    Dear @Paytm @HMRLHydMetro, I made a ₹500 UPI payment at Erragadda Metro Station counter today (17 Jul 2026, 10:31 AM). The Paytm POS machine showed "Payment Failed", but the amount was debited successfully from my SBI account through BHIM UPI. Transaction ID: 103130717411 The counter staff informed me that the refund may take up to 1 week, but I request an immediate refund as the transaction failed at the merchant's machine. Kindly look into this urgently and help resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you.

    @paytm @paytmcare Your service is a disgrace. No option to cancel the Soundbox, customer care is nothing but AI, I receive calls from you those are AI too. Stop forcing unwanted charges. Cancel it now before I smash this useless box.

    @KartikDiscovers Aesa Kyun Laga bhai. I am one of the early user of this type of service which was launched by @Paytm for buying 2 wheeler. Also I worked there in those days so I thought why not. It was a charm to purchase and get hell lot of vouchers.

    Pro tip : Avoid typos of CAR NUMBER while checking car insurance premiums or renewal options on Paytm. Paytm will run behind you FOREVER despite it’s not about your car. @Paytm : FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.

    pathetic customer care service from @Paytm its have been 4 hours now and i haven't got my @amazonpay gift voucher.
