@Paytmcare @Paytm you should shut ur business. Most of times i make payment using UPI monry gets deducted from my bank but not transffered to receiver and ur customer care is ****. No help whatsoever. Unable to contact the care executive. #paytmbandkaro

@Paytmcare Not happy customer.. app showing KYC verified but customer care saying need to go personally to complete kyc. At this digital time paytm want to send customer to do kyc by going to paytm center.Once I will use my stuck paytm wallet balance i will stop using paytm..Really bad sprt

@Paytm @Paytmcare booked a bus ticket yesterday and needed to cancel it due to some reason. When I tried it through the app it started showing an error msg. While contacting the customer service the executive said we cannot cancel it n has to be done via the operator.

While contacting the operator again who was very rude to even listen to the issue said I can't do anything do whatever you want I cannot cancel it. I also messaged @Paytm on twitter but no response from the side as well.

@Paytm Its poor service. I paid my bill not yet credit lot of time tried chat there no reply. Then i check your system shows complaint solved now try to call customer care i choose preferred language then last told after 7 pm available only English and hindi. Its connected bangali langu
