@brijbhasin @Paytm 2 UX issues here: First is that "updates on whatsapp" & credit bureau access are 2 mutually exclusive things and should not be clubbed together Ideally the request for credit bureau access should only happen when you are about to take a credit-related action right?

I request Paytm customer care to solve the fraud that has happened to me as soon as possible and give me the facility to pay the balance bill of Paytm postpaid. Because I am very fed up with the threats of Aditya Birla Finance coming for paytm postpaid bill payment. @Paytmcare

Very poor customer support from @Paytmcare My sister used Paytm postpaid to pay 10k to one of account. The transaction history payment made but receiver didn't received it. And after follow up with you over social media still no solution. @Paytm @nehagethe19

By mistake I have created two paytm profile with same phone no. I raised a complaint two weeks ago. Till date my issue is not resolved. My fastag is linked with the old profile. As result I m unable to travel creating a great inconvinience . Pls do the needful! @Paytm
