@Paytm sir why do u give false promise n misguide customer that cash back of 0.75% at petrol outlet by paying via Paytm. U give to some n some u avoid n u reply there is no cashback. Is it just to attract new customers and misguide people. The best part is ur c care doesnt talk

And with double tariff , buy fun part is that I conveyed this to paytm same night but now after almost 4 months regular follow up they said I stayed there that night and u won't get refund ....please help @Paytm @vijayshekhar Please don't force me to go consumer forum .

Hi @PaytmBank @PaytmBank @Paytmcare Yesterday night at 8:30 pm transaction failed but amount debited from the bank Still we didn't received money back We even raised ticket in Paytm but no response and paytm customer care was asking bank statement , Worst customer care ever
