@Paytmcare Very poor customer care services of Paytm. Purchased sound machine and membership approx 8 months back. Facing issues with the sound machine, Paytm app past 36 days. Despite of several calls and reminders the issue still stands unresolved.

@Paytm pathetic service.. Payment done via PayTM is still pending to be credited to the landlord account. Unable to contact customer care. No response from the so called 24X7 customer support too. Hope you settle the amount at the earliest!!!

@Paytm has the 3rd class service, I have paid some amount thru paytm. My money has been deducted but there is no transaction history in my paytm account. I suggest everyone not to use @Paytm . They are making fraud.

@pallavipandeyy I'm using paytm since a very long time. What I'm not liking about @Paytm now is the Platform Charge they are adding while I'm recharging my phone. Now I am using native telecom service provide's app to recharge. Bakki, paytm is good to do daily transactions.

@Paytmcare I register complaint on complaint id February 6 Complaint Id. (5043134892) Paytm has taken no action. When I checked Paytm support, it stated that the complaint had been resolved. #worstservice #don'tbuypaytmsoundbox #nosupportpaytm

@vijayshekhar my problem has not been resolved in past 3 months. My first complaint was raised on 21/11/2022. Your postpaid department called my 3 to 4 times very day. @Paytmcare hasn’t responded to my DMs. I need you to unblock my account so that i can use my over paid amount.
