    @Paytmcare Despite meeting all the conditions, I still received the same error. Because of this, I had to pay for my travel from my own pocket. I paid extra for ATP but didn’t receive a timely resolution. What is the purpose of this package if it cannot be used when it’s actually needed?

    @Paytmcare Hello Hemant, I have got some response in DM. It assumes that the problem is with the user. It assumes 1) my app is not up to date & 2) I had unstable connection. Good luck improving your service with that attitude.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm even when customer care called the moment I said I wanted to deactivate the Soundbox the call was disconnected. Another representative called back I explained everything again and I was told the issue was resolved but nothing was actually done I'm still being charged every month

    @Paytmcare Hi Team, There is no option to connect with a live agent on Paytm. Every time it shows me a ticket that is being worked. Why can’t you tell me the timelines by when can I expect a revert or refund on my issue. Will refrain next time to use Paytm for vouchers. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytmcare If the merchant received the payment, share a settlement/transaction ID or proof I can show them. Why should the customer keep running between Paytm, the bank & merchant? I paid via Paytm—please coordinate with your merchant and resolve it. Ref: 619609903653

    @TheJupiterApp Today when I am trying to open your app it is asking me to uninstall @Paytm @Paytmcare app saying it is blacklisted. Can you let me know why this sudden pop-up? and why isn't Jupiter giving this choice to customer rather than forcing to uninstall?
