    @Paytmcare Day 5 and still no refund from @Paytm despite airline confirmation that the amount has already been released to the booking partner. No proper customer support, no human escalation, only automated replies. This is becoming unacceptable. Please resolve immediately

    @Razorpay , @gocashfree Payments, and @Paytm are three payment gateways that seem to have no understanding of their own compliance requirements or the laws they claim to follow. They ask creators and businesses for certificates and licenses that literally do not exist. In my case, they requested documents that aren't relevant to my business model. I even showed them websites and apps, including adult content platforms, that already have their payment gateways activated, despite having no visible refund policy, no proper registered address, and missing several basic compliance elements. Yet for genuine creators and startups, they create unnecessary hurdles by demanding imaginary documents like Digital License or Copyright License Certificates, certificates that do not officially exist anywhere in the world in the way they describe them. The real issue is that people sitting in decision-making positions often have very little understanding of digital businesses, content licensing, or creator ecosystems. I am already using another payment gateway successfully, but my experience with these platforms has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. #paymentgateways #indialaw trying to attach a video in the comments section. I am not going to let this issue go quietly.

    @Paytmcare It’s been 4 days since I raised a refund complaint and your customer care has done absolutely nothing except test my patience. Airlines have already confirmed the refund initiation, yet Paytm continues to delay the process with no proper human support
