Hi, @Paytmcare Could you please check ticket Id-22052177345. I have raised the Concern on Nov 17th that my Paytm Postpaid account has been closed while upgrading the limit and during adding the Offline KYC with the share code the app is not accepting it, Need Immediate help.

@RailwaySeva There was an issue, I asked more than 5 of my friends to book tickets, all faced same issue. Anyway I booked it through @Paytm and it was smooth. IRCTC has always given me issues in past till today while booking tickets, never worked in one go. Ridiculous app.

It's been more than 15 days but the scoundrels @Paytm @Paytmcare cannot solve a technical glitch!! No response no solution!! Why the hell do you thugs behave like this?? Allowance wallet of IOCL not working and they keep giving chatbot replies in DM! PATHETIC
