@Paytm Kindly help me with your rent payment using credit card facility. From last 45 days I am suffering to get a proper solution from customer care service. A payment of 4.5k is stuck, deducted from source account and not received at the receiver's account.

We faced this issue many times. To check this I sent Rs.10 from normal account to the merchant account that my family member has, and in app it showed 10Rs has been settled immediately. But till now that amount hasn't been credited yet. What do you think of yourself @Paytm ?

@Paytmcare @Paytm its more than 40 hours that Paytm has not resolved my query! I need urgent help from Paytm as in my CIBIL it shows that i have taken 250₹ loan via Paytm Postpaid from Aditya Birla Capital. However i have not done any such transactions.1/2 #Paytm #paytmkaro
