Paid rent using credit card on #Paytm after collecting the offer from offer section. Offer is also visible in my active offer section. But I didn't receive the scratchcard after making the successful payment. Receiving No help from @Paytmcare. Much easy way to fool the customers.

@Paytmcare a pathetic experience from Paytm . My transaction through UPI of your platform was done, receivers account was not credited but my account was debited, till now i didn't got refund, so will you give me a reason even after 72 hrs my issue is not resolved. Check DM

In @Paytm app there is no call to customer executive and if there is any problem then there is no solution for it.I want to solve the problem related to paytm postpaid,how many times have I filed a complaint in the help section but no action has been taken yet. @Paytmcare
