    My Soundbox(Device ID: 869100074306497) is not working. It worked only while charging earlier, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Your chatbot keeps repeating the same responses. Please connect me to a human executive and arrange a replacement or technician visit ASAP. @Paytmcare
