    @Paytm @Paytmcare @sbigeneral Renewed my car policy using Paytm platform with SBI general insurance. The policy issued had wrong name. Despite filling up all details correctly, how can the name become wrong? Pathetic service from Paytm and SBI general insurance.

    @Paytmcare I am using latest iOS Stable version and i thought about network connectivity so i climbed the terrace of my home and still it did not work, the verification says it takes about 20 sec within 3 secs it throws error to me

    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare, it’s been over 2 MONTHS since my flight refund of ₹5,253 was processed by the airline, but it hasn't reached my bank account! Multiple emails sent to your support team have been completely ignored. Is this how you treat your customers? Please resolve ASAP!

    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare stop using an AI bot to call and harass B2B customers. AI bot is not a key account manager. B2B customers need actual human support.

    @Paytmcare I called Abhimanyu Bus service on 8 july and they said from our side refund has been issued it's upto the paytm when will they issue your refund.

    How were senior citizens expected to know a TDR was required when Paytm itself showed “Train Cancelled”? This is a clear service failure. @Paytm @Paytmcare please take responsibility, investigate and refund ₹3,702.65 immediately. All supporting screenshots are attached. 3/3

    @Paytmcare How long will you be providing repeated computerise message if you can't provide a service shut off your services.. ek simple transaction your app is showing that the code is already used but the code hasn't been used yet.. it's been 2 days already since the complaint was raised

    @Paytmcare For the second booking ID 27263012824 (PNR: Y662GY), I have also re-attached the official IndiGo Tax Invoice confirming the statutory airport tax refund of ₹1,221.00. Please link both of these tracking amounts to my active support Ticket #200012164355. Thank you!
