@prashanthramana @Paytmcare Paytm care is simply washing off their hands, they r saying since money has been consumed, they cannot do anything.They are asking me to contact Airtel and I'm not getting any help from Airtel either. Each is putting the responsibility on each other and we have to kepp shuttling.

@Paytm I have placed an order on paytm mall using debit card. Later I changed my mind & cancelled the order. Refund was processed to same debit card. But, my debit card is not working and is in blocked status now. How would the refund reaches me? Please guide me to a solution.

@Paytm Sahi mein bilkul kaam ke nahi ho tum log. Refund ke naam pe baas kuch auto generated msg. Customer ko ullu samaj rakha hain. @jagograhakjago plz take some action against this company. Stop using PAYTM guys, it feel safe till ur money is not stuck, once stuck it's gone @Paytmcare
