@Paytmcare Pathetic service and customer care even worst. They are not keen on resolving issus even it continues for months together. Simply inform customer to follow the SMS Link and log acomplaint. To the surprise you only able to log a issue only if it is on there predefined issue list.

@vijayshekhar It's really easy to laugh at others. You won't when reminded @Paytmcare keeps on responding service issues are to be taken up with merchant while actual issue raised is why #paytm is not crediting refund issued by merchant. That happens when tweets are copied to you. Seriously!
