    @TheJupiterApp Today when I am trying to open your app it is asking me to uninstall @Paytm @Paytmcare app saying it is blacklisted. Can you let me know why this sudden pop-up? and why isn't Jupiter giving this choice to customer rather than forcing to uninstall?

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar transferred money to upi lite last night,tried to make a payment last night and tgis morning thru upi lite get a message error getting balance. The upi lite icon shows as amount credited. Pl help remedy the situation. The bot in help and customer care doesnt care.

    My Soundbox(Device ID: 869100074306497) is not working. It worked only while charging earlier, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Your chatbot keeps repeating the same responses. Please connect me to a human executive and arrange a replacement or technician visit ASAP. @Paytmcare
