@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare im complaining again. Still my paytm postpaid is not deactivated. Getting message from 35 days that we are looking into it. Worst ever service from paytm. No customer care and chat service to tell the issues. Good way of escaping from the issues from customers.

@Paytmcare The most pathetic customer support experience. I took a personal loan on 22nd Feb and got the disbursement mail the same day but the amount is still not credited into my account yet. What shocked me is there is no provision to get in touch the customer support.

@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Soon paytm will be closed. If you providing such a worst service to customers. Worst ever comparing to other applications. You proved that it is a third class application. We can start using phoneme and gpay and get rid of this paytm to pay any payments.

@Paytmcare Your fasttag does not work 80% times for which I had to pay double. 20% times it works, no sms received of amount deducted. When requested for statement through your app, that does not come either. Customer care says you will get call in 24 hrs. No call. 7507777274 mobile number

@Paytmcare We only got 1 call,he said that he would call again for kyc verification.Since then there is no contact.Also,we are getting a message from a guy on behalf of paytm saying -add 10k in wallet and we will activate ur account. no authenticity of the guy,no ID proof provided.Pls Help
