    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare As the screenshots show, your support confirmed only 1 ticket was cancelled and the other 3 remained confirmed until the day of travel. Your app updated their status only after I raised a query, and only then did you refund those 3 tickets separately.

    @Paytmcare I would like to to delete one automatic payment mandate but I couldn’t able to .. whenever I tried to do it it’s asking for sim verification and the verification failed every single time .. I tried almost everything for last few days but couldn’t succeed .. please help

    @Paytm Paytm’s customer support is worst its been 3 days i have raised a ticket regarding travel booking and nobody is reaching out and their chatbot always be like i am here and if you explain everything it always says it is out of my scope anything else i can help Seriously MFs ???

    @Paytmcare I opted for the Alternative Travel Plan Voucher while booking railway ticket PNR: . The train has already departed but the ticket is still showing in waitlist. I have not received the voucher yet. Please issue the voucher immediately. Support ticket id: 200012145866

    3 days ago an agent from Paytm came to me and gave me a sound box which stopped working the very next day and they also charged me money, now I am continuously calling but he is not picking my calls @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @Paytmcare why have you made soundbox mandatory while registration for a QR code? Why not provide new customers to select only QR code service which is free? Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?

    @Paytmcare since years now we have been requesting for a sound PoS machine. Existing machine is not working since years now and even after repeated follow up with your lethargic third class local team there is absolute disregard to our concerns except fake commitments.

    @Paytmcare It's been more than a month since I started encountering Error 61007 on Paytm. Despite trying every suggested fix, the issue remains unresolved. Interestingly, all other UPI apps are functioning without any problems on the same device. Requesting your team to prioritize this matter and provide a permanent resolution as soon as possible.

    Paytm a big cheat company.Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.Unnecessary charges are taken by them.First they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer.That is our hard earned money.@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare I'm not able to find any info on my wallet balance in your app. When I ask the chatbot it says contact paytm payments bank app. But there is no such app. Help and return my money
