I really disappointed for the response of @Paytm @paytmbankcare,I had a transection of 440₹ on 9th and it's failed due to technical issues but money deducted it's been 5days didn't get refunds yet also customer cares didn't pick calls! I didn't expect this from Paytm! Shame

@Paytmcare I made a transaction of ₹3500 which failed and the amount was deducted and has not been refunded to me even after so many days and also even after raising a complaint with Paytm 24x7 support. Transaction no. 200909222636 Complaint no/ ticket ID.: 3141555128
