    @Paytm Don’t use the payment for @npclgrnoida electric meeter recharge payment because your payment debit but paytm and NPCl will give the credit next 3-4 days, they will use your money and you will struggle for credit & then chase to thier customer care !! It’s too poor service

    @Paytm completely sucks... They are so ****** in terms of thir customer service. I had a bus booked through paytm which is delayed by almost 1.5 hours. Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.

    This is a clear case of service downgrade and misrepresentation. Customers paid for AC Sleeper comfort but received a completely different service without prior notice. Requesting immediate intervention, investigation, and appropriate refund/compensation. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare As per normal rule, if any customer not eligible , the offers does not highlight while payment . But it was highlighted to me . I hv applied it. And shows exhausted on next payment. Whose ss is attached . Now do whatever. But it's cheat

    Hey @PaytmCare, we're struggling to get a refund for a cancelled @AirIndiaX flight! Air India refunded the amount, but it's stuck with Paytm. Your app's customer care isn't helpful. Please assist! Booking ID: 27015825561 PNR: H8579D LKO to BOM on 18 May 2026. it’s been 3 Weeks.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Very disappointed with your service. I clearly requested a new machine, but an old device was installed instead. The receipt printing is not working properly, causing issues with customers. Please resolve this urgently.

    @Paytmcare @armurali097 Paytm business is a scam app and also the customer executive are harcore scammers. I wanted to close my soundbox but these scammers convinced me they can only close the account by upgrading it and now no one is reachable. Paytm is built around scam.
