    @Paytm @Paytmcare I had placed a request for fastag replacement. The barcode of the fastag that I received does not match the barcode number shown on the app (only 1 number mismatch). Hence, I am not able to use the fastag and noone from your chat support is responding. #Paytm

    @Paytm vijayshekhar @Paytm and I did not share OTP with him and that OTP I entered in my Paytm Then Paytm was opened/logged in but he has blocked again my a/c and I received SMS that we have blocked your AC as per your request. whereas I did not gave any request for block my A/C

    @Paytmcare i am.not receiving otp since the new roll out done for auto otp reading for login. OTP nevers comes on time, it always coming after 50 to 90 sec where time is only 18sec. Raised complaint over the call and wrote an email, zero response. Now today is last day of payment

    @Paytmcare customer support is giving miraculous idea that auto read works only on sim 1, tried that stupid step, not working, even i.port my number from.Vodafone to Airtel. Same problem i am facing. No response from.paytm care. Sent an email 5days ago.

    @Paytmcare Pathetic service, this was a clear glitch from your end, you were unable to read the SMS, thanks for the service, I switched to PhonePe successfully. When the owner is saying still you didn't unblocked it from backend. Chalo bye bye Paytm

    @Paytmcare Paytm is cheating to their customers. A ticket number 22085536483 is pending with Paytm and more than 50 days have passed but Paytm customer service not able in the position of resolve the issue. So beware of paytm service they are great Thug.

    @Paytm No one help aur connect with me for solve my issue. Paytm given a lone from his partner herofincorp. Herofincorp make big rate of interest I'm trying but no one response.I pay but not update in Paytm application,i think i make big mistake. I recommend to remove paytm for mobile😔

    @Paytm On Saturday I used Paytm service for the payment of my credit card bill. It showed me the successful message but the amount didn't reflected in my account till now, and the so called Chat bot ( assumed to be ur digital help guide 😡😡) has its own limit. Now I am helpless.
