    @Paytmcare help me paytm, I ordered a fastag, and today is the delivery day but the idiot courier company listed their AWB no. As my phone no. And now I'm unable receive the OTP and they didn't deliever the order and said that the order will be get back to paytm. #helpmepaytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I already paid the postpaid bill and convenience fee . It's still showing me that your bill is due. You don't have any customer helpline for paytm postpaid , please help me with it. thanks.

    @Paytmcare The reason for issue is Technical. The integration between Paytm and Insurance company is not properly setup. Hence Paytm provides one date and policy doc gives another date for policy validity.

    @Paytm is the worst ever app one can use for any payment, I had recharged my sunditect DTH, they debited the amount but the merchant haven't received it, and no customer care @consumerforum_
