@Paytmcare I purchased a Voucher of Rs 10000/- suggested by a sales man at lifestyle. You deducted the amount from my Wallet but you jave not give the voucher, your customer care care tells me to wait for 4 hrs.. should I stant at the store for 4 hrs?? #paytmsucks

@Paytmcare i was in the checkout queue and ordered the voucher, i waited for an hour and wasted my time and still didn't get the voucher. Finally i have up and paid and left. Tried to call customer care, they just sent link for the chatbot where didn't even have this option.

I got EDC swipe machine from paytm salesman and they told me that EDC swipe machine is free but swipe machine is not free. I have complained to customer care many times since 4 to 5 months but I did not get any solution to my complaint. What do i do ? @Paytm @vijayshekhar
