    Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare As a booking platform, Paytm also holds responsibility for customer safety and service accountability. The negligence and lack of response from both Bharathi Travels and Paytm are unacceptable.

    @Paytm @AkasaAir My flight was cancelled front the airline's end and refund was processed on 22May Flight Pnr QCEB6K Paytm ticket #200011758725 I have been chasing akasaair support team over the calll and Paytm support chat since then, both team are not helping at all. Pls help.

    @Paytmcare Paytm’s “Bus Booking Assurance” feels like a scam when a customer is abandoned after payment. Paid extra expecting reliability but no meaningful support instead. Stop selling “assurance” if you can’t honor it. Worst travel booking experience I’ve had. @Paytm

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar firstly nothing on the app redirects to a contact number. We have to resort to social media to reach out for asking supporting in making payments. Please help or let me know otherwise so I can migrate my UPI other accounts to another

    Very disappointed with @PaytmBusiness Business. A payment collected on 19 May 2026 was supposed to be settled on 20 May, but the amount is still not credited to my bank account. Support is giving no proper resolution. Stopping Paytm payments until this is resolved. @Paytmcare

    @BATA_India @Paytmcare @Paytm Bought Bata gift card from Paytm App. Went to Infinity mall bata store in Mumbai. Bata store getting terminal id error. My shopping experience just turned bad. Paytm n Bata pls provide solution or stop selling gift cards online,if they don't work.

    @Paytmcare People are not responsible for your system That's your problem people book as per your sale price whether it was correct or wrong does not matter. people trust you and book it and you can't cancel a passenger ticket without consent and you didn't refund money so you are FRAUD
