@Paytm Try to improve your quality service first rather than tweeting. Sometimes money gets deducted without successful payment and customer care doesn't care about it, sometimes they can't even provide us with proper resolution. Our money isn't joke.

@Paytm your new login security is useless. If I want to access my Paytm account why would I need an SMS from the device if I can give the OTP as well as the password!!! Changing to other app as I need to do transactions without any hustle. You lost a loyal customer. Kudos! Bye

Recently I bought a paytm soundbox after a week there is an issue and got replaced with the old one even though it is the same they took that one too but no response.worst service by paytm.I suggest going for phone pe or bharth pe insteadof paytm.@PaytmMall @PaytmBusiness @Paytm
