@Paytm @vijayshekhar @RBI Paytm is allowing to create new wallets but since their KYC is stopped, the money cannot be used. Their Video KYC is not working either. Speaking to their agent takes minimum 20-30 mins. RBI should investigate the amount in their wallet due to this.

@Paytm tried to pay my Paytm postpaid bill yesterday at 11:55pm But there were some server issue from your side the amount didn’t paid, I tried 3 times I have SS of all that, it was showing that your payment is pending, amount deducted now my account is blocked for further use.

Why there is no way to talk real person support on @Paytm / @Paytmcare. Your bots are not that good. Kindly add some human who can talk and resolve customer queries. No doubt why paytm is loosing its share😒. Such a bad experience 🤬🤬🤬

@Paytmcare This is sheer pathetic that even after repeated reminders and logging request paytm is unable to block my account...i uploaded my selfie with kyc...plus i have my fast tags linked of both the cars..plus all my account linked with that number..... atleast arrange to dergesiter
