per GoI regulation, and a reply email is asked then the customer is told to re-register complaint via email. Is the complaint on recorded line not accepted by @IndiGo6E ? It is requested @IndiGo6E kindly look into matter with PNR : HVNG7U & @Paytm Order : 20668048902
