    @Paytmcare I think you don't understand simple english. No help is provided so far. I still didn't get my upi lite balance. Would advise everyone to uninstall Paytm and switch to another upi app.

    @Paytmcare What happened still now I am not received any call from your side. Are you cheating to customer? No one will book from Paytm, as your service is very poor. Also no support on major issues Very pathetic

    @Paytmcare How much time will you take it’s been more than 4 days since i have raised the request for a refund. I have contacted the airline they have already transferred the refund why are you guys not giving back the amount. Such pathetic customer service & 0 accountability. PNR-LB1FFA
