And with double tariff , buy fun part is that I conveyed this to paytm same night but now after almost 4 months regular follow up they said I stayed there that night and u won't get refund ....please help @Paytm @vijayshekhar Please don't force me to go consumer forum .

@Paytm sir why do u give false promise n misguide customer that cash back of 0.75% at petrol outlet by paying via Paytm. U give to some n some u avoid n u reply there is no cashback. Is it just to attract new customers and misguide people. The best part is ur c care doesnt talk

I want to draw your attention towards Paytm Customer Care. Paytm customer care service is so bad. I don't think the service of any company in the world would be so bad. Fraud complaints keep coming in Paytm, but customer care does not help about it. @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

One customer has made the payment on my website with Paytm Gateway but I did not receive the payment yet in my bank account nor it shows in the Paytm Gateway. It has not settled after sending multiple emails though they have found the payment but no @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare
