    Dear @Paytm & @TheOfficialSBI Its been 8 days since i did a transaction on #paytm using sbi debit card & the transaction got failed But didn't receive any refund yet. The refund reference number provided by Paytm showing invalid on sbi website. Please help @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Are you doing anything or not to solve the bloody problem?? Bloody frauds!!! Atleast acknowledge the problem first and have some professional communication!!! Noone should ever use paytm!! I will file a police complaint if my issue is not resolved right now!!

    @Paytmcare Hi Chetan, it’s been several days and I’m still receiving only assurances, not a resolution. I have already submitted all requested documents. Please provide a definite timeline and resolve my Digital Gold bank verification issue immediately instead of keeping it under review.

    @PaytmBusiness Please reactivate my Paytm Business account. You can keep the held amount on hold until the review is complete, but please allow new incoming payments to settle. The account suspension is causing heavy business losses. Kindly help. 🙏 @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare The problem is still not resolved. One issue has been fixed, but another is still pending. What’s going on? I’ve been using Paytm since 2021 and have never experienced this kind of problem before. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
