Ordered Paytm SOUNDBOX 2.0 from Paytm for business and now I want to return it but the @PaytmBusiness isnt supporting me n declining to pick up the the product from my place where it was delivered.they just doing the **** for claiming charges from me after 1may @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare How can one contact a paytm care executive? There's no way in the app, except a automated issue closing bot system, the email id is no longer accepting grievances, no proper calling system. @Paytm #paytm

@Paytmcare my mother is unable to receive money on paytm bank. whenever I do NEFT, system says either account is closed or blocked. While my mother is able to payment with paytm wallet as well as paytm bank. I raised a ticket also on app with number 3116141657. Pls help me.

@Paytmcare The Paytm support option via the app provides for very limited options. Even the customer support call never gets connected. Have DM the issue. This has caused immense inconvenience. Request you to provide resolution asap.
