    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare This issue has been pending since 16 April and I still haven’t received my refund. Multiple follow-ups have only resulted in repeated “we are checking”responses. Please provide the refund ARN/UTR number and confirm when the amount will be credited. @jagograhakjago

    @LenskartSupport @Paytm I received a voucher on Paytm after making a bill payment, but I’m unable to redeem it on the Lenskart website. When I paste the voucher in the lenskart cart it shows the mentioned error. Upi ref no:205199559219 Order ID:26969037540 Contact:8018537027

    @RockWithboAt 2/2 now you track and you complete the refund. I neither have any link to track the refund transaction nor any details to share with bank and @Paytm. I have paid you, I will take from you. As simple as that. Why should I run here and there because of your problems?

    Terrible @Paytm bus experience: Surge pricing forced me to pick Asok Travels Mandsaur. They threw an old garbage bus at us—due at Indore 10 AM, arrived 4:30 PM! @Paytm & others charging premium to scare & loot passengers. 😡 #BusTravelScam

    @RockWithboAt 1/2 You delayed, you created problems, you are processing refund and now you expect me to check with the bank. Why? Does it make sense It is your responsibility to track the refund status and complete it. The only information I can tell you is that I have used @Paytm UPI.
