@Paytmcare How do you guys manage so WORST customer service? I have an issue with my wallet deduction and trying to chat with customer executive but your chat support is worst ever seen, no executive to support chat, only so called bots with predefined msgs.

@TheOfficialSBI @Paytm I was booking a train ticket on 21 March through paytm and I made a payment with my SBI Debit Card. The amount was deducted but the ticket did not book. No refund initiated and customer care not giving any favoured answers. Please look into it.

@Paytmcare Deactivate my paytm Marchant account. I m sick of your services. I called customer care more than 10 times to do so but didn't get any solution. I don't think it can be happened in this life. Worst customer service experience ever, that's why paytm is drowning.
