  @Paytm Blatant scam by @Paytm Travel. Booked Pathankot→Katra. No proper boarding details, just a district name. Called operator, said bus cancelled, “refund aa jayega” and cut call. 7+ days now. Paytm hiding behind operator approval while holding my money. ZERO support, only bots/IVR.

  @Paytm @AmreliaRuhez @GyanTherapy After reaching their customer support, they replied that I'm not eligible for this offer even after I only recharged 1 time in this month and the amount was 899 Rs. At least, don't make any fake offers to attract the customer.

  @Paytmcare @IRCTCofficial @vijayshekhar I made a train ticket booking via Paytm, but due to a technical glitch (“Fetching Error”), no booking confirmation was displayed. I also did not receive any SMS, email, or app update regarding the booking status for 3 days. Because of this failure from Paytm’s side,
