The Paytm POS machine showed "Payment Failed", but the amount was debited successfully from my SBI account through BHIM UPI. Transaction ID: 103130717411 The counter staff informed me that the refund may take up to 1 week, but I request an immediate refund as the transaction failed at the merchant's machine. Kindly look into this urgently and help resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you.

I reached the boarding point at 2:00PM but the driver informed me the bus had already left at 1:30PM due to an “issue.” No prior call SMS or notification was sent.
