    @Paytmcare absolutely pathetic customer service. AI bot neither understands the query nor allows to connect to an agent. My ticket (200012678155) is pending from more than 14 days with no response or updates. Trying to connect to an agent from last five days but no use.

    @PaytmCare You are completely dodging the core issues: 1. Misleading UX: Why display a targeted "Get assured ₹50 cashback" banner on an active user's checkout screen if they are algorithmically ineligible? That is classic deceptive design (Dark Pattern).

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Even after raised ticket, payment made from your platform/ gateway still not credited / updated in MSEDCL system. If insurance policies premiums paid and faced such issues, customers believing payments are done 🤔🙆 Have to run pillar to post ??

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @flyspicejet My SpiceJet flight was cancelled. SpiceJet Customer Care has confirmed that my refund was processed to Paytm on 12 Aug. Paytm has still not refunded my money. I have already raised a complaint and sent emails, but there is still no proper response

    @Paytmcare why it says phone not supported when trying to login using my iphone xs max ios 18.7.10? It was working fine earlier. I have tried reinstalling app but no luck. I also have one ticket open since weeks with @PaytmMoneyCare Why such bad service? cc: @vijayshekhar
