Ordered Paytm SOUNDBOX 2.0 from Paytm for business and now I want to return it but the @PaytmBusiness isnt supporting me n declining to pick up the the product from my place where it was delivered.they just doing the **** for claiming charges from me after 1may @Paytm @Paytmcare

Hi Team I transferred 240/- to a shopkeeper on 8 May but the shopkeeper keeps on complaining he has not received yet. The transaction was successful but still the money is not credited to his account.Paytm keeps on telling it is done which is not true.Please help @Paytmcare
