    Dear @vijayshekhar, it’s been over 5 days since i flagged an automatic payment inmy paytm account, which I have been unable to cancel. Ur twitter team has been in touch asking me to share screenshots / videos of the issue through DM. The matter is still not reaolved @Paytmcare

    @Paytm for god's sake I have lost over 12000 Rupees in the process of payment through you in two days now. I tweeted yesterday too, but you have no courtesy to reply. Where goes the money? Are you a fraud company? I need to escalate this. Your customer care is stupid.

    @PaytmMall what are you doing I didn't get my product till now it's too much. I guess paytmmall should get award for doing fraud with customer .you already took more then 10 days still delivery date is not mentioned in detail. @Paytmcare @jaagograhakjago
