@DELHIMETRO @Paytm is there no way to edit the station once a ticket is booked ?? The only way right now I am told is to book a new ticket separately, call up customer care of Delhi metro, share all ticket details and claim a refund which will take 10-15 days as per them.

@Paytmcare I am disappointed with your service. I raised a query recently, and without any call from your end, I received an automated message stating that my query has been resolved. This is highly unprofessional. There is no way to reach a human customer support executive.

@iimcomic I don't understand how these guys get payment gateway integrated!!!! You start a website, ask for PG integration and the Aggregators ask for ton of documents, website footers, policies etc, then they do checks etc!!! i wonder what happens in such cases!!! Any answer @Paytm ?!
