Ordered Paytm SOUNDBOX 2.0 from Paytm for business and now I want to return it but the @PaytmBusiness isnt supporting me n declining to pick up the the product from my place where it was delivered.they just doing the **** for claiming charges from me after 1may @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I want to update my pan card, but there is no such options in customer care services and also in customer care number. The the customer care services in application is a joke and it won't connect to a person and even the customer care number is a joke.

@Paytmcare Its the problem of every paytm user u don't need my paytm number just solve this bug 2-3 major problems 1) not getting scratch card for gifting 2) not getting alibaug for transacted in merchant qr( fyi- I got 3 in different merchant payment previously)

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare I am struggling for just a Mail-Id update for 4 days. Your Customer Care doesn't even know what to do! When I first lodged the complaint it showed me 4 hours. After this, I asked the customer care they told you have to wait for 48 hours.

@Paytmcare My ticket no. 3136075936 raised on 25/12/22 is not resolved till now. These customer care people are asking for same thing like authorisation to close, copy of passbook again and again. Cant they look at the previous messages. Really disgusting..

@Paytm I made my account on my existing no. With minimum KYC later due to technical issues I had to close that account. I made a new account on same no. But wasn't able to do the KYC part as my docx were being shown as already in use.
