i have had several problems with @vijayshekhar .. he even blocked me once.. but I respect the guy.. I respect his raw personality.. he switches to hindi during interviews.. we identify with him.. of course not financially.. his simplicity is his sophistication! @Paytm

@Paytm Really had a pathetic experience while making a payment while scanning QR code. Payment made to shopkeeper has gone to someone else and your robots sitting in customer care want me to go to Police station. Have you fired all your technical experts.

I did recharged my apartment electricity meter on sep 13th and I'm yet to receive voucher code from against the consumer number/apartment. And your robots sitting in customer care want me to go to apartment administration. Really had a pathetic experience... @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm @Paytmcare really disappointed with your service . I have taken your swipe machine for my retail store 8 months back where monthly transaction is 3500000 rs . Continuously it give problem releated to transactions .Customer service is really poor they talk rudely to me .1/2
