@Paytm @vijayshekhar Paytm, 1. Worst ever Fastag Service I have seen so far. I have added 500 Rs. in wallet yesterday and when I was standing on the toll booth, it showed 0 Rs in the wallet and hence been told by toll staff to stay aside untill the payment shows in the wallet.

Next problem, 24x7 support is a total scam. There is no way to speak to an support executive. Either on website or phone same message is repeated like a broken record with no option to speak to executive. @Paytmcare

Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare , you have not credited the additional cash back for transactions done in May. Issue 1, there is no way to initiate a support ticket for this category. Issue 2, support person cannot read and understand the message.
