They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.

If the refund is not credited immediately with a confirmed ARN/UTR, I will file formal complaints with RBI Ombudsman and the consumer court without further notice. Treat this as final escalation.
