    Very disappointing experience with @airtelindia & @Paytm. Did ₹49 data recharge multiple times because my Airtel internet wasn’t working, yet even after repeated recharges the issue remains unresolved. Money deducted but no internet access.please fix this ASAP or process refund

    Booked a bus via @Paytm @PaytmCheckin, faced an issue, raised a complaint but no refund. Only getting same replies: “we’re checking with the operator. Order ID: 26981749451 Ticket: MMK143224 Case ID: 200011523780 Delays like this damage the customer trust.Anyone else facing same?

    @Paytmcare Hi @Paytmcare I am unable to access my account since 17 May and raised a complaint through @X It's been 6 days and no one reached out to me nor the problem is sorted. Unfortunately there is no way to reach customer care. What should I do now.

    Recently purchased a motor insurance from @Paytm since iam traveling iam not being able to receive the link for documents upload, after requesting several time to send the link on registered email since the number is out of service. No help from paytm @Paytmcare
