Still no help by @Paytmcare all they do is keep transfer calls to different departments and all them say it's not their problem. It has been a month but @Paytm has not done anything. It is extremely frustrating to not be able to use payment services.

@Paytmcare PayTM Postpaid wasn't accepting payment, then they charged me late fees and later cust service and your account said pay the bill without late fee. I did. But late fees still shows in my app. Wrongly charged,but even if I want to can't pay because again same error!
