    @Paytm i have purchased sbi general insurance from paytm for my 4 wheeler ...but from yesterday it is showing document processing only and i am without insurance ... Cant expect such type of service from paytm....horrible

    @EcomExpress_Ofc @Paytm Paytm shipped my order through ecomexpress and the shipment delivery date was 19th Nov,I just get a TXT telling shipment undelivered! From then on till tday there has been no update,the customer care replies we will provide an update when we recieve one

    @EcomExpress_Ofc @Paytm my AWB number is 2759462132! The best part is Paytm wants people to invest and transact through them widout having a customer support at al!they hv thier own questions and answers posted in the cust service! I don't think any ody can stoop lower than u two

    @EcomExpress_Ofc @Paytm Paytm too does not reply to any of the chats nor ecomexpress has an update,you two are competing with each other to give the worst cust service ever!! Now I get an update telling in 7 more days we will provide u an update if possible!
