Since @Paytmcare deducted extra money from my Soundbox, neither has my money been returned nor has any valuable response been given to me.Whenever I asked Paytm, the reply from Paytm was that your problem is being checked 1/2.

@Paytm @PaytmBusiness Shocking! Canceled my Soundbox via customer care, but an agent took it without deactivating. Charged for months! Now told to pay ₹149 for a new box to "deactivate" old one. Why pay for your mismanagement & suspected ex-agent fraud? #ConsumerRights
