    @PaytmTravel I booked the bus RKT and waited for the bus . I was standing at the address mentioned in the ticket. No bus arrived no one was reachable. Also than Now no refund is provided for the issue.paytm assigned the ticket and nothing works till now. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @RBI Many times I have to escalate the issue of damaged device changed but they cant do any thing so I have file case against paytm in consumer court and many times escalate issue with rbi but they also can't take any action against paytm .

    @Paytmcare Yes, I’ve posted multiple times — because you’ve failed to resolve the issue. Your so-called “updates” are just copy-paste lines with no action. I paid ₹699 for a Lifetime ₹24/month plan on 26 June. No plan applied. No refund. No accountability. Stop covering up — resolve it

    Hey @Paytmcare, I’m trying to cancel an Autopay mandate that's linked to my old YES Bank account (now closed), but it keeps failing with a “Transaction not permitted” error. I want to remove the UPI ID but am not able to. Need help resolving this ASAP.
