@Paytmcare There is no one looking into this issue. It is still pending and there is absolutely no way to contact helpdesk . Pathetic affairs @Paytmcare . I will never ever use Paytm, there after. in the name of cost cutting customer experience is compromised here.

Post3 @vijayshekhar sir, I chose @PaytmTravelCare because Paytm was known for speed and trust. But if it takes over 21 days to process a simple refund, it’s truly disappointing. SR: 200010062125 Indigo has confirmed the refund, but still no update from @Paytmcare. Please help
