  @Paytmcare Repeating the same message does not resolve the issue. The response shared in DM refers to conditions that were never shown in the original offer displayed on Instamart. I have already shared screenshots proving this mismatch........

  @Paytmcare My name is Ram Kishore, the soundbox device in my shop is not working since many days, paytm executive not responding. First complaint on 21st Aug, ticket number 500007925714, this ticket was closed with any response or intimation. Complaint not resolved. Pathetic

  @Paytm @RBI what is this ..the transaction history not showing in your history , as it’s in my statement..NO RESOLUTION .fix it ASAP or @ rbi take strict action
