    @Paytmcare me and my friend took a bus from Delhi to Dehradun today. We found a broken seat on the bus. They transferred us to another bus, which was about 45 minutes away. Because of this, we arrived late in Dehradun and missed our flight. Who is responsible for all this?

    Worst service provided by @Paytmcare @Paytm Initially i had charged ₹29 for my 3 sound box . After few months their staff came & told me to upgrade the device to life time rental free plan.For this they charged me ₹99 one time charges.

    @Paytmcare worst customer support. Booked a bus ticket, bus driver number in ticket is wrong, second number is switched off, operator not picking the calls, boarding contact not picking the calls. Customer care no. paytm travel cutting the calls before connecting to advisor.

    I tried booking a flight using my HSBC Travel One card, which claims to offer a discount on @paytm, but after applying the coupon code, during the payment it says coupon code not valid for this card. I am entering correct card number This is misleading. Can someone help @HSBC_IN

    @Paytmcare Bus ticket booking confirmation by paytm but canceled by bus operator but still support ticket was pending since 8 days no response from paytm.
