@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I won 1000 rupees reward with scratch and it was supposed to credit in wallet in 24 hr which never happened and it was disappeared from everywhere. Don't you feel ashamed to cheat customer or you prove as looting company. #fraud #paytmfeelshame

@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare on 16th, I received phone call from your executive who confirmed that the amount shall be disbursed till the end of the day. She also assured that if amount is not disbursed the issue will be highlighted and treated with priority. This was not fulfilled.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar I have made tuition fees on 16 nov , value 30540, Payment deducted but stil not credited in beneficiary account, they told for 48 hours waiting 48 hours completed, now they not responding about my issue. Very frustrated 🥴

@Paytmcare We've made a UPI payment with Paytm, but it hasn't shown up in the merchant Paytm for business app. Paytm support is unresponsive and difficult to reach because there is no customer support e-mail address.
