    The worst thing with Paytm is that it's customer care is non responsive. In app chat option is useless. ,@Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Whenever I pay something, it is going into automatic payments. Very bad. If I buy once course form a website, it doesn't mean that I pay regularly for the same course. STOP this automatic payment option.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I travelled by an auto today & paid via Paytm UPI. I left my watch in the auto. It has immense sentimental value to me. I have the UPI transaction details and the driver’s name, but not his complete contact number. Please help me connect with the driver. 🙏

    Paytm interface is best in entire upi ecosystem as I think, but they never gives cashback and mislead customer with digital gold coin which has zero value, as per rbi guidelines, only sgb bonds and physical gold has a value, digital gold is useless and has no value @Paytm

    @Paytmcare No it is not pending from my bank end now, seems there is some issue from paytm end which caused the failure, whatever it is the refund is struck at paytm end can you help me process it quickly.
