@Paytmcare 2/2 The issue is your 24*7 ticketing service is one way communication , you dont take feedback while registering a ticket and close it without confirming with customer. What is the use if customer doesnt have a say in it.

@Paytmcare 24*7 customer support, this is the biggest manipulation. There are already type question, you can’t type your words you have to follow there and at the end they ask you want to connect customer representative, soon after chat ends and they ask us to give star rating
