Hey @Paytmcare @Paytm you deducted the amount via UPI but merchant did not get the payment. Your app support gives the same response to cancel the mandate go here and there. But my issue is "payment deducted from bank but did not reach the merchant". My money is stuck with you.

The customer service of @Paytmcare @Paytm is the worst. I have a Postpaid service activated on my Paytm account which they provide in partnership with @AdityaBirlaGrp which is worse. They don't calculate the due amount in the correct manner and they keep on calling as harassment

@Paytm Ur KYC is supposed to be free as claimed in ur site and even at stores but still the shopkeepers charge from Rs.20 to Rs.100 for doing it, when questioned they give weird reasons and all but don’t do it for free…Why?
