@Paytm this firm is a fraud firm. Never put money in money wallet. You will never be able to use the same. You will always be taken to an error stating that limit is over. Made several complaints but they didn’t rectified it. I am trying since long. So beware.

@Paytm thanks for providing an experience of poorest form of customer service. Pending flight cancellation refund (booking# 12765125748) for many days and there is no update from customer care on the issue. Noone is picking up calls on support numbers. Pathetic!!

@MjfDatta Sir I was fooled too. Unfortunately I didn’t check with friends.. They too have faced the same issues in past.. The told me @paytmmallcare is known for selling sub standard products.. Don’t ever by from them.. Lesson learnt and I’ll never shop with @Paytm..
