    @Paytmcare I transferred Rs 500 to UPI and instead of credit the remaining balance too vanished. Ticket No: #200011174671 was raised on April 1, till now only automated response or false information that issue has been resolved. Please expedite.

    @Paytm assistant is the most frustrating help and support AI An urgent flight ticket booked and paid for by #axisbankcreditcard is still not issued and the only result to follow up is four tickets and assurances that an agent will contact. No hope of catching the flight now!

    @Paytmcare @Paytm you have one of the worst in-app help system. There is no way to reach out to you on call for support. I have been one of the earliest users or Paytm & have stick to this app for UPI & all of my needs but did not expect poor support, kindly reach out to me asap

    Absolutely unacceptable service by Paytm. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been ZERO response on my refund. Ticket IDs: 200011257375 & 200011295667 Airline has already processed the refund to you. why delay? Stop holding customer money and take accountability. @Paytm

    @Paytmcare I understand policies, but policies should also allow exceptions in genuine medical emergencies. I have already shared all supporting documents regarding my mother’s condition. Completely denying any help in such a situation is really disappointing. At least a partial refund,

    @gibesandswings @prabha4652 @Paytmcare I purchased Paytm Gold a few days ago. After 4–5 days of the purchase, my Paytm account was blocked. Now, whenever I try to log in , the screen turns white and the app gets frozen. I am unable to access my account and I also Installed Paytm on other mobile phones using my number.

    From September 2025, I am facing an issue of UPI transactions failures in Paytm app and the reason for failure is “UPI RISK POLICY” I am using @Paytm from last 2-3 years and the experience is amazing without any failures but the problem started in September last year.

    @Paytmcare Paytm bank is doing nothing that’s why I am posting my matter here. @Paytmcare This is not resolved. I am already trying through Paytm Bank channels but KYC is still not happening—Video KYC fails repeatedly and offline agent is also unable to process due to their own KYC issue.
