    @Paytmcare i have my grandmother @Paytm account which she hasn't used since 2 years and re kyc is needed for which app is not allowing to do re kyc online Will the person aged above 75 years also need to go at kyc points? Is this how you're customer friendly? @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare Your DM response is a typical bot response which is being repeated again and again for last 3 days. Why Paytm refuses to even properly read the customer query and just gives fixed recorded bot answers.

    @rapidobikeapp whenever I scan QR to pay via @Paytm, it fails and shows "invalid note length" because of the note automatically added. One of you fix this please. Very frustrating.

    There are no proper channel to report the issue here, you guys have created a chatbot which only extends the date of resolution, there are no proper escalation matrix, is this the way to handle customer’s complaints? @Paytm @Paytmcare
