    . @vijayshekhar ji, we can’t copy number from call log in iPhone and send money using Paytm! The app doesn’t recognise the default iPhone format. Needs update pls @Paytm

    Over the last few days, I have been harassed by ABFL recovery agents asking to pay a late fee that I should not have even incurred by @Paytm . The customer support is so **** that they haven’t even been replying to me and resolving anything since 7th Nov!

    @Paytmcare Wow what a strategy of covering things.. after tagging @vijayshekhar Mr.Mirza calls frmt care team to understand the issue & assures to get back.. then the same DM story starts with illogical questions repeating all over again.. noone in care team to own up and answer

    Double toll is deducted. Chat bot says "To avoid any rejection/delay on your query we request you to kindly share all details correctly, this will help us to investigate easily and we can resolve it at earliest." Where to share??? @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

    I have been cheated, I have not requested any kind of charge back. Some unknown person has done this to me by fraud please I do not have any problem of charge back so unblock my paytm account.The account was stolen earlier also which was recovered later help @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare I'm unable to use my wallet even after KYC.The app shows wallet credit freeze.hav complained several times but without resolving the problem the app says resolved.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare when there is adequate balance in Paytm, isn’t it inconveniencing the customer by redirecting him to bank account, why do you do this ??? What is the logical help for customer??
