I have tried to get my queries resolved via 24/7 helpline chat as well as on call multiple times but till now there is no proper resolution provided to me by the PAYTM team. As a customer I am personally losing my faith and trust in paytm services. @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare

Poor service from @Paytm @PaytmBusiness , i placed a request for replacement of soundbox 2.0, so they delivered older version of it, now after one week it also stops working.I tried many times to contact customer support and also emailed them but no response yet.Shame on service
