My trust with @Paytm has now completely broken... I will close & stop using all the Paytm related accounts and had started deactivating few of them. I had raised issue in chat support 4-5 times but everytime bot replies. had called two times but no issue solved. @Paytmcare

@harsh_neal @Paytm Mishap is one thing. Not admitting it as mishap & blaming others & putting on you is wrong. It originated on paytm app so they have to take responsibility. Highly unprofessional. Now they have lost 1 customer. am sure they will lose money as i used to transact ~10K+ in a month
