All they have is drop down menu where queries are not listed, IVR keeps repeating stupid queries, no email or contact to raise issues. Don’t know how will they resolve issue despite their claim of 24x7 support. @Paytm

IndiGo confirmed a FULL REFUND. Your email says the refund is ₹982. Your reply here says ₹1,817 (with a wrong 'Total Paid' amount!)
