@Paytmcare @Paytm I had a swiggy order on 23rd oct and the assured cash back has still not received. When I contacted swiggy, advised me to contact paytm. I can't connect cc support and would you able to verify once. Note-the transaction was done thru paytm wallet.

@Paytmcare @Paytm should ote that @Paytmcare responds without regarding the information shared with them. I have shared screen shot clearly showing that recharge attempts were made at around 7 50 pm While transactions happened at 11 45 pm. When I was not on the Paytm App. Clearly a problem.

Since then @Paytm has not been supportive. I call them 10 times a day and they direct me to their 24x7 chat support every time where we talk to a bot & it's useless. Out of 100 calls I have placed 1 call was finally answered by a human in customer care & I was assured that (2/3)
