    Dear @allianceair the customer service team is just trained to repeat only one thing you have booked through @Paytm @Paytmcare contact them for cancellation and refund while they are slow as a snail to even respond who am I supposed to reach out to for my issue it’s a nightmare

    Hi @Paytm my registered phone number has been suddenly blocked by you guys and I'm unable to access it. No way to contact your customer care without logging in. Tried raising a ticket via my friend's Paytm (ticket ID: 200011656278) but no response. ARE YOU GUYS HIGH ON SOMETHING?

    @Paytmcare Hi Vinod, It's been 12 hours since the ticket was opened and there's still no update. Why is my registered number blocked from accessing Paytm? Please tell me the ETR. Please DM me if you need any more information but please resolve my issue quickly. @Paytm @Paytmcare #paytm

    @Paytmcare @Paytm How IDIOT is your support team that they are taking forever to simply unblock my registered Paytm number? First you blocked my number without any communication or reasoning went not you're not even replying to me😡 It's been more than 72 hours.. NO RESPONSE

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I am unable to login to my Paytm account from the last 10 days. Getting “Access Denied” error every time. Tried reinstalling app, clearing data, and even formatting my phone, but issue is still not resolved. I have my flight in a few days, Please help urgently.
