@Paytmcare I hope everyone can read this chat with Paytm service provider and can understand how they deal with their customers. If the customer is in trouble they are making it more complicated, rather then giving them simple solution by contacting the recievers and ask for money reversal.

@Paytmcare If any wrong transaction happned by mistake simply confirm with recievers end and ask for money reversal to the sender. Why it is so difficult for service provider to contact their own customers both sender and receiver. Nobody is asking for any others personal information.
