What’s concerning is the complete contradiction in responses. 1. Initially, Paytm’s chatbot clearly confirmed that the transaction had failed and the ticket was auto-cancelled.

Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !
