst experience with RSRTC & Paytm! Sirsa→Sri Ganganagar (21 Apr, 10:58 AM). No bus info, no support. Bus late, conductor refused ticket, then “adjusted”. Unacceptable! Take action & refund. @Paytm @RSRTC_OFFICIAL

  @Paytm Paytm Soundbox,Using it for almost 1yr,I am telling it deceptive bcz, at the time of installation I was said that it will charge Rs-49/mon and it charged 49 for 2-3 mon, later 74, then 125 and now 135/mon charging. And now it is deducting few rupees for other wallet charge. Wtf
