The hotel mentioned that they had no association with @Paytm and had not received any booking. To this date, I have made innumerable calls to paytm asking for the refund. @Paytm customer care agents had confirmed the same that booking was denied by the hotel and they had passed

@Paytmcare your customer support executives are making scripted replies over call, putting call on hold for 15 mins or more, eventually I have to hang up the call and call again. They can't inform me if my tickets will be refunded or upgraded. Please look into this.

@Paytmcare Please give me paytm customer care number. I just deposited Rs 470 in paytm wallet from my bank account. At the same time again I did a recharge of Rs 16 but it was showing pending. And 300 rupees were added on some app but that too is showing pending.
