@Paytmcare I made a Tata Sky (Now Tata Play ) Recharge yesterday and it is still showing processing. Its been more than 15 hours and still neither amount is refunded nor the Rechage is done. Every Time I go to need help section they only say wait. Why are you exploiting us?

@Paytmcare I was berated and your customer care executives yelled at me for expressing my displeasure at being harassed by 15-20 calls in a day when I have already given the next payment date! This is how @Paytm treats its customers! Shame on you!
