    Paytm has a lot of features to offer, but still all I can see is promotion of UPI payments. Start heavily promoting your other features such as movies, insurance, bill payments, ticketing etc. You would definitely improve your customer base and revenue! @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm we purchased 2 kalyan jewellery vouchers on march 10 at their pitampura outlet. As per the T&C, we were eligible to get Cashback and coupons worth rs 3500 which we have not received till today. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP

    @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @Paytm I am not able to use my Fastag and my paytm wallet as I got know suddenly my KYC is not complete. Moreover your Paytm KYC centers are not able to help bcz of RBI hold. My KYC was already done, hence can you allow my account to be functional atleast?

    @PaytmMoney @Paytmcare Kindly confirm you have the record of financial transaction of Rs 5000.00 done on 28 March 21 vide order ID 13064257197. Repeated requests to customer care Paytm for details has not elicited positive response.
