Booked an @swiggy_in order through @Paytm , who were suppose to offer some cashback But no cash back has come since the order (Almost 12 hrs). When contacted Swiggy they say check with paytm.. why offer such offers when you don't have a way to check, push customer....

Someone sent Rs 9500 to my @Paytm wallet and was asking for refund. I asked him to call paytm customer care to do the reversal, as I have approval for the same. Tried to call @Paytmcare number but rather than giving me solution, their IVR kept giving different options.

@Paytmcare @Paytm The shares got rightly listed at huge discount. Paytm services are not worth of a penny. App does not work properly and customer have to face issues. No proper customer support is there. Too bad
