    @PaytmBusiness @Paytm @PhonePe_Support I’m facing an issue with a UPI payment that shows as successful, but the underlying transaction/payment issue remains unresolved. I’ve already tried to get this resolved but haven’t received a satisfactory solution. Please look into the matter.

    @Paytmcare My issue is purely technical: why did your app override my saved default bank account settings? I have shared all necessary transaction details previously.

    It was primary app for me for everything until few years ago.. unfortunately.. now I don’t open it in months.. For UPI - I have shifted to Super Money | PhonePe For everything else like bill payments, recharges, gas, electricity- I have shifted to Amazon Pay. The biggest issue for me is not the absence of rewards on PayTM, which I understand in a long run no one can sustain but charging extra on every payment method for everything except UPI doesn’t sit right with me. On Amazon Pay, at least I can use their gift cards to pay and mostly they don’t charge anything if we are choosing Amazon pay through some other app and use credit card. Though, my best wishes to @vijayshekhar sir and @Paytm but maybe make payments with no extra fee for using Credit cards.

    I have booked a flight ticket from Paytm of indigo and there Is a minor correction required in name so nither paytm supports nither indigo supports and paytm never gets call connected to customer care and indigo airline says please contact to paytm @IndiGo6E @Paytm

    @Paytmcare I'm stuck in other country and booked a flight from your platform when I got a ticket and checked with the airline , they have informed the reference number is invalid and I cannot even contact you what a pathetic support you have given..

    @Paytmcare i now realised why prople has stopped using paytm , paytm is the new scam , booked a flight tix on paytm , its been one more its still pending . Money has already been deducted , no confirmation yet , no customer cate service #fraudalert #paytm #scam
