Worst service provided by @Paytm @Paytmcare Initially i had charged ₹29 for my 2 sound box . After few months their staff came & told me to upgrade the device to life time rental free plan.For this they charged me ₹99 one time charges.

I tried booking a flight using my HSBC Travel One card, which claims to offer a discount on @paytm, but after applying the coupon code, during the payment it says coupon code not valid for this card. I am entering correct card number This is misleading. Can someone help @HSBC_IN

@deepakabbot Bill payments has been a great customer acquisition / customer familiarisation tool. Should be looked at from that lens. Companies can even use it today to get customers. It was a different animal when @Paytm did it, onboarding one at a time. That was hard and tremendous value at that time.

@Paytm I was on call with your customer care executive for 1hr 20min only for the senior manager to disconnect the call on my face with no resolution to a payment deduction that I have not authorised. Absolutely horrendous. Have the courtesy to take accountability.
