@Paytm @Paytmcare why you guys are charging 48 ₹ for the name of convenience fees for 5k postpaid and the best part is I am not even using your **** limit , tell me the process of closing your bulshit account , I have amazon pay , they don't charge any convenience fees .

Hi @Paytm I have done Bsnl prepaid mobile Number recharged On 30th Nov 2021 the recharge was successful in Paytm app and it's not credited my mobile number. Ref:16321325456 I have recharged 3 bsnl number,kindly check it out. #help
