@Paytm My transaction failed but it is still showing pending in its status. My coupon applied has also gone. I went to help section it shows executive would respond in 4 hours. But nobody has respond. Forgot sake give me my coupon back so that I can redeem it again.

Done a wallet to bank transfer 3 days ago but some how due to technical error, it gets to pending status. 3 days passed and still not credited. Not even replying to DMs. Correct your service @Paytm . You should give a retry option after 24 hours. ****** service. 😤 @Paytmcare
