    @Paytmcare Yes the rerouting was arranged by AirAsia team, after I contacted them for help. Because you guys are stuck with AI. Since the route has been changed now? What is the policy or process for the additional flight that I have to take now to Kolkata from Guwahati.

    I am a Paytm merchant. My POS machine has been non-working for 6-7 months. Your agent Vishnu Sagar (+91 8770862325) took ₹3000+ for new machine but it is also not working & no QR provided. Calls not answered. Merchant: Pawan General Stores @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare This is really disappointing. My money has been debited but recharge is not done and no response from support. If this is not resolved soon, I will raise a formal complaint with RBI. Transaction ID: 204410098968. Please act immediately.

    @Paytm Dear Paytm Support, This is regarding my flight ticket booking (PNR: 14N04D). I have already received official confirmation from the airline that my ticket has been refunded from their side, and the amount is to be credited within 15 working days. However, despite this confirmation, I have still not received the refund in my account, which clearly indicates unnecessary delay from Paytm’s end. I want to make it very clear: - The airline has already processed the refund. - Any further delay is solely due to Paytm. - I have been following up for days but have received no proper resolution. If my refund is not credited immediately, I will be forced to: - File a complaint on Consumer Forum (NCH) - Escalate this issue on social media tagging Paytm - Take legal action for harassment and delay Kindly treat this as urgent and process my refund without any further excuses. I expect a resolution within 24 hours. Yash Chauhan

    Hi @Paytmcare regarding flight cancellations done from the booking agency, you should reply fast. I have messaged you so many messages yet, you don't reply it's been more than one day. Kindly reply faster. And please reply. This is very bad customer service.

    @Paytmcare Order ID :26665125495 This is a reminder to let you know of my pending refund which has been processed already by the airline....yet you haven't given me my refund l have asked for assistance for over a month now since 15 May fix this or else am resorting to legal action

    Dear @PaytmBusiness @Paytm @Paytmcare after 15 days of complaint nobody come to check soundbox . Every time raise a tickets but still no solution. If Tommorow no service agent visit to replace it i will move on another source .
