    @PaytmBusiness @paytmcare this is so frustrating I am trying to get a payment settlement issue resolved for a month now and there is no resolution till now, what's worse is that I can not call anyone to speak as even after waiting for 30-45 min no one attends the call.

    @PaytmBusiness @paytmcare the customer care team call back at their own will and do not have any resolution, give us some random steps to perform and then we wait again for a call back from them and in the meantime they close the ticket and then the cycle start from ZERO

    @Paytmcare I have 2 sound boxes; I need to deactivate 1 sound box whose IMEI no. is 3510. But Paytm customer care is not solving my problem. They generate tickets but do not solve the problem. Please solve my problem and help me. Agent always hold my ticket
