I was making a recharge via MyJio app and they directly applied the Paytm voucher which was showing guaranteed cashback up to Rs 300. After making the payment, I only ended up getting a scratch card of 1 Gold Coin. WTF!! @AmreliaRuhez @GyanTherapy

There is no reply from paytm no customer support, just a mod chatbox on which you get no reply. Its been 11 days still waiting for refund without any reply. Never use #paytm
