@Paytmcare @Paytm The transferring of kyc is taking hell lot of time. No executive is solving my problem in 24*7 chat as well. Have send so many msgs with no reply from the executive. Procedure is so time taking, no communication, no solution to my problem. Pathetic service.

@paytmcare This is for a transaction in Grofers where the payment through paytm failed twice and I had to pay through my card. Both the failed paytm transactions are showing as money on hold. I have been trying to get it resolved but your 24 * 7 support is a joke. Frustrating.

Be careful of adding money to Paytm wallet because if you accidently activate some kind of auto renewal service and your money gets deducted then paytm will keep telling you to talk to merchant or escalate to merchant themselves only to tell you merchant @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm I have fully verified KYC account/wallet. Even after that my paytm wallet freezed day before yesterday. After doing online KYC with my Voter ID card again, it is still not working.

@Paytmcare customer care service is so bad of the paytm that it is taking so long to solve the problem of transferring kyc from and phone number to another. 24*7 service not answering in chat. Contacting executive gives no solution for the problem. Pathetic service.

Hey @Paytm : What's the strange logic of not allowing UPI to top up the wallet ? I mean there is the direct bank option but if I don't want to use it. Your FAQ says NPCI or bank issues but UPI on other apps seems working as normal

@Paytmcare Worst customer service, unable to connect a live representative, 24*7 service is of no use, we have transferred money from credit card to my account, it shows successful but money not credited yet, it's third day. Such a horrible experience.
