@Paytmcare Very irritating from Paytm. My Uncle booked bus ticket from TSRTC site on 28-05-2022. Done the payment through Paytm UPI. The money was debited from his account on the same day. But ticket was not confirmed. He has raised the ticket on Paytm regarding the issue

@Paytm What kind of service do you have? I'm trying to have my kyc done for 2 months now. Video kyc was "not possible" according to your associate, doorstep kyc was not done because you took my 150rs and no one showed up. Now you have my salary and my last 150rs. Thanks for robbing me.

@Paytm @Paytmcare This app has lost all its user friendliness. When I try to use this wallet, I get a message that your KYC is not done. And, when I try to do KYC, I get a message that it is already completed. Customer care is pathetic, at the least.
