@Paytmcare seems to have the most inefficient and non compatible customer care ever. The chat option within the app doesnot help in anyway as it gives only automated responses and the customer care agent donot provide any redirection for email support. Money got deducted twice😡

@Paytmcare Its important to get email confirmation and proper update on the app. The agent who provided a resolution over DM is now asking for my email to send confirmation. Question one, if he didnt know my account details, how did he validate the issue?
