Dear @IRCTCofficial and @Paytmcare !! I booked ticket from irctc app and paid the amount from paytm app.. But due to the network issue, my payment failed but the money had been deducted from my account. It's been a while since I didn't get my refund!! Please Help😡

@Paytmcare @RBI Please assist on the Loan status. It has been 5 Working days since my Application has been approved. The disbursement time shown is 48hrs on the app. Till now I haven't received any updates or documents of the same. There is no customer care to speak to about it.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare . Would anyone from Paytm help?? FYI, Paytm has deliberately blocked accounts for many people without giving any specific reason. MO, they are not replying even after repeated reminders. Its a fraud bank ! Imagine a bank blocking your money.

Beware of paying with @Paytm anywhere online. What I've learned from experience is they show fake offers. Even if you fulfil all the terms & conditions the offer is not fulfilled. e.g. They will cheat by giving you cashback points instead of cashback. @PaytmCare also doesn't help

Paytm payment bank is worst for doing upi transaction. First Paytm said that my transaction is successful but when receiving partner said that he didn't receive money, then paytm support is saying yes the payment was failed. Still waiting to get my money back @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm @Paytmcare @paytm. I am very much disappointed from your service. I have been using paytm from many years but now it is frustating me. I habe to deactivate my paytm postpaid account and when i comtact customer care they say we have sended mail kindly do from there.
