I have called the @Paytm customer care for around 4 time in this 28days and everytime I call they say we will highlight issue to the concerned team. Still the concerned team is not replying anything. I keep posting to the ticket and no reply comes back.

@Paytm truly is the future PNB or SBI not only because it will have huge profits but it also has ****** customer service like them. We do ~$1 mn of monthly online traxn with @PaytmBusiness being our primary PG but don't have a key account manager even after asking for months
