    @vijayshekhar the Care facility for the @Paytmcare has been worst i have created ticket for last 3 days no action is taken. The IVR never connects to any person. The support is zero. I have been a customer for 7 years. Booked 1000 of flights . One i had to cancel and you are not

    @Paytm does not have an option or any phone number available to connect directly with the customer care executive, the AI they're using is disgusting and it is really helpless, The company like this cannot rely on only just AI, all issues cannot be understood by AI.

    Worst service in India by @PaytmBusiness Complaint Date- 28 March, 2026 Ticket No.- 500008198418 The complaint is not solved till now and the whole customer service are making excuses daily. More than 1 month passed. Worst Service in pos payment. @Paytm @PaytmBusiness

    @Paytmcare Thank you for the response. I request you to kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible since Air India Express has already confirmed that the refund of ₹18,742 for PNR Q1HWHL was processed to Paytm on 24/04/2026. Refund Transaction ID: 489877892 NCH Complaint No: 9223166

Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !

    @Paytmcare That’s what I want to contest hence my post. The resolution you provided is that you washed your hands off stating that that gift card has already expired and my reasoning is my gift card was not available for me to use for 6 months because of glitch at ur end.

    @Paytm Sandhya Travels bus broke down mid-journey and no alternative was arranged.Passengers were standed on the outskirts till 2:30 AM. I had to pay ₹800 extra and travel standing in another bus till Hyderabad Request immediate refund and compensation. Ticket ID: 200011468821
