    @Paytmcare bhai, i really like your travel pass feature but why dont you address customer issues? God damn process the refund for the following man. Passenger name - Rahul Maram PNR - NZGYYB No show refund is already processed by Indigo.

    @Paytmcare Repeating the same message does not resolve the issue. The response shared in DM refers to conditions that were never shown in the original offer displayed on Instamart. I have already shared screenshots proving this mismatch........

    @vijayshekhar Today I realise my @PaytmBank has been banned by RBI . It is due to wrong policies of of bank and @Paytmcare can't gain the customer trust due to miss information

    @Paytm Flight refund issue with Paytm PNR: E4CEPF Flight: Akasa Air QP-2017 Total refund expected: 73372 Refund received in parts: F300 + 7723 + #423 =#1446 Pending refund amount: $1926 It's been a long time, but the remaining amount is still not credited.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I'm unable to make any UPI Payment from Paytm App from the past few days, All transactions are getting declined stating "UPI Risk Policy" whereas I'm able to make payments from other UPI Apps easily. And it is so hard to connect to Customer Care thru your app.

    @Paytm this is extremely frustrating. I made a wrong UPI transfer last night and have been trying to get human support since 8 AM. Ai said a ticket was created and someone would reach out — but instead, after 3 hours, the issue is suddenly marked as resolved with 0 help.

    One of the worst experiences with no proper way to connect with a real customer support Every issue gets stuck with an AI chatbot loop,booked flight and need resuceduling but it's not happens When it’s your money, you need human help, not endless automation. Fix this! @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Hi Paytm Care, Despite multiple follow-ups and sharing all details via DM, my refund (Booking ID: 26895052700) initiated on 16 April is still not processed after 13+ days. Your own policy states 5–7 working days, which has clearly been violated.

    @vijayshekhar the Care facility for the @Paytmcare has been worst i have created ticket for last 3 days no action is taken. The IVR never connects to any person. The support is zero. I have been a customer for 7 years. Booked 1000 of flights . One i had to cancel and you are not
