    @Paytmcare Very poor experience. Booked a bus from Hyderabad to Salem via @Paytm. Bus stopped midway near Hosur and passengers were forced to get down. Promised refund, but no response yet. Please resolve ASAP. Ticket: 200010270084 | Order: 26411241720

    @HPCL @HPGASCSR @PaytmCare I also contacted IndusInd Bank, which raised a complaint on 15 Dec (Ref ID: 80711755). After nearly a month, I was told they cannot help further and I must again follow up with HP Gas & Paytm. This delay is unacceptable and extremely inconvenient.

    @Paytmcare I received two Flipkart grocery vouchers via Paytm UPI. Expiry is 10 Jan 2026, but they already show “expired” on the Flipkart app. I haven’t used them before. Please help resolve this issue.

    @HPCL @HPGASCSR @PaytmCare My HP Gas cylinder booked on 15/11/2025 (Order No: 26219076898) has neither been delivered nor refunded, despite multiple complaints to both HP Gas and Paytm. Customer care has only given false assurances with no resolution. To be continued 1/2
