@Paytm @vijayshekhar your customer service is pathetic. For 3 days I have been trying to get in touch with a human to figure out how to retrieve my Rs. 5,000 from a Paytm account I tried to set up. Am trying to gift a voucher for a COVID charity event and now I am stuck. Help!

@Paytm I have raised a complaint on 12 of April 2021 for my payment refund with reference No.: 187658528. I had call 5 times till now and everytime I was told that payment will be refunded within 10 days. But that 10 days never came unfortunately. Kindly look into this issue.

@choclatyLadka @Paytm U r one of the biggest companies in India & yet u fail to provide a proper customer service. There's no way where one can have a human-human interaction for their problem and we are stuck with a computerized assistance which most of the times fail to solve the problem! @Paytm
