    @Paytm I faced an issue of a wrong scan during a payment and I raised a ticket and no one has bothered to call back. your 24x7 support has no option for this issue. I need to know the service provider's name to resolve this. Can your team at least respond to a query?

    Poor customer service from @Paytm . Takes 20 hrs to reply each text. No wonder why it's value in free fall. Eventually it will be to zero.
