@paytmbankcare .@vijayshekhar .@paytm Please don’t say “We are here to help”. There is nothing you can do to help. There is no way to change or customize the BHIM UPI ID in paytm. Every other app allows you to customize the BHIM UPI ID

@Paytmcare How ethical is it @vijayshekhar to show a customer that their loan has been sanctioned, ask them to wait for 48 hours for disbursement but don't disburse it for over 8 days without even mentioning the reason. Either reject or approve but when you approve, at least disburse.

@Paytmcare I don't expect @vijayshekhar to reply or do the work of customer service team but least you can do is ask your senior most technical team to look into this & resolve. A company is as good as it's customer service and if you can't win customers, they won't stick around either.

@Paytm request not to make people sceard with cibil score and police. you had given money to a clint and most of the time clints repay it. if some nonsese is created then people dont agree to #pay in any case until a company takes step to help the clint directly.
