    @Paytmcare Sir, a request to please see the ground reality of your system. I am disappointed that being a long time customer, i am not getting solution to my problem from past 1 month. My wallet is frozen, my 6000/- in pending and more over submitted documents multiple times.

    @Paytmcare @MITESHBIHAR Calling paytm toll free no. for 4 days in a row 18001204210 with NO LUCK. No one ans call for 40 mins - hour and then line is disconnected. Went to your preferred partner listed on you app to activate my fasttag / complete KYC and they say they can't do and to call customer care.

    Hello @Paytm @Paytmcare I have issue with my KYC. Due to which my account was freezed. I tried to solve through in app 24*7 help section from 24 oct but still no resolution even I pinged multiple time but no response. I didnt get your unprofessional & irresponsible behaviour.

    @Paytmcare I wanted to make a utility payment through your paytm postpaid service but it didn’t show me an option to do so. On trying your help section, all we can converse with is a freaking bot. No direct option to speak with an executive is what I am saying. And issue’s still unresolved.

    @Paytm After 1 hour 1 minute agent answer the call and takes exactly 5 seconds to disconnect the call. Horrible service run by PAYTM Ineffective run co. by ineffective customer care.

    Worst experience @JandKBank 1938 -2022 En sai achi tou @Paytm , (2010 ) Bank hai .Atleast customer ko pareshan tou nhi kartay .Due to upgradation of mPay, MobileBanking facility will not be available from 02-Nov-2022 - 11 PM to 03-Nov-2022 - 1 AM. Inconvenience regretted. JK BANK

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Hey, I have already completed my KYC with my paytm wallet number 9643500420 but i am unable to use my wallet nd my fastag is attached with paytm wallet nd its already been more than 48 hrs. There are no customer service available with paytm. Kindly resolve it.
