Hey @Paytmcare You have worst customer care service. My money got deducted and it didn't get recived at other end. SBI is telling to contact Paytm for UPI tra. and your so called chatbot care is telling me to contact bank. my money is gone! Why you people will care? @PaytmBank

@akaushik759 @ankitkr0 @Paytm IMO, it's intensionally kept slow. Time span, receptor, distance, disturbance must have taken into consideration. 1-2 seconds delay is better than missing the instruction and checking the app for confirmation.

It is very difficult to reach PayTM Customer Care, message service available that also ready made message. Customer can't expess the problem. Can't take screenshot also to keep as proof. @Paytmcare @SEBI_India @RBI
