    @Paytmcare can you help to cancel and close my account please? I am in the process of closing all payment apps and plan to keep only BHIM. Mobikwiks responded quickly and closed it. But Paytm is dodging it.

    @Abhinav27517819 @Paytmcare I am a Paytm merchant and my settlement is not undertaken by Paytm since the 24th of April 2026, the day Paytm bank licence is declared cancelled by the RBI and there is no response from the customer support after tons of messages and calls, initiated from my end. @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @SpiceJet Update on my complaint (AirSewa: HT720531) SpiceJet confirms refund was already processed on 29 Apr to AIR IQ (Paytm partner). Yet I have NOT received my money. Why is Paytm holding customer refunds? Resolve immediately. #RefundDelay #Paytm

    @Paytmcare This constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. If the refund is not credited immediately with a confirmed ARN/UTR, I will file formal complaints with RBI Ombudsman and the consumer court without further notice. Treat this as final escalation.
