@Paytmcare Thanks for ur response. But just for ur info I already provided the refund transaction IDs that was shared by Air India in my initial messages. Hope u could use that to interact with Air India for a quick issue resolution.

@Paytm why you never treat your customer in a proper manner. I raised the request for some issue and without any resolution you just send the mail that issue is resolved. This is totally unacceptable.

@PaytmBusiness I deactivate my voice box and return that on 10th February 2021 but from that day I did not receive my refund amount of the voice box I talk to customer care 10 times but my issue is not resolved. Refund my money asap otherwise, I will quit Paytm. @Paytmcare

with regard to this i have done multiple call to @PaytmTravelCare and raised complaint but every time they say they have highlighted the issue and it has been more than one months and didn't received my refund. feeling sad and disappointed of the services offered by @Paytm

@Paytm Sir, it was everything ok...but there was a lil problem...fault from your side...that even after ordering 3 times from shopping apps of >100₹ ...I didn't receive rain dance...so can't complete my game...I know offer already over...but it was not that fair..otherwise I love paytm

@Paytmcare my Fastag is suspended for last one week. Customer care IVR asks to raise complaint in app and thr we get replies of “issue resolved” while my Fastag is still non operational. Since one week your team has not been able to solve a simple issue. Time to uninstall Paytm??
