@PhonePe I feel that every evening the phonepe is on the verge of dying, after about 6 in the evening it starts to slow down and around 7 it is almost silent, and then it is at 10 in the night. Occurs when @Paytm is running properly, Think about it

I have attached the screenshot of proof where Neugo has refunded the amount and said to contact Paytm regarding the same. Now Paytm is not responding nd not saying anything about the refund. @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare kindly see my issue. This is not fair. Plz give response.
