    @Paytmcare Have made a grave mistake bokking through @Paytm @Paytmcare . Just asking for cancellation charge is a crime. Have asked about it since 5 days and I keep getting response as working on it. When will you work. Just the rules of cancellation can't be told for 5 days to customers

    @SwiggyCares @Paytmcare hey, so I had ordered a meal on swiggy and applied a coupon code that assured a 100rs cashback on paytm but I didn't recieve 100rs. I tried to chat with the in app customer support on both apps but they both said it's the others apps problem. Please help

    @Paytmcare Now you understand that the problem is with your end stupid people saying that SBI bank has a problem...... Transfer my amount now why the hell you need 2 days to transfer my amount when the transaction was successful

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare In continuation with customer troubling support, your Paytm support team mentioned the services is provided by merchant and no refund is expected even IF I PROVIDED ARN/RRN NUMBER GIVEN BY MERCHANT. #CustomerFeedback
