I called @Paytmcare on 8th of nov told them my problem I followed their instructions and now I came to know that the fault is not only with charger but the device too , so I humbly request for an exchange @Paytmcare told me your device will be collected in 15 working days lol…..

@Paytm @PaytmMoney is fraud platform first of all i was troubled with an issue that's not resolved yet, nearly 15 days. Even their ledger report don't match with funds credited to account. Such a looting platform.
