    @Paytmcare @Paytm Please enable wallets/KYC options. It is really inconvenient for new users as they are not able to fully use the benefits/features of @Paytm It is my humble request to either enable wallets or enable the KYC verification. Thankyou, With regards, Your customer.

    8-9:30 pm happens be our peak time when customers make payments for the services we offer. And, while UPI was down again yesterday, We were able to take 23 payments during the period thanks to @Paytm wallet. Dis also reminds me of my unconditional love for VSS! Never disappoints

    @OfficialDMRC I am facing the problem with online recharge of smart card. Already I faced the fraud of Rs 200 by Delhi metro and paytm. And now at the stations the CC executive put conditions before recharge by gpay or paytm. It's all are against of customers care. @Paytm

    No doubt why they have gone down . The testing mode of @Paytm payment gateway is piece of ****. I am using the correct MID, Keys but it says invalid MID. I copied it from Paytm site. I tried reaching em but its just one of those big companies does to u. Show u a middle finger.

    After using @Paytmcare Fastag for long, ended up signing up for @ICICIBank_Care Fastag. Realized in a day's time how terrible ICICI is. They're asking me to visit a toll plaza to make an edit to the vehicle-profile. Broken web interface. Dead Whatsapp bot. Helpless phone reps.

    @Paytmcare Till now no revert in DM not resolution. Instead just foolng customers in the name of cashbacks. That's why paytm lost share price. Stop fooling customers or paytm will completely vanish from India. Twitter customer care is even worst and pathetic.

    @nikhilnarayanan @Paytmcare @ICICIBank_Care As soon as you login to the App, you get a big screen that says wallet recharge. But that is not your Fastag wallet. It is ICICI wallet. Your fastag won't be recharged with it. Recharging your fastag is hidden somewhere that needs a treasure map

    @Ravisutanjani I think people should use @paytm more to support the made in India initiative. At least give them a good market share for they helped during the demonitization days when the others were not available. Without #PayTM we all would have been in the money exchange queues for longer.
