@Paytmcare I have purchased jewelry in lalita and 1000rs cash back should credited to my account 24hrs. Not happened it's been 48hrs. ticket with id 3121501430 u said issue resolved within 4 hrs. It's been 14 hrs.

@Paytmcare I made a transaction using my credit card on a website where the payment gateway was of Paytm. The money was deducted from my credit card, due to API failure, the website showed it as failed transaction. Please let me know when the refund be done.

Dear @vijayshekhar, it’s been over 5 days since i flagged an automatic payment inmy paytm account, which I have been unable to cancel. Ur twitter team has been in touch asking me to share screenshots / videos of the issue through DM. The matter is still not reaolved @Paytmcare
