    @PaytmBank @Paytmcare I Have paid excess amount in my postpaid Paytm wrongly ,when i try to back my excess amounts now Paytm blocked my account, i try to contact multiple times but support center is very poor. Customer care not able to support and my money is blocked.

    @Paytm we trust paytm from along time ago I have applied for top up loan on 3 mar till now no response the amount disburse it’s showing no response from customer care now they are telling its takes 10,to 15 days how can we manage that much of days till now 9 days finished

    @Paytmcare @Paytm your customer care service is asking for OTP and in the massage, they said not to share with anyone what should I do? and I can't pay my postpaid due bill from the past week. Customer care said that your account goes into"confirming".

    @Paytm now thé trust is getting down from Paytm no service if we tweet also they will say dam us we will help then also no response they are just playing with customers no response on time from 9 days I am not getting any help from Paytm I have applied for top up loan

    @Paytm Has the worst service in terms of any Customer Query.If you call their helpline number, they will sure to irritate you till death in a lot more complicated steps like asking otp, send sms 1 minute later,then letting you that we don't operate english language after 5 Pm.

    @Paytm Merely shifting the blame won't help you @Paytm . Admit it there are problems and work to resolve them rather than giving me the gyan to not share your shortcomings on twitter. And please don't do false advertising that your UPI Lite never fails, because clearly it did.
