@Paytmcare I was booking a ticket through IRCTC and for the payment I used your gateway the money was deducted from the my account but in IRCTC app it shows transaction failed this has happened once before and I didn’t receive any refund so please kindly help me in this matter!!

Well known bank employees say that maximum numbers of online fraud happens through Paytm UPI usage @Paytm , and when you complain about the same to Paytm they only ask you to be patient they are working on it and they have not resolved the issue of fraud activity yet.
