And with double tariff , buy fun part is that I conveyed this to paytm same night but now after almost 4 months regular follow up they said I stayed there that night and u won't get refund ....please help @Paytm @vijayshekhar Please don't force me to go consumer forum .

@Paytmcare U should not give false information and misguide. Same petrol pump we get sometimes and sometimes not and customer care is useless

@Paytm sir why do u give false promise n misguide customer that cash back of 0.75% at petrol outlet by paying via Paytm. U give to some n some u avoid n u reply there is no cashback. Is it just to attract new customers and misguide people. The best part is ur c care doesnt talk

Plz open dedicated customer support for paytm money user to overcome the issue raised related to demat account. 24x7 customer care is useless and wasting time. Appx 12 hrs passed no call ,msg received after DM the issue on twitter. Plz look @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney @Paytm
