@Paytm @Paytmcare We had a paytm soundbox. Now it's not of use to us so we want 2 terminate its service. Mailed u with ticket id 5040423628. In a reply, I got an offer 2 keep using it. But I want 2 terminate the service. Not getting any reply after that. More than 10 days passed.

I did transaction using @Paytm on 19/12/2022 but the transaction went on pending and the amount got deducted from my account but it was not reached on the other side till now. I raised ticket and they keep saying it will complete in 2-4 working days,customer care also not working

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank 2 days ago my brother's postpaid account was charged with 14000 Inr without him doing any transaction. The transaction doesn't show up in history. He has filed a complaint but the customer care executives are not helpful. Please resolve this asap. 1/2
