    @Paytmcare @Paytm I asked customer care executive to make sure that i should not face this issue again and he assured me. After one month I am facing same incomplete kyc issue and on rasing request from help section I am not getting proper response. Requesting to resolve it.

    @Paytmcare tired of complaining. How much time do you need. Its already been been more than 5 days and postpaid account problem not resolved. Not able to make any payment via paytm postpaid. Already shared details via DM but no reply! Very disappointing!

    @Paytmcare It shows 'something went wrong' when I try to select Postpaid as payment method. Happening since past 3-4 days. Always pay PP bill on time. Issue is not even listed in your bot response platform & no efforts are made to resolve it. Also DMed issue but of no use. Pathetic.
