    @Paytmcare @Paytm I have paid via UPI, the amount has been debited. In the app it shows transaction successful. But doesn’t show the UPI ref no. Neither does it show in passbook (the transaction). Need to share payment receipt. Pls help, you customer care is of no use. Tried it!

    @Paytmcare Are postpaid services down? It shows to upgrade from home -> loan and credit section. But no update or upgrade option available. Not able to use service.

    @paytmbankcare @Paytm - Paytm Fraud. I have amount in my Paytm wallet. Paytm support team is asking for otp to solve this and not restoring my old account. Saying do the KYC in Paytm postpaid instead of KYC.
