  @OfficialSBICare i'm sharing you the upi refrence for one my refund transaction,the issue is it's refunded on the old bank account associated with @Paytm that is not active and closed few years back, it's need to be transferred in source account upi refrence: 591965171426

  @Paytmcare It is almost 8 days since I complaint and there is no action taken for my complaint and there is no response from your side and there is no improvement from your side and poor customer support and immediately want UPI lite balance refund and other wise I take action to paytm

  @PaytmBusiness @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare It feels like there is no dedicated team available to properly listen to customer issues and resolve them. I request you to please review my case seriously and provide a proper resolution as soon as possible.
