Straight to the point, stop using @Paytm for recharges, online payments, or anything else. They trap you into giving offers in form of cashbacks, but even if you are eligible for cashback, they don't give it, and even their technical team takes forever to resolve the issue.

Neither I am able to get my money back nor the receiver received the amount as only after KYC he can receive as told by one of your executives and KYC is stopped by Paytm so can't do that too? My money is stuck in between I want immediate help on this! #paytmmatkaro @Paytmcare

@PaytmTravelCare Superb customer support by saying we have initiated your refund and kept some part of money in wallet, which anyways you need to use on Paytm only.. @Paytm who will bear loses of taxi fairs and my travel. Is that you saying the refund initiated.. y not informed in advance..
