Tried to login to @Paytm after a while. It's asking me to use things like aadhar , pan, selfie and what not for authentication despite using phone OTP. Not worth it I guess

@airtelindia what a pathetic Airtel payment bank. I have been struggling to close my account for last 5 days, called customer care with wait time 15 mints 20 times, all busy. Airtel store does not support, and why your app does not have closure option. @Paytm is much better.
