    Funny how @PaytmTravel replied instantly on Twitter saying “we’ll help you” and asked me to DM them. It’s been 3 days since I sent the DM and again no reply. Public replies for image, silence in private when it’s time to actually solve the issue. @PaytmCare

    @Paytmcare Terrible services still getting continued from @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin . Its already been 2 days since i got a reply on my twitter dm. So it works like replying on to the tweet within minutes and then ignoring the dm for straight 2 days. Great paytm 👍

    @Paytm @FlixBus i already complaint about this on paytm website but I didn’t got the reply for this i am trying to connect with agent but no agent is connecting only ticket is raise thought bot agent and i have to got urgently if you didn’t reply i have to sue on you please reply

    @Paytm if you keep ignoring customers like this, people will lose trust in you. You are providing such poor service. You asked for my booking ID, I sent it in DM, but after that I even retweeted and still got no response. This is my third tweet @Paytmcare
