    just called @PaytmMoney for their support. Getiing an IVR message that they are on holiday on the occassion of Eid. whaaat?? In which timezone these people are living? it was few days back!! Requesting @Paytmcare to please look into it!!

    @Paytmcare that there is some error on our side so the amount will be reversed within 48 hours and now the supervisor mandeep on helpline advised me that he is taking this to concerned team and then he disconnected the call and then keshav from @Paytm @RBI

    @Paytm I was making a UPI transaction of 9700rs and the the transaction has failed but the money was debited from my bank account UPI reference number 208000439392 ... Please solve my issue and refund the amount .. it was very crucial transaction an need this money in urgency

    @paytmbankcare Kindly guide me how can I get my FD because I have an urgent requirement. And due to the breaking facility only I have done FD through @Paytm app. Hope you will not break my trust which I kept when other told not to do. And why app is not working.
