    Booked a bus on from hisar to ludhiana. At 5 AM the driver said the bus isnt coming. Sent 40-50 messages to support, got a reply after a MONTH saying “sorry” but no refund.Why will i not receive a refund even after proofs. Never using ur service again Terrible service @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare If the chatbot responses are unreliable, why are customers forced to depend on them as the primary support system with no direct clarity available? No transparency, delayed responses, conflicting explanations, and unnecessary stress throughout this experience. @Paytmcare

    @Paytm Your app. Is not working. For several months the app stopped showing the UPI lite balance. Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !

    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare — I've had ZERO usage of your Sound Box for 18+ months. No service. No communication. And suddenly ₹1940+ is charged out of nowhere! 🚨 Asked for help via chat → No resolution Called helpline → this is unacceptable from a #fintech

    @Paytm @Paytm @vijayshekhar Paytm app on Android is crashing automatically right after payment. Money gets deducted but app goes back to home screen. This is very frustrating! Please fix this bug in the next update. 🛑📱

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare @Paytm I’ve DM’d 4 times but no fix for 25 days. “Access Denied / Hang on tight” appears right after entering my number (OTP screen never comes). Tried reinstall, network reset, other networks/devices. Looks like false device/IP block. Please resolve.

    Paytm fools their customer by cancelling their flight ticket by self to earn commission but don't think about mental harrasment of customer with involvement of airline company. I will lodge complaint in consumer court for mental harrasment. @Paytmcare @IndiGo6E @MoCA_GoI

    @Paytmcare One my personal loan from hero fincorp completed in sep 2024 but on 3rd May 11 40am debit 9640 rs. I asked to hero fincorp they said this transaction done by paytm so I share my noc n bank statement to paytem support foram they create ticket for it but no response.

    Need help! My friend recharged for his @airtelindia number via @Paytm and received confirmation messages from both. But after 10 days of use, he started getting recharge expiry alerts when calling and on the 11th day, the recharge expired. How the hell is it possible?🥲

    @N_and_ni @Paytmcare is doing scam in name of cashback. They offer cashback but not provide it . No proper and genuine response from Customer care also. I referred my 2 friends but cashback received partially. As per terms and conditions full cashback not received. Both are new user.

    @vsvicky_ @Paytm Nice sentiment, Vicky. A "turnaround" is a strong word. While VSS's resilience is undeniable, the narrative needs more than just fighting spirit. Here's what the numbers are *actually* showing: The recent Q4 FY26 results are indeed interesting, but let's not forget the $100M+ hit from the RBI's regulatory actions impacting their payments bank business. That's a significant hurdle overcome, not erased. Focus has shifted to their lending business, which saw a ~40% YoY growth in disbursals. *That's* the real engine, not the payments bank legacy. And let's talk scale: while user growth might be steadying, the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) is still a point of contention. Improvement is there, but it's a marathon, not a sprint. Also, Mar'26 "profit" of Rs 552 Cr is indeed skewed. Standalone P&L shows sales dipping to Rs 2,150 Cr in Mar'26, down from Rs 2,500 Cr in Mar'25. But the consolidated view shows a massive Rs 668 Cr in "Other Income" for Mar'26. This isn't sustainable operating profit. It's a financial engineering trick. #Paytm The market's been pricing in a lot of this already. This isn't a surprise rally, but a slow climb out of a deep hole.

    @Paytmcare got refund from merchant and showing on balance and history of Paytm app .. but no option to transfer money to my bank account.. Escalate this issue and advise to resolve
