@Paytm Tried electricity bill first time and feel cheated now. The amount shown was 13197 but the amount charged was 13430.59. Some convenience fee added secretly. Nowhere this is charged, have been using other payment portals. Kindly help.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank Did my recharge through VI app via Paytm on 15 September and the money got deducted from the bank but recharge was not successful.I wrote to Paytm via ticket they said I'll get the refund by 2-3 days max. They haven't solved the issue yet I want now

@amitkushwaha638 @Paytm Amit ji, Don't use PayTM. I paid through PayTM on 28.08.2021, UPI Ref ID.124089578284, transaction was successful but amount not received by receiver. PayTM refused to provide resolution. Third class PayTM. There is NO customer support in PayTM. वो सिर्फ बात करना जानते हैं
