    Hello, @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCareI am following up as I have not received any response yet. My issue is still not resolved. I have already shared video recordings and screenshots proving that I attempted to redeem the voucher on 27 June for the same route and the same passenger.

    Dear @Paytmcare My 4–6 July settlement is still on hold while later settlements are released. Asking for invoices/NOCs for every customer is impractical. Release my payment by 9 July, or I'll pursue legal action and file complaints with the appropriate authorities.

    For you Rs 4251/- is a small amount and it got swindled on your platform from my wallet - for me it's a fraud committed on me and I want you @Paytm to reimburse me the above amount of Rs 4251/- all commercial or public sector banks compensate/reimburse their customers in case a fraud is reported by customer I expect you to reimburse me the above amount asap - Regards Vikram Gulati Senior Advocate SupremeCourt @Paytmcare

    There is no way to contact your support team. I raised a ticket, tried calling, and even raised my concern here, but received no response.Where am I supposed to get support? Who will compensate me for this issue? Isn’t Paytm responsible for resolving problems caused @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness Please check my DM and permanently close my Paytm Merchant account. I do not have any Paytm Merchant device. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to file a complaint with the RBI.

    Also, if you have enabled AutoPay, verify which app is processing your payments. If it’s charging an unnecessary platform fee, consider disabling it and paying through a service that doesn’t charge extra. Be an informed consumer. Compare before you pay. @PhonePe @Paytm
