    @Paytmcare There is no customer support don't fool your customers. Im trying to reach to the customer support from past 1 day for my 35k transaction. How it's bank when you don't have a customer support. Please resolve my issue ASAP.

    Hi @Paytm I have done Bsnl prepaid mobile Number recharged On 30th Nov 2021 the recharge was successful in Paytm app and it's not credited my mobile number. Ref:16321325456 I have recharged 3 bsnl number,kindly check it out. #help

    @Paytmcare Horrible Horrible Horrible service. Issues from Day 1 on #POS_Device & no resolution. Been more than 10 days. Everyday same story. call is escalated. Sales staff has sold & disappeared. not responding to calls/text. Worst part, no escalation path. @Paytm @vijayshekhar
