    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare it’s been 4 days and my refund is still pending. The process is painfully slow and customer support is almost unreachable. After-sales service is seriously disappointing for something as basic as a refund. Please fix this system and respond faster.

    @Paytmcare My Paytm Account is Showing under review I emailed but no reply. I tweetted 3 day ago still got no response/ resolution. Paytm is no longer serious about there customer problems. Please take a look in this matter as I have to pay the paytm Postpaid Bill too @Paytm .

    @Paytm The app is not working. For the last two weeks, after opening it, it gives the error "Malicious application detected. Uninstall application and restart device." I have tried resetting the device, but the issue persists. other banking apps are working fine only paytm not working

    @Paytm Hi Team, My sister has booked a flight on 6th April from your app for 11th April, which is the JRG to HYD Route. But due to some issue from the airline's side, the flight has been canceled, and the refund is also processed by their side.

    It’s been 1 week and still there is no resolution from @bigbasket_com and @Paytm regarding my cashback issue. I’ve been waiting for their calls and updates for the last 7 days, but all I get are false assurances. In my opinion, this feels like a planned trap for customers.
