    @Paytmcare There is no such issues at receiver's bank. All are perfect there.. Paytm has not transferred any amount to receivers account... You are holding it for your needs.... Such a scam.... @RBI @RBIsays

    @Paytm Paytm business is a scam app and also the customer executive are harcore scammers. I wanted to close my soundbox but these scammers convinced me they can only close the account by upgrading it and now no one is reachable. Paytm is built around scam.

    @Paytmcare Thanks for your reply sahil, the issue is resolved just now. I deleted the Macrodroid App, then Paytm is working fine now

    Paytm a big cheat company. Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.. unnecessary charges are taken by them. first they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer. That is our hard earned money. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    I have paid my hdfc credit card bill on 4th June on Paytm, still it is not received by hdfc bank and it’s still showing pending status, While my money is debited from my Bank Account. And today is due date. Now what to do?? Order id: 27119552143 No customer care also @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @Paytm you have third class customer support. I have been repeatedly trying to get status on my ticket 500009441446,but all my efforts to reach you are in vain.Try to understand not every query can be solved through BOT,keep an option open for human interaction.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm What a fraud app. There was a balance in my paytm wallet amount. Now the same is not shown on app and the customer care bot is just wasting time and not helping with paytm wallet.

Please open Paytm > Menu (☰) > My Payment Settings > Settings/Saved Payment Details & Other Settings, then swipe left on the saved card/account and tap Delete.     @TheBigGeek @vijayshekhar @Paytm Yeah recently onboarded with PayTM - gateway engine is excellent but rest of the UX stack for the merchant is more than a decade behind. - Principal issue I have is not being able to trigger refunds from my website dashboard. I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.

    @Paytmcare From now onwards never using this **** Paytm ever. They just waste time. Today is my payment due date, and just now paid through Gpay and it got settled within 1 min and got confirmation from HDFC too. Never ever going to use this Paytm now. WORST. Don’t use this app. @Paytmcare
