@Paytmcare @Paytm I have raised a concern regarding a refund on 23rd march, 2021. You asked me to give details of bank account for refund which i gave immediately. It has been more than 12 days now but no response from paytm. Highly disappointed with the service!!!

@Paytmcare It is about 377 days of flight cancellation. How much time required to refund. You earlier said that you can expect 7 working days, and within 24 hours.

When i opened the paytm app to check my balance I was getting "error" in opening the app. I suspect because of some outage/maintenance my transaction didnt go through. Request you to please look into this on priority @Paytm @PaytmFirst @Paytmcare
