    Hey @Paytm @PaytmCare, please fix/update the gold jackpot offer! If the tasks can't even be completed, don't run offers just to fool your loyal customers. People spend time on these—at least make them work properly.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar transferred money to upi lite last night,tried to make a payment last night and tgis morning thru upi lite get a message error getting balance. The upi lite icon shows as amount credited. Pl help remedy the situation. The bot in help and customer care doesnt care.

    @Paytmcare You guys should get a award for the horrible customer care and harassment you guys do !!! I booked a flight ticket yesterday from the app and since then I am not able to do web check-in..there is customer care number, no response to 5 complaints I made on the app

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare There are some options in the paytm for business app that don't work; I lodged a complaint about them, but there hasn't been a solution yet. Wait more than 7 days . Still not solved What is the issue ?

    @RamMNK @Paytm Sir, i have recording call with Airline that ticket is refundable but paytm not make fraud and not refunding. Even i shared the recording wih paytm team but they are not ready to listen. Pleass help for processing of refund

    Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm My order id 27406395348 Purchased a gift card of Decathlon but store people saying invalid requesting you to pls issue refund for the same. Its saying invalid code or PIN. Their gift card saying its start with 10 not 60 requesting you to pls issue refund.

    Does @Paytm @Paytmcare has a human to solve problems ? They have AI enablers strictly avoid when money has to refund even after all details provided. This AI bolts sucks

    @Paytmcare Paytm is a platform I have used to do the bus booking . Also confirmed with the message proofs and even call recording that I have from operator on the bus cancellation, so Paytm should be responsible to issue the refund to the customer and go in legal way against the operator

    @karaikude @Paytm I use generally Bhim after paytm issues last year. Have all options available though. Gpay, Amazon pay, phonepe etc. Use rare those. Today evening wanted to order something online where paytm has discounts that’s how got to know it’s down.

    Beware of @Paytm! Agents push you to take Paytm machines, but later hold merchant funds. When we submit requested docs, they reject them and won't even provide sample formats. Don't use Paytm! DM me if you're facing the same issue. @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare
