I have a/c in PayTm Bank a/c No 9015828651. In new phone downloaded PayTm registered with same no. a new a/c was created. Now no access to old a/c. Contacted with CC exe. no response. Reinstate my old a/c. I am harassed as I am having loan on the said a/c. @Paytm @PaytmBank @RBI

@earthratic @Paytmcare After 30 minutes you again get same message so I suggest to try some other UPI service instead of @Paytmcare . Paytm use different calendar where our 20 days is less then their 2 weeks. #bycottpaytm #paytmfraud

@Paytmcare My Paytm wallet is inactive and been unable to re activate it either through the app or from KYC store. Been over 4 days have raised this via customer support and still not received any resolution. What’s taking so long, can I please get an update .

@Paytm I had made payment to a merchant by scanning QR code dated 06/07/2022 of Rs.3290. For some reason he refunded the amount, but around Rs.86 is deducted from his wallet/account. As far I know there is no charges for refunding a payment to the customer.

@Paytm ticket id 5027050007 registered on the 9 of july, since there is no reply from the service team. Pathetic service from paytm business team. All the time they tell "your complaint will be solved in 48 hours ". Since there is a month passed no specific action taken
