  Funny how @PaytmTravel replied instantly on Twitter saying “we’ll help you”and asked me to DM them. Its been 3 days since I sent the DM and again no reply. Public replies for image, silence in private when it’s time to actually solve the issue. @Paytmcare . Still no replies btw

  @Paytmcare Why does @Paytmcare is behaving in such a NAIVE manner? Just bcz they know what actually my concern is & deliberately deviating from it. Problem is CHEAP & PATHETIC tactics of PayTM to LURE customers by showing upto ₹300 & giving ₹1 as Cashback(or ALMS) to the loyal customers

  @Paytmcare @Paytmcare @Paytm Why my ticket was cancelled without my consent. Such a waste of time. Paytm should be heavily fined ,No coustomer care support, You just replaced Human to AI bot, giving same irrelevant answer all time.

  Instead I got: "You can read the ticket, right? Go read it. Do whatever you want." Then they hung up on me. This is how @Paytm's listed operator treats a paying customer raising a legitimate concern.

  @Paytmcare such a pathetic service for flight booking. As flight cancelled on 4th may by airlines and credit issued on same day by airlines still my refund pending. This AI powered chat sucksNo real updates from 10 days. I need my refund to be processed. Ticket no-200011520275
