But the ticket got closed with no resolution and refund. If the operator is not responding issue the refund as it's already been 10 days.

Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?

Now it says "transaction blocked for security reasons." Customer care won't give a real reason, just saying it's "for protection." The voucher expires in 14 days!
