    Dear @Paytm and @DigitInsurance, Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of resolution. I renewed my vehicle insurance policy (Vehicle No. OD02AK9911) through Paytm on Digit Insurance two days ago. Payment was successfully completed and KYC was also done. Yet no policy.

Please open Paytm > Menu (☰) > My Payment Settings > Settings/Saved Payment Details & Other Settings, then swipe left on the saved card/account and tap Delete.     @PaytmBank @Paytm @IPPBOnline are worst online payment platform. Don't use their service. They have customer care number but cant call bcz call will be disconnect automatically after 1second and u'll never get solution after raising issue in app help bar.

    The @PaytmBusiness customer care is the shitest thing to exist, their AI customer executive is the worst, you have to explain the same issue to them again and again. They have no ethics. Looting their customer that's why Paytm's stats are this bad. @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare The chatbot keeps on raising tickets and don’t even let talk to customer service representative, it’s just a waste of time. And tells to contact bank, I even contacted HDFC they also told they didn’t receive any money and this Paytm says they have sent the money to bank

    @Paytm Paytm business is a scam app and also the customer executive are harcore scammers. I wanted to close my soundbox but these scammers convinced me they can only close the account by upgrading it and now no one is reachable. Paytm is built around scam.
