@flyspicejet Already talked to #Paytm. I was told the fare is decided by airline. #Paytm not giving satisfactory replies. Instead solving prblm, @Paytm recommending to choose comfortable service next time. @flyspicejet can inform me about my FareType is "Special" & my parents is "SpiceSaver"
