    @SUNNYBASAK @Paytmcare My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

    The most pathetic support service from any of the apps. And @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney. Their service team is the most disappointing team. They do not understand what the problem is and keep asking you to share details of the issue again and again

    @Paytmcare I have raised a ticket - 197453175 on 21st June still there is no resolution to it. The last response I get is on 28th saying the technical team would look into it and solve my problem by 31st Aug. and today it 5th Sep. still no response.
