I have experience the rejection just cz of pincode, is it truly matters. Come to the tier 2 and 3 cities people earn and save more from tier 1 cities people. Since the Soundbox was already deactivated and I am not using the service, Please look into this issue, refund the ₹693.

On payment page you showed as eligible for cashback once done nothing received when checked under order section it says only for first time users.
