I had called more than 6 times from morning no one is giving solution and cancelled the call some are saying to wait an hour. At last one customer service person replied with case id. What am I supposed to do with that case ID. @Paytm

@OfficialDMRC Recharged metro card last week through paytm reference no 18351660705. Due to server prob, recharge is not credited to the card but money debited from paytm which is not yet refunded. Plz resolve this issue.@Paytmcare

He was telling that to store your case id our agent will contact you in 10 days. Don't you have any responsibility to share the details of the bus with the customer. If it is cancelled then you need to inform in prior we will book another @PaytmTravel @Paytm #Paytm
