I subscribed for Paytm Service Agent about a Month ago, but still didn't received the starter kit. It shows as delivered in the app. once I contacted paytm they said it will delivered shortly.still No information .I want to cancel Subscription and refund money. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare You guys are frauds. 1st you ask to upgrade the Paytm Postpaid account & then you deliberately don't accept the Selfie for KYC to make sure the customer doesn't get the Postpaid account since the older one just got closed. I have tried with 100+ selfies but all failed.
