    @Paytm @Paytmcare how can anyone talk to a human in paytm support? What kind of a customer service is this where you can't talk to a human and describe the problem? The problems listed in the app are not enough. A person goes through a lot of trouble than the 4 listed problems.

    A month is over now. No action No result. It was so easy to find culprit as we have 3 transaction IDs of merchants with whom he interacts. Even easier to find merchants, check CCTV, inquire & that case will be solved. Maybe we have useless support :( @DCPSouthDelhi @Paytmcare

    @Paytm Don't use Paytm as it provide poor service.I had transferred 5000rs and got stuck.Use Google pay or phone pay instead of Paytm.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I've done my KYC at your KYC Point, but still my account is still not active. My all transactions, Fast tag etc are getting effected & on top of it, you don't have any customer care
