Why chat support is worst expereince for your customer. ve been connecting with @Flipkart & @Paytmcare support for seprate issues. They are not interested in connecting to your customer on call and keep replying on chat: your issue is imp to us and has been resolved. Now wht?

@Paytm I made a rent payment through Paytm. which has not been credited to the landlord's bank account. Even after contacting Paytm for this, Paytm customer care is asking to contact landlord's bank. It is a kind of fraudulent organization.

A friend of mine made a transaction on @JioMart, he used his @Paytmcare @Paytm Wallet balance for the transaction and the latter was successful but jiomart's site crashed to this jiomart clearly said that the order was discarded and the money was unattended.
