@KrazyKom @Paytmcare Use wallet instead of postpaid...unauthorized transaction can occur. Like Toll amount deducted but car was standing in the parking at that time. Neither Paytm nor Fastag authorities will do proper investigation. I raised a ticket and still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

@Paytmcare after 11 days of avg 40 min calls to customer care login issue still unresolved. Starting 12th Sep the app insists on sending sms to two number which doesn’t go thru nor gives me otp option. Haven’t been able to use the app. Ridiculous. Can anyone from Paytm intervene
