@Paytmcare I used Paytm postpaid in which I paid my principal amount but not the interest, yesterday I talked with ur customer services they told me to pay a settlement amount & I paid that amount but my Paytm Postpaid account yet not been cleared, now ur customer service is not responding

Hey @Paytm since India is doing UPI payments extensively, it's hard to track our expenses and scroll down payments history again n again. Can you integrate an 'Expense Tracker' to your app where we can track our spendings categorically in a summarised way. @Paytmcare #upi

Why cant @paytm have a proper customer service number? Cant reach to customer service on the phone as its keep me engaged in automated ivr and i tried to chat but there also a bot is chatting and i cant get to a real person… worst customer service

My Paytm number is 9487222884. My Paytm wallet is freezed and also self KYC is expired resently. So I approached near KYC point to complete my KYC. but error some error came and they can't able to do KYC now. So please do my necessary and fix my KYC issue. @Paytm @PaytmBank
