Made a big mistake buying Fast tag from @Paytm @Paytmcare They deducted double amount and when I raised the issue with support, they are sending me automated replies. Pathetic service. Better to switch to some other provider.

Hello @Paytm Why can't u just keep OTP method to login. I am out of UAE and unable to login as sim can only receive sms and not send sms. This is absurd. Please help.

Paytm edc machine not working. Purchase it on 30th January 2021. Sales person duped us by giving us wrong information. Gave incorrect information on refund policy. Sent dm to @Paytmcare but nobody responded yet. Machine charged but not booting.
