@Paytmcare Oh not that. I got recharge successfully from your app and thanx for quick response. I faced issue from @Airtel_Presence app but money got deducted whereas their support denied any transaction.

All this I came to know after I called @Paytmcare a fews days post I started facing the issue. No formal update from paytm's side regarding this. I am now being asked to run to a nearby paytm kyc centre as apparantly that's my only life goal.

@PaytmTravelCare @Paytm The refund has still not been processed , The delay in your services and the time taken to act is totally unprofessional. After taking the money and when the service was not taken at all , you need a ton of time to figure out if money can be given back or not?

@Paytmcare , It's worst service by Paytm, i called many times team will close the ticket as problem resolved, but wont resolve issue. i lost my money by calling . they have mentioned ticket will get resolved with 48 hours, eventhough it is 96 hours no one respond 3121884760
