Due to non-availability of my full address on Paytm, my physical debit card order is not getting processed and the option of address update is not being given.Paytm costomer care was also contacted many times but the problem was not resolved which is a matter of regret.@Paytmcare

@Paytm I don't know but the way you started charging in the name of convenience fee... You have to pay a heavy price in future.... Signing out off Paytm @vijayshekhar don't take your customer granted. Like Paytm share falling down your wallet penetration will be fall.

@PaytmMoney @Paytm my SIPs are failing for two months in a row. Can you check what's wrong with your platform ? Deduction happens successfully on the day but, rejected by mf house and a refund is initiated. And your customer care is of no use. Please mind it. #CustomerService
