    @Paytmcare Worst experience booking a metro ticket. Payment deducted but QR generated after 3 hours. And when cancelling the ticket it shows something went wrong please try again. Refund also not processed. And worst of all no option to connect to a customer care executive.

    @Paytm You're customer support interface so PATHETIC can't even solve the query, given different different option. Also, tried to call customer care that interface also PATHETIC, please look into this early as possible. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare But there is no use as your Paytm postpaid doesn't have customer care department.I have all the documents with me to prove that i m not received 3000/- from your side.
