Sayanton (@thesayanton) reported@Paytm @Paytmcare unable to pay my electricity bill due to an “Internal Criteria” error. I dont frequently recharge or pay bills i use Paytm only occasionally. If basic payments cant be relied upon, whats the point of using the platform? Please look into this.

I have experience the rejection just cz of pincode, is it truly matters. Come to the tier 2 and 3 cities people earn and save more from tier 1 cities people. Tier 2 and 3 people are more disciplined instead of 1. Issue is not application got rejected but the reason is what pincode? Seriously **** !
