Please open Paytm > Menu (☰) > My Payment Settings > Settings/Saved Payment Details & Other Settings, then swipe left on the saved card/account and tap Delete.     @Paytm Don’t use the payment for @npclgrnoida electric meeter recharge payment because your payment debit but paytm and NPCl will give the credit next 3-4 days, they will use your money and you will struggle for credit & then chase to thier customer care !! It’s too poor service

    @Paytmcare @armurali097 Paytm business is a scam app and also the customer executive are harcore scammers. I wanted to close my soundbox but these scammers convinced me they can only close the account by upgrading it and now no one is reachable. Paytm is built around scam.

    @Paytmcare The chatbot keeps on raising tickets and don’t even let talk to customer service representative, it’s just a waste of time. And tells to contact bank, I even contacted HDFC they also told they didn’t receive any money and this Paytm says they have sent the money to bank

    This is a clear case of service downgrade and misrepresentation. Customers paid for AC Sleeper comfort but received a completely different service without prior notice. Requesting immediate intervention, investigation, and appropriate refund/compensation. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare just checked, Paytm has failed my transaction and telling payment will be refunded. And here they were in fully confidence that we have sent payment. What a worst service ever, they don’t have any proper customer care support also, the worst Ai chatbot only comes.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare and they confirmed that the refund was initiated from their end and that Paytm, being the booking partner, has to process the refund. I raised a support ticket on 26 May 2026 (Ticket ID: 200011749289), 2/3
