    I called @Paytm helpline. After verification, they said my tag is active and has no issues. I told the same thing at the toll but they didn't listen

    @Paytmcare Worst support and application every for payment. First the payment was stucked for 2 days. support not available for help i had to pay twice now they can't help retrieve. they don't give importance to the customer. worst app & support ever switching to other apps.

    @jaissified @Paytmcare The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @zems_ins for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.
