    @Paytmcare raised ticket on 31st May for refund of my flight cancelled by airline. Airline refunded to you 4 weeks ago & I still haven’t received refund from you. Your AI support bot isn’t helpful. ticket ID 200011801644. Need action asap

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @nearbuy ur customer support kept asking for order ID when nearbuy doesn't provide one. do I run nearbuy that I can generate that or u guys run nearbuy? its 1900/- swallowed by Paytm on filmsy excuse. ur guys like chatbots say the same thing.

    @Paytmcare my friend booked a bus trip gurugram to manali, the bus driver called n told bus us cancelled n refund initiated, spoke to customer care they told not intimated. Last moment had to book another ticket n travel n niw paytm is not refunding, driver nmbr is switched off

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @PaytmBank Facing issue not having access to the deposit on paytm payment bank. Sir, please contact me immediately. Requested call back on paytm, but they are unhelpful. Asking me to download the bank app from play store, which is not on the app Store.
