    Your customer support & lack of personnel in support is really plain bad. No executive support in your 24×7 support window in the app. No email to contact,all I could get is for support is a chat bot with pre written topics.utterly disappointed @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmTickets

    @Paytmcare Amount Rs. 2840 stucked.. UPI REFERENCE NO:- 200905684529 Date:- 09.01.2022 , transaction was failed. It's almost four days and still i haven't received my refund. Customer care number not responding.. Disgusting.. Wake up Paytm.
