    @Paytmcare , @Paytm It's been more than 15 days I raised a complaint regarding the refund for the Bus booking which I have done on VGO Bus. The bus broke down 50 Km before the destination and passengers were struggling in hot weather.

    @Paytm what is this magic where I can't pay more than 2000 to any QR code? Where as if I type in the UPI id I can. Please help me if there's a way to resolve this. Cannot continue using Paytm as my default UPI with this issue.

    @Paytmcare even after submitting KYC my wallet is in 'Credit Freeze' mode for several months. Repeated call logs but no action taken my your team. Why such callous attitude? I also want to cancel my Fastag since I'm selling my car. Please call me to sort out the issues.
