@Paytmcare All the above lines you mentioned is garbage. You guys dont connect, dont inspect and dont respect anyone except money. I have been charged a late fee of 590 for 2000 that i had on post paid. Payment delayed by 30 mins and extortionist start calling

Customer service is crucial to determine success and quality of a brand but I feel @Paytm @Paytmcare @AdityaBirlaGrp have failed miserably. With no option to report issues on #PayTmPostpaid (Other than a useless chatbot), you are seriously losing good customers. (1/2)

@vijayshekhar @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare Hi, this will not sound good. Apologise in advance but Paytm customer care people are liars and least concerned about complains. Everything has an expiry date. Change ur attitude or Paytm will also go down the drain one day.

@Paytmcare Worst experience about paytm. Customer support for personal loan dept. No calling,email facility. Can't raise ticket,no reply to ticket,email.normal cust. care agent helples. Feeling hopeles, helpless,really exhausted,can't connect. Personal disbursed but nt credited to bank.
