@Paytm I just made a transaction on your payment gateway worth Rs.25k while the payment got debited from my account it's not reflecting on the gateway as the message returned was OOPS! Transaction timed out. I'm unable to reach out to anyone on the IVR menu. Please help. URGENT.

@lilydwi @Paytmcare Even I've been receiving since yesterday. There's a - sign before Paytm in both SMS. Link to report is unnecessary, it only allows to reset password and why should I reset password when login is OTP based now. Edit: I deleted the screenshot, why give out the OTP here. @Paytm 1/2

Contacted chat services and they denied for the refund , while i called in customer care last year, they assured that i will not be charged for Paytm Debit card again in future. But again, please help to get this refunded.. @vijayshekhar @PaytmBank @Paytmcare
